Jesus Christ is a mighty Saviour and His gospel is both

glorious and powerful. A truly repentant soul will find in salvation not only forgiveness, but also deliverance from all sin. Yes, a Christian does live free from committing sin! Sadly, most of what is being passed off as the gospel today is no gospel at all. It keeps the people in their sins and they expect that they cannot be free from them till after they die. This is another gospel and another Jesus and it is foreign to scriptural salvation. Any person who teaches that one can sin and still be a Christian is not of God. These have a form of godliness, but deny the power thereof. From such turn away! Dear ones, examine your experience in the light of the scriptures regarding this all-important issue. Your eternal destiny depends upon it. He that committeth sin is of the devil...For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin...In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil.... 1 John 3:8-10. 1) The purpose of Jesus coming was to redeem us from all iniquity Matt. 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. Luke 1:68-75 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people...that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. 18) Christians follow the example of Christ 1 Pet. 1:15-16 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. 1 Pet. 2:21-22 Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth. 1 John 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. 19) A holy life does not produce sinful fruit Matt. 7:17-18 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Luke 6:43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 20) Christians have an undefiled conscience Acts 23:1 And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day. Acts 24:16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offense toward God, and toward men. 1 Tim. 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned. 21) It is not what we profess, but what we live that counts Matt. 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. John 8:21 Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come. Rev. 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie. 23) A Christian is a new creature; old sinful ways are passed away Ezk. 36:26-27 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. 2 Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 24) Salvation brings a heart perfection that was unattainable under the Old Testament Heb. 7:19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did.
