Send these places the proforma email and bcc me in on one of these emails so I can see the copy that everyone else is receiving. -- This email must have the Tour Local logo attached at the top as a small insert in the left hand corner. It must also have my signature sign off as provided 3. All emails will come to me and I will immediately redirect them. We can stream line this procedure if all goes well I look for your guidance in this matter. It may be better for us to set up another email address 4. Please resend to any places that we have not heard from in a week with the following included: (logo and signature to be included of course) and We note that we sent you an email over a week ago now requesting some details regarding your accommodation. Please do not regard this as spam or a waste of your time as we genuinely want to know more about your place. Could you please reply to our email or alternatively could you please advise us if you are not interested in securing work from us and we will remove you from our email list of contacts. Kind regards.. 5. As the information comes to hand please complete an Excel spreadsheet as provided and update me on the Friday of the next 3 weeks so that I can monitor the situation. When updating me please provide: 1. The spreadsheet as it has been updated 2. The number of places that you have included since the last update to me 3. The amount of time you have spent on the activity 4. Your charge to date 6. Please contact me by email at any stage if you have any queries even if you are doubtful please send me an example of the email before you send it and the Excel spreadsheet layout with one or two entries before you collate a lot of information
