B) WHAT IS ITS ROLE/WHAT INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND THERE?

The intention of the Weebly Website is to provide one location for you to access program information and communicate with your classmates via forums on the site. The site is only accessible to students and faculty of the Nutrition and Integrative Health Program. You must have the password to view this site. The following information is available on the Weebly site: Portals for each course managed by the appropriate faculty Most up-to-date syllabi, schedules, handouts, presentation notes, and other relevant documents. Upcoming nutrition-related conferences Career and internship opportunities Student focus group dates

C) HOW DO I MAKE SURE I AM IN THE LOOP WITH COMMUNICATION

You must update Student Services with any changes in your contact information. TAI SOPHIA EMAIL Your Main Institute Communication Link A) HOW DO I GET TO IT? Your Tai Sophia email is established when you start class. At that time, you will receive your email address and password. The address will be the first letter of your first name and the full last name followed by @tai.edu. (for example: rsnow@tai.edu) The name used will generally be the legal name on your application. B) WHAT IS ITS ROLE/WHAT INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND THERE? It is very important that you check this email regularly. This is the way that faculty and other staff at the Institute will contact you regarding upcoming events, health updates, policy and/or procedural changes, or other information that would affect you directly. The program faculty will use this email address to send you program information such as schedule changes, course handouts, assignment updates or other pertinent information. It is best to check your email once a day. Please delete any emails that are no longer needed so the Institute can maintain enough space for future emails to you.

A) HOW DO I GET TO IT?

Access to Tai Sophia Intranet: http://www.tai.edu/ then go to: Our Learning Community Current Students Intranet Access directly: http://intranet.tai.edu:8000/ Please bookmark this link. Because this site is secure, you will be prompted to enter your name and password. Use your username ONLY (rsnow) and the same password used to access your email.

B) WHAT IS ITS ROLE/WHAT INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND THERE?

Accessible to only to our internal community of Staff, Faculty, Board, and Students, the Tai intranet site was created with the intention of bringing more ease to the tasks of our internal community. The vision for the site is that it act as a central resource where you can find the information that you need and find out what is happening in other parts of the Tai Sophia community. 2

The following information is available at the Intranet: Class directories and photos Staff and faculty directories Course grades Support Services Forms to update your contact information, audit classes, update health requirements for clinic Student Handbook, and more

C) HOW DO I MAKE SURE I AM IN THE LOOP WITH COMMUNICATION As long as you continue to remain a student in good standing with the Institute, you should not have any problems accessing the Intranet. Again, if you experience any problems, please contact Dan Wessels as noted above. D) Accessing Your Data Report (contact information, class schedule & grades) Your personal data report includes contact information, grades, class schedule, and incomplete grades. To access your data report: Go to www.tai.edu. Then click on OUR COMMUNITY, then CURRENT STUDENTS, and finally INTRANET. Log on to the intranet (with your user name and password), click on STUDENTS and then DATA REPORT.
