Candidate with physically, spiritually and morally educated and enlightened will be given priority. Physical enlightenment is to provide strong social interaction and justice. Spiritual enlightenment will provide strong protection from all the conspiracies . Moral enlightenment will harness Leadership skills. Candidates with above mentioned skills are recorded as the Martyrs (Shaeeds) in the books of Histories, Cultures and Religions and they are considered alive by their gifts to save and
