CYDONIA REGION FACE AND NEARBY OBJECTS ON MARS By Mark J. Carlotto The "Face" on Mars is a rock formation on the surface of Mars resembling an enormous humanoid face staring straight up into space. It is about 2.5 km long x 2.0 km wide x 0.4 km tall and is located on a flat plain known as Cydonia Mensae in Mars' northern hemisphere (41 deg. N latitude 9.5 deg. W longitude). The Face and other objects described on this page were imaged by one of the Viking Orbiters in the summer of 1976. The Face was dismissed by scientists at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a trick of light and shadow and forgotten. The original image (Viking orbiter frame 35A72) was rediscovered by Vincent DiPietro and Gregory Molenaar, two engineers at the Goddard Spaceflight Center, several years later. They also found a second image (70A13) containing the Face under slightly different illumination with the sun about 20 deg. higher in the sky. [IMAGE] [IMAGE] The picture on the left is from frame 35A72. It has been digitally restored with minimal contrast alteration. The picture on the right is from frame 70A13. This image more clearly shows the right shadowed side of the face. Of particular interest are crossed lines in the forehead area and fine structure in the mouth that look like teeth. Since they are in both images and are not aligned with the scan lines it is likely that they correspond to real features on the Face that are near or slightly below the resolution limit of the sensor. City and Face [IMAGE] The Face is not an isolated formation. As shown in the above picture from 35A72, about 20 kilometers west-southwest of the Face are several other unusual objects (dubbed the "City" by author Richard Hoagland). Where the Face is a rounded formation (geologists would call it a mesa or knob) the City contains an assortment of pyramidal objects with sharp angular sides. Fortress [IMAGE] [IMAGE]

Perhaps the most unusual object within the City is a pyramidal object (the "Fortress") that appears to have been stripped down almost to its base revealing an enclosed inner space. The perspective view (above right) was generated from the overhead view (above left) using a single image shape-from-shading algorithm. Fine scale detail in the restored imagery includes a regular pattern of indentations along the lower wall of the structure and linear features on the terrain to the right.

D&M pyramid [IMAGE] About 20 kilometers south-southwest of the Face is a large pyramidal structure first noticed by DiPietro and Molenaar. The D&M pyramid appears to have five sides. One of the sides is shadowed and two of the sides appear to be degraded. The south face appears to be oriented almost exactly due south. But I might be wrong." -Carl Sagan, from A Demon-Haunted World Opinions about the possibility of life on Mars have changed over the years - from Percival Lowell's canals, to the dead planet imaged by the early Mariner missions to Mars, to the enormous volcanoes, great canyon systems, and channels carved by water seen by Mariner 9 and Viking. Among Viking's lesser-known discoveries was a formation known as the "Face on Mars" that resembles a gigantic humanoid head staring into space from the surface. Although NASA has not apparently taken the time to study the Face in any depth, it has been the focus of serious investigation outside of the planetary science community for almost twenty years. Professionals from a variety of fields including archaeology, geology, remote sensing, image processing, architecture, and planetary science to name a few, have examined he data and conclude that certain objects including the Face may be artificial in origin and deserve further study. Yet the planetary science community has been unwilling to even consider the possibility that these objects might be artificial. With NASA's recent announcement concerning the possible discovery of fossilized micro-organisms, opinions about life on Mars are changing once again. If microbes are now considered within the realm of possibility, why not intelligent life? Could the Face and other objects have been built by an ancient technological civilization that vanished long ago, seemingly without a trace? This web page considers the fundamental question of whether these objects on Mars are artificial or simply the product of natural geological forces. The best imagery evidence is presented and discussed so the reader can decide if the evidence to date is sufficient to warrant further investigation by NASA. The focus of the investigation is on a mile long feature in the Cydonia region of Mars which resembles a humanoid face that was imaged by Viking orbiter in 1976. while the "Face" has been dismissed as a trick of light and shadow by some, there remains considerable interest in this feature, which others believe was sculpted into the form of a humanoid face, and several nearby polyhedral objects appear to be spatially aligned with it. Image enhancements of the Face show it to be a bisymmetrical object having two eyes, a nose, and a mouth; fine structure in the mouth suggesting teeth are apparent in the enhanced imagery as well as crossed symmetrical lines on the forehead. Facial features are also evident in the underlying 3-D surface which was reconstructed using a single image shape-fromshading technique. Synthetic images derived from the 3-d model by computer graphics techniques suggest that the impression of illumination and viewing conditions.

I. Introduction In July of 1976, the Viking Orbiter acquired a strange image of what appeared to be a face staring straight up into space from the surface of Mars. The "Face" was in a region known as Cydonia in Mars' northern hemisphere, originally selected as a possible landing site for Viking. Officially dismissed at the time as a "trick of light and shadow", the Face was rediscovered by DiPietro and Molenaar, engineers at the Goddard Space Flight Center, several years later. During the course of their investigation , a second image of the Face that had been acquired under slightly different lighting conditions was found. Digital image enhancements of this second image revealed a bisymmetrical [] having features suggestive of eyes, a ridge-like nose, and a mouth. Due to the controversial nature of the subject, their results were published independently of the planetary science community [1]. initial criticism of their work centered on the human tendency to find faces everywhere; in other words, finding a feature that resembles a humanoid face in isolation of Mars

tells us nothing. However, in a subsequent investigation motivated by the work of DiPietro and Molenaar, other nearby objects which seemed to be related to the Face were found. In particular, the Face appeared to be aligned with a collection of polyhedral objects to the southwest, termed the "City", which did not appear to fit the underlying geology of this part of Cydonia. Hoagland, a member of the investigation team, went on to show that solstice alignments between the Face and certain objects in the City are satisfied every million years, the last one being a half a million years ago. Others speculated that the City was near the shoreline of an ancient northern sea. Their results were presented at the 1984 Case for Mars Conference [2]. Critics claimed that such objects could not possibly occur on Mars because life, let alone an intelligence capable of creating such things, could not have developed on Mars based on current theories. In support of more recent work [3,4,5], further analysis of the available orbiter imagery using image processing and computer graphics techniques has been performed in order to obtain the best possible enhancements of these objects, and to determine the underlying 3-D structure of the Face. Once the 3-D shape has been derived questions such as: "What does it look like when viewed under different illumination conditions and from different perspectives?", or "Does the underlying 3-D structure also resemble a face, or is the impression of a face merely a trick of light and shadow?" can be answered. The organization of the remainder of this paper is as follows: Section II reviews the imagery and the data that were made available for the study. Image enhancements results of the Face and other nearby objects are presented in Section III. Section IV addresses the problem of deriving 3-D information from the available imagery. 3-D reconstruction of the Face obtained using a single image shape-from-shading technique are presented. The 3-D information is then used to synthesize alternatives views under varying illumination conditions and from different perspectives. Results are summarized in Section V. II. Review of the Available Data The Face and other nearby objects are located in he region of Mars known as Cydonia Mensae. The region of interest is in the northern portion of Cydonia Mensae bordering Acidalia Planitia and the northern plains. It is a region containing a variety of flat-topped prominences with cliff-like walls (mesas) and conical hills or knobs. The geology of this and other parts of Cydonia Mensae are described by Guest and Butterworth [6]. Mesas are 5-10 km wide and are thought to be remnants of cratered plateau material that was subsequent stripped back by erosional processes. knobs are smaller, about 2 km across, and might be isolated hills with a shallow apron around the base or be on top of mesas. No single mechanism has been suggested for their origin. Geologically, the Face would be considered to be a knob.

The Face is located at approximately 40.9deg. N 9.45deg. W. Four images containing the Face have been identified and were made available for the study: * 35A72 - The original photo of the Face acquired in the Martian summer, in afternoon light (sun is from the west); * 70A13 - A second high resolution image containing the Face, also in afternoon light, with the sun slightly higher in the sky; * 673B56 - A lower resolution image of the part of Cydonia Mensae containing the Face viewed in afternoon light. (FIG. 1) * 753A33 - A lower resolution image of the part of Cydonia Mensae containing the Face viewed in morning light (sun is from the east). The above images are referenced in terms of their picture number where 35A72 is the 72nd image taken in the 35th orbit by the A spacecraft. Frames 35A72 and 70A13 were acquired near periapsis with the spacecraft about 1500 km from the planet; the latter two frames were acquired near apoapses (about 33,000 km) when the orbit was shifted for synoptic coverage. Thus, only the first two scenes have sufficient resolution (approximately 50 meters/pixel) for our analysis. The second two were useful in that they provided a context for our analysis. Table I summarizes relevant imaging parameters for the two higher resolution images. This information was obtained from the Science Data Block [7]. Although the planet was viewed under a variety of illumination conditions, only two higher resolution views of the Face, both under similar illumination conditions and perspective were acquired. No higher resolution images of the Face in morning light appear to exist. Thus only the features on the left, sunlit side of the Face are visible. The following sections described our efforts to enhance features on the right, shadowed side of the Face, to reconstruct the 3-D structure of the Face using the method of shape-fromshading, and to generate synthetic views of the Face under varying illumination conditions and perspective from the 3-D model.

III. Image Restoration and Enhancement In addition to its gross humanoid features, the Face contains a number of subtle details or embellishments (Figure 6). They include a dark cavity within the eye socket that looks like an eyeball (DiPietro and Molenaar 1988), broad stripes across the face (Hoagland 1992), thin lines that intersect above the eyes, and fine structure in the mouth

that appear as teeth (Carlotto 1988). These features are visible in both images and so it is very unlikely that they are due to noise in the imagery or artifacts of image processing. It is also noted that if erosional processes are responsible for the Face they would also have to explain these subtle details - details that one would expect to have been obliterated by erosion over time. Hypothesis that certain Objects on Mars are Artificial in Origin in City (121.8deg. +/1.6deg.) appears to match the orientation of the grid-like pattern of the mounds (124.35deg. +/- 1.15deg.). The similarity in orientation suggests that the arrangement of these objects may be manifestations of a more subtle underlying regularity or pattern of organization. D&M Pyramid The D&M pyramid is a large multi-faceted structure about 20 km south of the City and Face. The southern face is best defined with a straight base, symmetrical sides, and welldefined apex. It also appears to be facing very nearly due south (Figure 13). The left sunlit side appears to contain three well-defined faces. Detail in the right shadowed side is less clear. It has been conjectured that in a hypothetical reconstruction of its shape, certain internal angular relationships in the D&M pyramid are reflected in external relationships between other nearby objects (McDaniel 1992). [IMAGE] Figure 13 D&M pyramid in 70A13 warped to a Mercator projection. Tholus The Tholus is one of several larger mound-like objects southeast of the City and the Face. These features remind us of larger volcanic domes on Mars (e.g., Hecates Tholus) but are much smaller and have much smaller slopes. They do not resemble any other landform in this part of Mars. Like the Face and Fortress, the Tholus Contains fine scale details. These details which are clearly visible in three images.

General Characteristics of the Face

Without a doubt, the humanoid face is a powerful and evocative symbol. The formation known as the Face possesses all of the salient features of a humanoid face: head, eyes, ridge-like noise, and mouth. This feature has been verified by two images taken (Figure 3) at slightly different sun angles (35A72 and 70A13). In 35A72 the sun angle is only 10 degrees above the horizon and so most of the right side of the Face is in shadow. But in 70A13 the sun is 15 degrees higher and reveals more of the Face's right side. Instead of an ordinary rock formation, this second image not only confirms the facial features first seen in 35A72, but also reveals the overall symmetry of the head, the extension of the mouth, and a matching eye on the right side features not visible in 35A72 because they were in shadow (DiPietro and Molenaar 1988). Hypothesis that Certain Objects on Mars are Artificial in Origin [Abridged version of a paper to appear in the Journal of Scientific Exploration] HYPOTHESIS THAT CERTAIN OBJECTS ON MARS ARE ARTIFICIAL IN ORIGIN Mark J. Carlotto 5 Ryans Place, Beverly MA 01915 (markjc@mindspring.com) Introduction Since 1976 there has been growing interest in a collection of unusual surface features in the Cydonia region of Mars. It is in the opinion of the planetary science community that these objects are natural geologic formations. However in a number of independent studies an alternative hypothesis has been suggested - that certain objects on the surface of Mars may be artificial in origin. This paper considers this hypothesis and presents evidence from a variety of sources to support it. The Hypothesis Simply stated, our hypothesis is that the Face and other nearby objects in the Cydonia region of Mars may be artificial in origin. The objects under consideration are shown in

Figures 1 and 2. These objects have been selected based on their shape, presence of internal detail, and similarity in size, shape, and orientation to other objects. Previously, four hypotheses have put forth concerning these objects: 1. Cydonian Hypothesis (Brandenburg, et al 1991) - Conditions necessary to support life on Mars existed long enough for an indigenous race of Martians to evolve and build the objects in question. 2. Previous Technological Civilization Hypothesis (Lammer 1996) - The objects were constructed by a previous technological civilization from Earth. 3. Prior Colonization Hypothesis (Hoagland 1992, Carlotto and Stein 1990, Foster 1972) - The objects were constructed by visitors outside of our solar system. 4. The Null Hypothesis - All of the objects are natural occurring geological formations. Recently Lammer (1976) has argued that the Cydonia Hypothesis is not consistent with what we currently know about Mars' geological and climatic history. We believe that there is insufficient information at this time to differentiate between the second and third hypotheses. However estimates of extraterrestrial (ET) visitation in our solar system (Foster 1972) derived from a variation of the Drake equation used to justify the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) with radio does support that ETs may have visited our solar system in the last ten million years. If ETs did construct large artificial structures on Mars over this period (for whatever purpose) it is likely that they have been fairly well preserved by the Martian environment and are detectable by remote sensing (Foster 1972, Carlotto and Stein 1990). This in itself provides a plausible justification for our hypothesis. The null hypothesis that none of the objects are artificial represents the view of many in the planetary science community (e.g., Sagan, 1996).

The Origin, Identity, and Purpose of MJ-12 By Milton William Cooper May 23, 1989 During the years following WW II the Government of the United States was confronted with a series of events which were to change [] its future and with it the future of humanity. A stunned President Truman and his top Military Commanders found themselves virtually impotent after having just won the most devastating and costly war in history. The United States had developed, used, and was the only nation on earth in possession of the Atomic Bomb which alone had the potential to destroy any enemy, and even the Earth. At that time the United States had the best economy, the most advanced technology, the highest standard of living, exerted the most influence, and fielded the largest and most powerful military forces in history. We can only imagine the confusion and concern when the informed elite of the United States Government discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by insect-like beings from a totally incomprehensible culture had crashed in the desert of New Mexico. Between January 1947 and December 1952 at least 16 crashed or downed alien craft, 65 alien bodies, and 1 live alien were recovered. An additional alien craft had exploded and nothing was recovered from that incident. Of these incidents, 13 occurred within the borders of the United States not including the craft which disintegrated in the air. Of these 13, 1 was in Arizona, 11 were in New Mexico, and 1 was in Nevada. Three occurred in foreign countries. Of those 1 was in Norway, and the last 2 were in Mexico. Sightings of UFOs were so numerous that serious investigation and debunking of each report became impossible utilizing the existing intelligence assets. An alien craft was found on February 13, 1948 on a mesa near Aztec, New Mexico. Another craft was located on March 25, 1948 in Hart canyon near Aztec, New Mexico. It was 100 feet in diameter. A total of 17 alien bodies were recovered from those two craft. Of even greater significance was the discovery of a large number of human body parts stored within both of these vehicles. A demon had reared its ugly head and paranoia quickly took hold of everyone then in the know. The Secret lid immediately became an Above Top Secret lid and was screwed down tight. The security blanket was even tighter than that imposed upon the Manhattan Project. In the coming years these events were to become the most closely guarded secrets in the history of the world. A special group of America's top scientists were organized and the name Project Sign was assigned in December of 1947 to study the phenomena. Sign evolved into Project Grudge in December of 1948. A lowly collection and disinformation project named Project Blue Book was formed under Grudge including the controversial "Grudge 13" which I and Bill English saw, read, and revealed to the public. "Blue Teams" were put together to recover the crashed disks and dead or alive aliens. The Blue Teams were later

to evolve into the Alpha Teams under Project Pounce. During these early years the United States Air Force and the CIA exercised complete control over the Alien Secret. In fact the CIA was formed by Presidential Order first as the Central Intelligence Group for the express purpose of dealing with the alien presence. Later the National Security Act (NSA) was established to oversee the intelligence community and especially the alien endeavor. A series of National Security Council Memos and Executive Orders removed the CIA from the sole task of gathering foreign intelligence and slowly but thoroughly "legalized" direct action in the form of covert activities at home and abroad. On December 9, 1947, Truman approved issuance of NSC-4, entitled "Co-ordination of Foreign Intelligence Information Measures" at the urging of Secretaries Marshall, Forrestal, Patterson, and the Director of the State Department's Policy Planning, Kennan. The Foreign Committee to Study Governmental operations with respect to Intelligence Activities." United States Senate, 94th Congress, 2nd Session, Report No. 94-755, April 26, 1976, page 49 states: "This directive empowered the secretary of state to co-ordinate overseas information activities designed to counter communism. A top secret annex to NSC-4, NSC-4A, instructed the director of Central Intelligence to undertake covert psychological activities in pursuit of the aims set forth in NSC-4. The initial authority given the CIA for covert operations under NSC-4A did not establish formal procedures for either co-coordinating or approving these operations. It simply directed the DCI to "undertake covert actions and ensure, through liaison with State and Defense, that the resulting operations were consistent with American policy." Later NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to supersede NSC-4 and NSC-4A and expand the covert abilities even further. The Office of Policy Co-ordination (OPC) was chartered to carry out an expanded program of covert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 validated illegal and extra-legal practices and procedures as being agreeable to the national security leadership. The reaction was swift. In the eyes of the intelligence community "no holds were barred". Under NSC-10/1 an Executive Co-ordination Group, was established to review, but not approve, covert project proposals. The ECG was secretly tasked to co-ordinate the alien projects. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were interpreted to mean that no one at the top wanted to know anything about it until it was over and successful. These actions established a buffer between the President and the information. It was intended that this buffer serve as a means for the President to deny knowledge if leaks divulge the true state of affairs. This buffer was used in later years for the purpose of effectively isolating succeeding Presidents from any knowledge of the alien presence other than what the Secret Government and the Intelligence Community wanted them to know. NSC-10/2 established a study panel which met secretly and was made up of the scientific minds of the day. The study panel was not called.

Another secret memo NSC-10/5 further outlined the duties of the study panel. These NSC memos and secret Executive Orders set the stage for the creation of MJ-12 only four years later. Secretary of State James Forrestal began to object to secrecy. He was very idealistic and religious man who believed that the public should be told. When he began to talk to leaders of the opposition party and leaders of the Congress about the alien problem he was asked to resign by Truman. He expressed his fears to many people and rightfully believed that he was being watched. This was interpreted by those who were ignorant of the facts as paranoia. Forrestal later was said to have suffered a mental breakdown and was admitted to the Bethesda Naval Hospital. In fact it was feared that Forrestal would begin to talk again and had to be isolated and discredited. Sometime in the early morning of May 22, 1949 agents of the CIA tied a sheet around his neck, fastened the other end to a fixture in his room and threw James Forrestal out of the window. The sheet tore and he plummeted to his death. He became one of the first victims of the cover-up. The live alien that had been at some point during the second year of captivity, he began to divulge the information derived from EBE was startling, to say the least. It was later called the "Yellow Book". Photographs were taken of EBE which, among others, I and Bill English were to view years later in GRUDGE 13. In late 1951 EBE became ill. Medical personnel had been unable to determine the cause of EBE's illness and had no background to draw. EBE's system was chlorophyll based and he processed food into energy much the same as plants. Waste material was excreted the same as plants. It was decided that an expert on botany was called for. A botanist Dr. Guillermo Mendoza was brought in to try and help him recover. Dr. Mendoza worked to save the EBE until mid 1952 when EBE died. Dr. Mendoza became an expert on alien biology. In a futile attempt to save EBE and to gain favor with this technologically superior race the United States began broadcasting a call for help in 1952 into the vast regions of space. The call went unanswered but the project continued as an effort of good faith. President Truman created the super secret National Security Agency by secret Executive Order on November 4, 1952. Its primary purpose was to decipher the alien communications and language and establish a dialogue with the aliens. This most urgent task was a continuation of the earlier effort and was code named SIGMA. The secondary purpose of the NSA was to monitor all communications and emissions from any and devices world-wide for the purpose of gathering intelligence, both human and alien, and to contain the secret of the alien presence. Project SIGMA was successful. The NSA also maintains communications with the Luna Base and other Secret Space Programs. By Executive Order the NSA is exempt from all laws which do not specifically name the NSA in the text of the law, that means that if the agency is not spelled out in the text of any and every law passed by the Congress it is not subject to that or those laws. The NSA now performs many other duties and in fact is the premiere agency within the intelligence community. Today NSA receives 75% of the moneys allotted to the

intelligence community. The old saying "where the money goes therein the power resides" is true. The DCI today is a figurehead maintained as a public ruse. The primary task of the NSA is still alien communications but now includes other alien projects as well. President Truman has been keeping our allies, including the Soviet Union, informed of the developing alien problem since the Roswell recovery. This has been done in case the aliens turned out to be a threat to the human race. Plans were formulated to defend the Earth in case of invasion. Great difficulty was encountered in maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that an outside group was necessary to co-ordinate and control international efforts to hide the secret from the normal scrutiny of governments by the press. The result was the formulation of a secret society known as the "Bilderburgers". The headquarters of this group is in Geneva, Switzerland. The Bilderburgers evolved into a secret world government that now controls everything. The United Nations was then, and is now, an international joke. In 1953 a new man occupied the White House. He was a man used to a structured staff organization with a chain of command. His method was to delegate authority and rule by committee. He made major decisions but only when his advisors were unable to come to consensus. His normal method was to read through or listen to several alternatives, that his favorite comment was "just do whatever it takes". He spent a lot of time on the golf course. This was not unusual for a man who had been career Army with the ultimate position of Supreme Allied Commander during the war, a post which carried 5 stars along with it. This President was General of the Army Dwight David Eisenhower. During his first year in office, 1953 at least 10 more crashed alien disks were recovered along with 26 dead and 4 live aliens. Of the 10, 4 were found in Arizona, 2 in Texas, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Louisiana, 1 in Montana, and 1 in South Africa. There were hundreds of sightings. Eisenhower knew that he had to wrestle and beat the alien problem. He knew that he could not do it by revealing the secret to the congress. Early in 1953 the new President turned to his friend and fellow member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Nelson Rockefeller for help with the alien problem. Eisenhower and Rockefeller began planning the secret structure of alien task supervision which was to become a reality within one year. The idea for MJ-12 was thus born. It was Nelson's Uncle Winthrop Aldrich who had been crucial in convincing Eisenhower to run for President. The whole Rockefeller family and with them the Rockefeller empire had solidly backed Ike. Asking Rockefeller for help with the alien problem was the biggest mistake Eisenhower ever made for the future of the United States and most probably all of humanity. Within 1 week of Eisenhower's election he had appointed Nelson Rockefeller chairman

of a Presidential Advisory Committee on Government Organization. Rockefeller was responsible for planning the reorganization of the government. New Deal problems went into 1 single cabinet position called the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. When the Congress approved the new cabinet position in April of 1953, Nelson was named to the post of Under-secretary to Oveta Culp Hoppy. In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving towards Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be spaceships. Project SIGMA intercepted alien radio communication. When the objects reached the Earth they took up a very high orbit around the equator. There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project SIGMA, and a new project, PLATO, through radio communications using the computer binary language, was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project PLATO was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this alien race of space aliens. In the meantime a race of human-looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government. This alien group warned against the aliens that were orbiting the Equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition. They refused to exchange their technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology which we then possessed. They believed that we would use any new technology to destroy each other. This race stated that we were on a path of self-destruction and we must stop killing each other, stop polluting the Earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony. These terms were met with extreme suspicion, especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament. It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of a wrong decision. Nuclear Disarmament was not considered to be in the best interest of the United States. The overtures were rejected. Later in 1954 the race of large nosed Grey Aliens which had been orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force Base. A basic agreement was reached. This race identified themselves as originating from a planet around a red star in the Constellation of Orion called Betelgeuse. They stated that their planet was dying and at some unknown future time they would no longer be able to survive there. this led to a second landing at Edwards Air Force Base. The event had been planned in advance and the details of the treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on Vacation. On the appointed day the President was spirited away to the base and the excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist. President Eisenhower met with the aliens and a formal treaty between the Alien Nation and the United States of America was signed. We then received our first Alien

Ambassador from outer space. His name and title was His "Omnipotent Highness Krill", pronounced Krill. In the American tradition of disdain for royal titles, he was secretly called "Original Hostage Krill". You should know that the alien flag is known as the "Trilateral Insignia". It is displayed on their craft and their uniforms. Both of these landings and the second meeting were filmed. The films exist today. The treaty stated: The aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on Earth a secret. They would furnish us with advanced technology and help us in our technological development. They would not make a treaty with any other Earth nation. They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examinations and monitoring of our development with the stipulation that the humans would not be harmed, would be returned to the point of their abduction, that the humans would have no memory of the event, and that the Alien Nation would furnish MJ-12 with a list of all human contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis. It was agreed that each nation would receive the Ambassador of the other for as long as the treaty remained in force. It was further agreed that the Alien Nation [] with the purpose of learning, each of the other. The Alien "Guests" would remain on the Earth and the "Human Guests" would travel to the Alien point of origin for a specific period of time then return, at which point a reverse exchange would be made. It was also agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the joint use of the Alien Nation and the United States Government. Exchange of technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases. These alien bases would be constructed under Indian reservations in the 4 corners area of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado, and 1 would be constructed in Nevada in the area known as S-4 located approximately 7 miles south of the western border of Area 51, known as Dreamland. All alien bases are under complete control of the Naval Department and all personnel who work in these complexes receive their checks from the Navy. Construction of the bases began immediately but progress was slow until large amounts of money were made available in 1957. Work continued on the "Yellow Book". Project REDLIGHT was formed and experimentation in test flying alien aircraft was begun in earnest. A super TOP SECRET facility was built at Groom Lake in Nevada in the midst of the weapons test range. It was code named DREAMLAND. The installation was placed under the Department of the Navy and personnel required a "Q" clearance as well as Executive (Presidential) approval. This is ironic due to the fact that the President of the United States does not have clearance to visit the site. The alien base and exchange of technology actually took place in an area known as S-4. Area S-4 was code named "The Dark Side of the Moon". The Army was tasked to form a super secret organization to furnish security for all alien tasked projects. This organization became the National Reconnaissance Organization

based at Fort Carson, Colorado. The specific teams trained to secure the projects were called DELTA. A second project code named SNOWBIRD was promulgated to explain away any sightings of the REDLIGHT crafts as being Air Force experiments. The SNOWBIRD crafts were manufactured using conventional technology and were flown for the press on several occasions. Project SNOWBIRD was also used to debunk legitimate public sightings of alien craft (UFO). Project SNOWBIRD was very successful and reports from the public declined steadily until recent years. A multi-million dollar SECRET fund was organized and kept by the Military Office of the White House. This fund was used to build over 75 deep underground facilities. Presidents who asked were told the fund was used to build Deep Underground Shelters for the President. Millions of dollars were funneled through this office to MJ-12 and then out to the contractors and was used to build TOP SECRET alien bases as well as TOP SECRET DUMB (Deep Underground Military Bases), and the facilities promulgated by "Alternative 2", throughout the nation. President Johnson used this fund to build a movie theater and pave the road to his ranch. He had no idea of its true purpose. The secret White House Underground Construction Fund was set up in 1957 by President Eisenhower. The funding was obtained from Congress under the guise of "construction and maintenance of secret sites where the President could be taken in case of military attack: Presidential Emergency Sites". The sites are literally holes in the ground, deep enough to withstand a nuclear blast and are outfitted with state of the art communications equipment. To date there are more than seventy-five sites spread around the country which were building with money from this fund. The Atomic Energy Commission has built an additional 22 underground sites. The location and everything to do with these sites were and are considered and treated as TOP SECRET. The money was and is in control of the Military Office of the White House, and was and is laundered through a circuitous web that even the most knowledgeable spy or accountant can not follow. As of 1980 only a few at the beginning and the end of this web knew what the money was for. At the beginning were Representative George Mahon, of Texas, and the Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and its Defense Subcommittee: and Representative Robert Sikes of Florida, Chairman of the House Appropriations Military Construction Subcommittee. Today it is rumored that House Speaker Jim Wright controls the money in Congress and that a power struggle is under way to remove him. At the end of the line were the President, MJ-12, the Director of the Military Office and a commander at the Washington Navy Yard. Highest policy-making body in the government.

Nelson Rockefeller was also given a second important job as the head of a secret unit called the Planning Co-ordination Group which was formed under NSC 5412/1 in March of 1955. The group consisted of different ad hoc members depending on the subject of the agenda. The basic members were Rockefeller, a representative of the Department of State, and the Director of Central Intelligence. It was soon called the "3412 Committee" of the "Special Group". NSC 5412/1 established the rule that covert operations were subject to approval by executive committee, whereas in the past these operations were initiated solely on the authority of the Director of Central Intelligence. By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5410, Eisenhower had preceded NSC 5412/1 in 1954 to establish a permanent committee (not ad hoc) to be known as Majority Twelve (MJ-12) to oversee and conduct all covert activities concerned with the alien question. NCS 5412/1 was created to explain the purpose of these meetings when Congress, and the Press became curious. Majority Twelve was made up of Nelson Rockefeller, the Director of the CIA Allen Welsh Dulles, the Secretary of State John Foster Dulles, the Secretary of Defense Charles E. Wilson, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Arthur W. Radford, the Director of the FBI J. Edgar Hoover, and six men from the committee of the Council on Foreign Relations known as the "Wise Men". These men were all members of a secret society of scholars that called themselves "The Jason Society"; or "The Jason Scholars" who recruited their members from the "Skull and Bones" and the "Scroll and Key" societies of Harvard and Yale. The "Wise Men" were key members of the Council on Foreign Relations. There were 12 members including the first 6 from Government positions thus Majority Twelve. This group was made up over he years by officers and directors of the Council on Foreign Relations and later the Trilateral Commission. Gordon Dean, George Bush, and Zbigniew Brzezinski were among them. The most important and influential of the "Wise Men " who served on MJ-12 were John McCloy, Robert Lovett, Averell Harriman, Charles Bohlen, George Kennan, and Dean Acheson. It is significant that President Eisenhower as well as the first 6 MJ-12 members from the Government were also members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Thorough researchers will soon discover that not all of the "Wise Men" attended Harvard or Yale and not all of them were chosen for "Skull and Bones" or "Scroll and Key" membership during their college years. You will be able to quickly clear up this mystery by obtaining the book, The Wise Men by Walter Issacson and Evan Thomas, Simon and Schuster, New York. Under illustration #9 in the center of the book you will find the caption; "Lovett with the Yale Unit, above far right, and on the beach: His Initiation into Skull and Bones came at an air base near Dunkirk". I have found that members were recruited on an ongoing basis by invitation based upon merit post college and was not confined to only Harvard or Yale attendees.

A chosen few were later initiated into the Jason Society. They are all members of Council on Foreign Relations and at that time were known as the "Eastern Establishment". This should give you a clue to the far reaching and serious nature of these most secret college societies. The Jason Society is alive and well today but includes members of the Trilateral Commission as well. The Trilateralists existed secretly several years BEFORE 1973. The name of the Trilateral Commission was taken from the alien flag known as the Trilateral Insignia. Majority Twelve was to survive right up to the present day. Under Eisenhower and Kennedy it was erroneously called the "5412 committee" or more correctly, the "Special Group". In the Johnson administration it became the "303 Committee" because the name 5412 had been compromised in the book, The Secret Government. Actually NSC 5412/1 was leaked to the author to hide the existence of NSC 5410. Under Nixon, Ford, and Carter it was called the "40 Committee", and under Reagan, it became the "PI-40 Committee". Over all these years only the name has changed. By 1955 it had become obvious that the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and had broken the treaty. Mutilated humans were being found along with mutilated animals all across the United States. It was decided that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of human contacts and abductees to MJ-12 and it was suspected that not all abductees had been returned. The Soviet Union was suspected that not all abductees had been returned. The Soviet Union was suspected of interacting with them, and this proved to be true. It was learned that the aliens had been and were then manipulating masses of people through secret societies, witchcraft, magic, the occult, and religion. After several Air Force combat air engagements with alien craft it also became apparent that our weapons were no match against them. In November of 1955 NSC-5412/2 was issued establishing a study committee to explore "all factors which are involved in the implementing of foreign policy in the nuclear age". This was only a blanket of snow that covered the real subject of study, the alien question. By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5411 in 1954, President Eisenhower had commissioned the study group to "examine all the facts, and deception and discover the truth of the alien question". NSC 5412/2 was only a cover that had become necessary when the press began inquiring as to the purpose of regular meetings of such important men. The first meetings began at Quantico Marine Base. The study group was made up of 35 members of the Council on Foreign Relations, the scholars known as "The Jason Society" or the "Jason Scholars". Dr. Edward Teller was invited to participate. Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the study director for the first 18 months. Dr. Henry Kissinger was chosen as the group's study director for the second 18 months. Nelson Rockefeller

I grew up hearing the stories my grandfather told of a Space Being he helped Rescue. The general response was to label the work "the stuff of myth and legend of Native Americans, not suitable to the serious study of a scientific phenomena."

The total rejection made me angry. For nearly thirty years, I refused to even pick up a book on UFO's or New Age Phenomena. I religiously refused to read or listen to what is out there. Circumstances have changed. My Grandfather is gone, but not before he had elicited a promise from me to once more to tell the story. The history of mankind and Earth as revealed by Bek'Ti is both exciting and frightening. Man's creation and his place in the galaxy is made clear, but in the process, Man's nobility and pride are injured. The abduction phenomena and the attending grey beings are integral parts of humanity's history, and explained against a framework of the Star Beings' purpose for mankind. The sources of Man's religions and the origins of legendary figures like Zeus,, Osiris, Isis, the Minotaur and a number of other "mythological" beings are explained and also placed into the framework of Earth's history.

PART 2: THE STORY OF MAN'S CREATION In our galaxy are billions of Star Beings. Humanoid races are the rule, not the exception. These races descended from many life forms: reptiles, insects, dinosaurs, birds and other life forms mankind cannot begin to imagine. One of the oldest Star Races in this sector of the universe is the reptilian Ari-An which descended from dinosaur ancestors in the star system of Orion. Ruled by Queens, they created the most powerful empire in this galaxy. Ari-An warriors were unmatched for ferocity and bravery, and the Ari-An Empire was unmatched in power and size. Millions of years of countless battles had allowed this Empire to develop advanced war strategies. Among these, the Ari-An practiced "conditioning" or "reprogramming" to control conquered populations and make them assets rather than liabilities. Enemies became obedient servants of the reptilian queens' throne. In this way, the Ari-Ans eliminated resistance. An unexpected evolution of another race in the star system Sirius posed a threat to the Ari-An Empire. Though not as old or as advanced as the reptilians, the warriors of the Kanus Empire, a doglike race (similar to wolves) made up for any lack with their fierceness. Even the most disciplined of the Ari-An warriors feared these vicious and barbaric Sirian warriors, who stopped to devour the flesh of their enemies on the battlefield.

Rapid advancement of the Sirian warriors threatened the very existence of the Ari-An Empire. As a result, the queens approached the Sirian kings to offer an alliance. A treaty was agreed upon that delineated which sectors of the galaxy each empire was to rule and, for a time, the warriors of both empires fought side-by-side. With the birth of a new star system was born, the Sirian King was quick to claim it. As the Sirians began to exploit its resources, this new system became an outpost for both the Ari-An and Sirian, and the power and wealth for both continued to grow. But eventually war broke out again, this time among rival Sirian kings. In the end, Ari-An forces joined KIng An. Entire worlds held by the opposition were totally destroyed, including their moons and colonies. Much later, King An sent his son Prince Ea and daughter, Princess Nin-Hur-Sag (both genetic scientists) to rebuild the destroyed world of Eridu and once again tap into the valuable and much needed resources found there. They successfully restored the atmosphere; refilled the seas with life, recreated plants, trees and flora, and hybridized many different kinds of creatures. The planet Eridu (Earth) was reborn. New creatures were produced to inhabit the planet. One such creature, Apa-Mus, was an ape-beast hybrid whose only purpose was to serve and to slave in the fields and mines. But this beast was different from the others. It could understand orders and could communicate. Princess Nin-Hur-Sag had genetically engineered the ape-beast hybrid by using her own DNA. The beast grew in intelligence and began to teach his own quickly multiplying offspring. When another species of genetically engineered workers, underground dwelling Sheti Lizards, revolted and seized power, the ruling Star Beings fled from the planet. With the opposition out of the way, Sheti used mind-control and programming techniques they learned from their masters to alter the memories of the remaining Star Being descendants. Mankind's knowledge of Star Beings was replaced with myths and legends. Sheti dominance has been and continues to be challenged by many other star races attempting to regain control of Earth -- and mankind -- for their own purposes. The struggle for power goes on.

PART 3: OVERTHROW ATTEMPTS -- PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE The reptilian Ari-An race has made several attempts to overthrow the present power on Earth. In the early 20th century, the world-wide Aryan movement nearly succeeded in conquering the entire "docile" world. If, as the author suggests, they are continuing in their efforts, new movements in the supremacy groups will appear. Reptiles will appear in all aspects of the media as friendly or heroic beings, fighting on man's behalf.

Reptilian superheroes will become children's role models. Religious uprisings have been staged throughout Earth's history by the Sirians. The Inquisition, the Papal Wars, the numerous "Messiahs" and the "Miracle Sightings" were engineered by them to bring mankind back into their influence. If they, too, are trying to take over the Earth as the author suggests, then a return to fundamentalism will also occur, as will the increasing appearance of angels and miraculous occurrences. Patterns show on-going efforts to direct the people of Planet Earth and also predict upcoming events: Mankind will soon be surrounded with images of asteroids and falling fiery comets. Black pigs will be seen everywhere as will angelic figures and miracles. Dinosaurs will become children's heroes and violence will be the foundation of their play. New airborne diseases, immune to existing treatments, will surface. NASA will be rendered weak and impotent, if not terminated. A galactic war of conquest rages over our heads. Earth -- and Man -- are the prize. Crop Circles -- Visual Communications In an attempt to communicate with the descendants of Star Beings - especially those who are able to remember the "clues" -- visual signals are being sent in the form of crop circles. Signs meant for the Sirian descendants usually have a striking resemblance to ancient Egyptian glyphs, football-shaped designs, circle-in-the-cross forms, or circles with a dot in center. They may also appear as mathematical formulations. Crop circles from the Ari-Ans often have a snake-like form, or insect or bug-like creatures. whatever the form, crop circles are signs to the descendants that they have not been forgotten. As a signal that a starship has been dispatched to the solar system and Earth, images of enormous planetary starships and crews comprised of heroic "saviours" of mankind and the Earth will be everywhere. To counter this image of a "good" heavenly body, images of falling asteroids and crashing comets will be used as justification for aiming antiasteroid missiles skyward for "defensive" purposes.

PART 4: FORMS OF CONTROL Meanwhile, to maintain control of mankind, the Sheti have introduced a controlling electronic blanket. Many of these electronic instruments are carried on the person: Tape and CD players with headphones, virtual reality gear, pagers, pocket games, cellular phones, etc. are now commonplace.

Drugs of all kinds, legal and illegal (including alcohol, tobacco and narcotics) are part of the control program to keep mankind docile. Behavior modification to prevent us from being motivated to fight for ourselves, will require that no human being be allowed status as hero. Those who do not fight back, but endure great suffering will become the new "heroes" and role models: victims, martyrs, tortured POWs, and people who die in service to their country. Population control will increase in intensity and only the select will be allowed to continue. Disappearances and abductions will increase, especially of woman and young children. New airborne diseases will appear. Obesity will increase, sexual dysfunction will increase in males, and female menstrual cycles will decrease from 28 days to 25 days. To maintain control of mankind and keep us stranded on Earth, NASA will be eliminated or severely restricted in its scope. Any evidence of extraterrestrial life will be strictly suppressed and denied. Mankind's Hope: Royal Blood The battle lines have been drawn for a coming galactic war for the domination of planet Earth. Folds of skin on its back and arms help it move along the ground at great speed and maybe even glide for some distance. It has three clawed digits on each hand and foot.

"Greys" (possibly one was still alive) were recovered near Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 by the US Air Force. The crashed spacecraft was also recovered. The EBE (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) is said to have remained a "guest" of the US Air Force until 1952 when it died. Subsequent contacts with these alien entities were made resulting in an "agreement" in which the U.S. would allow the "greys" to abduct humans and animals in return for their advanced technology. The craft (as well as the frozen bodies of the dead aliens) and others that we recovered over the years are kept at various heavily guarded secret facilities such as Wright Patterson Air Force Base (Dayton, Ohio) and Area 51 (S-4), Groom Lake, Nevada. Description : Short, humanoid, bipedal being. Height may vary between 3.5 and 4.5 feet tall. Body is thin and skinny, almost fragile. Limbs are also extremely thin and long, out of proportion to the body. Three or four fingers per hand, usually with webbing between the digits. [see picture] The head is very large with no hair, huge black eyes, [see picture], a very small slit of a mouth and no ears. Blood is reported as being a pale yellow or whitish substance.

The Philadelphia Experiment (U.S. Government designation "Project Rainbow" had its origin in a feasibility study started in the early 1930's at the University of Chicago (1931) and later moved to Princeton's Institute of Advanced Studies. Involved in the program at various times were renowned scientists that included Dr. Albert Einstein, Dr. John Von Neumann, Dr. Nikola Tesla, and others. Originally a theoretical study in methods to produce an "invisibility screen", the first fully successful test in 1940 converted the program to a military project: "Project Rainbow". As a military (Navy) program, a volunteer crew had to be trained and a ship selected - the Eldridge (DE 173). Equipment had to be built, and installed for seaborne tests. Sea trials were conducted outside of Philadelphia, in the Delaware Bay area. First tests were in July, 1943 with serious personnel problems resulting. The final test 12 August 1943 - was an utter disaster of ship and crew: the ship survived after its return to normal time and location in the Philadelphia harbor. The U.S. Navy continues to deny to this day that this project ever existed. The expectations for the project and the nature of the problems with the crew will be developed and discussed, as well as why the "human equation" failed. A review of prior publications attempting to expose this project will also be discussed. The lecturer, Alfred D. Bielek, was born in August 1916 as Edward A. Cameron, son of Alexander D. Cameron, Sr. He attended several universities, graduating with a Ph D. in Physics (1939). Enlisting in the Navy along with his brother, they eventually became directly involved in the "Philadelphia Experiment". The story of how he - Edward Cameron - was eventually removed from the project and became Alfred D. Bielek is a bizarre story of government brainwashing and manipulation, and destruction of a career. The story of his brother is still more bizarre as well as tragic.

Mr. Bielek is today a retired electronics engineer with 30 years of a consulting career behind him. The following is a Vanguard Sciences commentary by Jerry W. Decker and is based on personal studies in a variety of subjects including the book "The Philadelphia Experiment" and attendance of the lecture. Mr. Bielek is a most engaging speaker. He presents a wide range of popular references during his talks and weaves quite a web. However, the information available prior to the 1983 movie, "The Philadelphia Experiment" does not concern the prospect of time transport. The stated focus of the "Philadelphia Experiment" project was to "achieve radar invisibility". Mr. Bielek states that his "memories began coming back AFTER seeing the movie in 1988." I got the impression that he incorporates new topics into the storyline as fast as he hears them, claiming that his "memory came back on that." Another major flaw was the statement that Nikola Tesla was in association with and in charge of the project. This is highly incredible since the experiment occurred in July, 1943 and Tesla died on January 7, 1943 in New York City. Yet another reference which is difficult to believe is that Gustave LeBon was a consultant and worked with Tesla and Einstein on the project. Bielek says that Thorn EMI, producer of the film, "The Philadelphia Experiment" was banned from showing it in September 1983. He later says it was given a limited showing in the USA. Thorn Instruments, an old English manufacturer of labware from the early 1800's bought into EMI and had in their archives a statement of a disappearing ship with a picture of the "time traveler" who brought it to them. In the picture were the Wilson brothers of Thorn, Aleister Crowley (infamous occultist) and a 4th person who was Preston Nichols. This "traveler" said to be Peter Nickels is a past president of the USPA (United States Psychotronic Association) and was supposedly in the picture taken in 1890. Supposedly Mr. Nickels was shown the picture by a Thorn/EMI representative (Chief Archivist). It showed him about 10 years older than now, 1989. They would not let Nickels copy the picture. Bielek says Crowley said that Nickels was a man out of the future and gave them the photograph of the disappearing ship.

Project Rainbow was said to be the original name of the project, later changed to Project Phoenix. It took four hours for the disappearance from Philadelphia to return. Bielek also said EBE-1 (extraterrestrial biological entity #1) gave the secret of the transistor to the government, (no time frame). (Of course, we all know the germanium transistor was invented by Thomas Henry Moray and stolen by Bell Labs) Dr. Von Neumann (of computer fame) was supposedly involved in the "Philadelphia Experiment" with Tesla, Einstein and Lebon. Bielek says he is recorded to have died in 1953 or 1957. In Phoenix, 1986, Bielek's memories recalled a site in Montauk which might be where Von Neumann currently resides in obscurity. In January 1988, Bielek's memories of the "Philadelphia Experiment" were recalled. Another major discrepancy, records indicate that the original manned experiment occurred on October 28, 1943, NOT the 12th of August 1943. Despite the irregularities there were some interesting comments made in regard to time. The two most outstanding things about the public lecture was the showing of a slide purported to be a "Zero Time Reference G [] " which looks strangely similar to an old Army field kitchen refrigeration unit. No technical details were given or offered. This device was purported to be the oscillator which drove s [] of the experiment. Mr. Bielek claimed that the unit shown was used to synchronize two separate signals (one for each coil). The literature of the "Philadelphia Experiment" is replete with descriptions of the technology. Further findings by our group and associates indicate a more "coherent" approach. Basically, a coil was wound on each half of the ship and driven by separate oscillators, synced with an adjustable phase angle to create a "scalar-type wave". This distorted the field matrices of matter encompassed within the field for "unusual effects". Keely was more than familiar with this field of compound vibrations and their applications, HELL, HE PRECEDED ALL OTHERS. The other interesting comment was about a professor of Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin in the 30's. His name - Henry Levenson. He specialized in time studies and developed a time variant equation.

Mr. Levenson co-authored 2 books and wrote 1. None of these books are available (of course) but Bielek indicates they might be available in restricted or private libraries such as Princeton. The time comments centered around a concept involving a TIME LOCK which was "encoded" at the time of creation of all matter, living or otherwise. Thus, all matter created on the Earth, must be "clocked" to the Solar time lock and that of the Galaxial. If your time lock became "distorted" by high intensity field would create a variety of problems due to the instability of the recovery process, assuming that recovery could be possible. Bielek claimed that the original system was powered with a 500 KW generator, later increased to 2 Megawatt. Another experiment was supposed to have been done with 3 field coils, all synced to the same clocking system.

The 3 field design created major arcing and caused a return to the 2 field design. Bielek also claims that there were 3000 tubes used in the system. If you get the chance to hear Mr. Bielek, I do recommend it if only for entertainment. However, if you want usable data, stick to books, periodicals and your own research. The time theories espoused by Bielek seem particular worthy of study. Much of the "Scalar" craze indicates a technology which could duplicate or surpass the original "Philadelphia Experiment". Just for grins, I will state my own conclusion and theory on the subject. I base it on UFO phenomena, the work of Dr. Harold S. Burr, Dr. Walter Russell, W. J. Hooper and personal observations. If the original purpose was "invisibility" as stated in various articles and commentaries, then why did a SHIP wind up in a HARBOR FILLED WITH WATER and NOT in the middle of a city street or a wheat field in Kansas. Seems that something is amiss as other accounts of the experiment state that it was not carried out once but several times. Each time the ship "teleported" to a watery target. What are the chances that EVERYTIME the ship would "land" in water?? As I understand it, partially based on this quote from our file PHILAD1.ZIP:

The U.S. Navy, for one, seemed obsessed with the idea of the perfect camouflage - the ultimate secret weapon - INVISIBILITY. If only one of their warships could be made invisible, think of the havoc it would cause the enemy. Havoc that could conceivably bring the bitter and long enduring war to an end. On October 28, 1943, an experiment was conducted at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This event, appropriately enough, became known as "The Philadelphia Experiment". A Navy escort destroyer named the DE 173 (better known as the U.S.S. Eldridge), with hundreds of tons of electrical equipment aboard, lay in its dock. Scientist on shore started the experiment which involved Dr. Albert Einstein's "Unified Field Theory", a completed version appearing in the period 1925-27. "Withdrawn" as incomplete, the revised theory returned in 1940. The result of the experiment was brain-rattling! The ship faded rapidly from sight in a foggy, green mist - and COMPLETELY VANISHED! Speechless amazement struck the wide-eyed scientist ashore. Then, after a few minutes (another account makes that "seconds"), the ship reappeared where it had formerly been, to its Philadelphia dock, and regained its visibility! But that was not all. Something equally stunning was discovered to have happened during its vanishment. During that period of a few minutes (or seconds) the ship had shown up at its other Norfolk Navy Yard dock in Virginia! So, not only had it successfully become invisible, but it had also been TELEPORTED! Since we live in a serial time which clocks our every action and records it on the surrounding space continuum. Our presence at in any space at a given timeframe is captured by local space/matter conditions so that the moving of the earth and our solar system in its orbit would not leave us in space were we to teleport. So we have slices of wherever we have been since our creation. We should be able to step back into any given slice, not in time, only in space. Another condition of this concept is that the PRESENT represents a suction which maintains matter as a balloon in the "holographic image" of a mass in a single time frame and in a specific spatial. Remember that this is in the PRESENT ONLY. Since the Eldridge had a history of having been at its OTHER DOCK SOMETIME IN THE PAST and probably on several occasions, then if we could distort the tempic (time) field enough, we could momentarily teleport the ship NOT THROUGH TIME BUT

THROUGH SPACE to a place IT HAD BEEN BEFORE. Now, if during that act and BEFORE COMPLETE TRANSFER WAS ACCOMPLISHED, someone cut the power, the portions of matter which had teleported would be "sucked" back like a vacuum to the source, i.e. the original spatial location of the PRESENT. Think of it as two balloons. A full one in Philadelphia represents the Eldridge. At the port in Virginia, an empty balloon represents the holographic image (with no matter) and of a SPATIAL image sometime in the past. (Of course, for each timeframe past, an empty holographic image balloon lies there recording the passage through time of each object, just like a frame of a comic strip) If we slowly squeeze the full balloon (representing the Eldridge at the Philadelphia port in the original or PRESENT location), a connecting tube to the Virginia port allows the passage of "matter" into the empty Eldridge. We get to a point where the source is 1/4 empty and the target is 3/4 full. IF at this point, someone RELEASES THE PRESSURE, what happens? The "teleported matter" will surge back into the ORIGINAL SPATIAL location which exerts a vacuum to keep its balloon full. Of course, once the transfer is complete, the suction then takes place from the target spatial location. Since the pressure (high intensity pulsing magnetic waves) was released before the transfer was complete, the resulting surges created massive distortions in all mass encompassed by the field. Living organisms record field effects in their tissues. Therefore, all tissue formations which took place during the surge, recorded the surges to "haunt" the victims. This apparently distorts the Bio-plasmic field also to cause major physical problems.

THE MONTAUK PROJECT AND THE PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT BY AL BIELEK

In 1943 came the Philadelphia Experiment and the lock-up with the Phoenix Project, ripping a huge hole in space-time. This was deliberately done by the aliens at the '83 end to put a rift in the fabric of space-time so large numbers of aliens and ships could come through. They all had time travel capabilities, but the rift was needed to get the large ships through and make a mass invasion of the United States, and later Europe, of aliens (primarily greys) and other types. When they landed at Edwards Air Force Base in the Muroc Dry Lake as well as another air base, the government already knew all about the aliens beings on this planet. They knew since 1887 with the first investigating commission under Grover Cleveland. In any case, they knew that they were here, but then they came en masse. We were confronted by a technology that we couldn't counter, we couldn't handle it, we didn't know what to do about it. So the agreement with Eisenhower and his advisors was to sign a treaty with them, a noninterference treaty and get what technology we could from them - make some kind of agreement. We'd buy time and see what we could do about it later. That was the basis of the agreement. Because of that, very large numbers of aliens came in and eventually became part of the Phoenix Project. They were planning ahead. We didn't know what they were up to. And I'm looking at this in retrospect, not what we knew then. They were planning ahead. They knew what they were doing. They made and manipulated the Phoenix Project. They did not expect it to crash then. I am sure they anticipate its continuing for another decade, at least into the '90's. However, because certain people suddenly, if you will pardon the expression, "saw the light", got religion, or whatever it is that hit them, Duncan, and a few others, conspired to destroy the station. And the reason for it was that they were fed up with what they saw as all the evils perpetrated there. I knew about it. I decided that I would not become part of the destructive plot. I said, "Yes, there is a lot of wrong here, but we've already straightened a lot of the mess out and we can straighten out the rest and continue this as a research tool," as John Von Neumann (who is still alive today by the way) wanted. He said, "It's a research tool; we need it." Because of the time travel (remote viewing) capabilities, he saw things coming in the future which could cause very serious threats to the United States and the world. But, these people had their way. They put a special implant into Duncan's head so that

we, as the original Duncan Cameron and myself as Edward Cameron, came through from the Philadelphia Experiment and went through the station (for twelve hours) we were returned to the Eldridge; then the Eldridge returned to '43. At that point, that phase was over and it completed the time loop. Then the word got out, "Now is the time" and Duncan releases this thing from his subconscious into the machine. The transmitter (which already by that time had its own personality) created this big monster, solidly in 3-D, twelve to fifteen feet high and (it) literally came out of the subconscious. It went around smashing buildings and people and it was discovered trying to break into the radar tower. The tower was much too strong for it to break into. The only way to stop it was to destroy the transmitter, and that's what was done. And it faded out into some other reality. It was photographed in May of 1986. But the final chapter on Montauk was not written. We discovered later the evidence. New coax cable runs, new power transformers being put on the power substation. The new ones are labeled "non PCB". Because now the law is that transformers can no longer be filled with PCB as a cooling agent: if they blow up or break open it's an extreme hazard to the environment. So they use an environmentally safe coolant - a different form of liquid in the transformers and they have big labels on them that say non-PCB. I have the pictures of this, from my trip a month ago. There are new coax cables runs around the base which are brand new. The radar tower now has a new steel door where it used to be wide open and you could walk in. They put a new steel door in with double padlocks so you can't get in. The back garage entrance door for trucks and delivering heavy stuff is now sealed from the inside. And we found other evidence that shows that it's being reactivated. Preston has been approached by the government to become the director of the new Montauk Project, and they told him they also want Duncan as part of it. There are new workers there. There are new entrances to the underground. One person we know has been through the outer door and there is an inner locked door with a red light on it. you have special access badges or you'll be stopped. We did not attempt to go in because we didn't feel we wanted to risk it. And we did not know where the project may go, but we sustained one of the goals is to extend the time rift ('43 to '83) onward to '93 because '93 is a subnode point in the 20-year cycle, and August. '93 will be a very critical area again and they probably want to be activated before August of '93. That's what we feel technically they are up to. But what the end purpose is for we are not sure. It may be to extend the time tunnel, that is, the time rift, for purposes of their own.

There are a lot of things on this project we don't know. Some of the things they used it for we still don't know. We have never had access to the classified records of Lincoln Labs at M.I.T. (Cambridge, Mass.). It was due to the fact that they had this time rift, and because it was unstable in the way it was generated (like a standing wave in an RF transmission line). You may not understand RF theory, but you get a reverse wave in an unterminated or improperly terminated line. Time is a wave as well. You can have a forward time wave and you can have a reverse time wave. If the two of equal amplitude hit each other at a node point, which is the earth synchronization point, like August 12th, 1963, they can be extremely disruptive, physically, to the physical structure of the earth. We hope that if the project is revived that it will be used properly rather than improperly as it was in the past, though there were some very good uses for the Montauk Project. In a larger view, it might be better left buried. Only time will tell what will happen, and whether or not I will play any part of it. They have not asked me. They don't want to. All we can do is hope for the best for the future and that the mistakes of the past will be understood and that some future will come out the better for it in spite of the problems we know we face. NOTES FROM BIELEK'S TALK, DECEMBER 1990 Mr. Bielek said that he and Preston were the two sailors that were running some special equipment on he Eldridge, the U.S. Navy ship which was turned invisible in 1943, know as the Philadelphia Experiment, since the boat was docked in Philadelphia. He claims that the Movie, "The Philadelphia Experiment" is essentially correct except when he and his brother jumped over the ship, when it was in hyperspace, they did not land in the future in the desert of Nevada, but at the secret base in Montauk, NY in 1984. For you see, he claims, the Government tried the same experiment 41 years later, on the same date and time, and opened up a hole in time between the two eras. If this hole was not closed, then our world could have been destroyed. Mr. Bielek stated that his brother decided to stay in the future, and he agreed to go back to 1943, to close the hole by destroying the equipment onboard the Eldridge. He did accomplish this task and the holes were closed. He said that in 1984 in Montauk, that through contact with the aliens, they had a time tunnel that existed there. Also he stated that a UFO which was witnessing the experiment in 1943 was caught up in the hole or energy vortex and also transported to the future. After his experience on the Eldridge, he claims that he worked with people related to the development of the nuclear bomb but he objected to the purpose of how the Government wanted to use such technologies. He stated that the Government saw him as a liability

and that they would have killed him except that his molecular structure was connected with the two holes in time in 1943 and 1984. They believed if they killed him, it could cause a ripple effect that would reopen these holes and thus used the technology they had removed from the aliens, to regress him to a baby and sent back in time to 1927 where he was exchanged for the son of the Bielek family. Now he states his brother, who stayed in the future, became quite fascinated with the time tunnel at Montauk. Somehow his brother got caught in the time tunnel, some experiment, and again, they had the same situation where if he died, his death could cause the tunnel of time to re-open. So again, using some strange technology of the aliens, they were able to take the soul of his brother and place it in the body of his father's third son. Thus Preston again forgot who he was although he still had the same father. The last piece of information I found quite fascinating in Mr. Bielek's talk was a discussion about time travel and parallel universes. He stated that using the equipment they had developed, they were able to identify at least four other parallel earths (similar to the TV program on Fox called "Sliders") and in of these parallel earths, Germany won World War II. This was quite interesting because I had just read a science fiction book by James Hogan that was based on this idea that people could travel in time and go back in time to intervene in key events to change the world which produced a new timeline or a parallel earth. Apparently, how the Universe preserves alternative time lines. What I mean by this, is say I go back in time and kill my grandfather. How could this be possible? If my grandfather died, I would never be born to kill him. What apparently happens in this case, is that the timeline I left, continues as is, with no changes except that I no longer exist there as by generating this new timeline, I forfeit my chance to return to my own timeline. When I killed my grandfather, a new timeline starts minuses my grandfather but I must remain in this altered timeline. Lastly, I attended a party in Las Vegas that Mr. Bielek was at, and he talked about some other interesting subjects. First he stated that the so-called "Grey" Aliens do exist and that we have received some technology from them and that they do have a plan to make the earth their new home. Also he stated that the Greys are following the guidance of the Serpent Reptilian race from Orion. That the Orions have great trouble living on the earth because our environment is not hospitable for them and that the Greys are helping to prepare the way for the Orions, who have basically enslaved their race. He stated that there have been battles. The tunnel was used at Montauk to go into the future. He stated that for some reason, they could never penetrate the years 2011-2013. He also stated that the technology is so good, they could pull you out, ship you to another time period and bring you back so

fast, that it would appear as no time had passed yet you could have aged several months or years because of the time you spent in the other time. He claimed that this happened to him on a number of occasions. Lastly, he shared that when they were able to see the future, past 2013, it appeared as if there was no life living on the earth. The part of his information which he shared about not being able to enter the 3 year timeframe I found quite interesting and started to ponder about this. Then inspiration (divine) struck me to explain why this might be possible. I remember reading a science fiction novel by Asimov about a group of people, supposedly existing in our future, who's work was to travel backwards and forward in time, making minor alterations to make the earth the best possible planet or place to live, at least in their opinion. There was a group in their very far future, who knew they were doing this and totally blocked the time travelers ability to enter their time period. My explanation for Mr. Bielek's statement about 20011-2013 is that if we are using a physical device to travel be it via traveling a distance in the current time or traveling in time, that in order to be able to reach your destination, that place or time must be in a vibrational harmony with the place you are leaving. In other words, the laws of physics, the vibrations of matter, must be in alignment. Therefore, I conclude that in 2011-2013, the earth will shift its vibrational motion and move into a new dimension which makes this time not in sync with our own. As I have been pursuing this theory, I have discovered that many of prophecies seem to point to something significant happening in this timeframe as well. I have heard both the Aztec and Mayans have prophecy about something happening during these years, a transformation of sorts. Also the Great Pyramid, if reading the prophecy on the special wall near the King (or is it the Queen) chambers, the tunneling leading up to this room, also has some reference to 2011. Also, the Mayan said their calendar ended in 1987 and 26 years later is 2013. Numbers which are a multiple of 13, 26 or 52 are considered sacred numbers to the Mayans. In 1990, while living in Las Vegas, I attended a lecture given about the Philadelphia Experiment at a local library. This presenter was Al Bielek and in about 2 and a half hours the story he told us about his experiences is one I will never forget. Even though some of his classes were utterly fantastic, I find that when there is something I read or hear and I can't shake it from my very being, to me, this is my own self telling me I have heard something important. One of the topics that was covered by Mr. Bielek's talk was the Montauk Project where he mentioned how he met Preston Nichols and that they recognized each other as long lost brothers. I would highly recommend that if this topic interests you, please pick up the book done by Mr. Bielek and Brad Steiger called the "Philadelphia Experiment and other UFO Conspiracies", (Innerlight Publications, 1991).

I am including on this page some information that was posted to the snet mailing list which is excepts from Preston Nichols book on the subject. I believe that this Project is another example of the breakthroughs made in modern technology as a result of contacts with extraterrestrials and that all the events described from snet is shared. The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time was released in June of 1992 and has created a stir of intrigue and queries for more information ever since. Montauk Revisited: Adventures in Synchronicity sought to answer many of those questions and ended up providing an even more elaborate scenario that the major mystery schools of Earth. The third book in the Montauk series, Pyramids of Montauk: Explorations in Consciousness, digs deeper into the psyche of the Montauk phenomena and gives startling insights into the construction and drama of the universe. This prelude is designed to familiarize the first time reader who is new to the subject and also to reorient those that read the first two books. The origin of the Montauk Project dates back to 1943 when radar invisibility was being researched aboard the USS Eldridge. As the Eldridge was stationed at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, the events concerning the ship have commonly been referred to as: The Philadelphia Experiment. The Eldridge became invisible to the naked eye and was removed from time and space as we know it! Although this was a remarkable breakthrough in technology, it was a catastrophe to the people involved. Sailors had

been transported out of this dimension and returned in a state of complete mental disorientation and horror. Some were even planted into the bulkhead of the ship itself. Those who survived were discharged as "mentally unfit" or otherwise discredited and the entire affair was covered up. After the war, research continued under the tutelage of Dr. John Von Neumann who had directed the technical aspects of the Philadelphia Experiment. His new orders were to find out what made the mind of man tick and why people could not be subject to interdimensional phenomena without disaster. A massive human factor study was begun at Brookhaven National Laboratories on Long Island, New York. It was known as the Phoenix Project. Von Neumann was not only the inventor of the modern computer and a mathematical genius in his own right; he was able to draw on the enormous resources of the military industrial complex which included the vast data base of Nazi psychological research that the allies had acquired after World War II. It was against this background that Von Neumann attempted to couple computer technology with sophisticated radio equipment in an attempt to link people's minds with machines. Over time, his efforts were quite successful. After years of empirical experimentation, human thoughts could eventually be received by esoteric crystal radio receivers and relayed into a computer, and could store the thoughts in terms of information bits. This thought pattern could in turn be displayed on a computer screen and printed out on a piece of paper. These principles were developed so that a psychic could think a thought that could be transmitted out a computer and potentially affect the mind of another human being. Ultimately, the Phoenix Project obtained a superior understanding of how the mind functions and achieved the sinister potential for mind control. A full report was made to Congress who in turn ordered the project to be disbanded, at last in part for fear of having their own minds controlled. Private concerns that helped to develop the project did not follow the dictate of Congress and sought out to seduce the military with the idea that this technology could be used in warfare to control enemy minds. A secret group with deep financial resources and some sort of military tie decided they would establish a new research facility at Camp Hero, a derelict Air Force Station at Montauk Point, New York. This locale was chosen because it housed a huge Sage radar antenna that emitted a frequency of approximately 400-425 Megahertz coincidentally the same band used to enter the consciousness of the human mind. In the late 60's, the reactivation of Camp Hero began despite no funding from the military. By 1972, the Montauk Project was fully underway with massive mind control experimentation being undertaken upon humans, animal and other forms of consciousness that were deemed to exist. Over the years, the Montauk researchers perfected their mind control techniques and continued to delve further into the far reaches of human potential. By developing the

psychic abilities of different personnel, it eventually got to the point where a psychic's thoughts [] of matter. All of this was unparalleled in the history of what we call "ordinary human experience" but the people who ran the Montauk Project were not about to stop. They would reach even further into the realm of the extraordinary. Once it was discovered that a psychic could manifest matter, it was observed that it could appear at different times, depending on what the psychic was thinking. Thus, what would happen if a psychic thought of a book but thought of it appearing yesterday? It was this line of thinking and experimentation which led to the idea that one could bend time itself. After years of research, time portals were opened with massive and outrageous experiments being conducted. The Montauk Project eventually, came to a bizarre climax with a time vortex being opened back to 1943 and the original Philadelphia Experiment. None of this information would have come to light except for Preston B. Nichols, an electronic genius who one day discovered that he was an unwitting victim of the experiments. Working for a Long Island defense contractor, Preston was researching telepathy in psychics and found the people he was working with. As a radio and electronics expert, Preston traced the radio directly to the Montauk Air Force Station and began exhaustive research that lasted over a decade. He acquired much of the equipment that was used during the Montauk Project and discovered to his dismay that many people from Montauk remembered him working there. It came to a culmination point when his cousin's husband insisted that he had been at Montauk. The two men almost came to blows over Preston's contention that he had never been at Montauk. Shortly after this argument, Preston began to get glimmers of a life he'd not previously been aware of. After talking to many different scientists and engineers who had some sort of association with the Montauk Project, Preston was able to put together what had happened. Somehow, he had survived on two separate time lines. On one, he worked at Montauk; on the other, he worked at a different location. Preston's discoveries were confirmed when a strange man by the name of Duncan Cameron appeared at his door in 1985. Duncan had an uncanny aptitude for psychic research and eventually claimed to have been trained in this field by the NSA (National Security Agency). Without mentioning his own ordeal with Montauk, Preston took Duncan out to Montauk and was surprised to discover that he knew the entire layout of the base and remembered working there. Duncan was considered to be the primary psychic used in the time travel experiments and also remembered having been aboard the U.S.S. Eldridge during the original Philadelphia Experiment with his brother Edward (now recognized as Al Bielek). According to the accounts of both Preston and Duncan, the Montauk Project culminated on August 12, 1983. A full blown time portal was fully functioning, but things were out of control and Duncan called together a group of people and decided to crash the project. While sitting in the Montauk Chair (a device connected to esoteric radio receivers

studded with crystals that sent thoughts out of a giant transmitter), Duncan unleashed a giant beast from his subconscious which literally destroyed the project. The people who had been working on the base suddenly abandoned it. The air shafts and entrances to the major underground beneath the base were subsequently filled with cement. The full circumstances behind all of this remain a mystery to this day. Although an unauthorized video had been widely distributed regarding this story and several lectures had been given on the Montauk Project, no book was forthcoming on the subject. Different writers had attempted to undertake the task but were either mentally incapable of dealing with the subject or were frightened off one way or the other. One science reporter for the New York Times started the project but backed off when he discovered to his own surprise that the Montauk Project was indeed quite real. I came upon Preston while researching an elaborate sound system he had invented and soon found myself listening to a spectacular story that was at least better science fiction than I'd ever heard. After several months, I decided to undertake writing "The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time". That book was written without consulting anyone other than Preston (who wanted to protect his sources). Rather than do a costly and time consuming investigation, my strategy was to get the information out as fast as possible and use the book to gather other clues that would corroborate or eventually prove the existence of this incredible story. As "The Montauk Project" was published further research and events continued that would indeed establish that there was a real scenario behind the wild information Preston was talking about. These were chronicled in Montauk Revisited. But the most spectacular of all the corroborations was the discovery that the Montauk Project was inextricably linked to the most infamous occultist of all time: Aleister Crowley, often described as "the wickedest man in the world". According to reports, Crowley himself had used the practice of "sexual magick" in order to manipulate time itself, communicate with disembodied entities and to travel interdimensionally. It was even suggested that the interdimensional nature of the Philadelphia Experiment could have been the outward expression of Crowley's magical operations. The startling proof of Crowley's association developed over a long period of time, but the discovery began to take shape in my very, first conversation with Preston when he seemed to blurt out of the blue that he was connected to the magician Aleister Crowley. In an earlier life, he believed that both himself and Duncan had been Preston and Marcus Wilson, respectively. These brothers were twins and had been the first manufacturers of scientific instruments in Great Britain. In addition to being friends of Aleister Crowley's family, they had also been involved in a joint business enterprise with them. All of the above sounded like one more wild story, so I began to look for any references

to the Wilsons in Aleister Crowley's various books. None turned up. To my surprise though, I discovered that not only had Crowley visited Montauk (in 1918) but he had mentioned a "Duncan Cameron" in his autobiography. Subsequent to this, numerous instances of synchronicity between the Cameron and Crowley families were discovered. These are detailed in Montauk Revisited but I still could not find any references to the Wilson brothers. The meaning of these various synchronicities (between the Camerons and Crowley) began to be explained when I found out about a woman who called herself "Cameron". She is perhaps most famous for having been married to Jack Parsons, the world's first solid fuel rocket scientist and a disciple of Crowley. Together, they had participated in an interdimensional activity known as the Babylon Working (a ceremonial [] greatest magical act of the century). Through a further series of incredible synchronicities I would fly to Southern California on other business and meet a friend of Cameron's quite by "accident". Discovering to my surprise that she lived in California, I soon found myself telling her about the Philadelphia Experiment, the Montauk Project, and the Crowley/Cameron relationship. Much to my surprise, she informed me that her real name was not Cameron at all. It was Wilson! It now became obvious that Preston's story about being a Wilson could not be discounted nor could his general credibility be denied. Perhaps more importantly, it revealed that some very strange correspondences were at work that had to do with interdimensionality. I would receive an astonishing letter several months later that would close the case as regards whether or not the Wilson brothers had existed. It was from a man named Amado Crowley who claimed to be an illegitimate son of Aleister Crowley. Not only did he remember his father talking about the Wilson brothers, but he also provided clues which revealed that the odds of his lying about his parentage were nil. Amado not only verified the existence of the Wilson brothers, he gave a spectacular account of his father's whereabouts on August 12, 1943 (the day of the Philadelphia Experiment). Aleister had directed a magical ceremony at Men-an-Tol in Cornwall, England where a large donut style rock lays upright in the water. According to Amado, Aleister put him through the hole in the rock whereupon a river of rough water ran from the coast of England to Long Island, New York. For the most part, this is where the book Montauk Revisited ends. Amazing discoveries were made which showed that Preston was not off his rocker and that his general line of reasoning was valid. That is what this book was meant to do. Additionally, it showed

that the forces which manifested the Montauk Project were deeply entrenched in the occult. While Montauk Revisited did reveal a fascinating web of intrigue that is unparalleled in certain respects, it did not deliver many final conclusions. But even though we were left hanging at the edge of our seats with many unanswered questions, the book did accomplish something very important. It ushered us to the very threshold of the mystery schools, those secret organizations which have existed since time immemorial and have sought to regulate our consciousness and personal freedom. It is at this point that we open the door to our current book; The Pyramids of Montauk: Explorations in Consciousness.

Rouse) Subject: The Bielek Interview Date: 16 Oct 93 08:10:40 GMT Organization: NETCOM On-line Communication Services INTERVIEW: Al Bielek Conducted by Suanne Konicov (from CONNECTING LINK issue 19) I have heard Al Bielek speak on the "Philadelphia Experiment" at several expos over the last two years. The material he presents is both astounding and appalling! Last September, at the Los Angeles Whole Life Expo, Al consented to do an interview for Connecting Link. First you will read Al's account of the years leading up to the "Philadelphia Experiment." Then, for the first time in any magazine, Al shares further information on other, less known experiments that continue to this day. Experiments that took place, and apparently, still do, at Montauk, Long Island. Alfred Bielek was born on August 4, 1916 as Edward A. Cameron II, son of Alexander Duncan Cameron, Sr. My father (Alexander Duncan Cameron, Sr.) enlisted in the U.S. Navy prior to the U.S. entry into World War I. He sired me and Duncan Cameron, Jr. (May 1917), by different mothers. Both Duncan and I, as half-brothers, were raised largely by Aunt Arnold in the Big House, still in West Islip, Long Island (father remained in the Navy until 1930, when he was retired). Since there was no lack of money (due to the Arnold/Constable Department Store fortune), Duncan Jr. and I went first to Princeton, and later to Harvard, obtaining a Ph.D in physics. Duncan attended the University of Edinborough (Edinborough, Scotland), also obtaining a Ph.D. in physics, in the summer of 1939. In September of 1939, both Duncan and I enlisted in the U.S. Navy, taking commissions as Lt. (J.G.) and then attending a 90-day training school for "Special Assignment" for Navy personnel at Providence, Rhode Island. Then sent to the Advanced Study Institute (Princeton, N.J.) and directly to the ongoing "Project Invisibility." With a completely successful test in 1940 (Brooklyn Navy Yard), the project was classified and renamed "Project Rainbow." Offices were set up in the Philadelphia Navy

Yard. Duncan and I both shuttled back and forth between Philadelphia and Princeton. In January 1941, we were sent to sea for sea duty on the U.S.S. Pennsylvania. We toured the Pacific until October 1941, when the Pennsylvania was put in dry dock at Pearl Harbor. After taking leave in San Francisco and remaining there through December 1941, we returned to the Institute early in January 1942. We worked on the project through 1942. Nikola Tesla dropped out in March 1942, and Dr. John Von Neumann took over at that time. Duncan and I remained with the Project through the two tests in 1943 with the "Eldridge." The second test, August 12, 1943, was a total disaster, with many casualties and with Duncan disappearing. I remained with the Navy and married in late 1943. A son, Jess, was born in February 1944. In July 1944, the family and I were transferred to Los Alamos, New Mexico, where I remained until July 2, 1947. At that time I was forcibly removed and separated from my family, never to see them again. With charges of espionage placed against me, I expected a General Court Marshal. Instead I was transferred to Washington, D.C., whereupon charges were dropped and I was transferred to Montauk, Long Island, at the military base (Fort Hero). From that point I was time shifted to 19 [], back in the Phoenix Project. Once there, I was given a super brainwashing - all memory was removed. Additionally, I was age regressed (reduction of physical age and size from a 30-year old to approximately 1 year of age) and then, [] sent back in time to 1927 to plugged into a new family as a substitute for a dead son. This new family - the Bieleks became my only known parents for over half a century! [] in 1945 (a second tour) as a seaman until 1946. After separating from the service, I tried a business venture (it failed) and went on to college (1949-1950) in Newark, New Jersey, and later to UCLA. A career followed as an electronic engineer (1958-1988), with retirement in 1988. With the return of my memories, in May 1986, of the Phoenix Project and of the Philadelphia Experiment (Project Rainbow) in January 1988, I have engaged in extensive lecturing and writing on the subject the Philadelphia Experiment, its ramifications and the follow-on Project Phoenix, and the incredible consequences of the lockup through time. CONNECTING LINK: Tell me about the Phoenix Project. AL BIELEK: I'll deal with the final phase of the Phoenix Project and some of the

aspects involved. I joined the project in 1953 as Al Bielek. I did what the book The Montauk Project points out, the computer interface between the psychic chair used to steer the time tunnels in the final phase of the operations. Those earlier phases []. But, I became involved as Al Bielek. Preston Nichols became involved as Preston Nichols, and Duncan Cameron became involved as Duncan Cameron, in his second body, not remembering anything about his involvement with the Philadelphia Experiment. The project generated the time tunnels. People were able to travel in time and space and they did. But they also had other projects at Montauk. We still don't know all of them. The technology for the tunnels was given to us by cooperative effort of alien groups, primarily the Orion group, which involved reptilians, a sub group called the Leverons. A technical group which provided most of the assistance, was the group from Sirius, a very materialistic and scientific people. Perhaps not a bad heart but misdirected, because they had very long-termed contracts with the Orions to provide them with the technical knowledge and assistance they needed. And they were working with our government in secret to work out mind control techniques and technology and pushing for a highly automated, technical society which would be much easier to control than it would otherwise be. Also there were a lot of little greys that got underfoot. There were other groups there who took no part in the project, but were there as observers and the group from Antares, very human, very happy, jovial people. You couldn't tell them from a human spirit. In fact, I don't think you could anatomically either. Why they were there, I don't know. They didn't do anything. They were observers. But the aliens provided the expertise, the hardware. They converted it from their computer data to IBM 360. That still didn't work and that was when other changes were made. I became heavily involved in making the time tunnel system work. It was alien technology. We did not have the theory. We did have the capability, the technological expertise to build the hardware, and we did, to their specifications. ITT was a contractor. This was all under "Black Card" clearance level, which is about the highest level of clearance there is, and most people don't even know it exists. And this means, in essence, that there is such a deep Black Hole project that all records, everything connected with it, is buried in a black vault and nobody has access to this without having the proper clearance and a need to know. This includes purchasing departments who buy the hardware for these projects. The records for the sales, purchase, everything, buried in the black vault. So nobody can find it. This is why they call it a Black Hole project. There are many, many of these. This is one of them.

The tunnels became fully operational about '77 after many changes. About '79 on they got all the results they wanted. Until August 12, 1983, at night, when the project was deliberately crashed. Sabotaged from the inside. That's covered in the book. But prior to that what they did was unbelievable. One of the uses of the Phoenix Project, in the use of Time Tunnels, was to provide backup to the Martian Colonies. The Martian Colonies have been there since the early '70's. We went publicly to the moon in 1962. The movie, alternative 3, done by Anglia Television, April 1, 1977, which is available in the underground, outlines it completely. It shows the actual transmission. The color shots by TV back from Mars, as this Explorer moved and landed. We have colonies there in Mars from the late '60's or maybe early '70's onward. They found many artifacts there. There is more than one wrecked city. And of course the famous face on Mars, the Pyramids and that whole complex that Dr. Richard Hoagland has talked about and gone public on. There are two videos on this plus his book. What they found on the surface indicated there was much more there that they could not find that was buried. And they had not brought with them, and did not have the capabilities of heavy earth-moving equipment on Mars at that time. They didn't have any Cats. Big tractors and that sort of stuff. They were too heavy to bring up. So, a request went by radio back to Earth, "We believe there are underground installations here. We've seen openings that are sealed. Can you guys down there tell us what to do?" Well, one went to Montauk, to the Phoenix Project. And they sent back information, "Well, give us some coordinates on the surface of Mars where you think these locations are." And they did. And they said, "We'll investigate it." And they did. Because they could go anyplace with the tunnel, they went to Mars to the coordinates. And first they didn't send anybody. They ran a tunnel into what they thought might be an underground area and rather than risk killing anybody by burying them in solid rock, they sent a camera, a remote-view camera. We found out there was an actual cavern and it was safe and then Montauk sent people. Duncan and I were in that crew. The first crew that went, directed by Montauk to explore the underground of Mars. It's not mentioned in the book who went, but we went. And there were probably others. We went several times. We found all kinds of artifacts. We found a still functional underground lighting system, a power system. We found it and turned it on and it still worked. No evidence of life. A lot of artifacts, files, records, religious artifacts, statuary, all stored like it was a store room. A huge store room. CL: Was the written material in English?

AB: No. It was in another language. It was not English. Duncan was able to translate some of it. I saw it, but I was not able to translate it. And a lot of the records and stuff were brought back. And eventually Duncan and I decided to take some clandestine trips on our own. After one trip is made, it's all recorded. All the coordinates and information which are required to operate the system is recorded on magnetic tape. And you can take this tape, plug it into the computer, and without going through the psychic and the chair number, you can open the tunnel to the same location because the computer contains all the celestial data-all the Earth movements, solar system movements, all in the computer, so that there is complete reference to the new location where the planet would be. And "plug" the tunnel in exactly the same location. So we went twice on our own for our own little explorations. CL: And no one was manning the machine for you back home? AB: We turned the equipment on, we knew how to do it. And nobody was there. On the second trip, we were discovered because there are automatic recorders that tell how many times this equipment is used, and for what purpose, and what dates, times and so forth. Automatic complete time, event recorders. So we were caught when we came back. We were pulled off the project and slapped on the wrist. "You're not going to do that anymore," and one of the people who was involved, a senior scientist, broke our team up. Duncan and I didn't do much of anything together after that but further explorations were made by others. What they found, we don't know. Certain people had been chosen in advance, such as myself and Duncan and Preston to be part of this program. And the level of brainwashing varied. Duncan was heavily programmed, brainwashed to do what he did there because he was not being used for his technical expertise. I was brainwashed to some extent, and Preston, very heavily. But we were all given what you'd call the debriefing after this whole project crashed and was formally declared over on January 1, 1984. We all got our debriefings which means your mind was erased of everything you ever did on the project. And they hoped it would hold indefinitely. It didn't. The reason it did not hold indefinitely was because the site was not destroyed. It's still there. It was turned over to the New York State Parks Commission on January 1, of 1986 or sometime in January of 1986 to become part of the park that already exists out there. The State has never torn anything up. They've never taken a building down. They've never opened it up as a park. They knocked the fences down so people can go through there and camp if they want, during the day. They cannot stay overnight without a special permit from Montauk Township. That's not allowed and the park rangers go in to shuttle them out.

But the property remains unconverted. Going in there, as I did, first in August of '85 by the invite of Preston (I took Duncan with me), none of us knew, at that time, that we had been part of the Montauk Project. Preston, as a surplus electronics dealer, had been out there salvaging equipment previous to this trip in August. CL: That's where the book, The Montauk Project starts. AB: Right. And he didn't know that he had been involved. He had no recollection. This August trip, Preston took us out and said "You're both sensitive. Lets see what you pick up when we go out there." He says, "I know you've never been there before." He didn't know, honestly, at that point. So we went out and we sensed these terrible vibes on the base, that something awful had been going on there. We sensed this monster, who showed up at the end of the story, that helped in the process of the destruction of this station. They (Preston and Duncan) of course, had the advantage [] of only visiting, and went back to Phoenix. They were there in repeatedly, and they became aware of their involvement in the project much earlier then I did. I went back to Montauk in May of '86 and made another visit along with a group from Phoenix sponsored by, I believe, Senator Barry Goldwater. Because I told this group, whom I knew from December of '85, about the project and they came out to make an investigation of possible diversion of federal funds from a regular federal project to an illegal project. They were looking for proof. And that was their modus operandi, their reason for getting passes from the State of New York, from the Parks Commission, to go on the base, into locked buildings. There were still some locked. And find what proof, if any, as to whether this was a diversionary project using federal funds. We know now no federal money was involved. Major investigations have proven this. But in the process we took a lot of pictures, and in that same visit that time of May '86 my memory of Montauk started to come back because I was visiting the site, the scene of the crime, if you will. CL: And it was acting as the trigger. AB: This was the trigger. The same for Duncan, same for Preston. So my memories came back. I knew then I was part of it. And they've been coming back ever since because it doesn't all come back at once in a rush. It comes back in chunks and pieces, depending upon what the triggers are that bring it back. But once you've punched a hole through the wall, it's like the finger in the dike. The hole starts expanding and it keeps expanding and eventually it will all come through.

So I knew, finally, I was heavily involved at an administrative and engineering level in many projects. Duncan was involved in more than one project. Preston was the technical station master after Matthew Zaret. Professor Zaret was removed in 1980. Really, he left at my [], but they wouldn't let him loose, so he went to the parallel project at Brentwood, Long Island, where he died. Preston took over as the technical director, doing all of the management. He designed and built all of the RF transmitters and pulse modulator systems - anything dealing with RF and transmitters he is an expert at. And this expertise and his normal working job, as he was employed by an aerospace company in Long Island for fifteen years until two summers ago. He was fired but they covered it. It was because he recalled many of his memories and was talking about information at the USPA (United States Psychotronic Association) conferences, more than once, which the government didn't want made public. So they pulled his clearance first, and then they canned him in July of '90 while at a USPA conference. He came back to no job, He was told, "You're finished, pick up your stuff and leave." And his boss didn't even know why. His boss didn't fire him. It was government manipulation. He was an expert at designing transmitters, high-power transmitters, for radar, for whatever. In this case, the Montauk Project, for the final stages of a special Amplitron, which is shown in the book - there is a photo of it. It was designed and built specially for the project by Raytheon Electric in Goleta, California. I remember going out there to approve the first shipment of tubes. They were very, very expensive and specially built. They cost several million dollars apiece. They ordered thousands. So you can see why the cost of this project went out of sight. Capacitors for the pulse-forming networks and the modulators were also specially designed to very rigid specifications. They finally got somebody to build them. And everybody built them to the specifications, and they sold them to the government in matched sets of fifty at the very small sum of twenty-five thousand dollars for each and every capacitor. And they had a hundred on each station. A full set of fifty for two transmitters, operational, and a full set of spares. So that was two and a half million dollars right there times 25 stations! Command, if they were pushed, could say, "Yeah we found a crashed saucer in the Bavarian Alps" or some such place. "and we recovered it, took it apart and analyzed the technology." It certainly wasn't made public. But the remains of that craft were found near Peenemunde after the war was over. This was the rocket testing base for the Germans and where Wernher Von Braun operated along with his crew. When the war was over, he deliberately moved his group to the west, to the Americans. And another group was captured by the Russians, including, I believe, his professor, Hermann Oberth. Of course that is where the Russians got a head start on rocketry over the U.S. - they had the professor who taught Wernher Von Braun!

UNDERGROUND BASES AND TUNNELS BY WILLIAM HAMILTON III (Excerpt from Cosmic Top Secret by William Hamilton III) Does a strange world exist beneath our feet? Strange legends have persisted for centuries about the mysterious cavern world and the equally strange beings who inhabit it. More UFOlogists have considered the possibility that UFOs may be emanating from subterranean bases, that UFO aliens have constructed these bases to carry out various missions involving Earth or humans. Belief in a subterranean world has been handed down as myth, tale, or rumor down the generations from all over the world. Some of these stories date back to ancient times and tell tales of fantastic flora and fauna that can be found in the caverns of ancient races. Socrates spoke of huge hollows within the Earth which are inhabited by man, and vast caverns which rivers flow. A legendary large cavern supposedly exists below Kokoweef Peak in southwestern California. Earl Dorr, A miner and prospector, followed clues given to him by Indians. He entered Crystal Cave in the thirties and followed a passage down into Kokoweef Mountain until he attained a depth of about a mile. There, he entered a large cavern which he proceeded to explore for a distance of eight miles. At the base of the cavern, a river flowed, rising and falling with the lunar tides, and depositing black sands rich in placer gold along its banks. One day, crazed by fever, Dorr used dynamite to seal shut the entrance to his fabulous cavern, and started a legend that still lures [] the fabled wealth below Kokoweef. Nowhere is the belief in a subterranean world more prevalent than with the Indians of North America. The Hopis believed they emerged from a world below the earth through a tunnel at the base of the San Francisco peaks near Flagstaff. There are also legends about mysterious Mount Shasta in northern California. The mountain is said to have housed a race of surviving Lemurians who built a sanctuary in the depths of the earth to escape the catastrophes which befell them. These Lumerians allied themselves with space travelers who built a saucer base inside the mountain. Whether ancient cities exist in caverns below the earth is anyone's guess, but it's a fact that governments have built underground tunnels and facilities for a variety of reasons. The Chinese, Russians, and Vietnamese all built subterranean tunnels and bases. It shouldn't seem as a surprise that America has been building its own underground world.

An elusive report in the August 7, 1989 edition of U.S. News and World Report, reveals the secret plan to carry on government in case of a disaster. The plan is called "Continuity of Government" or COG. The article stated that COG is the government's ultimate insurance policy should Armageddon ever arrive, providing the program runs smoothly. In 1982, a new secret agency, the Defense Mobilization Planning Systems Agency was created and reports to the President. In the event of a nuclear attack, special teams equipped with was plans, military codes, and other essential data would accompany each designated presidential successor to secret command posts around the country. Besides the president, another 46 key officials named in the Joint Emergency Evacuation Plan (JEEP) would be evacuated. There are 50 of these underground command post bunkers located in 10 different regions of the country, and each is linked with others via satellite or ground-wave relays. The U.S. Air Force sponsored research in deep underground construction as early as 1958. The RAND corporation carried out this research, and published proceedings from symposiums held on the subject of construction methods and equipment, utility installation, and the use of nuclear bursts to produce underground cavities. A great concern to underground construction engineers was the problem of ventilation. They considered it advisable to take into account all types of ventilation contamination, and not just radioactive fallout. Underground works included ingresses, egresses, and accommodations. The first two are generally provided for by shafts or tunnels, while the third requires larger openings, such as halls, chambers, cells vaults, or other open spaces. Many problems in design and construction are common to all three, but the problems associated with the larger openings in the rock, required for accommodation purposes, are generally more complex and difficult than those for the smaller openings of tunnels or shafts. Operation and maintenance of underground installations can also pose special problems. Huge boring machines with large-diameter disc-grinders are used in constructing tunnels. Tunnels are needed to link one accommodation area to another, or one facility to another. The English Channel project is the largest engineering project in Europe, and will link France and England through a three-tunnel railway. The eleven boring machines used in the project are so large and so long that they were assembled in underground areas 65 feet high. Six of the machines are digging the submarine tunnel between the tunnels leading away from the channel to aboveground terminals. The front of the boring machine contains tungsten-tipped picks that workers guide with the use of laser projection on video screens.

These boring machines are like huge, steel-encased worms. Sealed in each machine are teams of 35 men who line the cavity of the tunnels with concrete and guide the muck down the track. The machines bore a hole, remove the earth, and pave the inside of the tunnel with precut concrete segments. The digging face of the machine is a 95-ton, 28foot-6-inch diameter disc, divided into cutting blades. The borer is 300-feet long. The September, 1983 Omni ran a picture story on the "Subterrene," a nuclear tunnelboring machine developed at Los Alamos. The machine burrows through deep underground rock, heating it to a molten state (magma), which cools after the Subterrene moves on. The result is a tube with a smooth, glazed lining that can be used for the highspeed transport shuttles that link the sub-base complexes. [] composite pipe that has enormous tensile strength. Kaempen has developed an undersea transportation tube that uses his unique system of lock coupling and merely has to be laid on the sea floor, obliviating the need for excavating and tunneling. He has made a proposal to link Spain and Morocco using his new tube technology. Tunnel boring is undergoing a boom according to a recent article in the Wall Street Journal (Dec. 12, 1990). Susan Nelson, director of the American Underground Space Association is quoted in the article as saying, "There is simply a lot more interest in the world these days in tunneling and use of the underground in general." It says the underground is crowded with government-funded mega-projects and proposed projects. The Spanish want to put a tunnel through the Pyrenees and bore a road to Morocco on the African coast. The Norwegians want to burrow under the fiords. The Japanese are toying with tunneling through to South Korea. The Canadians are building a tunnel from New Foundland to Prince Edwards Island. In America, there are 87 public-works projects planned in the next three years alone. Bear in mind the fact that these are all classified as civil engineering projects. Where civil engineering goes today, military engineering has already gone yesterday. In 1959, the Rand Report carried photos of the giant Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs). Large scale military engineering projects may have made extensive use of these machines since the fifties. Tunneling is getting a boost because of the increased global landscape. Planners in Northern Italy are burying stretches of a freeway in a tunnel to avoid cutting a road through historical important forest and farmland. Mr. Russell J. Miller of the Colorado School of Mines and director of the center for Space Mining in Boulder, Colorado is working on studies to determine the feasibility of putting space bases and cities underground on Mars and on the moon. Of course, someone from somewhere else may have already beaten Mr. Miller to the punch.

Informants have told us that underground facilities utilize transport tubes to shuttle workers to and from work. This is more than a subway. These tube trains use high technology. It isn't surprising, then, to learn that Frank P. Davidson of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has a plan to unclog the airways by designing electric "wingless airplanes" that hurtle across the continents and oceans in sealed tubes or tunnels that are essentially frictionless vacuum chambers. Perhaps he should meet with Dr. Kaempen and consider using his composite pipe as the tube. Underground diggers have their own society called "Moles," who find talk of tunneling and tunnels spicier than most of us surface dwellers. It's no secret that governments have built their own secret underground railways and tunnels. China's leaders built secret rail tunnels under Beijing that would enable them to flee in a crisis. According to a Chinese civil servant, the tunnels linked leader's homes, government buildings, the central bank and an army base. That sounds like a wellthought-out-plan. Grab your prized possessions, cash from the bank, armed guards from the base, and run like hell! A network was built up over a period of 40 years as a defense against [nuclear attack]. Japan, dense and overcrowded, is giving serious thought to living underground. They are planning to built underground sewage plants, underground railroads, and underground cities. According to a recent issue of Omni, The Taisei Corporation is planning to build a subterranean mall called "Alice City." There would be underground stores, offices, hotels, theaters, and sports arenas. Strolling spaces would meander through interior spaces populated with trees, birds, fish tanks, bridges, and waterfalls. The Shimizu Corporation has a blueprint for constructing an underground grid that would span 2,000 square miles underneath Tokyo. This grid would contain a number of commercial centers connected by subway trains that could shuttle workers to and from work. According to science-writer Isaac Asimov, there are advantages to living underground. For one thing, no one would worry about the weather. The temperature could be held at a fairly constant level, between 55 and 60 degrees F., and a lot of energy used for heating and cooling could be saved. Without the diurnal sun cycle, no one would know day from night. People could be working or playing around the clock, depending on their penchant. All transportation, communication, and housing could go underground, freeing the surface world from human trampling. The surface of the planet would have a few nice restaurants and recreation centers, people could observe clear blue skies. Earthquakes would cause only one-fifth the damage to underground structures that they cause to surface structures.

In a provocatively speculative book entitled Alternative 3, author Leslie Watkins proposes that scientist have become concerned with the state of the Earth's atmosphere, a scenario that is much easier to accept these days. Secret meetings between scientist produce three alternatives for handling the imminent danger. "Alternative 1" was a plan to blast holes through the stratosphere to release heat and pollution. "Alternative 2" was a plan to relocate Earth's population in massive underground caverns drawing fresh, cool air from the soil (Perhaps there is a real Alternative 2 in progress). "Alternative 3" was to escape the Earth and go to Mars. We will consider Alternative 3 later. Whether any real such alternative plans exist is not being argued here, but the concepts are useful in examining the future directions of secret projects. The Atomic Energy Commission initiated Project Plowshare in 1957 to develop peaceful uses of nuclear explosives. It has explored the use of nuclear blasts to build harbors, dams, highway cuts, and canals, and to stimulate oil and natural gas production by following up the widely used practice of detonating ordinary chemical explosions in oil and gas bearing strata. The first test of this technology as Project Gasbuggy, took place 4,240 feet below ground in a desolate area of New Mexico known as the San Juan Basin, on December 10, 1967, where a 26-kiloton nuclear "device" was exploded in a sealed well. While Gasbuggy was only a single experiment, the A.E.C., in partnership with Austral Oil Company of Houston, subsequently began the first of what promised to be a long series of even larger nuclear explosions, on the order of two 100-kiloton shots each year, for a period of 10 years or more. The first explosion, known as Project Rulison, was a 40-kiloton shot, some 8,400 feet below ground at a site near Rifle, Colorado, on September 10th, 1969. A method that has been suggested to build bases on the moon mat already be in operation on Earth. With the use of controlled nuclear blasts it will be possible to excavate cavities beneath the lunar surface. A missile could be used to drill a hole approximately 50 feet deep, then a second blast would produce a cavity about 45 feet in diameter. An igloo would be constructed over the hole, a plastic bag dropped down the cavity and filled with air. The work area and living quarters would then be constructed. It mat prove more efficient and practical to "house" future colonies in artificial or natural caves beneath the lunar surface, than to attempt construction of exposed meteorite domes. Living quarters, spacious parks, lakes, and wooded areas could be constructed underground. A transportation tube would connect various colonists to other ports and distant parts of the moon. Back on Earth, we have reports of equally suspicious parks. An ex-security officer, who once worked underground in the Groom Lake area of Nevada, said he once saw a

baseball diamond and an Olympic-sized swimming pool in one of the caverns a mile below the Nevada desert. What's going on in the deep underground tunnels below Mercury Base at the Nevada Test Site? After hearing the story of Bob Lazar on KVEG radio, a construction worker called Billy Goodman called Bob Lazar to say, "We are the construction workers...we put things together and take them apart...of the meeting of seven people, there are two who will come forward to support you." This mysterious caller said, "There's more than just tunnels down there. There's everything you can imagine down there. I know because we put it up. We install. We did everything." Informants have mentioned underground tunnels and facilities in New Mexico [], in Arizona in the Santa Catalina Mountains; in Colorado at Delta, Grand Mesa, and Colorado Springs; in California at Needles, Edwards AFB, Tehachapi Mountains, Ft. Irwin, Norton AFB, and Morongo Valley; in Nevada at Blue Diamond, Nellis AFB, Groom Lake, and Papoose Lake areas, Quartzite Mountain, and Tonopah. I became interested in a possible underground installation in the Tehachapi Mountains in the summer of 1988. A young couple, Ray and Nancy, reported that they had gone to a plateau in the mountains after Ray's shift work had completed at the Northrop Plant. Ray was inspector on the B-2 project. The Plateau is adjacent to the perimeter of the leased Tejon Ranch where Northrop has built a secret underground facility. It was about one o'clock in the morning when Ray and Nancy spotted a brilliant orb coming out of the ground which flashed light in their direction. They could not account for two-and-half hours of missing time. Ray thought that they had the orb under observation for about an hour, yet the next memory is of sunrise! Under hypnosis, Ray recalls being abducted and taken to an underground base populated by little grey EBE's and Air Force security personnel. The EBE's were examining Nancy who had been restrained on a metal table. Ray's emotions swelled under hypnotic recall of the incident. A local man claims he saw a flying saucer emerge and take-off from a silo on the property. A disgruntled contractor reported that he worked on constructing the tunnels in the underground area and was bothered by the Air Force probes that were often seen hovering in the tunnels. He described these probes as small orbs, and said that this facility was nicknamed "The ANTHILL" because of its resemblance to underground ant colonies. The tunnels have round doorways without doors. Adjacent to the doorways are security panels with red and green lights. There are several kind of cylinders embedded in the doorway jams that protect a field of energy of some sort. Black helicopters have been sighted around Boynton and Secret Canyon near Sedona,

Arizona. A man living in Long Canyon has sighted a lot of strange things in the canyon areas, and residents suspect a secret government installation has been established in, of all places, Secret Mountain! One of my investigators hiked to Secret Canyon late one night and was stopped by a voice on a loudspeaker and a laser-targeting light on his chest. He was told he had entered a restricted area and to turn around and leave. We have now spotted and photographed the small orbs around the "Anthill." These orbs definitely exhibit the peculiar characteristics reported in other UFO sightings. Since that time, we have located two other secret facilities. One is at a place in the Mojave-Desert called Llano. It is an extremely secure facility, but witnesses have seen an extremely bright light burning atop a pylon inside of a movable behemoth-sized structure. This light does not illuminate the interior of the structure! Orbs have been seen in the vicinity of this facility as well. We can only conjecture about what secret programs are being conducted away from preying eyes. The underground can and does hold all sorts of secrets. Some of the most amazing revelations about what goes on in the underground projects comes from a mysterious informant named Thomas, and who claims there is, indeed, a deep dark secret harbored underneath the imposing mountainous elevations of Northern New Mexico. The Deep Dark Secret at Dulce Dulce is a sleepy little town in northern New Mexico of about 900 population located above 7,000 feet on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation. There is only one major motel and a few stores. It's not a resort town and it is not bustling with activity. But, according to a few outsiders, Dulce harbors a deep, dark secret. The secret is harbored deep below the tangled brush of Archuleta Mesa. The secret is said to be a joint government-alien biogenetic laboratory designed to carry out bizarre experiments on humans and animals. New Mexico State Police Officer Gabe Valdez was drawn into the mysteries of Dulce when called to investigate a mutilated cow in a pasture 13 miles east of Dulce on the Manual Gomez ranch. Gomez had lost four cattle to mutilation between 1976 and June 1978 when a team of investigators which included Tom Adams arrived from Paris, Texas to examine the site of the carcasses. Curious as to how cattle were being selected by the mysterious mutilators, an interesting experiment was conducted on July 5, 1978 by Valdez, Gomez, and retired scientist Howard Burgess. They pinned up about 120 of the Gomez beef cattle and moved them through a squeeze cute under an ultraviolet light. They found a "glittery substance on the

right side of the neck, the right ear, and the right leg." Samples of the affected hides were removed as well as control samples from the same animals. Schoenfeld Clinical Laboratories in Albuquerque analyzed the samples and found significant deposits of potassium and magnesium. The potassium content was 70 times above normal. Some investigators attribute the mutilations to aliens from space []. Sightings of strange lights and other aerial phenomena have been reported in many areas where the cows have been found at the time of the reported mutilation. On Aril 19, 1988, I arrived in Dulce to visit with Gabe V. [] to inquire about the sightings, the mutes, and the rumors of an underground alien base. Snow was still on the ground. I checked into the Best Western Motel and called Valdez to make an appointment to see me at 9:30 PM. I found Gabe to be a very congenial host, offering to show me around the roads of Dulce that night and point out some various locations where he had found mutilated cows or had seen strange aerial lights. He made the astounding statement that he was still seeing unidentified aircraft at the rate of one every two nights. We took a look at the Gomez Ranch, the road by the Navajo River, and the imposing Archuleta Mesa. Gabe had found landing tracks and crawler marks near the site of the mutes, and was convinced that scientist Paul Bennewitz of Thunder Scientific Labs in Albuquerque, was definitely on the right track in his attempts to locate the underground alien facility in the vicinity of Dulce. No one knew for sure where the facility was located or how humans or aliens gained secret entry to the facility. I had first heard of Paul Bennewitz in 1980 when my friend Walter called me from Albuquerque and told me he had been working with Paul on electronic instruments. Walter informed me that Paul had not only found the underground base at Dulce. Bennewitz had first come to prominence during the August, 1980, sightings over the Manzano Weapons Storage Area at Kirkland AFB. A Kirkland AFB incident report dated 1980 mentions that Bennewitz had taken film of the UFOs over Kirkland. Paul, who was president of the Thunder Scientific Labs which adjacent to Kirkland gave a briefing in Albuquerque detailing how he had seen the aliens on a video screen. At the time, the aliens were transmitting signals to him from a base underneath Archuleta Mesa. Researcher William Moore claims that the government agents became interested in Bennewitz's activities and were trying to defuse him by pumping as much disinformation through him as he could absorb. Whether Paul's communication with supposed aliens at the Dulce Base was part of this disinformation campaign is unclear. If we believe that Paul is the single source of reports on the Dulce Facility, then discounting Paul's story and discrediting him could be a tactical maneuver. The actual disinformation maneuver would result in making the public believe there was nothing to the Dulce story.

Paul spent two years tracking the alien craft; that he had constant reception of video from an alien ship and underground base viewscreen; that he had established constant direct communications with the aliens using a computer and a form of hexadecimal code with graphics and print-out; and claims to have used aerial and ground photography to locate the alien ship's launch ports charged beam weapons. Paul claimed that the aliens were devious, employed deception, and did not adhere to agreements. He and Walter were working on a weapon that could counter the aliens. Have we crossed over from the land of the real world to the future science-fiction? But then, bizarre phenomena may have its roots in a bizarre reality. As we continue our studies, the world of science-fiction will become the world of science-fact. Paul Bennewitz had investigated the case of abductee Myrna Hansen of New Mexico, who reported having been taken to an underground facility in May 1980. Christa Tilton of Oklahoma claims she had an experience of missing time in July, 1987, when she had been abducted by two small grey aliens and transported in their craft to a hillside location where she encountered a man dressed in a red military-type jump suit. She was taken into a tunnel through computerized check-points displaying security cameras. She reports having been taken on a transit vehicle to another area where she stepped on a scale-like device facing a computer screen. After the computer issued her an identification card, she was told by her guide that they had just entered Level One of a seven-level underground facility. Christa goes on relating how she was eventually taken down to Level Five, where she reports having seen alien craft and little grey alien entities in some of the areas that she passed through. In one large room where she saw computerized gauges hooked to large tanks and large arms that extended from some tubing down into the tanks. She noticed a humming sound, smelled formaldehyde, and had the impression that a liquid was being stirred in the tanks. She was not shown the contents of these tanks. Christa has made drawings of much of what she claims to have witnessed during her abduction. These tanks were also depicted in a set of controversial papers the "Dulce Papers," which were allegedly stolen from the Dulce underground facility along with over 30 black and white photos and a video tape. The mysterious security officer who took the papers claims to have worked at Dulce until 1979 when he decided that the time had come to part company with his employers. The rest of this chapter relates how this security officer met with a colleague of mine in order to tell us the truth about the aliens, the U.S. Government, and the Dulce Base. His intention was to come out of hiding and present hard evidence to back his claims. In late 1979, Thomas C. could no longer cope with the awesome reality he had to

confront. As a high level security officer at the joint alien-U.S. Government underground base near Dulce he had learned of and had seen disturbing things. After much inner conflict, he decided to desert the facility and take various items with him. Using a small camera, he took over 30 photos of areas within the multi-level complex. He collected documents and removed a security video tape from the Control Center which showed various security camera views of the hallways, labs, aliens, and U.S. Government personnel to take with him. Then, by shutting off the alarm and camera system in one of the over 100 exits to the surface, he left the facility with the photos, video, and documents. The "originals" were hidden after five sets of copies were made. Thomas was ready to go into hiding. But, when he went to pick up his wife and young son, he found a van and government agents waiting. His wife and child had been kidnapped. He had been betrayed by K. Lomas (a fellow worker). The agents wanted what Thomas had taken from the facility in order to get his wife and son back. When it became apparent to him they would be used in biological experiments and were not going to be returned unharmed, he decided to get lost. That was over ten years ago. How did Thomas get involved in all this covert intrigue? Thomas, now in his 50's was in his mid-twenties, when he received top secret training in photography at an underground facility in West Virginia. For seven years he worked in high security photography in the Air Force. In 1971, he left and went to work for the Rand Corp. in Santa Monica, California. In 1977 he was transferred to the facility. He bought a home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and worked Monday through Friday. He commuted to work via a deep underground tube-shuttle system. At this time, a fellow researcher was working security in Santa Fe, N.M. and was privately investigating UFO sightings, animal mutilations, Masonic and Wicca groups in the area. Thomas had an old friend who came to Santa Fe in 1979 to visit both the researcher and Thomas. This visitor later viewed the photos, the video tape, and documents taken from the Dulce Base. Drawings were made from what was seen and later circulated in the UFO research community as the "Dulce Papers". Thomas alleges that there were over 18,000 short "greys" at the Dulce Facility, and that he saw reptilian humanoids. A colleague had come face-to-face with a 6-foot tall Reptoid which had materialized in his house. The Reptoid showed an interest in research maps of New Mexico and Colorado which were on the wall. The maps were full of colored push-pins and markers to indicate sites of animal mutilations, caverns, locations of high UFO activity, repeated flight paths, abduction sites, ancient ruins, and suspected alien underground bases. The multi-level facility at Dulce is reported to have a central HUB which is controlled

by base security. The security level goes up as one descends to lower levels. Thomas had an ULTRA-7 clearance. He knew of seven sub-levels, but there may have been more. Most of the aliens supposedly are on levels 5, 6 and 7 with alien housing on level 5. The only sign in English was over the tube shuttle station hallway that read "to Los Alamos." Connections go from Dulce to the Page, Arizona facility, then onto an underground base below Area 51 in Nevada. Tube shuttles go to and from Dulce to facilities below Taos, N.M.; Datil, N.M.; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Creed, Colorado; Sandia' then on to Carlsbad, New Mexico. At the Dulce Base, most signs on doors and hallways are in the alien symbol language and a universal symbol system understood by humans and aliens. Thomas stated that after the second level, everyone is weighed in the nude, then given a uniform. Visitors are given off-white uniforms; jump suits with a zipper. The weight of the person is put on a computer I.D. card each day. Any change in weight is noted; if over three pounds, a physical exam and X-ray is required. Scales are located in front of all sensitive areas and are built into the floor near doorways and the door control panels. An individual places his computer I.D. card into the door slot, then enters a numerical code onto a keypad. The person's weight and code must match the card or the door will not open. Any discrepancy will summon security. No one is allowed to carry anything into sensitive areas. All supplies are put on a conveyor belt and X-rayed. The same procedure is used in leaving sensitive areas. All elevators are controlled magnetically; there are no elevator cables. The magnetic system is inside the walls of the elevator shaft, there are no normal electrical controls. Everything is controlled by advanced magnetics, including lighting. There are no regular light bulbs and the tunnels are illuminated by phosphorous units with broad structureless emission bands. Some deep tunnels use a form of phosphorous pentoxide to temporarily illuminate areas. The aliens won't go near these areas for reasons unknown. Level 1 contains the garage for street maintenance. Level 2 contains the garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel-boring machines and disc maintenance. The studies on Level 4 include human-aura research, as well as all aspects of telepathy, hypnosis, and dreams. Thomas says that they know how to separate the bioplasmic body from the physical body to place an "alien entity" lifeforce-matrix within a human body after removing the "soul" lifeforce-matrix of the human. Level 6 is privately called "Nightmare Hall." It holds the genetic labs, where experiments are done on fish, seals, birds, and mice that are vastly altered from their original form. There are multi-armed and multi-legged humans and several cages (and vats) of humanoid bat-like creatures as tall as 7-feet. The aliens have taught them about genetics; things both useful and dangerous.

The Grey and Reptoid species are highly analytical and technically oriented. They have had ancient conflicts with the Nordic humans from other space societies, and may be staging here for a future conflict. Intensely into computing and bio-engineering sciences, they are led to doing reckless experiments without regard for what we consider to be ethical and empathetic conduct toward other living creatures. Principal government organizations involved in mapping human genetics, the so-called genome projects, are within the Department of Energy (which has a heavy presence on the Nevada Test Site); the National Institute of Health; the National Science Foundation; the Howard Hughes Medical Institute; and, of course, the Dulce Underground Labs which are run by the DOE. Thomas had revealed that the chief of the genetic experiments for Los Alamos and Dulce is Larry Deaven. According to Thomas, the alien androgynal breeder is capable of parthenogenesis. At Dulce, the common form of reproduction is by polyembryony. Each embryo can, and does divide into 6 to 9 individual "cunne" (pronounced cooney, i.e. siblings). The needed nutriment for the developing cunne is supplied by the "formula," which usually consist of plasma, deoxyhemoglobin, albumin, lysozyme, cation, amniotic fluid and more. The term "genome" is used to describe the totality of the chromosomes unique to a particular organism (or any cell within an organism), as distinct from the genotype, which is the information contained within those chromosomes. The human genes are mapped to specific chromosomal locations. This is an ambitious project that will take years and a lot of computer power to accomplish. Is the alien and human BIO-TECH being used to nurture and serve us, or is it being used to control and dominate us? Why have UFO abductees been used in genetic experiments? It was when Thomas encountered humans in cages on Level 7 of the Dulce facility that things finally reached a climax for him. Row after row of thousands of humans, human-mixture remains, and embryos of humanoids were kept in cold storage. He says, "I frequently encountered humans in cages, usually dazed or drugged, but sometimes they cried and begged for help. We were told they were hopelessly insane, and involved in high-risk drug tests to cure insanity. We were told to never speak to them at all. At the beginning we believed that story. Finally in 1978 a small group of workers discovered the truth. That began the Dulce wars." Thomas also says the aliens don't want the land, the gold, the minerals, or water that we posses, nor even the human or animal life. What they do want is magnetic power that surges on and through Earth. The aliens harvest this magic power in a way unknown to us. Thomas says the aliens recognize this power as more valuable than any other commodity on our globe.

It may be unpalatable to digest or believe Thomas' story. In fact, it seems like part of a living nightmare. There is evidence that something strange does go on at Dulce. Does Thomas have the answer? There may be a terrible truth hidden behind the continuing phenomena of UFO sightings, abductions, and animal mutilations. Our government intelligence agencies have had an ongoing watchful eye on all UFO activities for many decades now. This extraordinary phenomena must have an extraordinary explanation. We may be only one outpost in a vast interstellar empire. Recently, researcher John Anderson went to Dulce, N.M., to see if there was any truth to the reported UFO activity. He says as he arrived in town he saw a caravan of cars and a McDonnell-Douglas mini-lab in a van going up a rural road near the town. He followed them to a fenced-in compound where he waited to see further developments. Suddenly, six UFOs descended rapidly over the compound, hovered long enough for him to snap a picture, then shot up and out of sight. When later stopping at a store, he told the owner about the UFO photo he had taken, the store owner listened and revealed how he had been a victim rancher of cattle mutes. Their conversation was interrupted by a phone call. The store owner told John to leave at once, then after John went to his car, he saw a mysterious van drive up to the store and a man got out and went inside. John, deciding to leave Dulce, was followed by two men in a car as he left town. Even more recently a research team has gone up to Archuleta Mesa to take soundings under the ground. Preliminary and tentative research analysis of these soundings seem to indicate deep cavities under the mesa. How long will the secret of Dulce, known to insiders as Section D, remain locked up inside the mute New Mexico mountains? Forever?

BOB LAZAR The Bob Lazar Story In 1989, Robert Lazar came forward with an incredible story: He had been recruited by the US government to work at the top secret Groom Lake/Area 51 research base better known as "Dreamland" (actually at the S4 site, Papoose Lake which is a few miles to the south) to reverse engineer alien spacecraft! Here are a few things he learned. [IMAGE] UFO - Sport model! Lazar actually worked on this disk! It looked so sleek that he nicknamed it the "Sport Model". Was this craft built in the Zeta 2 Reticuli solar system? Description of Exterior: The exterior skin of the disc is metal which is the color of unpolished stainless steel. The "Sport Model" sits on its belly when it's not energized and not on tri-pod legs. The entry hatch is located on the upper half of the disc, with just the bottom portion of the door wrapping around the center lip of the disc. Description of Interior: The interior of the disc is divided into three levels. The lower level is where the three "gravity amplifiers" and their wave guides are located. The reactor is located directly above the three gravity amplifiers on the center level and is centered between them. This center level of the disc also houses the control consoles and seats, both of which are too small and too low to the floor to be functional for an adult human beings. The walls of the center level are all divided into archways. At one point in time, when the disc was energized, one of the archways became transparent and you could see the area outside of it just as if the archway was a window. View a "cutaway diagram" of these two levels! Bob Lazar wasn't allowed on the third level so we do not have a description of it. UFO Reactor: The disc's reactor uses a fuel which does not occur naturally on Earth. This fuel is a super-heavy, stable, element with an atomic number of 115 and does not appear on our periodic chart. Element 115 has a twofold purpose: First, it is the source of a gravity wave that is unknown to Earth's scientists. Second, it is the source of the anti-matter radiation which is reacted to provide power. The Gravity A wave emanates from the nucleus of element 115 and actually extends past the perimeter of the atom. The propulsion system of the disc amplifies and focuses this Gravity A wave to cause space/time to bend, much like space/time bends in the intense

gravitational field of a black hole. The ability to direct gravity to cause space/time distortions allows the disc to cross vast expanses of space/time without traveling in a linear mode at a high rate of speed. Inside the reactor, the Element 115 is transmuted to Element 116 which is instable and immediately decays releasing antimatter. The antimatter is reacted with gaseous matter which causes a total annihilation reaction, the 100 percent conversion of matter to energy. The heat from this reaction is converted to electrical energy by a solid state, near 100 percent efficient thermoelectric generator. Gravity Amplifier: This mode of travel is one of the two methods of propulsion used by the disc. In this mode, the disc's gravity amplifiers [see right] are in the "delta configuration" and are pulsed sequentially in a rotational pattern. This amplified Gravity A wave is so powerful that the only naturally occurring source of gravity that could cause space/time to distort this much would be a black hole! The other mode of travel is the "omicron configuration" and is used for short range travel near a source of gravity such as a planet or star. When a disc travels near another source of gravity, like Earth, the Gravity A wave, which propagates outward from the disc, is phase shifted into the Gravity B wave, which propagates outward from the Earth, and this creates lift. In fact it is my opinion that after World War II, hundreds of German scientists and engineers along with German intelligence specialists were brought to the U.S. Many of those scientists, I believe, later became pillars of the U.S. space program, some overt and some covert. The overt programs were developed into the present NASA projects. As far as the covert programs were concerned, during the mid-fifties, some of the scientists were probably transferred to remote test sites such as AREA 51 in Nevada. AREA 51 (or DREAMLAND) is where I believe the U.S. government has been testing disk-shaped crafts for many, many years. Townsend Brown flying disc technology and its applications were conducted at locations such as California's China Lake Navy Weapons Station and the then fledgling test facility at AREA 51 in Nevada. Those were the beginning days.

Area 51 Glossary Groom Lake Desert Rat WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF THE GROOM LAKE BASE? The base at Groom Lake has traditionally been America's testing ground for the latest generation of secret aircraft. The U-2, YF-12A and F-117A were flight tested here long before being made public. Since the government won't acknowledge anything about the base, its hard to know what is going on there now. Common rumors suggest several possible new aircraft, including an ultra-high speed spy plane dubbed "Aurora" by aviation watches, various unmanned aerial reconnaissance vehicles (UAVs), stealth helicopters and a possible replacement for the F-117A. The existence of these projects is speculative, however, and most activities at Groom are probably more mundane weapons and systems testing, of interest only to hard-core military buffs. These pictures were all taken by me on a weekend road trip out to "Area 51," an area on the northern side of the Nellis Bombing & Gunnery Range in Nevada. Area 51 is home to Groom Lake, where a top-secret (well, not that much of a secret) Air Force base is located. Groom Lake is the supposed testing grounds of Project Aurora, the Air Force's replacement for the SR-71 spy plane. Further south of Groom Lake is Papoose Lake, sometimes known as S-4, or "Dreamland." This is the supposed location of several flying saucers that are in the government's possession. The best book (IMHO) on this area and on the Nevada UFOs in general, is a selfpublished book entitled Area 51 Viewers Guide by Glenn Campbell. There is a profound "alien" presence among us... these are people who are here, beings who are here, in large numbers... "But there is this government that has known about the alien presence for along time, a government that has been playing an "endgame". A government that has an agenda of concealment and control, that is operated by terror. In Lancaster, that agenda of concealment and control is what I call the "Lancaster Syndrome". It produces strange distortions in many peoples lives... First let me tell you about a man who sits today in Pierce County jail outside of Tacoma, Washington. This man's name is Michael Riconosciuto..." Lindemann states that Riconosciuto formerly worked for a corporation called Wackenhut which provides special security protection for high-security areas such as the Nevada Test Site. Michael R. claims that the real reason he was sent to jail was because he swore out an affidavit against the Dept. of Justice. In that affidavit he explained INSLAW out of a proprietary software called PROMIS. This software was a database designed to track special groups of people according to various characteristics. It was a very powerful, very capable database. INSLAW developed this in the early 1980's and took it to the Dept. of Justice thinking it would be a good law enforcement software. The software would be most useful in helping to track terrorists and other troublemakers. Certain men within the Justice Department realized that if they could get control of the software, according to Michael R., they could sell it to other countries and make huge profits. "So the Dept. of Justice allegedly made a deal with the INSLAW Corp. for an exclusive on the PROMIS software, and then drove INSLAW into bankruptcy by refusing to pay. Lindemann continues:

"The amazing thing is that they were caught. And in 1988 BARONS magazine in the April 4th (1991) issue... contained this fairly astonishing piece of news: "Presiding judge in the bankruptcy hearing was Judge George Basing." According to BARONS, Judge Basing busted (framed) him for drugs, and now he sits facing a possible life sentence in the Pierce Co. Jail. But because of that he's very scared because he knows now that these guys will take-him-out whenever they darn well feel like it. And so he's talking, he's talking in every way he can... In particular we wanted to ask Michael R. something about some of the things going on at the underground bases. I'd like to read you just a little bit of what Michael R. told us recently about that. I asked him, what did he know of underground bases in the Lancaster area. I'm going to quote now our conversation. "He said, "Well, there's extensive stuff in... I call it the "Edwards Position", and then at Nellis over in Nevada, and at the Nevada Test Site." Then he went on to say, "Last summer I had a group of guys bagging a whole bunch of files and records, and some equipment out of Wackenhut and they had a helicopter loaded to the nuts and they got shot down before they got out of there." "I don't know how many of you noticed," Lindemann continues, but there was an article in the LOS ANGELES TIMES, the 24th of July on the history of the Test Site. Five people were killed when this helicopter went down, and the FAA and the DOE and the National Transportation and Safety Board all converged on the Nuclear Test Site to figure out what brought this copter down. But you may be ASSURED that they will never tell you because it was SHOT down by Wackenhut, and it [] pilots and 3 Wackenhut personnel according to the article in the Los Angeles Times. "I said, "I heard about that. Are you saying that there was a group, let's say, renegades from the inside who were trying to bolt for the blue and WACKENHUT shot them down? Is that your allegation?" And he said, "Yep!" And I said, "Is there anything more that you could say about this and he said:

"Theres a facility called Haystack Butte, it's on the Edward's (AFB) reservation... (Note: At this point Lindemann shows the audience a map of the area encompassing Edwards AFB, the city of Lancaster and Palmdale to the South -- which is the site of 542 where the B-2 bomber is assembled, along with a lot of other secret aircraft of the major aircraft and aerospace companies are located in this area, among other sites. It also showed the Tehachapi facility west of Lancaster, nicknamed the "Ant Hill", which is administered by Northrop and which is rumored by some to house underground "disk" hanger for wingless aircraft built by the Secret-Government-Military-Industrial establishment. In the southeast corner of Lindemann's map the Tejon ranch was visible, which is a large cattle ranch that goes up into the area of the Tehachapi range to the

southeast of Bakersfield, California. He also pointed out an extensive underground facility maintained by MacDonnell Douglas, and the Helendale facility maintained by MacDonnell Douglas, and the Helendale facility administered by Lockheed. In this same general area is Haystack Butte which is "jointly" administered, with North American Rockwell involved as well -Branton). F. Hayakawa, Director of the CIVILIAN INTELLIGENCE NETWORK, at the 11th "LOS ANGELES WHOLE LIFE EXPO" held at the Los Angeles Airport Hilton Convention Center on November 16 and 17, 1991. It is located approximately 125 miles north-northwest of Las Vegas and consist of Groom Lake and the Papoose Lake Complexes. The presently expanding eastern portion of the latter complexes is known as the S-4 site." "This entire area is under the strictest control of Airspace R-4808N (with unlimited "ceiling"), prohibiting any entry therein of air traffic, civilian or military, unless special clearance for such entry is secured well in advance. By land, the area is meticulously patrolled 24-hours a day by several tiers of external security even though it is conveniently covered by the... Jumbled Hills (north of the Papoose Lake area), making it virtually impossible for anyone to see the facilities without first climbing atop the hills of the rugged mountain range which became off-limits to the public since 1985." "The main external perimeter security is now being handled by Wackenhut Special Securities Division, part of the operations of Wackenhut Corporation, a worldwide semiprivate security firm based in Coral Gables, Florida which has an exclusive contract with the U.S. Department of Energy and handles not only perimeter security at the Nevada Test Site but also at many other secret facilities and sensitive installations throughout the U.S., and U.S. interests worldwide, including ground-level perimeters for several large underground facilities in and around Edwards Air Force Base in Southern California." "It is also important to mention that dozens of unmanned, miniature-sized remotecontrolled automatic security vehicles constantly patrol the immediate perimeters of the S-4 Site, located around (and presently expanding particularly towards the eastern portion of) Papoose Lake. These automatic, miniature-sized four-wheel vehicles have been produced by Sandia Laboratories of Albuquerque, New Mexico exclusively for the Department of Energy."

"The outer northeastern perimeters of this area located in the Tickaboo Valley come under the jurisdiction of Lincoln County and are relegated to the Bureau of Land Management (B.L.M.). Yet it is considered highly unadvisable for anyone to even enter the main country dirt road, known as the Groom Road, which begins as a southwestern extension towards Groom Lake from a point midway between mile marker 34 and 33 on highway 375, and leads to he guard shack located two and a half miles northwest of the Groom Lake complexes." "The first line of exterior security forces (dressed in mild camouflage uniforms but with no insignia of any kind whatsoever) consists of the GP patrols (the "Groom Proper" patrols, in Bronco-type four-wheel drive vehicles) who sometimes drive around at night with there lights off on various country dirt roads adjacent to the outer demilitarized zone, intimidating any civilian vehicle that tries to enter those access roads (off of Highway 375) located on public land. These patrols, however, are strictly ordered to avoid any direct contact with civilians. They are only instructed to radio the Lincoln County Sheriff immediately should anyone be spotted driving on any dirt roads. The most common radio frequency used between Security Control and Lincoln County Sheriff's patrols is 138.306 MHZ." "...The only area "allowed" by the Sheriff for such curiosity seekers to "congregate" is an open area near a black mailbox located at the south side of Highway 375 between mile marker 29 and 30. Even then, the Sheriff patrol will routinely stop by during the evening to check on the cars parked at the mailbox area." "Moreover, it is our understanding, based on information provided by a highly reliable source connected to a special U.S. Navy SEAL operations center, that the mailbox area is constantly being monitored by high-powered, state-of-the-art, infra-red telescopes set up at a facility known as Security Control high atop Bald Mountain (10 miles west of the area), the highest peak in the Groom Mountains Range." "...It was precisely at 4:45 a.m. on the morning of Thursday 16, 1992, that an NBC news crew, dispatched to the area to report on the landing of an alleged super spy-plane known as Aurora on Groom Lake, accidentally succeeded in video-taping the first flight (which we have been calling the "Old Faithful") of a mysterious object while standing at the mail-box area and looking due south toward Jumbled Hills. The footage, taken with a night-scope vision camera, was broadcast nationally on NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw on April 20, 1992. The NBC News reported that it had video-taped a test flight of a new U.S. aerial craft that had definitely defied the laws of physics, and that the news team may thus have taken the first glimpse of the other "deep black" projects (aside from the Aurora project) being conducted within the confines of the top-secret facility."
