END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ARSights This end-user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (from

now on LICENSEE), and Inglobe Technologies S.r.l. (LICENSOR) concerning the software identified above (AR-media Sights, from now on SOFTWARE), which includes executable files and accompanying printed, on-line or other electronic documentation and digital content. The SOFTWARE also includes any updates and supplements to original software provided to you. By downloading, installing, copying, running, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE or any portion thereof, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you must remove the SOFTWARE from your computer. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS The SOFTWARE contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, and LICENSOR owns all right, title and interest in and to the SOFTWARE, and software provided through or in conjunction with the SOFTWARE, including without limitation all intellectual property rights therein and thereto. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold. GRANT OF LICENSE 1. Use of SOFTWARE LICENSOR grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE for your use only in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. You may not use the SOFTWARE for any development or production purpose, or transfer, assign, or otherwise sublicense the SOFTWARE (or any portion thereof) to another party without LICENSOR's prior written consent. 2. Distribution of the SOFTWARE You are allowed to make copies of the SOFTWARE installation package for distribution to other users. Anyway 1 you are not allowed to copy or distribute SOFTWARE components individually or to modify the SOFTWARE installation package by modifying or removing some components including this EULA. You cannot include the SOFTWARE, or any part of it, in other products or systems intended for sale. You are not allowed to use the SOFTWARE in augmented reality kiosks and exhibits that are not provided on a free basis unless differently established by independent agreements between LICENSOR and LICENSEE. The LICENSOR allows and encourages companies, magazines, web sites, bulletin board systems, and endusers to freely distribute images, videos as well as other printed or digital resources derived in some way from the SOFTWARE, with the following restrictions: - the LICENSOR and origin of the SOFTWARE must be clearly stated; - the content of the installation package cannot be modified; - you cannot remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the SOFTWARE. LIMITATIONS 1. License Transfer You cannot, and cannot allow any third party to, rent, lease, sell, or transfer your license to another person or company without written permission from the LICENSOR.

Unless otherwise stated in different agreements covering specific parts of the SOFTWARE. Please contact LICENSOR in order to know which parts can be copied, distributed or included in other products.

Reverse Engineering You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to, copy, sell, license, distribute, transfer, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the SOFTWARE, unless otherwise permitted. 3. Commercial Use You cannot use the SOFTWARE for any commercial purposes unless differently established by independent agreements between LICENSOR and LICENSEE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY This SOFTWARE is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The LICENSOR will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this SOFTWARE. The LICENSOR does not guarantee that the SOFTWARE is error free. Thank you for using the SOFTWARE in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
