IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY OF OCEANA

MATT CROSBY Plaintiff Vs. File No. 09-7540

TANA JONASSEN, RYAN JONASSEN, PHILLIP JONASSEN AND RICHARD WILLIAMS Defendants __________________________/

Motion to Show Cause Criminal Coercion

Comes now, Phillip Earl Jonassen upon Motion to Show Cause Re: Criminal Coercion, whereby Attorney McNeely, a.k.a. Attorney McNeily has maintained in the action of threatening to charge for a crime that has not occurred (Frivolity, Frivolous Action), whereby Attorney McNeely, an attorney, well-versed in the law, is not bringing forward a motion for Vexatious Litigation, as there has been no vexed question posed by Mr. Jonassen, and this, as Evidenced herein is yet another attempt to coerce the person of Phillip Earl Jonassen into submitting to the will and wishes of this legal manipulator, and criminal as maintained and Evidenced by Court record in Cause number 09-7540-CH.

Attorney McNeely, as an officer of this Court, asks once again, that the person of Phillip Earl Jonassen be held hostage for ransom in the amount of $25,000, unless the person of Phillip Earl Jonassen submits to the will and wishes of this court officer, acting in unOfficial capacity, as a Criminal, in the action once again of Criminal Coercion, and attempted Larceny by Extortion.

Attorney McNeely, as Evidenced, and herein on Court record, has acknowledged receipt of the other motions, and evidence herein, by admission, signed by him self, and written on his or his firm's letterhead.

A Motion to Show Cause, requesting Attorney McNeely to show cause why he should not be Indicted in the action of Larceny by Extortion does not allow due process, as the Evidence is OF this Court record, and Witnessed by various Court officers, in their Official Capacity.

A default order, if void, is always void, as there is no statute of limitations on Fraud upon the Court, nor Criminal Contempt of Court, as this court's ability to function has been impeded by the actions of Attorney McNeely and various other Actors in these matters.

Attorney McNeely, again, is well-versed in all aspects of the law, and as an officer of this court, represented his client in a fraudulent action, whereby the person of Phillip Earl Jonassen was in jured, and harm was therein maintained in a malicious manner upon him within the action of Larceny by Extortion, which is now compounded, continual, and continuing in nature, requiring IMMEDIATE action of this court, as per the law, as it is written.
