Immediately below is one of the charts developed from the report series 1305. This chart had been expanded and carried over into the most recent ALTA series, 106. We are within days of entering the period described by the chart, and so it has been carried over to this series, and expanded upon.

Chart 1 - E Tension In examining the chart above, we can note the red demarcation line at approximately mid December, after which the emotive tension sum line drops. This dropping is our method of indicating an "emotional release" is under way. Another way to consider this idea is that an emotional release period is a time in which the previous emotional tensions and stressors are dissipated. Such dissipation of emotional tensions is *not* a build. There have been suggestions that we should reverse our charts so that, as an example, the Katrina/Fema disaster would have shown as an upward line. In the original chart below, the notation lines have a tendency to block out the trend line itself. So we have provided a newly annotated version of the chart for discussion.

In the chart below, we have taken only the immediacy values into consideration. Yes, there are longer term emotive values associated with the whole fiasco of Katrina/Fema/Rita/Wilma and these values suggest that the Populace/USofA will be exploring this issue for years. At the moment though the chart below has had the immediacy impact values highlighted.

In this chart we have blocked out the period of the hurricane disasters, Fema problems with two red lines. The period between them represents the actual unfolding of the disaster. A key feature for us as interpreters of the data is that there are clearly indicators showing sharp movements of emotional tone. These chart movements can be matched up after the fact and we can see that the actual unfolding of the disaster, which is to say, the actual manifesting of the emotions, are shown as downward trend lines. We chose to keep this orientation for the emotional release as it made more sense to us to have the opposing period of building emotional tensions as upward direction. Sort of like pressure building in a steam pot. In the particular period upcoming, we have our charts indicating another emotional release period which is shown beginning on {ed note: or around, our timing is not quite that precise, though the Katrina/Rita chart was pretty accurate}, December 14th, 2005 and extending out to February 27th, 2006. *IF* we assume that we were correct with our maths and charts for the Katrina/Rita period, and *if* we assume that we have not screwed it up with the next period charts, then we can postulate that our release period from Dec. 14th Feb. 27 will manifest in a similar fashion as did the emotional release associated with the Katrina/Rita period. That is to say, we expect that the display will be visible, public, and on-going. It would not be surprising to have this period of 75 days reflect, in some manner, the same form of media coverage that was displayed during the Katrina emotional release period. Of course, the causal events will be differ from Katrina/Rita. In point of fact, the ALTA 106 report provided data which brought us to the conclusion that the most probable theme for the upcoming period of emotional tension release will be 'economic'. Much of the data arising from our Populace/USofA entity which represents the general populace of the country and their contribution to the global emotional stew that is humanity was heavily influenced by subjects such as 'economy', 'dollar', 'energy', ad infinitum. Further data within the 106 report series led to the interpretation that Bush would make a 'new statement, mistake' in early December, which would prove to be the 'theme' for a new layer of problems for the Bush misadministration. Further the data suggested a conclusion that the 'new mistake' would be both 'public' and 'repudiated by fact'. So.... as Bush has been recently out touting the 'strong economy', and as the Populace/USofA entity says the economy stinks, we find that a

natural conclusion is that the release period will indeed center on 'economic disaster', and should, at least in emotional terms, be reflective of the Katrina/Rita sort of visible emotional release. However, let us not be lulled into thinking that this period will be 'one-event' driven. The data in previous reports, and what is coming up in this week's immediacy value processing shows that several lower level themes will all intermingle. The economy appears to be a dominate theme, inter-related to events developing in the Bush Wars of Aggression, as well as Terra bits which jump into participate. All of these contexts will continue to swirl around the central theme of 'economy' and the 'wounding' of the Populace/USofA by way of something originating with the Bushista's. For completeness sake we are including our other emotive release period projection chart here such that the relationships can be determined. This chart was initially developed in June of 2005.

Populace/USofA - Superficial Display Leads to Transformation through Fire, The Podiatrist Cometh In the last ALTA report series, 106, we were left with two very distinct impressions of the upcoming December 14th release period (see chart in Meta Data section). The first was that 'wounding' would befall the Populace/USofA as a result of something originating with the Bushista entity, and that the release period would involve 'economic' or 'financial' themes as a primary component. That is to say, that much of the 'suffering' seen within the lexical sets points to the individual feeling extremely adverse economic conditions manifest. There is much within the new data set supporting both of the above items. We have some new details within the aspect/attribute sets that go to the imagery of 'self wounding' or 'cutting own flesh, stupidly/without thought'. Further we find that the 'wounding' of the Bushista entity is seen as 'transmitting/carrying over to' the Populace/USofA entity as the 'frame of the structure/house is pulled apart, debris falls, wounds all'. Also within the 'wounding' lexical data set appears aspect/attribute sets going to the idea of 'no partisans/supporters' and 'withdrawal of words/discourse'. These last two are the immediate reaction set from the Populace/USofA in response to the Bushista entity 'transferring the wounding' or 'shielded {from wounding} by innocent flesh'. This set is dominated by the lexical structure for the 'destruction of past edifices/institutions', and 'destruction of the frame of the house'. Deeper within this set we note very heavy internal cross links which go over to the 'economic' area within the Populace/USofA. Here the links terminate in aspect/attribute sets which go to the imagery of 'bleeding {from} too rapid motion', and 'ringing/tones {in} ears, speed excessive/too great, danger and damage'. Much of this area of the 'wounding' data set bulges out of the Populace/USofA entity. If we take that bulge in isolation from the entity, and from the cross links, then in examining it we note that the highest part of the bulge, that is the point that is most removed from the bulk of the entity, is dominated by aspect/attribute sets which go to the idea of 'destruction necessary'. Under this the data goes into some level of detail that 'destructive ones required {to break} deadlock/stalling', and further that 'no mistakes, roots dug out, pain, bleeding, wounding, required painful episode'. This in turn is supported by extensive sets hanging off of 'wounding', and 'required' which in turn provide more emotional support for 'painful memories, past actions return, destruction of system'. Back at the higher level of the Populace/USofA entity, and under the highest level of 'wounding', the data set goes to a view that the 'wounding is required', 'pain is needed', 'rotting flesh {must be} scoured off'. Basically the message is that the system is unhealthy, and that an overhaul is both coming and required. This area also shows that the 'destruction is complete'. This in turn is supported by 'destroyed {structures} on/at the summit'. Within this the supporting layers go to the imagery of 'blood drips from wounded flesh, staining broken concrete/stone, corpses lay on ground, slashed/shredded flesh peeled back'.

A large area of curiosity about this 'wounding' arises from the association of some cross links over to Bushista entity. The cross links originate within the Populace/USofA and start at the lexical area of 'superficial display'. This in turn has many layers, most of which are cross linked over to the Bushista entity where the most common terminating point is under 'wounding'. Further examination of this areas suggests that the 'wounding' will come about from a 'self inflicted' action within the Bushista entity which apparently is so magnified or so 'core to the vein/blood', that it transfers the wound to the populace in general. Much of the wording under this area goes to our view of Bushistas as incompetents who now move on to 'self wounding', 'self destruction', 'self destroying'. Much of this area is also replete with internal cross links which suggest a manifestation of 'self hate', and 'internal/inter-tribal war'. On the other side of the entity, and internally cross linked to the 'wounding', though *not* as a cause, the area of 'economic/financial' sub set data shows that as we progress into the release period that a 'superficial display' on the part of the 'governors/ruling class' will result in the populace being 'initiated/started' on the 'process of transformation'. Now, as with *all* transformations of all kinds involving humans, this one contains internal references to 'violence', and 'heated/fiery' emotions. The 'process' aspect is chock-o-block full of references to a 'testing' and to 'violent upheaval/upset'. This area is itself supported by aspect/attribute sets going to the 'internal process of violent destruction {of the} image/view/perception of self'. The 'violent' aspect is completely populated and supported by many different bespoke emotions relating both to the expressions of violence, but also to the impact internally, such as 'self doubt', and 'self rejection'. This area of emotive descriptors also contains lexical support for the idea that the 'superficial display' and the 'violence' will become a 'legend phrase' or cliche in the future. Perhaps much as the 'let them eat cake' mal mot from the period of the previous French revolution. Whatever imagery emerges as the cliche is likely to be much more complex and evocative during this time of ubiquitous teevee, but nonetheless the data suggests that at its core the 'superficial display' will come to represent 'incitement to expressions of rage'. Further we note that the 'transformation' aspect of this set heads a very large collection of lexical sets going to the idea that 'fire transforms the thinking/cogitation through stress' and that 'a man of dignity, walks slowly {at the} beginning, gaining strength as respectful attention is due, mass/crowds rise to their feet, walk/march, hesitant'. This set is less than obvious in that it can also offer the interpretation that 'a dignified man rises slowly to prominence by pointing attention to your feet'. So. The podiatrist cometh? In this set we note that the 'man of dignity' is associated with or takes the color of 'yellow' as the banner for the 'collecting of support'. Also we find that this person will 'disperse the looming restraints'. These 'looming restraints' are likely laws or legislative actions. This person is seen as coming from the 'plebeian section of the population', but is one who has gained enough respect through 'acts of justice' that 'angry crowds form/mass' when the 'man of dignity' is 'resisted'. Hmmm. At a slightly higher level we can report that we find no points within the data around the coming population transformation which are external to the entity itself. Therefore the suggested interpretation is that the transformation process is entirely internal, and is not driven by acts inflicted from outside the country. True, it is hard to be a citizen of the USofA these days without considering the rest of the globe and our actions/reactions upon them, unless of course, one is a politician, and then it is easy to avoid seeing anything other than the inside of one's colon. But for the rest of us, the globe is constantly intruding on internal noodling. And so it is with our entity and our 'man of dignity'. There are many references to parts outside the USofA, however none can be found that appear to be causal, so our interpretation is that the 'transformation of the populace through fire' is an internally driven process. As the data is examined, a number of visually confusing internal cross links are visible. They interconnect the 'man of dignity' with his 'foot focus', and the 'superficial display'. The latter is shown as occurring first, with a small time lag, then the response of a developing 'man of dignity' movement. This area of descriptors includes references to 'attachment to fuel', an obvious pointer to oil addiction, and further is completely populated and very heavily involved within the cross links. One interpretation, just from the view of the cross links, is that a gathering of individual geopolitical elements, with internal ties to each other, will converge to create a storm which assaults the 'fuel attachment' at all levels.

As the modelspace is progressed over the course of the next few months, we note the movement of the Populace/USofA entity becomes quite convulsive. Much of the growth of the new descriptor sets over that period are focusing on 'disturbance' and 'unsettled', as well as being tied internally back to our 'fuel attachment'. The appearance of the entity as it traverses these next few months of modelspace is one of erosion, and a strange, internal, twisting sort of growth. A very odd change for the entity, and one that is distinctly unhealthy in appearance. The cross links for the accruing values for the Populace/USofA entity suggest now that the release period will be one of problems being heaped on problems, or as the data imagery would have it 'cancers growing from cancers'. An alternate interpretation of this last has to include its cross links and participation within the meta data layer still operative of 'secrets revealed'. Taking these into account the wording would be read as 'exposure of cancer growing stimulus'. Note that the 'cancer' is seen as growing on the 'body politic' or the populace as a whole. It could be that this area will end up being the actual descriptor for the cause of the 'wounding' of the populace, however there is little in it to suggest either violence or sudden-ness. What does come through though is that as the entity is moved forward through the modelspace, this area takes on a new rising aspect/attribute set which goes to the image of 'dissolution of existing structures by tiny grains {of} sand'. Note that the 'sand' reference can also be interpreted as merely a pointer to something of small granularity, such as 'moments of time', or an individual within the sea of humanity. Silver - Release State Manifesting, Climbing out of the Sinking Ship, Sliver Floats? Well, such a tiny entity, but so much to talk about. First up is that nearly nine tenths (9/1os) of the lexical data is changing out of this entity as it is moved forward through the immediacy value set. This basically means a 'whole new life' for the entity in that 90% of its value set is new, and has just begun to age. This also implies that a new impetus to the entity is occurring precisely due to the rapid or sudden emergence of "talk" on the net about the descriptor set from which the entity is composed. Did that make sense? Stated another way, the reason we have so many new words associated with the subject of precious metals is that people out-and-about on the internet are now talking about the subject in new ways. Thus an indication of a new awareness of the subject breaking through. This idea is supported in the data itself where we find that the dominate rising aspect is 'purpose' which is supported by attribute sets going to the idea of 'collective will' and 'unanimous expression of intent' are supporting the 'purpose' which is now acting as the driving lexical force for the entity. This 'unanimous purpose', which is supporting silver/gold/et al, is barely begun according to our data and also explicitly states that idea with its supporting aspect/attributes being led by 'first appears at the periphery,now, self'. This is indicative of the entity placing itself at the beginning of its new period. Further that same area of support sets contains, 'resistance remains at the core of the contracting force'. This is further modified by 'contradicting/countering parties strongest {in the} center'. However, the data also shows that the 'strong resistant core of contradicting parties fails {to} persevere'. Note that this last only comes in during the end of the progression of the modelspace through the release period, say around February 15th or so, give or take 4 days. The suggestion from the data explicitly is that a long, and newly favorable, emotive association with the Silver entity's component precious metals is beginning, but is still at the 'periphery' even into late February. The idea within the entity is clearly that any level of building emotive association over the course of the next few months is merely 'stomping around the edge'. As with the other entities, it is also necessary to view the Silver entity against the background of the movements within modelspace as a whole. As a reminder, our modelspace can be thought of as a large aquarium filled with millions of colored dots which have a tendency to cluster together into our "critters" or entities. The aquarium itself is held within the three dimensional framework provided by Intellicad which is an open source CAD program. Each side of our modelspace box is 60 units in length. Further, each of the units is subdivided to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) sub units. Within the modelspace, words with negative emotional impacts or connotations are placed below the vertical half way plane. Within the modelspace, the right hand side represents the future, and the left, the past. Now, when the data is loaded into the modelspace, and the progression is initiated, the entities as a group, once the December 14th point is reached, begin a general step down towards the lower half of the

modelspace. That is, the preponderance of lexical values coming in for post December 14th, are negative in tone, carry value, impact, duration, or connotation(subjective). So, visually, it is as though all the critters in the aquarium are all swimming toward the bottom. This even includes the Terra entity which is usually more or less neutral and usually moves along horizontally at or slightly above the mid plane. Of the several small exceptions to this general movement, the Silver entity is both the most pronounced and the largest of the contrarians. Igor had noted that it looks like the Silver entity is "standing on the head of all the rats trying to desert the sinking ship". And, visually, that is a very good encapsulation of the impression. As we move the modelspace forward, a large number of entities all clump up as they head for the same, lower, emotive levels. The Silver entity, containing references to currencies, and other financial elements, is also pulled down, however, its action is not at all the same as the other entities, as it continues to track upward, even though the modelspace emotive base-line is now reset to below the median plane. So, Silver Floats? In viewing the movement of the Silver entity against the background of the total modelspace behavior, it is safe to say that the Silver entity, even though it appears to be drawn down below the median line, is still moving upward both relative to all other entity movement, and also relative to its own, previous, total emotive sum value. In other words, even though the overall modelspace movement is down, the Silver entity is not only going up in emotive values, but is also making new levels/highs for its own internal emotive sums. As we have seen in recent past, the emotive value attachments that we find in our data appears to run about 1/one to 4/four months ahead of the appearance of the changes suggested by the emotive sums. So, allowing that our past performance may be accurate enough to give confidence to future projections, we can then say that current silver/gold/platinum_group metals values in any currency are merely at the very leading edge of the change state. We have seen the release state mentality emerge within recent weeks as the prices of gold/silver et al have begun to manifest changes which were first picked up by our data gathering in early summer. At this point the descriptors give us a very good idea that this is merely the very very early stages of the manifestation of change. If placed into context, the emotive values shown for Silver entity sums in June of 2005 are are less than 10/ten per cent of what is showing up in this data series and projected for 2006. However, please note that these are emotive value sum projections and *not* price points. Our data does not yet allow us a direct correlation between our emotive sums and particular expressions of that emotion in currency. In other words, we cannot yet predict the actual levels of 'people putting their currency where their emotions are'. A small point of diversion after a long discussion with Igor. The Silver entity for these past few reports has shown that the emotive values were projecting sudden, and enduring change. With the exception of its value content, that is the actual positive to negative ratio of emotive sums, the Silver entity had actually been forecasting a "release state manifestation". So, outside of it being positive in direction, nonetheless, there is a release state appearing within the world of precious metals. We note that the rise of emotive descriptors on the teevee, and other mainstream media about the precious metals as we have hit this release period. We also need to note that the Silver entity release state now underway is both contrarian to the coming general release period, and is leading the general period by a number of weeks. So in that small sense, our work would seem to validate that precious metals, through their price associations, and in spite of manipulation, are still predictive of future states of the complex system that is global economics. It should also be noted that the reality of precious metals themselves forecasting economic disruption via price movement which we pick up as emotive value changes is also seemingly validating the early nature of those moves, the supposed "prescient nature" of markets, and our upcoming projection of a general release state occurring. In other words, since the silver/gold/precious metals markets have recently had several break out moves of a technical nature, and since some of these moves are on the order of the largest such moves in generations, it seems reasonable to suggest that these movements are "real world" signals that a general "release state" is about to occur within the global economic complex system. Just as we have seen indicated in these last six+ months. As a last point to consider, the silver/precious markets world is very small. It is one of the smallest of the markets within the global economic structure. If one has personal contact with the participants within this world, or has recently seen television programming or other mainstream media presentations on the precious metals markets, then one can "catch" the excitement level or emotive tones being expressed by persons involved in this area. This emotive excitement spreads. Once the spreading emotive values jump

out into the rest of the world, the small nature of the market becomes key as the rush into the doors suddenly fills the whole arena and lots of "pent up demand" suddenly appears due to "unsatisfactory fulfillment". This means that at some point, emotive value jumps go parabolic. Will the prices also? Maybe, they have in the past, and just slightly more than one generation ago. Paper Currency - Amoeba Splits, Jet Flames Out, Rivers of Tears As a contrast to the Silver entity, the data for 'paper currency, debt, paper instruments' et al can be extracted and placed into an entity by isolating those 'currency' related descriptors. This move necessarily pools all of the references, even those to currencies which appear within entities such as Silver, and so the entity created in this fashion is more "muddied" than those which arise through serendipitous mode processing. Nevertheless, the effort to "flop the data array" and reload the modelspace is justified by the results. The "deterministic" entity that we create by "flopping the data" is clearly separating. As we move the modelspace forward the entity for Currency is clearly dividing into two segments. In one, the smaller of the two segments, we find references to the USofA dollar, and the other is largely populated with references to Asian and EU zone currency/debt instruments. In this case it is the larger of the two that is slightly ascendant, while the 'dollar, usofa' segment is distinctly headed below the neutral line for emotive sums. The movement of the entity through the modelspace shows that in the release period from December through end of February, the 'dollar' will come under very serious pressure, and will succumb to a 'disease'. This 'disease' reference does not appear to be an actual disease of humans, but rather an alternative lexical descriptor indicating 'rejection/repulsion'. Just as an amoeba splits with pseudopodia, our Currency entity is indicating that a 'fracturing' or 'faction alignment' will occur in global currency markets. It also appears to suggest though the rising aspect/attribute sets that the general tone of the 'dollar, usofa' during the release period will be one of 'increase', and that further, the 'increase' aspect is directly supported by aspect/attribute sets going to 'excessive behavior impossible to bear'. We also find that 'growling' will 'accompany' the 'increase' of the 'dollar, usofa', and that 'old men {will} gather to curse, complain'. Further the indications are that the 'increase' of the 'dollar, usofa', which is heavily cross linked to the 'transforming fire' section of the Populace/USofA entity, will begin with a 'setting sun' event in which the 'dollar, usofa' will be 'roasted/fired/heated/boiled' during a 'ceremony of/on/at sand'. As the modelspace is progressed forward into the Winter, the 'dollar, usofa' set shows that the 'jet flame sputters out suddenly, fueled to exhaustion'. Further the aspects/attributes suggest that 'rejection' is 'shouted' and that 'everybody avoids {the} diseased paper'. In both sections of the Currency entity, we find that a common aspect/attribute set goes to the idea that the 'disease' of the dollar will lead to a 'river of tears flowing', and a 'planet of moaning'. These both are within an area that is supported by aspect/attribute sets going to the idea of 'problems, unable to be shunned/repulsed' that will 'take over the rulers' such that 'tears flow, governors groan, lock doors'. Hmm. Now that don't sound good. Terra - Weather- Bound and Gagged, Limits Imposed When we examine the writhing mass of cross links that defines the whole of the release period, the condition of the Populace entities (both Populace/USofA, and GlobalPop) show a situation in which the total mass of the entity is dominated by cross links. This is even true of those links which are internal to the entity itself. This macro-level, wholistic view of the entity suggests that external stimulus will precipitate internal change. The domination of the cross links by visual impression is given over to the 'economic' or 'financial' lexical descriptor sets, however, the Terra entity cross links are very large and only slightly less in volume than those of an economic nature. Again, while not able to determine if the Terra entity is presenting a "causal event" to the release period, it is easy to see that the Terra entity is one of the driving forces for the continuation of the release period over time. And it should be noted that atypically even the Terra entity has

numerous, originating cross links over to 'economic' areas within a number of entities. Again, the suggested interpretation is that the progression of events/circumstances which originate with Terra will further the continuance of the release period. Much of what we find within the Terra entity now relates to 'rain' and 'water' . These two primary aspects are completely populated with attribute sets and are extensively cross linked. In both cases a curious new cross link has emerged to the wording of 'limitations' or 'regularity/seasonality'. And in this lexical descriptor set, a number of modifiers of a 'negative' or 'negating' effect are appearing. In addition to this conjunction, there also is a group of internal cross links, both originating, and terminating which go to the idea of 'excessive'. So, when combined, the suggested interpretation is that 'regular seasonality of Terra weather will be negated/not appear'. Further, when the modifiers are taken into account, the impression is that 'rocking/oscillation' of 'patterns of rainfall' will occur such that 'limitations' will be imposed on the 'freedom of movement' of both humans and goods. We need to note two separate, but related items about the Terra entity's current state. The first is that the 'limitations' lexical section also contains the alternate interpretation of 'restricted movement'. This also goes to the idea of the 'encounter with scarcity' which we found in the ALTA 106 and earlier reports {ed note: primarily found within the Populace/USofA entity and one of the triggers for a very rapid emotive appreciation of precious metals}. The second relevant note is that the 'limitations' lexical set also is participating in at least two of the meta-data layers, these being 'secrets revealed' and the 'militancy/aggression' layers. This participation has been noted in the past, but this is the first time that we have seen it appear from within the Terra entity, yet seemingly to affect all humans on the planet in that the data suggests that the earth is about to 'impose limits through weather on freedom of action of humans'. Much of the 'limitations' of the weather are apparently to be 'extreme' examples of more normal patterns, with just a dash of 'flooding' thrown in to keep things interesting. We are able to note that the theme of the release period will be 'climate/weather' at the level that, as indicated by the extensive cross links over to the 'wounding' area within the Populace/USofA, will 'limit freedom of action/behavior'. The indications are that the 'extreme weather' will be a global phenomenon such that mainstream media everywhere will be filled with discussions of 'freak' or 'extreme' weather occupancies this Winter. A further note is that the astute observer will see that mainstream media is in the process of replacing the word "freak" as applied to weather or earth related events, with the more descriptive, "extreme". Our work seems to indicate that a central authority or consensus has emerged and that this word replacement is being done for connotative reasons. The word "freak" has a connotation of an "exception to the normal processes not likely to reoccur", while the reality of the latter half of that connotation has created a cognitive dissonance within the audience of mainstream media, and recognizing this, the mainstream media has changed over to 'extreme' which has a connotation of 'outside the normal bounds' and when applied to weather has a further modifier of 'likely to return to normal soon'. Hmm. As we maintain, words have/are power. Manipulate the lexicon, and manipulate the society. In any case, the manipulation is likely to run into some real problems this Winter as our data suggests that the 'limitations' imposed by the "extreme" seasonality of the weather will be the subject of much mainstream media discussion. Bushista - C0ming Home To Roost, Stop Lost We are going to finish up this section of the report with the Bushista entity. Not because it is the lesser of any of our entities, but due to the confusing nature of the many lexical accumulations acquired by the entity during this processing. Much of our confusion exists due to aspects such as 'food' and 'tigers' appearing. Not too usual for this entity. Under both we have 'scarcity' issues arising. Within the lexical set for 'food', there is support going to the idea that 'are not able to feed the people/tribe', and 'looking upward {to} heaven does no good'. The supporting descriptors go to the idea that the 'lower jaw hangs open, slack {in} disbelief, drool/saliva drips'. Further we find that 'no vegetation/crops, pressure on chest'. Again references to 'bad eating habits created/nurtured {over a} complete decade/generation {will/do} cause no value/bad result'. This is

supported by 'food without nutrition isolates individual'. The 'individual' referenced here is seen as 'being stopped, cut short, reduced/removed'. Further we find that this whole area is participating within the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer. As he has a well known association with aspartame, which is a 'food with no nutritional value', our interpretation is that shortly after the release period begins, the USofA "defense secretary", D. Rumsfled, will be deposed. While not a truly causal event in and of itself, our data would suggest that the 'stopping' of this person can also be viewed as the 'removal of a stop/cork'. Further wording actually muddies the picture a bit by suggesting that the 'removal of the stop/cork' might well pertain to 'excessive drinking/binging' which is 'exposed' while 'calls for caution/moderation' are heard. This area is small, but is completely populated with supporting aspect/attributes. It may be that the data is serving two points by suggesting that both dismissal of Rumsfled, and excessive drinking will be visible. Facing the confusing growth and very diverse nature of the cross links internal to Bushista, we went to the trouble of examining the secondary, and tertiary layers within the lexicon to see if clarity might be achieved by taking alternate wording for some of the major descriptors. This has yielded a view that the Bushista entity expresses as a period of 'flattery, jaws and tongue moving, mend no holes'. Further this is supported by aspect/attributes going to the idea that 'intuition is incorrect, mentality leads to nothing, heart flutters leads to fallible mind, no good results'. Hmm. Sure is a whole lot clearer to me. Our problems with the immediacy values so close to actual manifestation is the sheer size of the changes in the modelspace. This has necessarily placed limits on what we can examine. Within the Bushista entity at this time, the confluence of all higher level aspects suggest that the release period will heavily involve Bushista, and that an 'unpleasant roosting' is coming. We have much wording suggesting that the meta data layer of 'secrets revealed' will manifest with such vigor over the next 75 days as to equal all the emotive potential expended thus far in its cycle. That is to say, as much will come out of the 'secrets revealed' layer in the next 75 days as has appeared within the last 2 years, 3 months. Looks like we will be real busy this winter. I can almost hear the books being written this minute. As the astute observer may have noted, the Bush cabal does not have the best karmic relation with the universe. Our data does not suggest any improvement or alteration of the trend direction, merely an acceleration of the visibility of it all. ED NOTE: Release Event Scenarios We have had some discussions about possible scenarios as to how our 'emotive release period', as indicted on the charts, might manifest. One very probable, though explicitly *not* detailed in our data, would be a "continuing weather event". Something in the vein of a 75 day long Katrina sort of event/period/circumstance. It might manifest as a winter storm that just hangs around and does not seem to end. This actually would fit with prognostications developed in the 1950's as to how Sudden Global Climate Change (SGCC) would manifest. The thinking was that the rising temperatures of our "global warming" would eventually place enough water vapor in the air that a winter season would encounter an atmosphere so water saturated that snows would start that would continue for the entire length of the 'season'. It was further postulated that after a complete season of nearly continuous "seasonally appropriate" storming, and "extreme weather", that the new season would roll in with a vengeance and conditions would rapidly change. The picture of climate change that was painted by the 'oscillation effect' group of the 1950s was of a world that eventually goes to an ice age, but not before reducing down to basically two seasons, winter, and summer. And that the difference between the two was whether your rain was frozen or not. Bear in mind this is a much simplified description of their position, and that they held out a view of large new areas of dessertification, and also the lost of both glaciers and ice at the poles as part of the process. We present this as a point of departure for a discussion about 'release events'. A 'release event' is typified by the 'expression of emotions being released' . So in the case of the Katrina/Rita/Fema hurricanes, or the Pakistan earthquake, the mainstream media was our conduit to the release of emotions. And, explicitly being noted here, are the many instances in which USofA reporters and others on the mainstream media during the Katrina event period were observed to be releasing emotions.

Most frequently this was anger, or disbelief, or rage or sorrow, and these are all examples that are rarely seen in mainstream media. Thus the event was a very good classroom for the structure of how our work relates to actual events that play out. We now take our last bit of accuracy, and project that our charts are still accurate, and thus the 'release event' pending. One of the characteristics that we expect is that we will see examples of the emotive release appear within the mainstream media. We further postulate that the expressions of emotional release will last several times longer than the Katrina event, and that these *could* be several times more expressive. This last is based on immediacy values. These are tricky to interpret. It could be that we have a Katrina style emotive release that merely goes for our 75 days. Or it could be that it is Katrina style emotive release that is ratcheted up a few notches in intensity *and* lasts for 75 days. Both Igor and I suspect that it will be more intense than Katrina, and that this is not merely due to duration. The modelspace would tend to support this idea as we are still accruing immediacy values, as well as durational value increases as the modelspace is progressed forward. So to return to the idea of the unfolding of the release period. Imagine for a moment that a large storm system or a number of more or less continuous storms hits the northern hemisphere over the course of winter to the extent that normal life is rapidly disrupted, and maintained in a disrupted state for 75 days. As each day gains on the last, and the conditions continue the emotive release expressed could be expected to grow. Further, such disruptions would impact all things economic, in that storming would prevent people at all levels of the complex machine that is our global human society from getting to work. The disruptions would ripple out from each absence, and would impact to further deteriorate the situation. Such a scenario would involve the economy, would likely induce 'encounters with scarcity', would be expected to have dollar impacts due to economic repercussions, and could even induce political instability due to disruptions of basic services over a long enough period of time. If the release period were to play out this way, there would be no real central event which could be identified at the time of occurrence. It would be merely one day the storm started, and then seem to go on, and on. The other alternative way in which a release period may manifest would be the short, intense event period that had long lasting effects such that it would still be the daily discussion on mainstream media nearly two months later, and key to the whole descriptor set, would still be causing the expression of emotions. The problem that I have with the "Big Event" scenario is that the event would have to be very very large indeed to be causing the expressing of emotions 75 days later. True, such a thing is seen in the microcosm of the Katrina experience with the recent testimony of victims on teevee in which emotional expression was the central emergent theme. However, the magnitude of what is shown in our charts is difficult to consider as a single event in light of the continuing generation of emotive release values at nearly the same levels some 75 days later. Under this scenario it would be as though the rescue of the New Orleans citizens took 70 days, with daily attendant news coverage.

Conclusion: Part 1 We have concentrated our efforts in this part of the ALTA 406 on the immediacy values to see if we could capture some hint of the nature of what our charts say is waiting to manifest in a few days. We are unsuccessful in that effort in that we are not able to obtain a clear picture. While we have had spotty success with details on the immediacy level in the past, we have nonetheless had enough success as to convince us the effort was warranted. The picture that we have is not necessarily any more clear. It is possible to consider that our very muddied picture composed of innumerable cross links is an argument for the "diffuse/continuous/cumulative" rather than an "event driven" release. This argument is based on the idea that we *would* catch the precursors to a very large causative event. While not necessarily true, there is some small justification to suggest that if it were a very large, single nature event, *and* we were looking in the right place, we would see it. *IF* one had to take a guess at this point, given the data set that we have, it would appear that the Bush administration would be the *one* place where a "single event" could ripple out such that our 75 days of discontent and emotional release would appear. Other entities within the modelspace, excepting the Terra

entity which is the largest in size, have not the emotive potential at the moment to be considered as a proximate cause for what our forecast suggests will manifest shortly. In part 2 we will return to a far look processing and will provide the intermediate and durational values interpretation which will focus more on the late February through April period. As we will be posting Part 2 late next weekend, we will be beyond the release period beginning by several days. We should therefore have a much better picture as to the accuracy of this chart. While admittedly it was very accurate from the appearance of Cindy Sheehan and the anti-war movement onward through the Fall, we still yet may crap out with our work and hopefully we are way off on this one. Meta Data - Slow Cooking Winter Stew, Secrets Revealed exponent 4 Our interpretations have held for some time that a major change would develop over the course of the 75 days from December 14th (approximately 11:20pm) through to and including, February 23rd. Further the data has been interpreted as suggesting that the change would impact the population of the USofA disproportionately to the rest of the global population. Also we have provided interpretation that the change would be a long drawn out series occurring over the course of 75 days, rather than a single event, followed by 74 days of discussion. Our data has also been interpreted as showing the impact of the change as altering the nature of the USofA Federal Reserve Note, also known as the 'dollar'. We had even seen some precursor activity during the building emotional tension period of November most significantly signaled by the rapid increase in price, volatility, and commentary on gold. Further What has been the source of some curiosity for us has been the near total lack of clear vision as to just what would be the nature and expression of the change predicted. This lack of clarity arose due to the toonumerous points within our model which were showing the effects of what we had termed our 'emotional tension release period'. Since we found the cross links between our lexical sets to be more extensive than ever encountered, and since the cross links extend out to so many areas, we found it difficult to center in on a single, or even multiple causes for the tension release over such a long period. We had postulated that 'weather' of extreme seasonality would be a proximate cause, but that just did not seem to be totally it. We had suggested that increased violence within the area of the Bush Wars would be the cause, either in theater or here within the USofA as the rancor of the debates around the Bush Lies of Aggression would heat up under the influence of the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer. Again, causal perhaps, but somehow less than the pervasive nature of the release of tensions as is indicated by our modelspace. We must point out that the modelspace is showing that so much of the USofA population undergoes such a profound change as to have the effect of altering the very nature of the countries internal politics as well as being a 'fear trigger' for the exodus of sneaky foreign nationals, aka "illegal aliens". In other words, our data says the period is going to be emotionally hot, and very unsettled. We had postulated that the 'wounding' of the Bush cabal would be extended to the Populace/USofA and through that wounding the changes would be initiated. This was due to the pervasive nature and sheer extent of the cross links over to the Bushista entity standing as proxy for the political as well as governmental actions of the Bush cabal. Again though, not quite large enough to constitute the causal agent for the nature of the release seen developing. Now, as we are able to shake our heads a bit, clear the old brain, we decided to look beyond the release period, and through hunting for areas of significant change, determine what we can about the time we are currently traversing. This may have worked. As a note on developing circumstances, we see that the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer is playing out within the current news/mainstream media pov (Point of view = what they want you to believe is news). Not only do we now have the revealing of a secret, that is, that Bush illegally authorized the spying on American citizens, but it was a revelation about secrets, that is, the secrets held by the citizens, and it was secretly revealed to the New York Times among others, who kept it a secret for well over a year, throughout the election period of 2004, only to reveal it now, just when the secrets revealed meta data layer is driving the 'wounding' of the Bushista entity. Again, just for emphasis, and because we cannot resist

making the statement, this recent revelation was of a secret, about secrets, and was secretly revealed. Further it was about *all* populace of the USofA and touches on their secrets. Wow. Now that is a meta data layer in action.

Oil/Energy - Weight of Words Sags Flesh, Spring into Duality While always a constant within the data flow, the references to 'energy, petroleum, nat gas, distillates' have clearly changed when the modelspace is progressed into March and April of 2006. The dominating, and confusing plethora of aspects over the Winter release period are clearly under control by Spring of 2006. At the point that the modelspace is progressed beyond February and into March, the dominant aspect has become 'duality', and given the cross links, the suggestion is clearly a multiplicity of ways to trade for energy. The focus on 'duality' dominating the Spring, and likely indicating the opening and flourishing of energy bourses utilizing other than the 'dollar' does fit the current circumstances in a reverse engineered sort of fashion. The suggestion is that during the release period of Winter, that energy, as the underlying source for life here on earth, will affect everything as its very 'nature/core' is 'revalued/restated'. The indications within our data suggest that a likely scenario to develop is one of various, and diverse stressors being put on the energy infrastructure such that many of the dire predictions about Peak Oil begin to appear. Some of these have already manifested in the form of the fire in the UK at the storage depot, the recent and continuing extreme early cold in the east of North America, the shifting energy based political alliances, and the announced Euro denominated oil deals/bourses. Within this already complex stew a number of elements will intermittently float to the top of the pot slowly being brought to a boil. These include inter-related political chicanery, as well as various aspects of war and aggression. Our data would suggest that the release period will end with a new 'duality' of trade potential for energy which will effectively isolate the 'dollar' and accelerate the decline of the USofA as a global superpower. Contributing to the 'duality' will be pressures appearing on the 'dollar' and thus our previously discussed 'economic' impacts which significantly shape near and long term destiny of the populace of the USofA. We need to note that there are huge amounts of cross links. In our experience with this modeling we have never seen cross links this extensive or plentiful. The cross links between the various entities have been the largest problem for our interpretations of late. There are so many links going to so many different entities that both confusion of direction and nature of links get lost in the trail. The over-all impression has been one of a period in which everything is either stressed or breaking. As the modelspace is progressed through the Winter of 2005/2006, we find a diminution of the cross links occurring as the various entities are moved forward such that when the modelspace is moved into March, and then Spring, the cross links have dropped down to about one-tenth(1/10th) of current levels which is a far more "normal" pattern in our experience. As the various cross links are resolved in the progression of the modelspace, we find that more and more of those which remain are centered on 'energy' in one form or another. This cross link resolution pattern, and the resulting state of the modelspace for March/April of 2006 give us some confidence with the interpretation that underlying all of the current and pending daily manifestations of these 75 days will be impacts on or from energy. The various lexical sets within the various entities show a confusing mass of contradictions working themselves out within the human to human interactions over 'energy'. Currently, with the modelspace started at mid December, the state of energy related cross links show some with 'forward' movement, and some with 'backward' movement, and further, actual bespoke 'confusion of direction/interests' showing up in many areas. The totality of confusion is appearing as one of the elements which will work itself out over the Winter of 2005. The data suggests that there will be far fewer conflicting views of the global energy situation by the time Winter is sprung into Spring.

Further, the implications are for an 'isolation' to emerge around the 'dollar, usofa'. Many of the 'isolation' references are also lexical sets in which 'oil' or other 'energy' wording is contained as a primary aspect. There are further references to precious metals as actual bespoke 'elements' which will participate in the 'isolation/diminution' of the 'dollar'. Is the data suggestive of the dollar losing its status as the global reserve currency? Well, yes. Not instantly, and certainly not without both 'violence' and 'internal upheaval', but clearly the language that is emerging *could* well be describing a situation in which the rapid collapse of the 'illusions of power' around the 'dollar' bring about its 'rejection by all'. This last phrase has been showing up within the 'dollar' lexical set since early January, 2005, and is now gaining considerable emotive mass and lexical supporting structure, almost all of which is cross linked to 'energy'. The lexical sets pointing to 'dollar isolation/rejection' are also showing that for the period of the Winter, we will have a 'neither here nor there' sort of dithering as pressures are released. There are bespoke aspects for 'stymied', and 'blocked motion'. We also find references for 'no relief, steadfast confusion'. So the implication is that during the release of Winter, the lack of direction or clarity will be resolved by 'peeling away' the various 'illusions of power/status' which apply to the 'structures of power/status' which 'float on' energy. As the movement toward the 'dollar isolation' progresses, the impacts will be felt on the economic life of the Populace/USofA. This entity contributes much to the developing picture with cross links to 'energy' and then to Bushista which go to the idea of 'continuing unraveling/exposure' of various 'clouds of concern/context' which, as the modelspace is progressed into February, cross link back to Populace/USofA where the rising aspect is now 'regret'. Further, the 'regret' aspect is duplicated and within the duplicate set, we find a bespoke reference to 'regret three/3 times over'. When the modelspace is moved forward, through January/February, several new aspects arise within the Populace/USofA under the 'energy' sub set, and in which we find that 'repentance disappears into regret'. Supporting this are lexical sets under 'repentance' in which aspects/attributes go to the idea of 'already spent/lost {if} force used/applied'. This in turn is supported by the imagery of aspect/attributes going to the idea of 'contest/trial of wills, not brawn/muscle/force'. Further reinforcement comes in the form of cross links over to the Markets entity in which we note that 'clear regret, force damaged, repeatedly {try to} get through, failure'. There are a number of cross links which are energy centered and originate outside of the Populace/USofA entity, but terminate within them. Of these links, the aspect/attribute set with the largest emotive sum component goes to the idea that 'movement {within energy complex} external {to USofA} is advantageous'. This gets reinforcement as we drill down into the data set and note that 'external energy trading long time announced changes difficult at the beginning, successful in forward movement/advancement'. Within this set, as well as in several other lexical structures there are positive value denominators for long term emotional impact which are referencing external to the USofA, and by proxy, the dollar, oil/energy trading as being successful. Difficult in the beginning, and long announced, long awaited, but successful with each movement. These externally originating links are but one of the pointers to the pressures showing up during the Winter. The movements of Winter are the catalysts which will see the 'energy' area into 'duality' by Spring. The appearance of the 'duality' aspect within the heavily cross linked 'energy' complex of lexical structures is tied right from its first appearance by cross links over to both the Populace/USofA and the Bushista entities. A large number of the cross links are themselves interlinked between those two entities, and many of these are also involved within the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer. The suggestion is clear from the data that multiple currency energy trading and the political structures behind the move away from the dollar will begin to surface after the equinox. Further the data suggests that the Populace/USofA is about to take a rather severe session with reality in that the 'economic' aspect within the Populace/USofA entity is so heavy with negative value summed sets as to be appearing as weight dragging the rest of the entity downward.

Dollar - USofA - Balance Lost, Duality Ascendant It was rather curious, and unexpected to discover that when the references to the 'usofa dollar' were extracted and used to create a Dollar entity {flopping the data context array such that columns are now rows and vice versa} it also, as it progresses through the modelspace into April, ends with a dominant aspect of 'duality'. While this certainly makes sense when viewed from all of the external links, it is less illuminating {ed note: pun intended} when the 'duality' aspect appears within the 'dollar' as it reaches into April. Actually first appearing in late February, the 'two faces' aspect moves over to a clear statement of 'duality of the dollar' by April. The supporting aspect/attribute sets shift remarkably once the modelspace is moved past March 2nd through to the 5th, and the rising aspect of 'duality' then appears within the 'two faces', to replace that aspect by April 4th. Prior to the appearance of the 'two faces' in late February/early March, we have the Dollar entity accruing values under the aspect of 'balance lost', or perhaps better stated with the alternative values two layers down within the lexicon, 'balance of motion/movement at risk of loss'. Within this set are repeated references to 'short term' and 'short lived' and 'brief time', and 'brief period'. Basic idea coming across of a 'short term' in which 'motion is jammed'. As the entity moves forward with the modelspace it starts gathering words going to the idea of 'explosive action', and 'explosive release' about end of January, first part of February. These, over the course of the next two months, are supplanted by the references to 'two faces' which ultimately completes as 'duality' in April. The interpretation is that the data shows a period of 'explosive' action and reaction within currency markets as 'duality of interests' is manifest within the energy markets. Again, this goes to reinforcing the idea of a tumultuous Winter in which changes within the global currency/wealth markets manifest. Further the data suggests through the summed carry values that the changes will be both long lasting and extensively felt. Much of the 'dollar duality' which appears with the Spring is also being expressed within the Populace/USofA entity in the form of a 'duality of interests' which will lead to 'conflict/confrontation'. A side note to the appearance of the 'confrontation' aspect in early February is that the data suggests that the press will be reporting a 'reversal of flow' across the Mexican border. The data shows that this trend will build as a result of the 'unrest' and 'discord' which will become very visible and rising aspects within the social structure as the 'duality' is manifest. The suggestion is for very large scale economic disruptions such that the incentive for illegal immigrants to enter the USofA is reduced, and to some extent, reversed. Populace/USofA - Droopy Spring, Bloody Winter The appearance of the 'transformation through fire/heat/anger' of the USofA economy which has been detected for the last 3/three ALTA report series, and pegged to begin following December 14th, and noted to participate in the general 'emotional tension release' has, within the Populace/USofA entity, moved into manifestation mode by mid Spring. We have spent some time in moving the modelspace from December through to June of 2006, and back again. By watching both the manner of the accretion of new values, and their nature, we have some suggestions as to how the 'transformation' may progress. As usual for nut jobs, let us start at the end, and work our way back to the beginning. The Populace/USofA entity, when viewed in its May/June state, shows that at that time, a dominant aspect, within the 'economy' sub set, of 'shocking insight'. Within this aspect, as its largest area of support, the aspect/attribute set of 'danger' is itself supported by a large dominant set which goes to our 'encounter with scarcity', which we all remember can also be interpreted as 'restricted movement'. In the case of this appearance of 'encounter with scarcity', we also have a rising modifier of 'famine' or 'food restriction' which itself is modified with '3/three days to 3/three weeks'. This area in turn is supported by a fully populated lexical set which goes to the idea of 'useless in {times of} danger to seek pinnacle/top/new heights', and 'enemies ridicule everywhere'. This last section participates in the above mentioned 'rejection by all' of the USofA dollar.

The 'economy' sub set within the Populace/USofA entity also has a slightly less prominent, but still robustly populated lexical set which has the curious dominant aspect of 'droopy wings'. This wording can also be interpreted as 'sagging ambition', or 'half-hearted/ill fated attempt'. Without regard to the translation of the lexical set aspect/attribute at the higher level, within the set we find that areas internally cross linked to 'danger' within the Populace/USofA entity are also carrying longer term effective emotive sums {ed note: they will continue their impact for a year or more}, and are all going to the idea that 'flying/fleeing from danger is unwise'. Rather, the caution of the lexical set would say that 'time not good/ripe/mature {for} movement'. Also it needs to be noted that this sub set of 'danger', and specifically the references to 'fly/flee' are also participating within the section in which we note that 'non citizens flee' from the developing social pressures within the USofA. So the suggestion is that the pressures which give the USofA 'droopy wings/sagging attitude' are also felt as pressures to 'escape/flee containment/trapping' by those non-citizens within the country. Hmm. Not a particularly good sign for anyone. In addition to the accretion levels, extent, and dominating sums for the area of 'sagging ambition', the Populace/USofA entity also has developed a small area of contained lexical sets going to the idea of 'not listening'. This area is descriptively in an 'active' state, that is, the lexical structure is not passive and is yet another way of imaging the idea of 'rejection'. In this case, the Populace/USofA entity is specifically pointing to an individual who will be 'not listened to', and further, in a much more active vein, will be 'shunned'. Hmm. Also curious how all the cross links from this area go over to the Bushista entity. Hmm, again. An adjunct set of cross links, also internal to the Populace/USofA entity, tie the 'economy' over to 'political', and further down to our 'droopy attitude' section, where we can interpret the overlay of origination of the links and the termination points to provide what details as may be found. In the modelspace at the time the Populace/USofA entity reaches end of Spring, and just prior to Summer, the cross links show that 'for exile, for actions, for response'. Or alternatively, as is also contained within the lexical set, 'imprisonment or exile, dangerous persons rise to irritate the dictator'. Hmm. There are further modifiers within this section which all go to the same vein of 'regime threatened, prison indicated', or 'thrown into prison by the dictator'. Concurrent with the build up of very aggressive language all related to 'perceived threats against the regime', we also note that a section of the Populace/USofA entity with a dominant aspect of 'obscurity' is very heavily populated with supporting sub sets. Is the entity indicating that the 'regime' promotes 'obscurity' in response to a 'perceived threat'. Perhaps. The Populace/USofA entity is clearly indicating that it is on the receiving end of the 'obscurity' push. A further note about the 'obscurity' is that somehow this is applied to, or is involving the issues of 'food' and 'belly' and 'intelligence'. This latter is the descriptor for 'cogitation with excellence', rather than the more current use of 'intelligence' meaning knowledge of facts. And, also connected over to the aspect of 'food' contained within this lexical set are internal cross links going back to the 'deprivation/lack of' food which will last for '3/days to 3/weeks'. The above 'droopy' description represents the state of the Populace/USofA entity in very late Spring, just prior to the summer solstice. In getting to that state we pass the entity through many changes as it is moved forward from this point through the accumulation of values within modelspace. If the entity is placed at the mid point of December within the model, and progressed through to June, it gains nearly 359% (three hundred and fifty nine per cent) in volume of lexical descriptors under the sub set of 'economy, fiscal, financial'. Further, within that group, we have a sudden rise in the number of references to 'debt' as a 'crippling burden'. And within the 'crippling burden' lexical set, we note that modifiers such as 'destitution, surrounded/surmounted {by} past purchases', and 'forward push of materially oriented masses destroyed past accomplishments/wealth'. Further modifying this area is 'destruction of past blooming visible in summer, decay of sources of strength'. Within the Populace/USofA entity, as it is progressed out of the month of December, a lexical set for 'gathering' or 'massing' gains considerable strength. This area is cross linked over to 'economy', though the containment area for this structure is under 'popular trend/action/movement'. Within this area we note that 'massing {debt} pushes down' on the individual such that 'standstill' will be impacting the 'banks/lenders'. Under the 'standstill' lexical descriptor we get an image of 'pressured into a corner, no movement'. Within

the 'no movement' area are hundreds of individual descriptors for 'facing confusion/conundrum'. While it appears with only small amounts of support, we do find the appearance of 'repudiation' under the 'economy' sub section of the entity. And that this section is cross linked over to 'housing' among other areas. However much support may exist in early Winter for 'repudiation' as a concept applied to debt, the real issue seemingly highlighted is a 'confusion stymies strength' issue arising for 'banks/lenders'. We get the distinct impression of some form of internal debt related banking crisis emerging which also has very large implications for all forms of consumer debt. It should be also noted that this 'debt collapse/standstill/collision' is the area which ultimately moves to become the 'no listening' part of the entity by the time we reach Summer. It would appear that very large political ramifications will arise relating to internal banking debt. The first appearance of the issue comes as the modelspace is moved beyond January 5th, and it strengthens over the Winter to become one of the larger areas of concern by the time the entity hits Spring. As the March equinox rolls around we note that emotional tensions start rising as a debt 'issue/crisis/occurrence' appears. Again, heavily cross linked over to Markets entity, and over to the Silver entity, we have a number of originating links within the Populace/USofA which go directly to the idea that the 'banking internal debt standstill crisis' will initiate 'movement which does not further/advance/progress'. This is our typical indicator of rising emotional tensions which result from frustration of effort. Such appearances of this lexical structure are one of the key confirming elements of a building emotional tension period. However, we need to note from the generally low numbers for emotional tension, that even though this is a building period, it is of a small order of magnitude as though the response is 'depressed by conditions'. Then as the entity is moved through the modelspace into Spring, our 'debt crisis' starts spreading, diseaselike, until the tendrils of its cross links start to dominate both the Markets entity, and the Bushista entity. The political ramifications of the situation are also highlighted in that the number of originating cross links from Bushista over to Markets is at an extreme level not before seen. The implication is that Spring brings the 'decay of blooming' instead of the actual 'blooming' of the economy. The interpretation of the data has to be that the accumulation of 'cuts, wounds to flesh' over the course of the Winter will lead to a state of quasi-exhaustion by the time Spring arrives at least in so far as the economy is concerned. Further weighing on the Winter picture are indicators that the end of the "holiday season" will also provide a number of very disappointing 'numbers/indicators' for the state of things globally. Again, this whole area is very extensively cross linked over to 'energy' and is clearly dominated by actions/reactions within the energy realm. However, the Populace/USofA entity is also very clearly stating that 'all is not well in Peoria', energy issues aside. In fact, so not well, economically, that the emotional response to that "unwellness" will reach out to touch a large slice of public life by the time of the equinox. As the Populace/USofA entity is moved along through the Winter in modelspace, we see that it picks up a 'wounding' as a very primary aspect heavily cross linked as the terminating point from links originating within Bushista entity. This 'wounding' area is both long-lived, having been in existence for over 6/six months this year, and is robust. It is also shown as being 'imparted/inflicted/inherited' by the end of December. Within the 'wounding' aspect, there are a number of date specific references which all appear clustered around the Winter Solstice. However we need to note that while there is some small number of references for 'wounding' prior to December 21, the actual peak of occupancies is between December 24 and December 28. Within this area we first see a few, contained lexical structures supporting the idea that the Populace/USofA picks up a 'wound to the flesh, muscle, tendon'. These are then joined, first by terminating cross links, and then with some real seriousness, by actual contained structures. After visually examining the movement of the lexical structures as they adhere to the entity, the interpretation is toward the idea that the Bushista 'wound' is very quickly propagated over to the Populace/USofA as an 'inheritance'. Thereafter the 'wound' becomes "owned" by the Populace/USofA entity, inferring that no matter the origin, the populace is now wounded itself, and must attend some level of healing. What is somewhat distressing about the idea that the populace has to go through its own internal healing relative to the 'wounding of the flesh, bleeding of the muscles, weakening of the sinews', is that the Populace/USofA entity is currently indicating that it will take well over a month just to acquire a 'collective ownership/acceptance' of the wound, and it is only then that healing can take place. It may be that the

modelspace and entity movement are indicating that the processing of the wound will take this 30+ days, as though a wounding of such a size as to take a long time to assimilate. Not a good sign at all. Much of the supporting lexical set for the wounding is easily split between two separate lexical types. The first is a large mass of words relating to actual human body parts and descriptors for various kinds of damage to such flesh. As an example we have 'torn liver, bleeds clear, weeps pink'. Further examples include 'leaky bowels, blood on thighs'. We also find that 'shoulders bleed, skin flayed off'. Then, in a parallel support area, heavily internally cross linked, we find descriptor sets which link all parts of the Populace/USofA entity back to the two subsets of 'economy' and 'political'. It is our interpretation of the entity's presentation that the 'wounding', causality aside, soon develops its own momentum which drags down on both the political life of the nation as well as the economic well being. In further support for the 'economy' suffering as a result of the 'wounding', rather than being causal, is a large support area which goes to the idea that the 'sense/impression/feeling/emotion' of 'well being/health' at the national economic, consensus level is 'bled dry/depleted' by the upcoming 'wounding' of the Populace/USofA entity. This 'depletion' of 'good will/positive impression' is shown as taking most of the month of January to accrue within the entity to its maximum state of mass. Markets - WTF? Battle in the Pillow Case As part of the emerging 'duality' affecting currencies within the global markets, we also have the Markets entity gaining considerable mass through the Winter around the issues of 'echoes'. Alternate interpretations of 'echoes', especially within the Markets entity, include the descriptor sets for 'reverberations', as well as many descriptors for 'wave forms'. This new aspect within the Markets entity first appears in late December, and is associated through cross links to the 'wounding' area of the Bushista entity. It further is a terminating link for a number of large cross links to both Populace/USofA, and to Terra entity. These 'echoes' or 'continuing reverberations' as an aspect/attribute set rise to prominence over a very short period through January and then move to dominance within the entity in early February. By the time of the spring equinox in late March, the 'echoes' area has gained nearly 43 % (forty three per cent) in size relative to all other aspects within the entity. Our interpretation of the gain in lexical structures at this level is that, already dominating, this aspect goes on to completely smother or taint all other aspects within the entity. In a way, this aspect is a super-modifier in that all other aspects have to be examined in relation to it just on size comparisons alone. Within the 'echoes' area the data structures would suggest that 'echoes of a far distant past oppress the present, darken future'. Further the 'far distant' past seems to suggest something on the order of actual 'hundreds of years'. The impression of the Markets entity as it is moved from mid December through to Spring equinox is one of violent, internal disruption. However let us note that the entity does not implode, merely looks as though it will. Igor describes it as four cats and a something fighting it out in a pillow case. We know that one of the five is winning, just not which. The action of the Markets entity at the data collection level, what we call the "churn" shows that a very large scale, deeply felt, and long lasting change is manifesting. The modelspace suggests that while there are clearly 'fits and starts' involved, the change within the Markets entity is going to manifest over the course of months. During the release period from mid December through to February 23/27th of 2006, the battle in the pillow case rages on such that an outside observer is left wondering "what the hell?". The entity undergoes some severe level of descriptor replacement over the course of these 75 days. Of the initial aspects sets, only slightly more than 11 % (eleven percent) remain by end of February. NOTE that these are emotive descriptor sets, not specific references to stocks or other debt instruments.

We also need to note that some form of 'confidence crisis' will strike the bond trading world, including derivatives, over the latter part of the release period. While the Markets entity is changing out much of its internal structure, a new group of descriptors appears in which we find the rising aspect of 'confrontation' which in turn is supported by 'bonds/derivatives' and which in its turn is supported by aspect/attribute sets going to the idea that 'black walls wait, doors chained shut, knuckles scraped {to the} bone {against/on} shattered glass'. Within this descriptor set, and under the 'doors' aspect, the data holds aspect/attribute sets which go to the idea that 'steam pressures pipes explosions energy exhausted paper fails {to} float'. This in turn is supported by 'darkened room, crowd pushed/pressured {into/inward through} broken glass doors, paper strewn floors, bloody handles, torn walls weep'. Further down within this area, and cross linking the 'paper' references together internally, is a descriptor set which has the imagery of 'closed {energy} plant' which is supported by 'pipes {now/soon} silent, no whistles, no heat, paper fails'. The interpretation from the way in which the data is acquired by the entity is that the failure of an energy plant to generate will precipitate a 'paper debt' crisis as it fails to 'deliver {on} promises/promissory/committed potential'. Further, the issue appears to be that the plant runs on fuel which 'whistles through the pipes', this of course being suggestive of a natural gas. The data suggests that a 'delivery crisis/failure' causes the shut down of the plant and somehow triggers a default clause which will 'ripple upward' and which gets 'hotter/riskier' with each layer up. It is our interpretation that it is a natural gas pipeline which will fail, and which will trigger this particular crisis-du-jour, based on having so many specific references to 'whistling' and not knowing of other fuels which do whistle. In any case, it is an apparent pledge of 'future revenues' based upon 'production potential' which will come 'crashing to concrete, smashed'. This in turn triggers a response in the Markets entity which, as one may suspect, is very extensively cross linked back to the energy issues discussed above. As the modelspace is progressed beyond the release period and into March, the Markets entity starts to loose some of the "churn" rate, seemingly to stabilize in a new state and appearance. However stabilized though, the entity is clearly stating that "things change" at a very fundamental level. Terra - Whether the Weather The Terra entity, sub section 'weather, global', is one of the elements which participates within both the 'wounding' of the Bushista and Populace/USofA entities, and within the serious level of changes afflicting the Markets entity. The Terra data set is showing that much of mainstream media reporting over the course of Winter and into Spring will deal with the impacts of the 'maturing of the relationship {between} humans {and} global weather'. This lexical set is very robustly supported, and includes extensive cross linking to Populace/USofA, Bushista, Markets, and Silver entities. Again, this area is also very heavily linked to the extracted 'energy' descriptor sets. What we have in the way of descriptors about the 'weather' is consistently providing images of 'iron hook clamps down', this with many northern hemisphere geographic references. Further support within this set includes, 'disappointment at dependency failed'. One needs to note that this area is an originating cross link back to our 'energy plant failure' within the Markets entity. Further support for the image of a winter that 'sits {on the} pig iron, smothering' also includes references going to the idea that 'shelter {in} place success', and that 'escape {from the} weather {is} not possible, remain {in} place'. We also have to note that much of the recent appearances of ice storms within the USofA, specifically within the SouthEast are shown to be merely the 'beginning {of} many steps/repetitions'. Also of note is that this area is cross linked back to the 'transformation' area of the Populace/USofA and terminates in an aspect of 'energy restrained'. Much of the Terra entity is going to the idea, at least through the release period which occupies nearly two thirds of Winter, that 'weather dominates/controls', and this aspect is an origination point for much of what we see within the 'energy' areas in many of the entities. Bushista - Winter Woes, Shooting of Foot in Mouth

As per usual, the Bush administration has been following the directions for most politicians these days of 'put foot in mouth, take aim, shoot self in foot'. True, much of universe has been working out its meta data layers on and around the Bush admin, but still, it just seems that they are going out of their way to mess things up. In this current run the amount of churn is low, that is we do not see a lot of replacement wording arise within the Bushista entity. But this is not to say that the entity is at all quiescent. Exactly the reverse, there are huge amounts of new data coming in to the entity, it is just that on the whole, it is reinforcing, "more of the same", descriptors rather than new directions. The data still goes toward the idea that a 'wounding' will occur to the Bushistas which will some how be pushed off onto, or promulgated over to the populace of the nation as a whole. With the heavy participation of the various meta data layers, and the developing circumstances which show daily as these layers work themselves out, the entity still gives us confidence that much yet will be revealed in the process of the 'wounding'. We have provided a chart below of the emotive impact potential which accrues within the Bushista entity over the month of December. This data is some of that from which the emotive tension charts are developed, but merely a small sub set which is restricted only to the Bushista entity. This is also restricted to just that area within the Bushista entity which goes to the long term emotive carry value for the 'wounding' descriptor set. Restated for additional clarity, this chart contains only the emotive sums for long term (multiple months up to 9/nine) carry value, and is only examining that part of the entity under the aspect of 'wounding'. Noting that the Y axis represents the 'potential for impact continuation' and is expressed as a decimal fraction of some value under zero, where zero indicates the actual manifestation of the emotional value, the chart below shows the continuing accruing of emotional potential around 'wounding' within the entity over the course of the month of December within modelspace.

As may be seen in the chart above, the largest cluster of data points comes in at the very end of the month, after a very slight dip in potential around the 25th through early on the 27th. The height of the line represents the sum of the emotive values under the aspect of 'wounding' newly acquired for that date. In the version of the same chart, placed below, we have added some clarifying annotations.

The small bump upward labeled as the 'upcoming Bush speech' is just slightly after the just announced speech to be given on December 18th, at 9pm Eastern time. The data would seem to indicate that some component of the speech will contribute to the accumulation of the 'wounding' language. That is to say, the data suggests that the speech will invite the use of 'wounding' as a descriptor to Bush's effort. As can be noted from the continuing climb of emotive carry values {ed note: the "shelf half life" of words. The lower the number the longer the duration required to "work out" the emotions} the rest of December does not bode well for Bush. In fact, our Bushista entity suggests, through accumulation, that much of the time through January 8th will be one long long trial of emotional release for the Bushistas. Another way to describe it is "more following more, day after day" such that at the end of the period, the cumulative emotional effect will be one of feeling 'spent', that is 'bereft of the ability to put energy behind emotion'. We should also note that within the Populace/USofA entity, in spite of very extensive cross linking, there is a considerable lag for the impacts of the 'wounding' language to be felt. The impression given from the modelspace is that the wounding of the Bushista entity takes about a month to be really felt broadly across

the Populace/USofA entity. And, as the time lag is worked through the impact of the 'wounding' language is seemingly magnified by the size of the Populace/USofA entity. It takes far less time, only days, for the impacts to carry over to the Markets entity however. Note that as the Bushista entity is expressing carry values rising over December through the accumulation of 'wounding' language, we see that the Markets entity descends into deep change. This ALTA report is different from those which have been offered in the past. The differences derive from the time in which our data collection has been obtained, and our apparently increasing skill with some of the nuances of the process including the meta data layers and cross linking. This report is different also in that the data is showing a convergence around the Bushista entity. While it gets to be a bit boring to have to consider all data points in regard to what is going on within the Bushista entity, it nonetheless is what is being forced upon us by the modelspace. In a very substantial sense, the modelspace is showing that we are all assisting in working out the karmic burdens of those humans currently within the power structure of the planet. As a philosophic aside, it is probably always thus, and likely universe has the power structure set up just for the purpose of burning out the karma of those who crawl to the top of the heap. And mechanistically, it is undoubtedly all that crawling over people (and oneself) which gives one the karmic burden necessitating the release once the karma sack is full. All cosmology aside, the data gathered during this run has come in at a time when our appreciation of the subtle nature of word groupings is starting to mature a bit. We have, in the recent reports, picked up on two key components which are manifesting now; the first is that a 'release period' was developing, and second that the 'wounding' of the Bushista entity would occur, and that it would be stretched out over time. Both of these have allowed us to tweak our lexicon such that the data sets are hopefully a bit more discriminatory in their selections, and the granularity has been reduced somewhat to the point that we can examine some smaller, and perhaps very significant areas within the entities. Did that make sense? The reason the above discourse is placed here within the Bushista entity is that Igor and I flipped coins. He won the best 13 out of 20, and he chose the first entity to be favored with our new, smaller granularity filter set. He chose the Bushista entity {ed note: likely his own karma as a former military fellow of decades commitment}, I would have chosen the Terra entity, but he won, so there it is. In using our new filter, and focusing on the December 18th speech, which was announced after our data set collection was well under way, and whose data elements do not include any references to the speech, we can note that the Bushista entity is continuing with the 'wounding' theme as is shown in the chart above. In the small circle denoting the "upcoming speech" we have a jump in 'wounding' words showing up. The appearance of this particular cluster originating after 9/nine PM on December 18, 2005 allows us to postulate that yet again, Bush will place foot in mouth and proceed to shoot foot. Our data shows that the speech will result in 'wounding the skin', and 'harm {one}self', and 'destroying past support', and 'destructiveness against flesh on cloth', and 'support for rest/holding is complete destroyed, splinters not remain'. This lexical area is replete with the idea that the 'chair' under the Bushista ass is destroyed while the Bushista are sitting on it. Within the 'destructive', and 'destroyed' lexical sets, we note that the details show the 'overthrow' of 'self chair' {ed note:interpreted as 'base of support'} begins today. Further it is scripted out as a 'stomping on the feet' {ed note: hmm, podiatrist needed?} such that 'steadfast walking becomes impossible'. Further problems emerge as the 'chair' is destroyed, the 'people move'. This last is a terminating cross link from Populace/USofA which originates in the lexical set headed by the aspect of 'rebellion'. Further, just under this cross link termination point within Bushista is an aspect/attribute going to the image of 'violence, hell unleashed on the servants'. This last is shown as 'releasing blood on the floor/carpet, stains against'. Note that the 'stain' reference has internal support suggesting that it is a 'stain against time' or perhaps 'history'. The data suggests that the 'wounding' will continue, and even accelerate as a result of the Bush speech tonight. Further the suggestion is for a very 'unquiet/raucous' rest of December in spite of 'calls for calm' from various officials.

As to the rest of the month? The Bushista entity, as indicated by the chart above is going to have a very difficult time. We have larger and larger accumulations of wording around the 'wounding', and this accretion proceeds through into January. Just as the new year is starting, several of the dominant aspects of the Bushista entity begin to change. The area under 'wounding' is being supplanted by a new rising aspect of 'temper'. This area is modified by 'unleashed/unrestrained'. Hmm. Not good. Further changes within the entity are suggested by the reinforcement of a rapidly rising aspect of 'weak' which comes on after about January 14th. The variations and spread of the modifiers for 'weak' are growing such that this may well become the dominant aspect for the Bushista entity as we proceed into the new year. We should know more about that with the processing for Part 3 which has a chance to look out into Spring, and early Summer of 2006. At this point the data is unambiguously suggesting that sometime within the last few days of December, circumstances will present themselves to the media of a 'temper outburst' within the Bushista core personalities which will 'stain history' along with carpets with blood, and that 'temper event' is seen as marking the transition to 'manifesting/actualizing/creating weakness' for Bushista. Conclusion: Part 2 The processing for this report has taken on some new dimensions as we have gained experience with recent successes. Both Igor and I are pleased with our capture of the release period a few months back as it has allowed us to fine tune our lexicon for better immediacy results. The positive feedback loop appears to be holding so far {ed note: though we have screwed it up in the past and tweaked the lexicon too much}, and we have some hope that this will continue through for a better look at aspects pointing toward Spring and Summer of 2006. One thing that is really showing up within our work is the increasing inter-relation/linking of all things. It would not be at all surprising to have the commercial markets reacting on Monday to the 'self wounding' of the Bush speech of Sunday night, and to have that market action be responded to by the Bush admin sometime by mid week. Also as noted by the many emails we have received of late, the 'release period' is being felt, even only these few days into it. Unlike the forecast for events, our release period is really that, a time in which emotional displays increase as a result of circumstances, and in which the emotional releases feed upon each other over time. In a real sense, the release period, in spite of any single events which may capture notice, is not about explosive happenings. It is much more analogous to the case of a snowball beginning the descent down the mountain, gathering snow and debris as it goes, growing over time, speed increasing, danger/risk increasing with each passing moment. Only of course, this is an emotional snowball. We recognize that the Terra entity has gotten short shrift of late, but it will be covered more extensively in parts 3 and 4. We hope to get Part 3 posted by the 24th, though that seems unlikely. By the 26th though with no problem. It will just depend on how the data processing goes this week. Is it 'merry release period' or 'happy release period', never can remember.

Markets - WYSIWYG, Reduction, Winter Leaks, Spring Sucks Within the Markets entity, as the modelspace is progressed through the Winter and into Spring, a relatively small amount of change is taking place. However, the areas within which the entity is experiencing its churn, while diminutive compared with previous levels of movement, are very key to the definition of the entity itself. The Markets entity is gaining words which go to the idea of a 'movement {to/by} half', or alternatively within the lexicon we could interpret this as a 'movement {over some months} to a point of a reduction to one-half of current levels'. As always, note that this is emotive values and is not price or price action.

Within the Markets entity, the aspects/attribute sub sets which are expressing this 'movement to one-half' are two key value sets which are used as anchor points for the complex of lexical descriptors of which the entity is composed. Stated another way to encourage further confusion, the areas of change within the Markets entity are at the very core definition of the entity itself. So, while the data churn rate is only about 18/eighteen percent of the total lexical descriptor set for the entity, the rate is less important that the "what" and the "where" of the data changes. The interpretation given by the movement of the Markets entity through the modelspace is clearly one of an economic 'alteration {of the} current state of being' at both a very core level, and at a global level. Our indicators for geographic impacts/affects of the entity are also very clear. The core level of change begins to emerge within the English language markets, most likely London, and then spreads to New York, and from there across the USofA and into the global economy. As the actual movement of the entity is not as precise as is described above, a point of clarification is necessary. As the Markets entity is moved forward through Winter along with the modelspace, the accretion of geographic references indicates a change of conditions which affects markets globally, and which, while appearing to begin within the London markets, spreading out from there, actually spreads in a more disease like pattern affecting all global markets. It is just that the Markets entity is suggesting that the USofA markets will show the impacts as a whole slightly prior to other markets. It may also be that the interpretation is suggesting that markets within the USofA are hit hardest. Either interpretation would fit the patterns of data accrual. There are two, very specific and defining aspect/attribute sets which are acquiring the most significant levels of change within the entity. These are headed by 'satisfaction' and 'acceptance'. In both cases they are the defining areas under which cluster those word sets which go to positive emotional projections about the subject. This is to say that the two core elements of the entity which contain nearly all of the positive expressions about the markets in general are the areas in which we find the most radical changes in this most recent processing of data. These changes appear as the modelspace is progressed through the Winter and into Spring. This gives a period which is bounded by the December Solstice at the beginning and the Spring Equinox as its terminating end. Note however that this time frame is merely a convenience for the discussion of the moment, and that the changes continue as the modelspace is progressed through Spring. The primary difference is merely in degree or rather continuance of clarity of change. In Spring, the modelspace is indicating that a higher churn rate returns, and that it is more on the "surface" of the entity, rather than the core. Though again the modelspace is also showing the Markets entity in Spring as reinforcing the changes acquired through Winter. Make sense? Clear as mud? And so it goes for several thousands of more aspect/attribute sets. The interpretation that is coming through is going to the idea of a very large scale change within the markets structure globally. The motion of the entity through the modelspace suggests that the changes of this Winter will flavor the whole of next year. The number of cross links from these two key aspects of Markets entity over to both of the populace entities is as high as has been encountered before within the modelspace. In both cases, as the modelspace is progressed up to and past the Spring Equinox, the data sets add aspects/attribute sets going to the idea of 'rebellion', and 'resistance', and 'agitation' at a rate not before encountered. Much of this new language is not only internally cross linked, but is also sustained by large, common sets of modifiers as well as emotive sums which track together as the modelspace is progressed. As the entities reach the point just past the Spring Equinox, say about March 28, the accretion rates increase dramatically, as do the number of cross links between the Markets entity and both populace entities. In the case of both populace entities, the origination of the cross links is mainly on the Markets entity side, and largely with our two key aspects, though that starts to diffuse around this time. The net result is one of a lexical picture of large changes within the markets structure or currency structure about that time which is seen as producing a very

significant emotional response/backlash from the populace. This popular response will be characterized by 'rebellion/resistance' and by modifiers going to the idea of upsets, agitation, revolution, reversals, surprises, betrayals' and similar language. It must be acknowledged that much of the language changes observed over the course of the Winter are showing as cross linked over to points of origination within various entities, dominated by Bushista, within lexical sets going to 'political' areas. The suggestion from all our data sets is that a crisis of confidence within the USofA political structure will coincide with a developing general malaise within the various paper markets including currencies within the english language sphere of influence. These market problems will travel over to other geographic areas as a general pall, but will be tempered by local conditions. In spite of any published governmental numbers or statistical compilations, the impression from the language shifts of the last few months is clearly one of a waiting abyss into which the 'ship of commerce' is rapidly moving. The language does not contain but a small fraction, less than 13/thirteen per cent of the lexical constructs that existed in the last years of the 1990's. Further, the language shifts of Winter, within the Markets entity, though small, are magnified by the extensive cross linking to both the Bushista and Populace/USofA entities. Further magnification to the prevailing trends arrives with the transition into our Spring Equinox, which , for paper markets, as forecast by our modelspace, will not be one of renewal and new growth. Rather the trends of the Winter 'leaks of value', will transform in Spring into an out-of-season time of 'hibernation/withdrawal' amidst 'frigid/cold/disdainful' interest in 'debt instruments', and other 'paper redirection'. Populace/USofA - Hear the Word of the Law, Duality Breaks Bones, Sadness Brings Work, Entity Specific Charts Within the Populace/USofA entity, almost all of the internal cross links, and a near majority of external cross links are still terminating in areas related to 'economy/financial' matters. Continuing our trends of these last few months, we still have a heavily negative emotive sum array for the economic sub set within the entity. Newly arrived aspect/attribute sets include primary aspects of bespoke 'fear', and 'clumping/herd action'. Also appearing in recent data sets are rising number of aspects going to 'law', and further aspects going to 'counsel', and 'complaints'. This last is extensively cross linked to the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer participatory sections. Within all of the supporting sets for our 'law' and 'counsel' focused data elements are found reinforcing details suggesting that Spring brings 'conflicting' action sets relative to the 'economy'. Further, it must be noted that by the beginning of Spring, much of the two populace representative entities are each holding similar data sets relative to the economy specific language. This is to say that the negative direction of the 'economy' and 'financial' sub sets within the Populace/USofA, and the GlobalPop entities comes close to convergence by the middle of April. Unfortunately, the convergence is on the way down. Within the aspect/attribute set of 'conflict' {ed note: appearing more and more within the entities as we move toward a shift from meta data layer of 'aggression/militancy' toward 'open conflict'}, we note that multiple sets of emotive sums emerge. These emotive sets suggest an interpretation of differing reactions to some continuing stream of events/circumstances. One set of responses is clearly to try to obtain 'relief' by 'appealing to law'. Another set shows that 'collaboration {for} survival' is seen as being the appropriate action by some. This, if applied to the terminating cross links in Markets entity, may need to be translated as 'consolidation'. A third reaction is one of bespoke 'fear' and 'panic'. Within this area the supporting data sets go to the image of 'spring trampling, herd bolts, shepherd loses {control}'. Returning for a moment to the aspect of 'law', it becomes apparent that even within this aspect, there are conflicting meanings. In one set of supporting data we see that the 'law' refers to 'supplicants wounded/harmed seek redress {under/from} counsel {with/from} law'. In the second, and competing aspect/attribute supporting set the image goes to the 'implication of law {as a} method {to try to} control developing circumstances/events'. Each supporting set of aspect/attributes is fully populated and complete. The second described set of 'law imposed from on high' is slightly larger and suggests that slightly more of mainstream media will be devoted to this aspect, but nonetheless, a sizable portion of the entity is

suggesting that large numbers of people will 'seek redress from hidden/oppressed complaints'. Likely a class action suit. In any event, the entity does not hold out much emotive sum support for successful use of the 'law' in either meaning of the word. The 'duality' aspect of the Populace/USofA entity has some very interesting supporting aspect/attribute structures. It is also very interesting in the visual appearance of its size, cohesiveness, and shape. The lexical structure is coming to dominate the Populace/USofA entity at some significant level, and may well be developing into a theme for life-in-these-united-states in the future. As the 'duality' aspect is appearing within many of the entities, it may well be that this aspect will rise to the level of meta data over the course of time. The extensive cross linking of the supporting aspects also would tend to favor the growth of 'duality' into a meta data aspect. Within its current state, the 'duality' seems to actually be spawning multiple impacts on the Populace/USofA entity. Bearing in mind that our work consistently pulls more toward the extreme of bad news or the worst-possible-view of the data, we still find that the spread of the 'duality' *seems* to be suggestive of an actual split of the populace in to multiple warring camps. In a much more dramatic fashion that what has been previously seen, the data suggests that *"someone"* or *"something"* is actively promoting the division of the populace along lines of separation of their choosing. This 'pushing separation' accounts for a small part of the growth of 'duality', but it is relatively minor when compared to 'duality' support which is developing in a more organic fashion elsewhere within the entity. In a very clear visual sense, the entity has dual veins of 'duality' developing. In watching the progress of the entity through the modelspace of the next few months, one impression is that of an "official" duality and the "natural" duality. A hard concept to get across, nonetheless, the visual impression suggests it will be worth the effort to consider this further. The Populace/USofA entity has two, distinct spots of 'duality' developing within its structure. While it could be that we are totally missing a greater "duality" developing by separately examining each of the 'duality' segments, it still seems important that the distinctions between the two be noted. One, the smaller of the two 'duality' spots is clearly being 'pumped', and even includes supporting language going to the idea that 'officialdom' is 'pressing the case/insisting' on 'duality' being preserved. This smaller spot is actually very cohesive, and is fully populated with nice, neat and tidy lexical structures. Again, something that we expect to find and have seen before within the words which are 'officially promoted' within the society. The larger of the 'duality' spots has greater than 100/one hundred times the mass of the smaller spot. This area of 'duality' is also not very neat or tidy. In fact it is chaotic, messy and very "organic" appearing in its growth. And, in spite of the primary aspect for the whole area being 'duality', it is actually not very dual. The 'duality' which is being explicitly referenced within the dominant aspect, and which is being supported by the combined emotive value sums, nonetheless is supported by a structure that suggests 'multiplicity' much more than a simple 'duality'. In the real visual boiling stew that is the larger of the two 'duality' structures, we find many aspect/attribute sets going to the imagery of 'separation by value/fact/delineation' and 'separation through circumstances', and 'forced separation'. These in turn are supported by aspect/attributes going to the idea of 'fracturing' as well as 'damaged skeleton', and 'destroyed bones', and 'broken frame'. All of these areas are in turn supported by further reinforcement of the idea of a sudden movement or social "wave" phenomena which will at least express the idea of 'separation' or 'division'. Unlike the smaller of the two 'duality' areas where the 'separation' is clearly being 'forced/prodded' along 'religious' lines, this 'duality' section has a much wider view of the range of 'what separates/divides tribes'. In appearance the entity is suggestive of a strange sort of harmony of universe in that the 'officials' are promoting division of the populace for their own ends, just as universe is going to supply an organic wave of separation of its own. The visual impression of the whole of the entity suggests that TPTB will soon find their version of 'separation' as lost in the larger wave from universe as a drop is lost in the ocean. The sum of the long-term carry values extends the effect of this aspect on the populace out 18/eighteen months. This is beyond the current state of the modelspace, and well into the transition period of the meta data layers of 'aggression' over to 'conflict/tension'.

Along with the issues emerging as descriptors for the future cultural/political life within the USofA, and parallel to the 'duality' structures, the entity has picked up a distinct lexical "vein" of words relating to 'sadness' and 'grief'. In both cases the aspect is supported by aspect/attributes which modify for 'collective' as may be understood to represent the country as a whole. The 'sadness' aspect starts to gain significant new supporting layers as the modelspace is progressed through to about the second week of February. Over the course of the rest of the month of February, as the modelspace undergoes some very large scale churn, the Populace/USofA entity acquires a very robust group of supporting layers for what could be interpreted as 'collective burden of grief'. Now we must note that this aspect is still clearly dominated by the developing size of the 'duality' aspect, and as such may be representing a sense of 'splitting of collective emotions, some to grief'. The 'sadness' and 'grief' structure is found under the Populace/USofA, sub set 'aggression', and further under the direct line of the layer for 'secrets revealed'. Further, this is 'grief' is modified by 'burden'. Now while the expression of a 'burden of grief' is common enough in its permutations, this appears to be suggesting something more. The 'burden' modifier is directly within the 'sadness' aspect supporting set, and is cross linked both internally, and externally. It is linked to the 'aggression/militancy' layer of both this entity, and the meta data layer in which it participates. Further the supporting terms under 'burden' are suggesting that the 'burden grows *after* the onset of sadness/grief'. Again the idea of the supporting aspect/attribute sets go to the idea of 'large works' which will be required as a result of the 'obtaining/collecting of grief'. The first appearance of the 'sadness/grief' aspect in early February is cross linked to the areas within the Populace/USofA sub set 'aggression/wars', and contains further sub set cross linking to 'iraq'. The 'sadness' aspect is also the first in a series of groups of lexical structures which appear in rapid fashion within the entity. This visual appearance of a rather sudden burst of emotive values has always suggested an event or rapid change in circumstance. In the past, we have used the visual appearance to forecast such 'events' as the 'accident' which took out the Greek athletes at the beginning of the Athens Olympics. Again, this entity has lexical growth suggesting that some event will bring on a national feeling of 'sadness' in early February which will grow through the month. Another such data cluster appears just after the Spring Equinox and is dominated by the aspect of 'war', and within that 'rebellion' and within that 'reversal of positions'. Under the 'transformation' primary aspect of the Populace/USofA entity are found both originating and terminating cross links which all involve the 'reversal of positions in war' aspect which rapidly appears after the Spring Equinox. Beginning its emergence within the data on/about March 24th, and slightly growing until April 11th, the aspect is fully populated at that point, but only minimally. This aspect is small, but cohesive until late April, on or about the week of the 22nd, when it rapidly swells, and starts developing cross links over to the larger of the two 'duality' areas of the entity. The geographic references suggest that something will develop within the Bush Wars of Aggression during this time which balloons to dominate the whole of Spring, and Summer right up to the end of July. Further within the supporting set, and referring to the emotional response, we have many aspects/attributes which contain references to 'explosive' and 'sudden', and 'rapid alteration/change in circumstance'. Also not boding well are a number of cross links from other, primary lexical structures within the entity such as 'disruption' modified by 'national distress', and 'upset/over-turn', modified by 'political stability'. Given the emotional tension charts presented earlier in this series, and noting the sudden rise of emotional tensions which begins in late August of 2006, and given the progression of the Populace/USofA entity through this period, the suggestion is that an economically weakened populace, recently suffering some form of collective grief, and under the pressures of 'duality' pushing for separation/division, may well 'rebel' when pressed on any further 'war/aggression' moves by the government. Whatever the actual situation that will develop over the course of Spring, and dominate until late July, the rising period of emotional tension which immediately follows is clearly dominated by aspects for 'rebellion' and 'revolution'. The aspect of 'rebellion/revolution' continues to dominate the rest of 2006, and is subsumed into the meta data layer of 'conflict/tension' by the Spring of 2007. It may extend further, but our modelspace does not currently extend beyond the first of March, 2007 in any but a very few, long range carry values which are less than useful for forecasting.

As the Spring equinox for 2006 is just past, around March 24th, the Populace/USofA entity also sees a large increase in the mass of the larger of the two 'duality' aspects. Further a number of new cross links develop at this time which bring in modifiers from the Bushista entity as well as the Markets entity.

In the chart above the values represent the climbing accretion of all duality values. The smaller of our two 'duality' areas is shown peaking in emotive sums around February 12th. Then, after the absence of 'officially sanctioned separation language', seen within the dip in acquired values from February 14th to March 1, the growth of the larger of the two 'duality' areas commences with some seriousness. In fact, the accretion values are up after March 4th, and the emotive sums are disproportionately scaling. That is to say that the new aspects/attributes which come into the Populace/USofA entity over the month of March, and which are going to the larger of the two 'duality' aspects, are carrying either higher impact values or higher carry values, or both. The ratio of maximal impact sums in both areas, immediacy and carry-value are also rising during this period. Stated another way, the modelspace is suggesting that the language around the idea of 'duality' is both increasing and heating up as we approach the Spring Equinox.

The chart above shows the Populace/USofA entities participation through all aspects within the meta data layer of 'secrets revealed'. The figures are actually the emotive sum of the lexical structure in total at the time, including the emotive sum of all cross links which arise from the meta data layer 'secrets revealed', and which terminate in the Populace/USofA entity. The individual data points within the chart are weighted 60/40 carry-value to immediate impact. As we note, the plateau period shown running from September 17th, 2005 actually is the top of a rise which began in July of 2005. Then as the chart indicates, a very large impact rise is expected around the end of January. This chart is not showing the number of new words from the 'secrets revealed' layer, rather is showing the total sum of all cross links from that layer which terminate in the Populace/USofA entity. In providing interpretations, we use terminating cross links to indicate a "reactive host response". This is basically our best guess as to the impact of the cross links emotional sums both in the immediate, and in the longer term carry values. In the chart above we can see that around the end of January 2006, the number of terminating cross links increases dramatically. This is illustrative of the total emotional impact of this layer on the entity from all sources. It must be remembered that these cross links may originate in Bushista, Markets, or any number of entities, even as they participate within the meta data layer of 'secrets revealed'. Also the data suggests that the 'secrets revealed' impact will be part of the supporting layer for the Spring/Summer 2006 societal tensions within the USofA. TPTB - Darkness and Vagueness This is a time of 'darkness' and 'vagueness', or at least that is what the dominant aspects shows for the TPTB {The Powers That Be, self-defined 'ruling/power elite'}. As the year progresses, and slides into the last 7/seven years prior to Hunab Ku the TPTB entity is showing that 'confusion' is acting as a 'translucent barrier' between the TPTB entity, and their tightly held 'vision/view/projection' of the 'nova ordo seclorum'. Now as with all references to TPTB, the view of the entity from the outside must be tempered with the sure-and-certain knowledge that those actual humans who fit the fictional description which we use to model the TPTB are, as a matter of continuous effort, projecting vast quantities of misdirection. They employ misdirection and subterfuge the way an ordinary human might use a toaster, that is as a matter of daily convenience. Thus in modeling such a group, one must build-in an awareness of the potential impacts on the model of the various strategies and tactics employed. That is to say, one must be mindful that their words are *always* employed multi dimensionally with intended multi planar effects. In addition, as a modeler attempting to capture the natural fluctuations around a particular subject, it is also necessary to note that many within the groups which lexically define themselves as 'power elite', are not actually within the group. Many who perceive themselves so are in fringe or 'control' groups which are one

of many many buffer layers. Thus there is a tendency for language elements to take on confusion as a suit and go swim in a confusing sea. However, our model also, due to its on internal referential integrity checks, allows us to segment parts of an entity, isolate the data, and examine the entity either as a big "clump" of data, or as a grouping of "cloves" of data {ed note: the way garlic cloves surround a central stalk}. If we take the latter approach, we can separate each of the data "cloves" and examine each in turn for what it might reveal. What we are seeing now would allow for multiple interpretations. We have a 'time of darkness and vagueness' which our modelspace has assigned to TPTB entity. And which our modelspace suggests is transitioning to an end. Leaving the latter at the moment, let us examine several possible interpretations of our 'darkness and vagueness' aspects. First we note that while we *always* interpret the data from the point of view of the entity, this may not work in this case. Should we do so, one would arrive at the conclusion that the TPTB entity was suffering from 'darkness and vagueness'. While this would work if we applied it to say the Bushista entity, or even Populace/USofA entity, it is misleading here within the TPTB entity. It can be noted that while TPTB entity is clearly operating under a 'translucent shield between vision and goal', which is one of our more complex descriptor sets for "confusion", we need to note that internal cross links also show that this same set appears as a 'tool' employed both externally and internally by the "power elite". Therefore, all is not as it seems. A second observation about the data sets for 'darkness and vagueness' is the emotional sums which accompany them. If one merely sums up each aspect, and then sums the two aspect sets together, the resultant link back to the lexicon goes to a descriptor set of 'cloak/concealment/duplicity'. Hmmmm! A third, and perhaps more meaningful observation has to do with the supporting data sets for the 'darkness and vagueness'. These include references to 'self-veiled/self-deluded' and, within our non-roman alphabet lexicon members, we are also picking up descriptors which go to {as best may be translated into english} 'masking self eyes/face'. This can be further translated to 'concealing {self/one's} true nature'. This set is in turn supported by lexical descriptors which go to the idea of a 'modus vita' or 'method/rule of life'. A last observation about this particular data set within the modelspace is that this time for the entity is coming to an end. As the modelspace is progressed we can note that our TPTB entity is picking up a very large level of churn in which data elements are being replaced. The mere replacement of elements at this rate of speed and volume of entity totality suggests that "things are a'changing", while the internal lexical replacement also explicitly states the same idea. As the modelspace is moved forward into 2006, an early wave of very significant changes is well underway within the TPTB entity by mid February. So, while the TPTB entity lives and operates under the idea of 'confusion', which is to say, a policy of misdirection of true intent through the use of various tools, it is also accurate to say that at least some portion of the 'confusion' is actually affecting the TPTB entity, and is not merely a reflection of their modus vita. That is to say, our modelspace is showing that some levels of strains and stresses are appearing within the otherwise cohesive entity. These smallish sections relating to the 'darkness and vagueness' are very distinct data "cloves". They also all have one thing in common within the entity, and that is a heavy layer of cross links over to Terra entity. The overall effect of watching the TPTB entity move through the modelspace is to see that while they intend to proceed with their plans, still aimed at long standing goals, there is a section which indicates that 'doubt' exists. This 'doubt' is singularly co-related to the totality of 'changes affecting/impacting {the} solar system'. One interpretation of the emotive sums suggests that a core of the TPTB entity is simultaneously shocked and fearful that 'prophesy' is apparently being 'materially actualized'. This last is a kludge or bastardization of some non roman alphabet lexical descriptors without simple english translations. In spite of the inherent inaccuracies within the transliteration, the idea is basically a sort of 'confusion of emotions at the appearance of long awaited, hardly-believed-would-happen, changes'. This particular meme is operating at several levels within the entity. At the lower support levels, the meme is playing out among those who 'serve {under} methods {of} delusion' as a sort of stunned numbness at

both the 'pace' and 'emergent direction/nature' of unfolding current events. As an aside, this group is internally defined within the entity as 'those who will be duped'. So, hmm, everything according to plan so far? Well, perhaps not. That pesky meme again. By following a significant thread of cross links for this meme of 'shock and awe' in the 'appearing pattern' of current events, it would appear that this natural human reaction is also being felt by those within the entity who 'feel themselves entitled' and who 'deny the face' {ed note: live the life/walk the talk, are "made" within the organization}. We need note again, the vast majority of internal references within the TPTB entity which represent those who tirelessly struggle to achieve the goals of the 'power elite' are *not* actually members of that group; they are merely led to believe that they are part of the 'select'. Kind of like most religions in which the very first unspoken discriminator is 'us believers' against 'them/outsiders'. In any event, the 'believer' class within the TPTB entity is actually carrying a much higher emotive sum for 'shock and awe' than is the general target groups. And we also find that the same emotive sums are percolating all the way to the top of TPTB entity, and especially when combined with the 'solar system' cross linked data. The suggestion from the entity within the movement of the modelspace is that a time of 'confusion' and 'veils' is coming to an end within the entity, and that the 'lifting of the translucent curtain' will begin shortly after mid January. And the further suggestion, deep within the entity, is that some within the entity are starting to 'fear' the 'loss of control'. As we read the data stream for this entity, it does come across as a situation of 'events, once initiated, rapidly spiral out of control'. And this loss of control is seemingly directed at 'extra system energy'. Specifically, much of the 'lifting of the curtain' will be directed by the TPTB. The plan is apparently to 'allow corruption' knowledge to 'taint the pool, stain the swimmers' such that 'aggression increases' with each month as the modelspace is moved toward the first of the emotive tension building periods of March through August. We note that 'issues around the distribution of gifts/graft/bribes' will rise to ascendancy within the mainstream media quite rapidly with the onset of January, and that a continuing stream of 'rejected dishonorable requests' will fill the 'eyes' of the sheeple. In following down the rabbit hole within this entity it sure looks like TPTB is going to dump the Bushistas. What emerges is a lexical structure indicating that 'allowance' of 'eyes' has been granted such that the entity is suggesting that 'gifts {to the} officialdom' will emerge as a 'new nexus/balance point' in late Winter just as other 'questioning' has reached its peak. Heavily cross linked over to our 'secrets revealed' meta data layer, this area suggests that currently held information is being released, and timed such that 'support for change' is promoted. Also cross linked over to the Populace/USofA entity where it terminates in 'revolt', we find that that this layer of 'allowed views/seeing of gifts poorly distributed' is designed to support 'divisive/separation'. The cross links continue through a number of extra-entity, and intra-entity threads such that the idea of 'forced/controlled revelation' is emerging. Within support areas for 'force' and for 'revelation of closely held secrets', the data suggests that TPTB will not be releasing information about themselves, but rather, those who need to be removed in order to 'pave the way'. This last phrase can alternatively be translated as 'prepare for those who arrive', or again, 'preparation for those who next arrive'. We are NOT taking this as meaning a real 'second coming' or appearance of 'contact with space aliens', but rather as indicative of a 'shuffling of the layers' within the TPTB entity such that a new set of 'leaders' is soon to walk in to positions of power subsequent to the 'dumping' of the current crowd. As an aside, if one wanted to prepare large masses of people to accept rather unpleasant living conditions, one way to accomplish this would be to place a layer of elite rulers in place who are incompetent and out of step with the populace, such that, when deliberately dumped at the appropriate time, everyone of the deluded masses would be saying, "ok, things are not good, but at least the last bunch of idiots is gone, they were horrors". Terra - China/SE Asia - Turbulent Temper Tantrums The Terra data set is still the most dominating of all of the entities, if for no other reason than size alone. The most recent processing has only added to the size and complexity of the Terra object. The lexical structure is clearly splitting into regions under the pressure of the data. In two instances of similar behavior the data set has a very clear separation between the East Coast of the USOfA and the rest of the country. This is also true with the East Coast of China as it is also being separated within the Terra entity from the rest of its continent. Now note that there is no language to suggest an actual, physical separation. Rather the

effect we are describing is one of the spread of geographic named references in a highly complex scatter graph. If all of the many millions of named references for the USofA are plotted, a distinct separation via emotive sums occurs in which the vast majority of those names of East Coast places {ed note: where ambiguity of place name is not present} are in a separate clump from those of the rest of the continent. In both cases, that is the eastern seaboard areas of both China, and the USofA, the division is *not* political, that is it does not stop at borders, north or south. In effect what has happened is that a broad "strip" of the east coast of the Asian continent which includes parts of Russia, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, but excludes the Philippines and Australia/New Zealand has been referenced within our modelspace as a distinctly separated clump of data from other references within the political borders of the countries referenced. This has also occurred within the North American Continent references for its eastern seaboard which includes parts of Canada and the USofA. In this instant the data *does* include references to Caribbean nations, but excludes any South American references. The China/SE Asia sub set of data has developed some disturbing references to 'turbulent temper' which are supporting layers for 'streams/rivers/flows' which are seen as being 'under the ocean'. This has not occurred before within our memory of our processing where the lexical collection is showing surface descriptors applied to submarine elements. In the past we have had some cross-polination of lexical descriptors, most notably the appearance of 'rivers of water' which were placed as being 'in the atmosphere'. In the current, no pun intended, situation, the lexical structures are an odd juxtaposition of above-ground references applied to under seas conditions, and which are themselves modified with human emotional tags which are selfreferential. This is to say that the reference to the 'temper tantrum' is being found as a supporting layer to the 'river under the ocean'. This 'river under the ocean' is described as 'crossing the base of the mountain', and its former state is even stated, that is, 'used to be/past' and 'placid' both appear within one aspect/attribute supporting structure. Now the 'stream of foaming water' is described as 'becoming/manifesting temper tantrum at the base of the mountain'. In supporting layers, the 'temper tantrum' is seen as 'showing past shame', as well as 'ill fortune rises up, erodes the mountain'. As this section of the Terra entity is progressed along with modelspace over the course of January/February 2006, the rising aspect following the appearance of the 'temper tantrum under seas river', is 'flames illuminate'. This aspect appears with very high immediacy impact values, and a carry value indicative of several years impact. The data set further contains descriptors which read in a similar fashion to the recent fuel supply fire in Britain. In this case the descriptor set is clearly for a 'mountain, usually placid' on the 'eastern sea coast', which will be affected by the 'under seas river' as it 'foams in temper'. Then, following this temporally, though not necessarily in any cause-result way, will be a 'fire at the reserve'. This 'reserve' is seen as occupying the 'top of the mountain' and is 'greater than 1000/thousand acres'. It appears to be describing an area in which natural resources, rather than refined fuels are stored. However the main idea is the 'storage/storehouse' of 'future energy'. The recently acquired data does not go to the type of the resource. Rather most of the verbiage runs to the level of destruction. The fire described will apparently be visible some number of miles off shore. The data seems to indicate that the lasting images of the fire will be those obtained from the water. Further the data set describes a period of '3/three months' during which smoke still rises. The primary descriptor set is a bit vague, only noting that 'black' dominates the source of the fire, but this could be anything from old tires to coal or oil. Along with the temper displaying under seas river, the separation of the eastern sea coast of the Asian continent lexically is apparently also suggesting a remarkable turn in the weather patterns for this area. Whatever were the prevailing wind patterns of the coast, our data now suggests that a 'running along side' or 'parallel flow' of winds will be taking place. These are shown as 'sweeping the coast' and moving toward the 'warmth of the north Pacific'. Hmm? Not good. Especially since we also see references for the 'arctic' and 'heat/unseasonable fire' popping up in much larger numbers than previously. The descriptor set for these winds shows a flow up the coast of Asia, with originations occurring at the 'point of heat', or the 'center of the fire' which is now being located in the Indian Ocean, south of India, and west of Australia. The suggestions from the data set are that a 'shift {of} climate' is developing in which a

key driver will be a very large area of 'under water fire' which produces its own local weather, and disturbs sea currents thousands of miles away.

Conclusion: Part 3 - Terra Rises in Winter Our apologies for the uneven posting schedule of this report. The recent illness of the staff has been overcome, but we are faced with a very large pile of processing. We are beginning the processing for Part 4 immediately with the expectation of a mid-week next posting. We will continue with the Terra entity discussions in Part 4. We had to make the decision to stop, post part 3 and then proceed, or alternatively to continue processing and post a combined report. This latter would be too much to digest, so we are concluding part 3 now, and will pick up with the Terra entity section in part 4 with the discussion of the North American Continent data set. Much of the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer has been manifesting over the last few months. If our data is correct in its forecast for future activity, then the levels of what remains to be revealed will strain the capacity for retention. Analysis & Commentary - Dollar Duality, Political Duality, Necessary Precursors? With the news of Friday, January 6th, that China is withdrawing from the USofA Dollar, it seems clear that the 'duality' expressed in this and previous parts of the ALTA 406 report is manifesting. As the data developed prior to the release period {ed note: December 14,2005 through February 23/27th, 2006}, the 'duality' has now begun its expression in several contexts such as the dollar, and as always, politics. The 'duality' aspect which went to the heart of the Markets entity, and which also is being manifest within the Populace/USofA, and GlobalPop entities, is clearly going to induce very large stresses within the social order of the USofA as the dollar is abandoned globally. We note with grim satisfaction, and with some trepidation, that our January of 2005 reports began with the indications that the 'dollar would be rejected by all'. While satisfied to have extracted this information out so early, it is also very troubling that it did appear so soon in the year, yet just now is manifesting. In our previous experience with these reports when the data shows something so far in advance of the manifestation, the resulting expression of that something has *always* been far greater than we could have imagined. We can site the Sumatran tsunami, and the New Orleans/Gulf coast disaster as two which have followed that pattern. In the case of the tsunami, we arguably were discussing the event within the ALTA reports some 5/five months before it manifest. Of course, we blew the interpretation for 'tsunami' and instead popped up with 'electric force driven water', but still, the impact was far in excess of even the most dire language that we had sus'ed out. True, our numeric data of '300 thousand' is the most common number used for the event. And also true, the phrase 'knocked back to a previous age' really comes close to a descriptor of the immediate aftermath. Further our data for the Gulf Coast disaster here in the USofA appeared 9/nine months earlier than the manifestation. And as with the tsunami, our most gripping language in the report failed to really capture the extreme nature of the event, though we did have many elements of the loss of a 'mountain of people' and a 'city returning to the mud from which its bricks came'. As with the tsunami, our number of '13 millions', while off due to the lack of a decimal point, was the most commonly used number for the total of those displaced, that is, 1.3 /one point three millions. We also have some claim to having gotten some of the details of the Pakistan/Kashmir earthquake event accurately, and 10/ten months in advance.

The point of the brief ALTA report history above is to note that a basic sort of equation could be postulated at this time and which can be written as 'the longer the time between the initial language shift indicators, and the manifestation of the event, the greater the impact of the event'. Or words to that effect. The idea being that *apparently* our work will bring out very harshly impacting event context language very far in advance of the context manifestation that creates that language. Further a corollary could be postulated that the distance between the first language forecasting the event, and the event itself can provide clues to the emotional impact of the event including its "breadth", and "depth". So, with the equation in mind, let us note now that the first appearance of the 'duality' around the dollar came in January 2005 in which the dominate aspect was 'rejected by all'. Hmm, does not bode well. In fact, if we accept {ed note: please remain skeptical and accept our premises only for the purposes of this discussion} that our equation is reasonably correct, then we can anticipate that since we have had a 1/one year warning on the 'dollar duality', that its impacts will be severe beyond the language clues we have been able to gather. And further, we can predict its impacts will be hugely broad as the 'duality' settles over global currencies. Being brave guys we will impose on your credulity for one further point. As we do the reports we have been able to tally the continual appearance of language shifts over time. So as an instance, the 'two cities' or 'two mountains of people' which were shown in January 2005 as 'going to rubble', or 'returning to the mud' were captured as sources of continuing language shifts over the course of the year such that the Katrina/NOLA/FEMA disaster continued to show up in every report run prior to the event. We suspected therefore that there *would* be an actual event, at some point in the future, and that the volume of increasing linguistic shifts which preceded it provided some hint as to its eventual impact. This we are using as a "working assumption" within the interpretations. Therefore we can state that over the course of the last year the language shifts for the 'duality' which is now manifesting around the 'dollar' continued to gain data points far in excess of what was seen previously for any of the cited events/circumstances. In other words, we have had sooooo much data show up over the whole of the last year related to the 'dollar being rejected by all' that now that the 'duality' is expressing, we have some cautions to offer. These are that the manifestation of the 'duality' has barely begun. Given our data volumes, we would not be surprised to find that this trend accelerates and continues through to Spring as more and more 'reject the dominance' of the USofA dollar. Again we note very early language that said explicitly 'once begun, all doors too small, millions dead'. Continuing with the thought of 'duality' for a moment, we are reminded that words around the 'duality' idea are showing up within many entities and within many contexts other than currencies. These include both religion, social order, and the ubiquitous politics. With the recent demise of the Israeli Sharon, the 'duality' affecting international politics seems to sharpen. As commented upon by readers, there have been other, global 'dualities' expressed including the riots in France, the language coming out of Iran, and any number of other political expressions of 'us versus them'. Previous ALTA report sections had mentioned the problems with 'natural gas' deliveries as a cause for default by some gas company. This was seen as a data bump on 'duality' aspect language. In this case the expression turned out to be wrongly associated with California {ed note: perhaps we have yet to see it play out sufficiently} when it most likely that the language we captured was triggered by the recent shut off of gas to the Ukraine. Again, both a commercial duality expression, as well as a political one. As will be noted in the Populace/USofA section below, the theme of 'duality' is appearing everywhere. A curiosity about this appearance is that it is *not* forming into a meta data layer per se, though it may well be a required precursor state to the developing meta data layer of 'conflict'. That is to say, without separation, and the tensions created by 'duality' or 'dual positions', there would be no 'conflict' pressures. Our continuing capture of newly developing language supporting 'duality' aspects does not bode well. As it stands now we have 'duality' aspects contained within most entities. While the aspect is cross linked, it is not extensively so, and it does not form into a meta data layer, unlike the 'conflict' discussed below in Populace/USofA and Bushista. But, if it is a necessary precursor, then we have the very sad duty to report that 'conflict' will manifest, *IF* our assumptions above are correct. And further, that the 'conflicts' will be far worse in impacts than any language we may be able to wrest out of the modelspace. We have gone to

the labor of examining old processing logs and have hints of the emergence of duality which go back 3/three years. We have had very solid indications for developing 'conflict' including related words such as 'rebellion/revolution' which are now nearly 18/eighteen months in the modelspace. If length of time before manifestation is a constant, then we can sadly predict that 'conflict' will be devastating. A high probability value can be assigned to a scenario in which the dollar tanks as the reserve currency over the course of the release period, thus bringing out the manifestation of the language about economics, poverty, bankruptcy which come from, and affect most of the population of the USOfA. Further, as almost all nations have been deluded into thinking there is value in the dollar, when it is flushed from its reserve position, the globe goes through some really serious shudders both economically, and politically. Both put huge strains on everyone's relationships with everyone else at all levels from local to national, and thus the huge increase in duality speak. This state in turn is followed by 'conflict/war' at pretty much every level. The language does have some hope for missing a global conflagration, in that we have a little tiny hint that just maybe, perhaps, a 'revolution of the populace within the USofA' forestalls outside attack. This thread is small, but is fully populated suggesting that the 'revolution/rebellion' will happen, the only question is whether the newly beggared, really pissed off people/countries of the globe will give the USofA time to reconstitute itself as something other than the biggest bully ever. The other good news possibility is that maybe the universe will have Terra kick the shit out of all of us and we won't be able to fight each other. Terra - East Coast/USofA - Weather Shocks - The 30/Thirty per cent Reduction The eastern seaboard of the north American continent, down to and including the Caribbean basin countries, will experience the first in a series of weather 'shocks' this Winter. An alternate translation of the 'shocks' emotive value lexicon pointer would be only one layer down and that goes to 'unseasonable/out-ofplace'. This aspect is very cross linked at all levels of support, and even contains both originating and terminating cross links over to both the Bushista entity and the Populace/USofA entity which *unexpectedly* are linked to areas of 'political investigation'. A very odd link up for the Terra entity, 'climate' aspect, sub set 'weather', sub set 'north_america, eastern seaboard'. Another atypical feature of these 'weather' to 'politics' dual links is that they appear with increasing strength as the modelspace is moved through Winter toward the end of February. We even get internal representations within the Terra entity which are clearly USofA politics focused, and which also, very clearly, go to 'investigated until the facts are clear/certain'. This is in turn supported by 'danger prompts review/study, no action'. Much of this area of the Terra entity is also fully populated by supporting sets with internal cross links over to the 'climate shocks' section of the entity. The suggestion appears to come out as a 'climate shock' will hit the eastern seaboard of the USofA this winter such that the reaction of the Populace/USofA is also a 'resonant shock', which could easily be alternatively interpreted as 'disbelief/denial' within the context of 'vibrations'. If we take this tertiary tier level of lexical pointers we arrive at the aspect of 'unseasonable/outof-place', and within in that the immediate supporting aspect/attribute set goes to the image of 'stunned/shocked {into} disbelief, denying {unto/even to} death climate change unseasonable'. The suggestion here, given both the large supporting block for the aspect of 'dangerous' three levels up, and the cross links for 'death' that the interpretation is that 'some will deny to their own peril immediate/threatening climate change of an unseasonable occurrence'. This whole area is cross linked as a point of origin to the Populace/USofA where some of the links terminate within the 'politics' aspect as discussed above, but the majority go to the aspect of 'danger', sub set 'climate/weather', and sub set 'winter'. Within this area the terminating cross links go to the image of 'process/season {to be} not believed/accepted {unless} experienced'. Further, there is meaningful near repetition within deeper sub sets which also go to the idea of 'not belief unless live it', and 'not belief unless body scarred {by} experience'. Within the originating points for much of the Terra to Populace/USofA cross links related to the eastern seaboard of the USofA there is an aspect of 'danger' which is supported by '3/three times in one night/diurnal', and 'dangerous glued to yellow earth'. These both are supported by extensive mutual sets

giving up the imagery of some form of 'climate/weather assault' on the eastern seaboard which comes in 3/three waves each of which in turn tend to 'be felt {in the} belly, guts rumble, fear rises {to the} throat'. Further the data suggests that a 'beast' will 'dig/plow 3/three furrows each half yellow, half black'. Within the 'furrows' aspect the supporting set goes to the idea of 'glued/stuck {to your} possessions, position dangerous'. This is further amplified by sub sets going to 'fits/pulses only movement in-between', and 'danger {in the} long run/step/movement'. This whole area has many cross links back over to the Populace/USofA where they terminate within the bespoke 'fear' aspect. The idea coming across is either a series of three storms or other climate events which arrive after mid Winter, and trigger a very fearful response, including political repercussions, which contributes to the building emotional tension problems of Spring. Given the state of the data it could perhaps be inferred that the primary impact of the 'yellow and black stripes' will be seen or rather, mostly not seen, under water off the coast. This is offered as we have a small, but significant group of lexical pointers which end up with 'marine' and 'inter-littoral' as fully populated supporting aspects. Further, this area of Terra entity has number of originating cross links over to the Markets entity which start to accrue in late February. These are clearly indicating that there will be 'economically measurable' damage as a result of the 'unseasonable climate shock'. They are also supported in the main with sets going to the image of 'split lines' which are supported in turn by a wide range of nomative descriptor sets which include 'pipeline, telecommunications, underseas lines, satellite up-links, natural gas lines, gasoline pipelines'. The net result is a small hint towards some level of climate induced infrastructure damage large enough to immediately impact the already reeling markets. If the data links between the Markets, the Terra entity, sub set eastern seaboard, usofa, and the Populace/USofA entity are extracted from the entities {ed note: flopping the array such that columns are now rows, et vice versa}, then these links in isolation from the context of the entities present a rather grim view of the 'reduction' of the infrastructure. This new data set is dominated by contributors from the Markets entity and so will necessarily color the resultant view. Nonetheless, the image as presented by the fiscally dominated view describes a 'reduction by 1/3 one-third' of the 'economy'. We can read that as a reduction by one-third of the actual economic state, not the bullshit government numbers. The suggestion from the data is a 'long run', or 'long line' of damage which 'pushes' the 'local population/villages' to 'move/flee north, west', and which 'creates tribes/self-organizing groups' that will be seen 'caravanning/traveling up hills'. Behind them will be the 'long line of destruction' which is described by aspect/attribute sets as 'removing the legs' from the national 'economic life'. The 'removing the legs' is supported by explicit language going to the idea that 'land gone, investment/capital gone, waters remain'. Under this we have a very large knot of data sets all either containing or headed by 'reduction' and all with numeric representations centering at about 1/3 (one-third). Much of the causal agent for this destruction is described as 'water delivered sand', with the descriptive action headed by 'grinding'. There are repeated references to 'waves' but hardly any to 'tides', and repeated references to 'storms', so the most likely interpretation is shading toward very early season {ed note: if not out-of-season} hurricanes which provide the 'water delivered sand' described as 'grinding under the skin {of} everything' such that basically, nothing works. In further reinforcement of this idea, we have lexical terminating sets within this sub set which provide that 'the largest {is} reduced, {by the} smallest'. Allegorically succinct, if not as descriptive.

Terra - West Coast/North America - Send in the Cavalry Nope, not the 'coast guard' though the data set suggests that all branches of the actual service corps of the military {ed note: excludes remote viewing spookies}, but especially the 'army' will be required on the western coast of the north American continent late this Winter, and into Spring and Summer. While there are some interesting cross links to potential intercine conflict within the USofA, and small pointers to the rise of a 'west coast leader, rising from the ranks, shares suffering/fear/exhaustion' with his soldiers, the tone of the Terra entity is going to a decidedly terra induced need for such

'suffering/fear/exhaustion'. The long range values show that much of the 'army' presence develops in late Spring/Summer {ed note: June/July}, the initial need is seen as rising from the 'disorder/chaos' of the 'damage/harm' from Winter. The 'first signs {of an} early Spring' are shown as being the 'harbingers of deadly movement'. As we have numerous internal cross links for this area, it would appear to be suggesting that late in Winter some very large 'movements' and 'shifts' of the 'ground/earth/terra' will occur such that within the 'millions' of 'stunned, quiet, calm' people affected, there will nonetheless be a 'totality of cessation {of} normalcy/routine'. This is described {ed note: our crap always errs on the side of most extreme possible outcome it appears} variously as 'affecting all {from the} toe to the hip' with geographic references from Mexico to Alaska, or is described as 'stilling the arteries', and again with references for the entire west coast of the continent, but this time with supporting descriptors primarily going to 'roadways'. This last is reinforced with internal cross links indicating that 'millions stand calm, {then} part {to} pass the army, leader {in} center, hands offered, burden shouldered'. Terra - Europe - Soggy Hills Pollute Lakes The data set for Terra entity, sub set EUzone which extends in concept to the new border with Russia, and includes the Baltic States, but not Turkey, shows that 'brutality' will arrive in the form of 'weather extremes' which will actually be seen as 'exclusionary/separating'. The series of storms occurring as this is being written are actually the beginning only in so far as our data indicates. The emotional sums for this section of the entity are pointing to a very severe Winter period in which 'resources' are 'drained/exhausted', and in which 'calls for help/aid' are to be 'repeated 10/ten times'. Some of these calls will not be answered. The lexical sets include aspect/attributes going to 'sealed {by} snow/storms', and repeatedly reinforced references to 'mud slides' and 'landslides'. There are also some cross links between the 'mud slides' and the 'pollutions of 2/two alpine/mountainous lakes'. The numerous references to 'weather' within the data set for the region has reinforced support for 'extreme', and 'harsh'. Further the descriptor set shows that atypical directional flow for the winds will bring storms from entirely new directions. The impact is described as quite severe. Not only are there the references to the '10/ten calls for aid', but also cross links are indicating that very large impacts on both 'social order' and 'governmental stability' will arise as a result of the weather situation. A curious part of all of this is the large growth, within the section of modelspace covering the winter from solstice to equinox, of references to 'spring'. These are all containing internal support for 'post equinox' and 'entirely/totally/unexpectedly out-of-season/unseasonable'. As these 'spring' references begin showing up in mid January, and thereafter grow in an irregular manner over the next 2 months, it may be that what is being suggested is a sort of 'striped winter' in which fierce storms roar down, only to be followed within days by spring like weather. Then more winter storms. Such an idea would be consistent with what we have for 'snow damage' as most of this is cross linked to 'mud slides'. And again, there are several, reinforced references to 'two/2 lakes' in the 'high mountains' which will be 'reduced' as a result of the 'mud slides'. Further, one of the 'slides' is heavily cross linked over to 'governmental instability' suggesting that perhaps a poor response on the part of authorities will pressure already weakened governmental structures. There are a number of references which appear temporally close to the 'mud slides' which are for 'refugees' who have to 'flee the weather'. In this flight, apparently the roadways will be so damaged or cluttered that everyone will have to 'walk for their lives'. This last is fully populated and contains aspects/attributes for 'poor shoes, hurt feet, damaged toes'. Not a good sign at all. If your feet fail, likely so will you. An unexpected positive reference does appear within this set suggesting that at least some good will come from the 'hardships' of Winter in that 'new alliances/cohesions' will emerge. These are very curiously supported by some of the highest long term carry values that we have encountered. This and the aspect/attributes suggest that some very important, and perhaps multi-generational ties will be forged in 'escaping drowning' in 'roaring oceans of mud'.

Populace/USofA - Spring Rains Confusion, Summer Stupefies, Karma Squeezes Out Rebellion, Entity Specific Charts The Populace entities, both Populace/USofA and the GlobalPop, are pretty flat out stating that 2006 may be a good year for dogs, but is clearly not so good for humans en masse. There is very little ambiguity about the emotional tone of the year. The very clear dominating aspect is 'tension'. Within this aspect, the largest supporting aspect/attribute set is headed by 'conflict'. Hmm. Don't sound too good already. And it gets worse. The Populace/USofA has the largest set of aspect/attributes under 'conflict'. The GlobalPop, by comparison, contains less than a quarter of the mass of 'conflict' words, though it is nearly equal in total supporting lexical mass for 'tension'. The suggestion therefore is that within the USofA the 'tension' will generate more manifestation of 'conflict' earlier, and in a more visible fashion. As the modelspace is progressed through Winter and into Spring, the emotional tension levels of the release period, and the contexts in which those releases took place {ed note: internal government against people, war lies, et al} will shift from points of 'release', that is, where emotional outbursts are visible, to points of 'tension' around which emotional energy now is directed toward 'action/results'. Hmm, sounds like the traditional use of Spring as "plotting season" will be back this year. The data indicates that in mid Winter, that is February, a 're-education', or 're-creation' program will begin to be visible within the mainstream media aimed at the Populace/USofA. Our entity shows clearly that 'internal {yet} outside' directions 'to thought/preparation/planning/potential' will be visible. The entity has supporting sub sets within this area which go to the image that 'thoughts {will be} planted, {such that} action {may be} harvested early in Summer'. At this point, within the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer participating elements within the Populace/USofA entity are data sets that point to 'hidden actions/meetings' that are the 'seeds of change' now being planted again for 'harvest in early summer'. As we have noted the rise of the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer in past ALTA report series, and have noted that its movement toward the zero point within the modelspace {ed note:which indicates 'manifestation in the now'} appears to hit zero-point in late July of 2006. Within the context of the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer reaching its maximum point of manifestation is also the start of a new period of building emotional tension which is both steep and extensive in that it takes nearly a year to completely hit the modelspace {ed note: based on long term carry value sums}. The suggestion from our modelspace, including the movements and transformations of the various meta data layers, is that a time of 'tension' moving toward 'open conflict' is settling in over the USofA and its political structures. This is very likely stating the emergence of a 'constitutional crisis' over the course of Winter which becomes 'cloaked in formality' and the 'language/words/verbiage {of the} statesmen' by early Spring. Again, the data set is fully populated and robustly supported. This is usually indicative of a very broadly affecting set of circumstances. The Populace/USofA entity, as the modelspace is moved forward through Spring and into Summer, adds very large levels of lexical sets going to 'conflict'. At this point, the meta data layer for 'aggression/militancy' is in the process of morphing over to 'conflict/tension'. Note however the the 'tension' is perhaps misleading in that it is more of a descriptor for 'tension, standing armed, ready for fighting' than for merely standing around tense. These newly acquired data sets for 'conflict' are multi contextually focused. This is to say that the data sets show the sources of conflict for the Populace/USofA are multifaceted and arise from related but diverse points. There is data to suggest that the powers-that-be, including the Bushistas will be all wrapped up in the 'conflict' within the Populace/USofA at a number of levels. There are lexical sets which go to the idea that Bushistas will be 'offering' an 'external enemy' to take some of the heat off themselves. However this will not be accepted by the populace as much of the Iraq and Afghan wars will be going so badly for the Bush misadministration that the people, including the corrupt congress, will refuse to even consider the idea. Further layers of 'conflict' are seen forming within the Populace/USofA entity suggesting that 'divisive/splitting' words will be 'tumbling down' from the 'foaming mouths' of the 'fearful' Bushistas as they try to split the populace so as to continue their march further into power. This is shown as failing

miserably, and even with the 'charging/sparking' of their 'religious base' with 'taunts of failure to conform', the Bushistas will find that less than 'one in twenty/20' will even listen, let alone take a 'risk' for the Bush. The data further goes to the idea that 'confrontation' will have Bush 'weeping' in public as an 'episode/fit' overtakes him which brings on even more 'doubts' about 'his mind/sanity'. Also about the same time as the 'speech of tears/shaking rage/denial', there will rise questions, posed openly, as to 'immediate imprisonment'. The values which support this view are directly held by the Populace/USofA entity and are not cross linked. This has the tendency to portray a clear view as seen by the entity, and indeed, we find contradictory information within the Bushista entity, which while denying the potential for the above, actually goes to its support when viewed as the Bushista's point of perception. The notion of 'conflict' which can be interpreted as 'war' is showing up repeatedly throughout the Populace/USofA entity over the course of the modelspace advancement for the next year. It may even extend beyond that level, but our modelspace has no reliability for detail that far out. However, it is fair to say that the 'conflict' lexical sets, which grow to meta-data layer status over the next year, are most fully developed within the Populace/USofA entity. It is also fair to say that 'conflict' as a "wave of expression" is noted by the TPTB, and they will attempt to 'direct the play/manage the stage' such that their ends are achieved within the chaos developing throughout the Winter release period and into the Spring tension build up. The data set suggests that they do not succeed. The data, through directly held values, as well as cross linked aspect sets, shows that while an attempt is made with very much energy to incite the populace into 'culture wars', the end result is seen within the data set as a 'slaughter', which is further described as the 'pack setting upon the wounded pig'. This has a large supporting subset which goes to the idea that 'religion addicts' will 'martyr themselves' in 'bloody deaths' for the TPTB, but so few as to be both individually noteworthy, and a sign of the 'loss of control' from TPTB. Note that these are not muslim martyrs, but are the 'deranged/extremist christians' who are seen as the 'dupes of martyrdom'. The data set would also be open to another, alternate interpretation in which a 'culture war' is promoted to 'manifestation of hostilities' between the 'religious addicts' and the rest of the society. If this view of the data is taken, then the outcome is clearly seen as a 'gutting of the cult/church', and a 'repudiation of the myths/lies'. The data would support an interpretation in which the 'pack of nine/9' is seen as 'killing the master's dog' when its 'pack/support abandons', and then 'fixing eyes, teeth' on the 'master and his slaves'. If we interpret the numbers correctly, it would suggest that a 'cohesion of the nine/9' or 9/10ths of the population will 'resist/refuse martyrdom'. This is suggestive of a very large majority turning on the 'shouting religious whores/clerics' and their dupes to provide a 'reality lesson'. About the time that this promotion of 'conflict' by the TPTB in an attempt to 'divide and conquer' or 'reassert authority' over the populace of the country, many other layers of conflict are added to the modelspace. As the modelspace is progressed forward from Winter, the 'conflict' elements are appearing both within the Populace/USofA entity as well as other entities, none so much as the Bushista entity. Most of that is discussed elsewhere, however, it is worth noting that a three-way cross link situation develops between Populace/USofA, the Bushistas, and the Markets entity. This cross link round-about is entirely in support of 'conflict'. In this case the conflict is described as relating to 'words around/describing reality'. Further the whole of the supporting layers within each of the entities are all going to 'dollar' and 'economics/fiscal'. At this point in the processing, the modelspace contains several, overlapping layers of lexical sets which all share the 'conflict' or 'tension prior to conflict' aspect. These layers are such now, that confirmation of the metamorphosis from local layer to meta data layer seems certain. The inference from this movement toward meta data layer has two components: first, we can assume that we are witnessing the development of a multi-month manifestation similar to what has been noted in the 'secrets revealed' layer which has been manifesting over the last year with some months still to go; second, we can infer a large scale impact on the populace as a whole. These meta data layers seem to form around common "themes" which develop within the entities. Now that most entities are developing our 'war/conflict/tension' aspects, it appears that the emotional component of these will be manifesting shortly. We had first seen our 'secrets revealed' meta data layer begin its transformation from local-to-entity status at about 4/four months prior to its manifestation as a meta data layer. As we move the modelspace forward through Summer, the transition to meta data layer appears to occur sometime on the morning of August 31, 2006. After that point the data set clearly shows the newly manifesting meta data layer of 'conflict' or

'tension/war' beginning. This is *NOT* to say that outbreaks of actual fighting occur on that day. The modelspace does show a very large shift that day as the meandering emotive tension plateau is broken and there is a very large spike upward in tension which grows over the rest of 2006 and into mid 2007 before beginning its release phase. Does this mean that war/conflict is going to manifest? Certainly as far as our data suggests. However we need to note that the descriptor set goes to all kinds of war including 'class warfare', and the supposed 'culture wars' promulgated by the mainstream media. Though, of course, the data could be indicating actual outbreaks of hostilities, death and mayhem. While there is yet much our data descriptor sets do not indicate, there are some conclusions we can derive. The Populace/USofA will be more affected than the GlobalPop. And within the currently developing meta data layer, the two largest components for the 'conflict' aspect are derived from Populace/USofA and Bushista. Does this mean the population of the USofA is 'going to war' with the Bush administration? Quite probably, at least as indicated by our data where we show several cross linked aspect sets between the two entities which are clearly indicating a developing 'conflict'. Further, just this layer of cross links and the originating, and terminating aspects are showing that from August through to the end of 2006, the level of emotional tensions between these two entities escalates to levels so high that we had to adjust our scales by two orders of magnitude to accommodate the emotional tension both in speed of development, and total summation value. Noting that the cross links for 'conflict' which bind Bushista and Populace/USofa at the core of the meta data layer, the descriptor set is also clearly showing multiple contexts within both entities in which the 'war/conflict' theme plays out. Within the Populace/USofA entity not only does the data show open 'warfare/strife' with the Bushista entity, but also has layers showing 'intercine warfare/strife/conflict', and 'economic conflict/class warfare', and 'economic conflict/national resources warfare', the Bush 'war of aggression against Iraq', and Bush's 'war on terra', and many other layers too numerous to detail here. At its core, the Populace/USofA entity, along with other entities is manifesting a large, distinct change to dominating aspects which are emotionally linked back to 'conflict'.

In the chart above the summation values for all aspect/attribute sets which support 'conflict/tension' are presented. This is for the Populace/USofA entity alone. The slight bump of values in the June/July period are heavily supported by lexical sets going to 'international', as though indicating specifically foreign policy issues rising to the level of bespoke 'tensions over potential conflict'. This period within the modelspace, specifically focusing on the Populace/USofA entity, are fully supported with many sets with aspects relating to 'dollar' and to 'economics'. It may be that the data is indicating a potential conflict over the dollar, *or* given the extensive participation of the Bushista entity in this through cross links, it more likely is indicative of a 'bellicose' administration which is just 'freaking out/losing it/insane' and is 'manifesting {its} core values/state'. In the annotated version below the local versus meta data layer manifestations are delineated.

Again we note that the ALTA reports have a known tendency to err on the side of the most extreme case supported by the language, and that our timing sucks. At the core human level, even if the Populace/USofA is indicating an actual war outbreak {ed note: other than those we have going currently}, the August 31 change to the meta data layer of 'conflict/war' is most likely the lead-in to a later manifestation of hostilities. This would fit with the emotional tension build-up seen in previous charts, and for that matter, the manifestation of previous human history in which the actual prelude to 'conflict' begins with 'blustering' and general trash-talk within a period of building emotional tension.

A parallel, complementary, and supportive set under the lexical structure of 'rebellion' aspect with primary aspect/attribute support coming from 'against being under' exists within the 'conflict' dominated Populace/USofA. Of course it must be noted that 'rebellion' *is* usually expressed as 'conflict', and so this area is necessarily a supportive sub set of the 'conflict' meta data layer. This area of 'rebellion' within the Populace/USofA, following our "length of time ahead of manifestation" postulate, as well as the 'growth of the data set over time" postulate, is likely to manifest in 2006, and as our data suggests now, will be a very large component of the 'conflict' to arise this year. It is a *guess* that we will first see 'rebellion' or 'revolution' {ed note: our lexicon has very distinct difference between rebellion and revolution, and at this state is weighted toward 'rebellion'} within the mainstream media sometime this Spring. Further the data suggests that as the Bushista entity has a reversal of point of view on the 'rebellion', seeing it as 'resistance to assumed/presumed/claimed authority', that much of the 'rebellion' will be directed against the Bush administration.

In the chart above the areas where 'rebellion' aspect emotive sums raise the total for the 'conflict' aspect disproportionately are highlighted. These areas are where the modelspace has the Populace/USofA entity gain emotionally charged language within the 'rebellion' supporting set for 'conflict' such that it is primarily the 'rebellion' area which accounts for the emotional sum at that point. Note that 'rebellion' as an indicator shows up in late February as a permanent aspect, but as a linguistic clue, the aspect has been seen for over a year.

Bushista - Bellicosity, Entity Specific Charts In the chart below the 'conflict' aspect lexical sets within Bushista, as well as all cross links from those sets {ed note: originating in Bushista entity}, are summed for all values and the 'emotional tension' indicator of "immediacy impact divided by long-term-carry-values-totals" is provided. As noted above, Bushista entity is also participating in the newly emergent meta data layer, and is actually the leading entity it total manifestation values.

It should be understood that both the Bushista chart above, and the Populace/USofA charts are within the same X-axis scale, and further that any value over zero/0 means an actual, expected manifestation for the bespoke lexical set, in this case 'conflict'. Also note that our manifestation scale has actual effects occurring prior to reaching the zero-line, and indeed, there are observable "things" which will occur at all levels, but anything past the zero line in the positive direction means that *all* aspects of the bespoke lexical set are manifesting at all levels. As humans this is usually the difference between "gotta look for it" when the values are below zero, to "slap you in the face repeatedly with wet dead fishes" when the values climb over zero. One more ominous note, as stated above, we had to adjust our scale by two orders of magnitude to accommodate the recent sum levels found with the Bushista entity. In the version of the chart presented below, the modifying aspects are placed with red lines to indicate when they begin to accrue to the entity and the extent of their impact. Note that the 08.31.2006 date when the manifestation of 'conflict' as a meta data layer begins is foreshadowed by the expressions of 'conflict' accruing to the Bushista entity. Further we note that near the point that the Populace/USofA comes to participate within the 'conflict' meta data layer is also shown within the Bushista entity as a point at which 'friends/compatriots' are 'labeled/branded enemies/traitors'. While we have had the occurrence of the lexical set for 'putsch' or 'pogrom' appear within the Bushista entity and be effective close to that date, the cross links are ambiguous and could be describing a 'putsch' either within the Bush administration itself, or against the administration by congress, the press, or populace. There is no clearly dominating cross link set on which to hang an interpretation.

Going along in a more or less parallel track to the developing 'traitors' view emerging within Bushista at this time is a group of three clustered aspects which suggest that 'three international crises' in which Bushista is seen as 'standing alone, crying in cold' will manifest as background support for 'conflict' over the course of Summer. The language suggests that the 'conflicts' internationally will center around the 'dollar duality' aspect which by that time will be well in place, actually very 'mature/old'. Further, the implications are that the 'war disasters of Winter/early Spring' in which the Bushista entity is shown 'railing against fate/god' due to 'foreseen deficiencies/reversals of fortunes of war' will actually precipitate the 'international crises of Summer'. The Bushista entity faces a really rough year. Not only are its 'wars of aggression' going to morph into 'conflicts/wars of retribution', but the effect of the overseas losses will rapidly come back to the continental USofA where they feed right into the manifestation of 'rebellion'. Further the implication from the data is that 'hands bloodied, entrails exposed' the Bushista entity is seen as 'converting the faithful', or at least the majority of them, to 'enemies of state'. Along this line, the chart below shows where the Bushista entity paranoia starts ramping up as it uses more language such as 'resistance to authority'. There are also lexical clues that extend way over from previous appearances of 'law' which go to the idea that Bushista will seek to use RICO act against demonstrators. Also we find that some language shifts are occurring which go to the wording of 'labels/tags' of 'outside agents/agitators' will be making their appearance just around August 31.

We have huge amounts of data for the Bushista entity and it is increasing disproportionately to either past behavior or other entity growth. The only other entity to outpace Bushista is Terra entity. As the data pipes are still open, we are going to end the Bushista interpretation here, and pick it up in Part 5 where it will likely dominate all the immediacy values being processed. We'll see. In any event, things don't look too rosy for Bushista from here. The real problem is the fragile state of USofA social economic structure will/is giving way just prior to when stability anywhere would promote stability politically. It may be our collective karmic load, that is to be present at the end of the USOfA as we knew it previously, but nonetheless, the fallout from the aggression dysfunction of Bush will impact the globe this year. If our data interpretation is correct. Conclusion: Part 4, NSAg We are more or less back on a weekly posting schedule for parts 5 and 6. Through a happy accident, the data pipes are still open, and we/I will be loading and processing immediacy values starting in a few hours. Usually we process 'old' immediacy values by part 5, but the happenstance of the bandwidth allocation has allowed us to combine all the immediacy values with 'fresh' ones still being captured. We expect that immediacy concerns will dominate parts 5 and 6. We are somewhat sanguine with the levels of the language being expressed within this release period as it is tracking our projections, that is, the emotional releases are growing over time, and combining for effect. We need merely note the passing of Sharon, the mine deaths in West Virginia, the currency issues with China, the record 14 foot snow falls in Japan, the flurry of earthquakes (see previous ALTA reports on ocean shocks during Winter), and other elements. We do not expect the pace to slow down, and actually expect the reverse over the next months. Part 5 is anticipated to be posted by late Saturday, January 14, 2006. Analysis - Sargasso Sea Impedes, Coalescence Impacts Our apologies on the brevity of this part of the report series. Over the last two years we have had the modelspace become more confusing as the number of cross links has increased dramatically, in fact, on the order of several tens of thousands of per cent. This increase in the number of cross links affects the visual display of the modelspace by covering it with a blanket-like coating of black threads linking various levels of entities to each other or to the meta data layers. Initially, in 1997, there were very few cross links to consider. As our work has matured, the cross links have come to represent a significant portion of the processing prior to each interpretation. As the mass of cross links has grown over time it is a fair question to wonder why this is occurring. We have reviewed our records, and the last time we dinked around with the code which is responsible for processing out the cross links was in 2001. Since then, the cross link mechanism has been one of the more stable parts of the whole code base. So, with the growth of the cross links as a percentage of the total processing, we now are faced with the idea that the cross linking phenomena within modelspace is a "natural" outcome of linguistic shifts. As the number of cross links has taken a very large jump in this week's processing, we had to stop and explore the situation to determine if a processing failure was occurring or if this was merely an unexpected development. At this point, after going over some 30/thirty thousand lines of code, we believe it to be *not* an artifact of our programming. That is, we think the effect is developing on its own. The evidence has come to us through an examination of the intermediate stage outputs of the processing where we are able to to reverse-trail the linguistic links to determine that they are indeed separate, distinct linguistic threads to be found within the data itself. So. What this appears to be suggesting at a very macro layer is the increasing inter-connection between formerly diverse subjects. At least linguistically. This effect has also put a new burden on the interpretation of the movements of the various entities through modelspace. This is due to the over-all black covering of cross links within the visual display of modelspace being so dense as to obscure the underlying entities and their movements. This has necessitated a three stage viewing/interpretation of the modelspace in which we load the display, with cross links, note our start positions, and examine the cross links between entities. Then we strip off our "sargasso sea" of matted cross links, examine and progress the entities, and compile the base contexts for the interpretation of each. Then we return the modelspace to the start position, reload the cross links and then re-progress the modelspace while examining the alteration of cross linking at each stage of movement. Then we reach the termination of progressed movement, and once again examine the position of the cross links and their changes. Then we can begin the actual rooting around in the lexicon and start of the interpretation. A lot of work which is getting harder as we go along. The real issue for us is the developing sense within our selves, the modelspace, and the linguistic base of a 'head long rush' into something. Or, as the modelspace more accurately reflects, a 'getting to the core windings' sort of feelings. These feelings are beginning to emerge in the linguistic base almost as a meta data layer imposed over the cross links with the expression of these complex emotions still being scattered in a large range, but none the less, beginning to 'coalesce' into a cohesive context. Curiously the dominant aspect is 'coalesce' and the supporting aspect/attributes of the language shifts go to the idea of 'time/destiny/fate'. This is amplified by 'rushing' and 'winding/wrapping' at the highest support levels under the secondary descriptors. The implication is the rise at a general gut level of the sensation of 'rushing headlong into destiny'. Or less poetic perhaps, but equally as valid the 'winding of destiny/time in ever shrinking circles spiraling into the core'. Both exist as naturally occurring lexical sets within the cross links. While the issue of our sargasso sea of cross links has certainly impacted processing this week and into the future of these reports, we nonetheless are aware of the extra layers of potential that are provided by such links. In tying together diverse entities, and sections within entities, the lexical structures, while hugely more complex, are also tantalizingly more revealing. By stripping out the entities, and concentrating on the various layers of cross links only we are able to get a differing view to develop. One of our experiments

along this line is presented in the table below. We have listed the primary through the 11/eleventh layers of aspect/attributes within the cross links, without regard to either points of origin or termination. Thus the cross link data is merely presented as its own lexical set, disconnected from the entities from which it is derived. The exercise of analyzing the cross links in isolation has reinforced the accrual patterns as being significant. We note with some irony that much of human activity en masse can apparently be easily corelated to astrology. That is, during our work we find that much of the ups and downs of lexical accretion to the various entities at the macro level coincides with astrologic events of significance. As with our work, the core issue is the appropriate assignment of meaning. It cannot be un meaningful that human activity and perceived patterns of emotions and results are seemingly deeply affected by cycles which themselves may be indicated by astronomic movements. Being aware of planetary alignments and subsequent earthquake and magma movement here on earth has a tendency to support this impression of those same forces impacting humans both in toto and individually. Fundamentally we are all merely particles in the universe's various standing waves. As an aside, it would make a very interesting study to plot lexical changes globally over a couple of decades and plot these against astronomic movements and astrologic arcana. However, to return to the table. Self explanatory, if somewhat perplexing in the third data row down. We are aware of the pending impact of Stardust, the NASA space bug scoop which is about to return to earth this sunday, January 15th {ed note: don't these people ever *watch* science fiction?}, but also need to note that the March 'slice out of the sky' is *not* connected, in so far as we can determine. This aspect set arises as the dominant feature of a very dense cross link layer more or less centered on the Spring Equinox. There are more descriptors which could be put in that row, but for reasons which will become clear later we are refraining from polluting the imagery just now as it does not offer clarity. Terra - Wrestling with Igor, Say as We See, Two Mountains Rise High, Walking on the Dead The modelspace is becoming a confusing matted mass of cross links at almost any level we care to examine. This has placed an additional burden on our interpretation (see Analysis section). Further, there is, especially within the Terra entity, the Model of Modelspace entity, and a few other minor entities, a developing "harshness" of language which has brought our interpretation to a halt as Igor and I have wrestled around the issue of responsibility. If, as we see developing, the language of the modelspace prompts our interpretation toward the dire, how much should be revealed within our fictions? Are we out to scare people? Are we responsible for promulgating a perhaps unnecessary emotional tone over potential future events? Basically all the deep karma issues have been coming up for us at this time. Being an old fart, with little regard for human sensibilities, it is my view that we say it as we see it develop within the modelspace with no equivocation. Further, my view is that we go the extra distance to deliberately temper our own personal self censors when the information seeming arising within modelspace trends over to the extreme. It was just such an attitude that led to our 'two cities destruction' interpretation in January 2005. At the time both Igor and I were convinced that we were WAAAAY off base and had just sealed our fates, and that of this work, with the outlandish projection of a 'mountain of people/city' being lost to water/mud, and one to be 'sliding down the hill into water'. That we correctly placed one of the disasters within the continental US {ed note: though wrong about where, we thought west coast}, further reinforces my desire to continue along in the vein of what we see, you get. Igor is not so sure of this approach. Basically even he admits that what is driving his caution is fear that we would be correct, rather than wrong. At some point he still expects the visits from the fellows in the white suits with the very large nutjob-catching nets. Much of his free time is spent working out anti-net strategies.

Seriously though, Igor has legitimate concerns, and even his fears are of themselves very telling. They speak to our constant emersion in the darker side of human language globally. They also speak to the very real and continuing to manifest, not-yet-addressed-by-officialdom changes to our planet. I take Igor's fears into account, and after a prolonged wrestling with him, have again won him over to the bolder view. My trump card is now, and has always been a simple saying that those who do not ride out to meet their destiny are doomed to be trampled in the stampede of fate. What gets to Igor about this saying is that we have repeatedly found the same sentiment in every linguistic tradition we have examined for it, and have repeatedly found it in local variations. So I present it to him as a sort of macro meta data layer for our approach, that some views are so true they appear in all times, in all races, and in all cultures. Since we have evidence that this is a repeatedly discovered approach, we are presuming to test its effectiveness by employing it here. Once again Igor has been wrestled into supporting a position of 'in for a penny, in for a pound'. Or better 'hung for a sheep as a lamb'. It takes a while to settle in, but he always gets it. There is a reason that the above discussion is placed here within the Terra entity. Can you guess what it may be? Well, probably you are correct. Things look to be a bit strange, here on earth, in the near and long term future. We find that once again the Terra entity is starting to outpace all of the other entities with its accretion of lexical descriptors. This is an effect we have observed in the past just prior to large scale earth altering events such as has recently been seen in Sumatra tsunami, New Orleans disaster, and the Pakistan earthquake. So our continued interpretation must go to the idea that more such earth context altering changes are on the way. At a very general level we have found that the Terra entity is suggesting that 'two mountains rise new'. Our interpretation at the moment is that 'two new mountains will be formed' rather than the other possible interpretation which goes to the idea that 'two mountains will rise higher than they are now'. The reason we are shading toward the former is that the data set, while offering much to support the 'rising of land' and the 'soaring of earth/ground' has a preponderance at this time of 'new land' and 'newly formed mountains rise'. Since we also have a very large lexical set of descriptors which go to all kinds of 'water' activity, and since we also find that as the modelspace is progressed much of the 'rising of the two new mountains' is shown to be 'hidden from view', or 'not discussed', the interpretation is going to be that these will be 'new lands' or 'islands' and that they will 'build up under seas' before being visible. We also need note that alternate support layers under the aspect of 'seas/oceans' suggests much 'displacement induces heaving/shaking/upsetting', and that 'tapestry {of} waves push sand {into} dwellings'. Further we find that 'wave/energy flows unfettered/unrestrained {in} exposed virgin/new forests', and that 'waves draw out yellow blood', along with 'purple blood flows {following} waves'. We also find that 'speed/force {is at} limit' and that 'ruin arrives suddenly, ground salted, baking halted'. We also note that the 'baking halted' has supporting layers suggestive of a 'commercial bakery'. This may be interpreted as either pointing toward an early morning impact time as bakers work the early shifts, or alternatively as a the manifested halting through destruction of an actual commercial bakery. If the latter, then the suggestion has to be the largest bakery in a very wide region as the supporting sets go toward a 'national/country-wide' impact. Given the supporting sets, we favor the view of an early morning occurrence. While the idea of a couple of new mountains or islands popping up somewhere may seem rather innocuous given recent events, the data is suggesting the reverse. In data patterns very much like those observed prior to the Sumatran tsunami the modelspace is showing events/circumstances which will have 'global impacts'. Further, we have a situation where similar language such as 'land risen/shoved/pressured {into} high position' is seen as 'pressurizing {the planet's} atmosphere,air changed'. Then, as we had observed within the data prior to Sumatra where we had '300/three hundred thousands knocked back to a previous age', we now find the reference to ' 30/thirty millions moved, doubled, doubled again, {and} redoubled feet flee, walking {on the} dead'.

And thus one starts to appreciate the emotional wrestling that affects Igor. The language now, reflective of our reports in January of 2005, has scratched fears given the past year's events. However, we proceed blindly forward, riding out to meet our destiny in a rather stupid fashion as opposed to simply sitting back with a drink/chips and allowing it to be broadcast to us on teevee as our fate. The data would seemingly be placing one or both of these new mountains in the southern hemisphere. There are clear indications from the geographic references that both the southern Pacific ocean, and Antarctica are involved in one 'mountain building wave', while the other would appear to be slated to pop up in the southern Atlantic ocean. In BOTH cases the 'wave forms crush bones {against} building blocks, crush/cave-in/collapse windows' kind of language is also connected to the supporting structures. Further, the effects of the waves are described as being 'tidal' rather than what we had seen within the pretsunami language where 'electrified' was the key descriptor. Here we have 'poured' as the primary descriptor from which all the cross linked 'wave' descriptor sets hang. The supporting descriptors suggest that 'water is poured into the basin', or is 'pouring over the boundaries {between sea and land}'. Further we have many descriptors going to the idea of 'trees/forests flooded' and the 'corpses {of} animals impaled on branches'. This is also supported with diverse sets going to 'small boats slide through broken buildings'. Or 'boats navigate over deeply flooded roads/highways'. And as we had noted with the pre-Katrina disaster of 'people living on roads, debris/discarded goods litter surface', we also have a number of descriptor sets going to 'trapped/imprisoned {on} ramps/roadways' as well as 'constrained {by} waters, islands of concrete, fires/smoke from roofs' This area is very well populated, very descriptive and goes toward the idea of 'infrastructure damage/destruction' at a scale hard to conceive. The imagery keeps on in the same vein as we drill deeper into both the Terra entity and the other cross linked populace entities.

Unlike our previous language sets observe red to apply to the NOLA/Katrina disaster, we have here a distinctly global impact descriptor set which goes to the idea that the 'planet {as a whole} is reduced'. Note that this section is supported with sets going to 'economic' and 'population' rather than the actual mass of the planet. So we do not expect an impact from space to slice off a piece of earth, and thus reduce the whole planet. H0wever it would not be surprising to have an event which significantly damaged global coastal infrastructure, and which reduced the economic capacity of the planet as a whole. As the modelspace is progressed we note that the accretion levels are suggesting from the longer term carry values within the sums, that the 'rise of the new mountains' will occur later in 2006, perhaps in early 2007. However, there is also the supporting accrual rates for the descriptors suggesting that unlike Katrina, or a simple earthquake, this mountain building process may be long, drawn out, hidden at first, then exposed with gathering, and continuing impacts on global human civilization. We are noting this as a background, and continuing pressure on the other entities as the modelspace is progressed forward into Spring and the rest of the year. The effect would seem to build, and thus lend credence to a 'deferred impact' view of the alteration of the planet. Again though, we are still mindfully of our 'unexpected generation of context' seen within the 'slice of the sky' in March. We hope to have further, clarifying descriptor sets within Part 6 to examine. Populace/USofA - Springtime Repression, Unexpected Twists Springtime for Hitler, and Germaneeeee? No, but certainly a new relationship awaits the Populace/USofA and its 'messianic' titular head, Bush. Our processing of the immediacy values, in conjunction with the forecast for a 'confrontation/conflict' period found in Part 4 of this report, are pointing to a period of just under 3/three months in which the whole of the relationship between the populace of the land and the selfproclaimed 'rulers/kings/emperors' will be 'up-ended/over-turned'. The data sets at this point are *not* indicating the 'revolution' which is seen as 'igniting' in the 'heat of summer', but rather are showing that the 'greening of spring' will be bringing a 'cast about/upheaval' of the 'political order' such that *all* the emotive sums, and dominant aspects are replaced within the churn of the new immediacy values. The data set is clearly stating that bespoke 'repression' awaits the Populace/USofA entity this Spring, though more

accurately the 'repression' aspect becomes dominant within the entity around April 4th within the modelspace. The 'repression' is seen, via cross links from Bushista entity, to terminate in 'bloodily bowels, excrement {in the} Street'. Note that the word 'street' is deliberately capitalized as it came through the processing as a 'label' or place name, rather than as a descriptor. Further we find that the origination point within Bushista entity for the cross link is 'fools', and this aspect's attribute set has a primary values going to 'discipline {is} required {to} ensure/continue worship/adoration'. Hmm. We also need to remain cognizant of the 'international incidents/crises' which are suggested to manifest early in June/July, and which will work to squeeze on already 'pressurized' emotions within the USofA between populace and dictatorial regime. With this in mind, we note that at the beginning of the 'over-turning' of the 'relationship/proper alignment' between 'populace' and 'ruler', there will appear a 'wall/cordon' from the west. This 'wall' is seen as being composed of 'dark gray clouds' which will 'deliver no rain'. Instead we find that the 'dark gray clouds' are there to 'wall off the disorder' or alternatively to 'contain the spillage/mess'. The suggestion that naturally may arise in the minds of the paranoid is that the Chinese may sail over a few boats to prevent the 'contagion of rebellion' from floating across the Pacific to their shores. Further, we find a revealing clue in that an 'announcement of thunder' is made from the 'clouds from the west' in order that the 'word of the sun' is 'provided {as the} brick {in the} wall'. A bit obscure perhaps, but one interpretation would be the announcement that "sunburst" missiles were being carried. Now we note that the timing suggested by the modelspace indicates a late Spring or very early Summer time for the appearance of the 'wall of gray clouds from the west'. And that the 'wall' is 'stationed/positioned' in direct response within the modelspace to the shift of the 'rebellion/revolution' aspect from static-state to rising-state. So, again the interpretation is that a shift from talking about revolution to actually manifesting it is the trigger for the 'wall of western clouds'. Internally within the Populace/USofA entity the accretion flow within the processing is showing that as the release period {ed note: Dec. 3, 2005 through Feb. 27,2006} is completing, the emotional shift begins within the Populace/USofA toward the view of 'self', which is to say the populace as a whole, as 'owner' of the country, to the idea of being 'property/slaves' of the dictatorial regime. Curiously, this idea of the populace as 'property' does not come from within the Populace/USofA entity, but rather from a terminating cross link. What we find as the Populace/USofA entity is advanced through the modelspace is that the entity constructs a lexical set around the terminating aspect from a cross link which originates within the Bushista entity. The point of origin in juxtaposition with the terminator, and its subsequent growth, suggest that what happens is that Bush/et al 'cannot be dissuaded from flying too high' {ed note: flying too high is the archetypical descriptor for both extreme narcissism, and extreme risk}. This 'inability to hold down {the} urge to seek danger' within the Bushista entity causes the Populace/USofA entity to start rapidly forming lexical sets around bespoke 'fear'. While we frequently see the appearance of 'fear' as an aspect, this instance is particularly troubling as the set is supported by twin aspect/attribute sets. In one we have the 'fear of annihilation' while the other is headed by terminating cross linked aspects for 'heavenly war' or 'crusade'. In this latter set the language is disturbingly populated with aspects/attribute sets going to the idea of the 'mind chasing its own grand view {of itself}'. This in turn is heavily supported by language indicative of 'religious fervor'. Within the 'religious fervor' aspect/attribute set, the supporting aspects include 'bird flying/chasing reflection'. Also, and again as a termination point for several cross links we find aspects/attributes with imagery as 'no precautions taken {against} danger', and this in turn is supported by 'impending danger solicited {by} unwary movements/attitude'. Further support within the set goes to the idea of 'heavenly/divine shield {is} believed'. Hmm. This don't sound too good, especially as we find that it is a terminating cross link from Bushista which originates as 'wounded {in the} too reckless movement'. Further the termination point aspect of 'divine spell/guard/wish/delusion' also contains language for '{your} attack, {results in} wounding of self', and 'incautious {from} delusion/disturbed state produces/creates deep wounds, temper exposed/released'.

As the modelspace is progressed through this period, the 'grandeur of self' is seen as 'blinding the rulers' to the 'obvious danger' and in spite of 'protestations' from the populace, the fear that the 'rulers/elite will attack' is the proximate point of origin for the 'rebellion/revolution' language to shift its values from passive to active state. This period coincides with the months of March, April, May, and early June. During this time, the building tensions amid the 'alteration of status' between the Populace/USofA and the Bushista entity are also very extensively cross linked over to the Markets entity. It is *apparently* this cross linking which begins the shift to active state values within the 'rebellion' aspect of Populace/USofA. As near as we can interpret the very large set of confusing cross links, it would seem that the 'lack of response' to a 'superficial display' from the 'rulers/elite' to the populace will be felt within the Markets entity. Specifically the 'housing' sub section. This sub set has a dominant aspect which is reinforcing of the 'out of season' feel to things. We get language that says that a 'winter chill, out-of-season, {in} spring' will affect the housing markets. Further this 'chill' will be 'wrapped' with 'enchanting words' by the rulers, but nonetheless, this will have very little impact on the reality of the situation. It is this economically dominated nexus of cross links which appears to be the temporal marker for the developments which will follow. A series of 'grandiose' words are 'proffered' first, and are viewed as 'rejected by slaves', which induces 'temper flows red/blood', and that in turn sets off the response in the Populace/USofA toward 'rebellion against {change in} status'. We also need to note that the language within the Markets aspects/attribute sets which participates within this three-way link up, goes to the idea that 'hundreds of millions' are affected. Not just within the USofA, but globally. And this in turn, that is, the global nature of the situation, is what induces both 'impotence' and 'raging frustration' within the 'rulers/elites'. Further, it is this emotional thread that is the stimulation to which the populace is seen to respond. Also, according to our data, a very public 'temper tantrum/breakdown' will be a clear marker that the emotive shift is beginning. Within the modelspace for the period of the emotive shift of the populace to ruler relationship, we have both the beginnings of the next phase of the Populace/USofA entities status, as well as the remnants of the fading language. At the point that aspects drop off rapidly, a key indicator for rapid change, we also sometimes have not only replacement, but growth of aspect sets. This we take as the indication of a "crux period". We have identified such periods within the chart at the beginning of this report. We can note that in spite of the clearly larger set describing the late January/early February crux period, the March 22 'slice of the sky' crux has the largest impact on the Populace/USofA in so far as sheer emotive sums are concerned. Further, in spite of both points having extensive long term carry values, the March 22 point has greater emotive sums at all levels of impact suggestive of a very large and on going presence in things affecting human future actions for some considerable time.

Bushista - Fate Changes Rage, Religions Masticated The immediacy values {ed note: usually with a range of 3/three days to 3/weeks} for Bushista have accrued significantly within this last week's processing. This is indicative of a very tumultuous time period for their extent of approximately 3/three weeks. There are clearly defined "blips" where the values seem to jump into the entity. As the release period tone continues to express itself within January, the Bushista entity continues to gain more rather than different values. This is especially true for the rest of January until the last days of the month. The Bushista entity emotional sums indicate at this point that we can expect the Bush misadministration to continue its push for a 'dictatorial view' of the world in which Bush et al are 'divinely guided in knowing what is best for all'. This attitude of 'I want' and 'I will in spite of you' not only solidifies but also grows as the month progresses. Our data indicates a large jump in this language and posturing is coming in the second half of January. Much of the verbiage is seen revolving around the 'I have the right/authority' and is focused on the NSA internal spying issue. We also note that through the cross links between the Populace/USOfA and Bushista entity, the picture from the Bushista point of view is emotively opposite the Populace/USofA point-of-view. As noted above the Populace/USofA will take the emotional stance of

'repression/oppression' which is only a few emotive numbers down from 'slavery', and in their hardening of response, will start the feedback loop with Bushista entity in which Bushista takes the emotive stance of seeing is as the 'unruly/criminal populace in revolt/opposition'. And thus we see the beginning of the emotive threads emerge within January which, when chained together with events/attitudes/responses of the following few months, leads to the rising aspect of 'revolution' within the Populace/USofA entity over the course of Spring/Summer. Further, the state of emotional opposition within Bushista entity is composed of lexical sets which are sub sets of, and lead to, the previously described condition of 'conflict' which emerges on August 31, 2006. Much of the Bushista rhetoric over these next 3/three weeks will be focused on putting out the message that they 'have the claim of authority'. Now noting that 'claim' is rising, this argues that the issue is open even within the mind of Karl Rove/Dick Cheney, as the 'claim' of authority has to wait for 'confirmation' by reality. That is to say, a claim of authority within manifesting universe begets a response of either, "we accept, and comply" or "we dispute, and reject compliance". So linguistically, the claim of authority is substantially a question to universe, and those within it who may be affected/impacted. In this case, the data indicates by the growth of the lexical sets which include rising aspects of 'posturing', and 'positioning' that throughout much of the middle of the month, the Bush admin will continue to 'claim authority' in a variety of ways. Further we see that this tonality continues all through the month, increasing during the last 2/two weeks {ed note: likely as hearings get underway about the subject within the CONgress}. However, this month is the middle of the release period discussed in detail in previous ALTA reports, and as such will bring some very sharp twists and turns of events. The data is indicating that Bushista entity will be 'exposed' to a very different subject in the last few days of January. The effect will be that a new subject will apparently 'suddenly appear' on the national stage which is seen as 'yanking/jerking' control of events or even debate away from the Bushistas. There is some language deep within the entity which may be suggesting that what appears on or before February 3rd will be the result of a 'scheme gone bad/wrong/failed'. And since this area participates within the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer, it is our interpretation that yet another failed effort/crime/conspiracy will emerge very rapidly into a full blown 'energy drain' for Bushista. There is much supporting language under the 'energy' aspect suggestive that 'energy resources' are at risk within or because of the 'exposure' of Bushista. As an aside, the wording of 'exposure' comes from cross links to participating meta data layer of 'secrets revealed' which crests out near end of July for Bushista. The cresting of the participation within the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer does not necessarily mean that all of the Bushista's secrets are out by July, but rather that the emotional tone of the wave is cresting. This is another way of saying that the direct, emotional response of the rest of us to the Bushista secrets revealed will begin with the peak of the revelation of those secrets. Yet one more statement for further clarity, the Bush secrets out by July will be the ones which power the emotional response of the Populace/USofA and GlobalPop for the next two years. There may be other secrets/crimes revealed, but they will be of lesser emotive importance and will go to the strengthening of emotional response waves, rather than the wave's creation. The appearance of the 'new subject' matter for the Bushista to digest is shown within the modelspace as arriving 'suddenly' and is 'unexpected', at least within the Bushista mind. There are cross links going to the idea that the 'new subject yanks attention, depletes energy, reduces resources'. We need to note that this whole area of Bushista is very heavily cross linked to the Terra entity, and specifically the several appearances of the 'reduce' word within Bushista are all cross linked back to the 'reduction by one-third' which was discussed in Part 4. These multiple occupancies of 'reduced' with their cross links are acting as reinforcing elements to the data which states clearly that 'earth/terra rises' and during this 'rise' a 'mountaintop is sheered' following which the 'winds assault'. This in turn is seen as causing evacuation and the relocation of 'one-half' of the population. Unfortunately, the data we have suggests that the other half of the population which lived behind the now peak-less mountain don't need to relocate due to lack of life. The suggestion from the data is firming up towards a shift in emotive tone towards 'grief' and 'somber ritual'. The modelspace has 'grief' gaining supporting values from the very end of January through February, though we note that the circumstances which bring on the onset of grief occur before February 3rd. Thereafter it is the emotional wave and its response/counter waves which dominate, albeit in a waning fashion, right up to the end of March.

On a slightly less grim note, the data needs to be examined from the point of view of the entity. While there are many cross links suggesting that the external-to-Bushista events of late January, early February are causative in nature, and precipitate the emotive directions, and sums that we find, there is also the suggestion that the reaction is one more 'felt' by the Bushista entity, than 'propagated' by it. That is to say, the 'burdens' and sudden appearance of 'large/huge weights' of emotional response waves within the Bushista entity may well be forecasting a real loss of power which the entity finds 'devastating' to its 'self {image}' such that 'confusion {of} direction/plan' cause it to lose its way. There is a small area within the entity which goes to the idea that during the events/circumstances {ed note: which apparently take about 5/five days to be fully revealed} the Bushista response begins with 'unfettered rage'. The imagery comes out for 'withered penis, shriveled/withdrawn testicles', and a bit higher up, 'blood red faces screaming {in/from} shock'. We also need to note that the 'winter shocks' which have been discussed in the last few ALTA reports of 2005 are still prevalent, and still Terra focused. This may be suggesting that planetary problems emerge and as a side effect, cause the disruption in the Bushista plans as well as somehow depriving the entity of the 'power/energy' to *ever* accomplish those plans. PLEASE NOTE that this area of the Bushista entity is replete with references to 'finality', and 'completion' such that the entity is indicating that whatever occurs to so upset the Bush admin cart, it does so in a fashion that the 'cart' loses its 'wheels' as well as 'breaks {it's} axle'. This is clearly suggestive of some crisis so deep as to produce a reduction of power to the Bushista on all levels, and as the entity imagery states, leaves an 'empty husk'. For the outsiders, the emotional 'displays of spitting rage' will be alternating with 'crushed under burdens, weight of universe, weeping {in/with} self-pity'. Hmm. Sounds like good television coming up in February. An unexpected nugget of information was gleaned from the lexical sub set of the Bushista entity in which the 'withered penis' and 'blood red faces' exist. We always drill as deeply as we can within those sections of major entities in which human body parts or processes are referenced as these are indicative of very extreme emotional value sets, and are the highest levels of archetypical structures within the modelspace. In this case, both references are acquired within the very immediate value sets processed, and both come into play within the entity directly following the 5/five day reveal period of January 30th through February 3rd. Noting that the granularity of the modelspace may have the timing off by a couple of days {ed note: may be best described as February 2 through 6 inclusive at the outside of the range}, we nonetheless pick up that the body parts references are extremely high in immediacy values, but also contain extremely long term values as well. An unusual combination. And one worth additional exploration. We shifted some of the data around within the entity such that these unusual immediate, and long term human body references were more visible, and then progressed the modelspace out to its furthest extents which took us to March of 2007. As we watched over the course of that progression, it became clear that the 'unexpected' events/circumstances of February through to late March of 2006, are forming a core of state change within the Bushista entity. The impression given to the observer is that the Bushista entity is one of the first to be privy to information which will have very large long-term impact implications. This information is somehow related to the 'destruction of religious faith', and the 'alteration of reality/manifesting universe' such that 'monotheistic religion' begins to 'dissipate {into} vapor/hyperbole'. We note that the only religions actually named in the data set are 'christian', 'judaism', and 'muslim'. We also are able to note that while the Bushista entity will be the first to get an intimation of the 'death of religious faith', the wave of manifesting reality will catch the rest of the planet sometime late in the year, possibly in early December of 2006. The effect within the modelspace is very much of a small stone creating ripples in a pond which barely reach the edge of the pond before being overwhelmed by a very large rock which creates the same type of wave, just scales the magnitude significantly. On the more visible side of the entity, when the modelspace is progressed through January, placing the focus on the first weeks of February, the entity is showing that the events/circumstances which are afflicting it emotionally, will create a feeling of 'burden', and interestingly within the 'burden' reference the supporting aspect/attribute sets go to the idea of the entity perceiving the 'burden' as being 'unjust' and 'counter to will of heaven/god'. The suggestion from this area of the data is that the situation burdening the Bushista entity is contributory to an emotional set-up in which the 'god directed' universe is now felt by the entity as being 'out of whack/discordant'. This is an odd bit of foreshadowing to the other, larger emotive

trend toward the 'death of religious faith' which develops both later, and in a completely different part of the entity and modelspace. Conclusion: Part 5 - Stinky is Better Now you can see why Igor is strung so tight. He runs around screaming "you can't write that! People will freak!". Well, perhaps people will freak, but I am aware constantly of both the level of the language, and that we have indeed seen manifest death and destruction and earth/solar system changes in the last 14 months that exceeds anything in the prior decades. The point is that language changes proceed human behavior changes. Language is changing significantly. Thus we anticipate further levels of change which of a necessity can't be all good. What comes at the details level is anyone's guess, but what our linguistic shifts are showing is that while we may be gnawing on universe, it is clearly also gnawing on us. Time to see how tasty we might be. Under the circumstances, being old, tough, sour, and nasty smelling might just be an advantage. Part 6 is expected to be posted on Saturday, January 21, 2006. We anticipate being able to get at all the detail layers of the immediacy values for the market affecting entities, but note that as we move into the 16th, the number of economic references should escalate fairly steadily such that they dominate by the end of the release period. Data set distilled from 67.335 million reads . Analysis - Tricky Situation The recent OBL tape message has brought us to one of our essential problems with this technology. We have nearly the same sorts of concerns for recent data points coming out of the Terra entity (see below). The core issue is that we have no certain, nor no sure knowledge. At best we have a really flaky way of generating wild-ass-guesses which have, at least intermittently, and recently, been somewhat accurate in the broad measure. So we do not ever "know" things that are going to occur. What we do have is a loose descriptive text which *may* be argued, after the fact, applies to a particular situation, period, or event. A guess. As such, we have a personal burden to err on the side of caution in what we post as we recognize that information has a life and a direction of its own, yet the originators always continue to bear responsibility at some level once it is released. As we have an arguably better accuracy rate than many of the other internetnutjobs, we feel compelled to be very cautious when expressing our interpretation of the modelspace, especially when it concerns war/terrorism and like events. Our concern is easily understood. On the one hand we have the natural inclination to provide what data/guesses we may have to assist in reducing impacts on the humans that may be indicated as potential "affect-ees" within our data. But we also recognize that our data is loose at best, always is subject to interpretation other than our own, and is frequently wrong. Yes, in the main, we have had good results in the last few years, but there is never any guarantee that our current or future work will yield the same level of accuracy. There is also the issue of misunderstanding of our results, especially if some portion of it gets out-and-about, even if it is later deemed to be reasonably accurate. We site for instance our call, some 3/three weeks before it occurred, of the East Coast/USofA power outage of a couple of years back. We had that one pegged as resulting from terrorism, and at this point, no evidence exists that that was the case. True, we console ourselves with the idea that, at the time of the outage, *everyone* instantly assumed terrorism, so we were not totally wrong. Nonetheless, our reluctance to post anything related to terrorism is still very high. The issues as we examine the situation are that problems arise both if we are correct, or inaccurate. In the case of being correct, there is some probability of a visit by officialdom (which would take a whole lot of explaining), and the subsequent perceived loss of control of the technology, as well as

the general state of fascistic paranoia running rampant at the officialdom levels. Frankly, this is one of Igor's main concerns as persons in officialdom are not known for either imagination nor willingness to believe the truth, so problems would naturally arise. The other concern is the potential impact on peoples lives if the data were acted upon by being released into-the-wild of the internet. So much possible chaos emerges as a real probability, that one shudders at the harm which could be done by some very good intentions. So we are wrestling with these issues as we go forward. It is true that our next run will scrub the data sets very diligently for 'terrorism' and related lexical clues, but even so, the results may bring their own levels of problems both to those within the HPH self-organizing collective, as well as to our ability to continue this work. We note that official notice has a tendency to chill innovation/imagination, and this is a very foreseeable consequence of accuracy of prognostication when it comes to terrorists events. Basically the gov't types would not have the imagination to accept how we do what we do, and therefore are likely to actively disbelieve such methods in favor of our actually "knowing something", as opposed to our real method of operation which is to have the guts to guess wildly on the slimmest of hints and for public entertainment. Nonetheless, and bearing in mind the recent OBL tape, the subscribers are invited to re-examine the charts below.

Markets - Iron Fist Suffocates, Dollar Goat Haggis The Markets entity has acquired a considerable number of cross links in excess of the level of general accrual of lexical descriptor sets. In other words, new links are forming between already exist ant descriptors within the entity, and newly acquired descriptor sets within other entities. This has had several effects on the Markets entity. One of these has been to significantly raise its participation level within the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer. The cross links within this area are composed almost entirely of immediacy values, and our interpretation is that some real 'shocks' will arise before the end of Winter which will 'derail' the markets. It would seem likely, given our other descriptor sets, that a very large, nasty, and sexually tainted 'sharing of interests/goals/commonality' will probably emerge as a result of the trial of Ken Lay of Enron Fiasco fame. The cross links are suggesting that this 'sharing of interests/goals' will 'bind the merchant and the ruler'. Hmm. Not much prediction there as the relationship between Bush and Lay goes back years and is well documented. However, our data is suggestive of a 'deep settling', or 'reaching deep {into the} sediment' which will 'expose the unexpected' and is shown by the aspect/attributes as 'producing/initiating waves of pressure, leading to collapse'. This last may be implying a 'collapse' of an actual human/person, in that we have much suggesting that the 'collapse {will be} seen repeatedly' as though caught on teevee for endless review. There is some small ambiguity within the lexical sums leading to the 'collapse' language, and that aspect may be better interpreted with the secondary value set which would have it as 'implosion/breakdown'. This shading necessarily suggests a very public emotional breakdown as a result of the 'revealing/revelation {of} secrets long encased/entombed {in} sediment/at-thebottom'. The 'breakdown/collapse' is explicitly supported as the 'cause' or 'leading provocation' for the 'imposition {of the} iron fist' on the Markets. This in turn is supported by aspect/attribute sets going to the 'iron fist imposes control' and this in turn is supported by 'constrictor/constraints seize {the} throat'. These actions, described within supporting sets as 'grasping the gullet', and 'restricting the airway/throat' are all internally cross linked over to 'cessation'. The termination of the cross links at the 'cessation' aspect go to the supporting aspect/attribute set which includes 'cessation of flow' and that is supported by 'suffocation of

interests' and 'air flows crushed'. In turn these sets are supported by 'rules/heuristics applied wrongly/mistakenly, flows cease, unity lost'. Much of the origination points for the new cross links are internally connected within Markets entity to 'commodities', and within that to 'food' of all kinds. Again, we must note that a recurrence of 'restricted movement' and 'austerity' are supported by 'encounter with scarcity'. These layers have been persistent in appearing. Our interpretation is that an increasing level of pressure on commodities is about to go blooey, and release as a result of the 'secrets revealed' which in turn will directly impact commodities of all kinds, but with very specific references to 'food'. A lot of the 'food' references are pointed toward the grains. We note that historically, it was wheat futures that signaled the 1930's bond collapse and what was to become "round two" of the Depression. Our Markets entity has picked up a very large level of accretion of grains, and other foods language unexpectedly in processing the remaining immediacy values. The USofA 'dollar' descriptor set, within the Markets entity {ed note: heavily weighted toward "trading/forex" language}, as the modelspace is moved forward through Winter, gains the rising aspect of 'concealment removed'. While slightly lower in the lexical set, this aspect is of the group which produces 'secrets revealed'. This 'concealment removed' though, has a supporting set of aspect/attributes which differentiate it from the meta data layer of 'secrets revealed' even as it participates within that layer. The supporting data sets shade the context toward an 'active' state, of 'removal' in which 'hidden hands' are seen as 'stripping cloth {of} concealment away'. This active state aspect also is supported by aspect/attributes going to 'hands/skills remove blinding/concealing cloth, insight provided'. Further, the primary aspect of the 'action of removal' explicitly is supporting the idea of an 'outsider/stranger' who is providing the action of removing the 'concealment'. Once this 'exposure {to the} light' is complete, the data suggests that the 'support/fundament {of the} dollar {is} wounded {in the} left thigh'. Then, held within the 'wounded' aspect, and supporting it, the descriptor set goes to 'fast action saves {a/some} few', 'road blocked, current {too} swift', 'flight/escape {is the} only road/way forward, blood {on the} stones'. The 'concealment' aspect contains support for 'obscurity', and 'dark {as the} inside {of a} goat stomach'. Further the aspect is supported by repeated, and diverse language to 'smell', and 'stench'. Much of the language goes to the idea of 'bloated', 'rotted', and 'rotting {in the} sun'. These in turn are part of the supporting sets which are then linked over to the area of the Markets entity, sub set 'usofa dollar', where the aspect of 'vibration' appears around the 4th of February. This area of 'vibration' is supported by 'secrets revealed' language, as well as 'sudden' and 'rapid', as well as 'out of range', and 'unexpected'. There are several and conflicting ways we could interpret this area. First there is the idea of a 'sudden tension within the range of normal vibration', or alternatively, there is enough supporting language that we could offer a 'sudden vibration/energy/movement impacts {the} usual range {of activity}'. In either case, by tying it back through the cross links to the 'stench', we do arrive at the following 'sudden vibration/energy' or 'energetic activity' is central in 'revealing concealment' which in turn exposes 'bloated stench'. This is all within the 'usofa dollar' descriptor set. The majority of the cross links appear in late February, and gather strength in the last days of Winter as the modelspace is progressed over the March equinox period. Within the supporting set of 'energetic activity' or 'sudden movement', we also have extensive, external cross links over to 'oil/energy'. There are many, well populated, and fully supported descriptor sets within the 'oil/energy' to 'dollar' cross link set which contain references to 'intelligence' in the sense of "an organization dedicated to spying/results of spying/results of deep thinking". These are also extensively cross linked to the 'secrets revealed' meta data layer impacts on Markets, and are cross linked over to 'obscurity/darkness {of the} goat belly'. Hmm. Yep, imagine it is pretty dark in them goat stomachs. This may account for why our spies don't find much "intelligence" in there. Populace/USofA - Danger Ignored The processing of the immediacy values results in an array of sums of the emotional characteristics of the individual words and phrases, as well as the collection of supporting words and phrases (otherwise known as descriptors). When we plot the differences from this processing against the longer range value results

also obtained from this round of processing we can ascertain the specific short term trends which may, and usually do, propel or amplify the longer term shifts in social alignments. In the case of the most recent processing and due to a happy accident of universe, we had nearly 23/twenty-three million unprocessed short-term, and immediate value sets. For us, this is as though we have a pair of binoculars with which to study the details of a far away field. Of course even fortuitous events present challenges, and this is no exception. The 23 million reads is more than we usually get for an entire report section, and this level of details and modifiers could consume several weeks of interpretation. However, being immediacy values, they will go stale rapidly. The spread on the results is usually from "today" to about "3/three weeks" in impact. So, as with any good data cook, we must be fast to preserve our "freshness". At this point in the processing for the Populace/USofA, two distinct data accretions are appearing when the entity is loaded into modelspace. The first is a very large area of modification sets. These are descriptor sets which come into the modelspace and cluster around/under existing aspects so as to add or decrease emotional sums for that aspect while providing details in the form of additional aspect/attributes which may also occasionally produce further clarity in our interpretation. The second noticeable data accretion is happening at the level of the longer term trends. Within this area, our data is adding distinct, separate aspects/attribute sets, rather than modifiers {ed note: though to make everything really clear as mud, these can and do alter the interpretation of near-by aspect sets}. How is it that short term or immediacy value sets can add aspects/attributes to longer term trend groups? Well, ever so glad you asked. What happens is that as some emotional sums, even within immediacy level values (*Zero days to three weeks), reach a level of repetitious summation, they cross into the next level of duration {ed note: works up or down, increase or decrease time-to-impact}. What is a repetitious summation? Well, that is when the same numeric value is derived from differing word groups, and is repeated seen showing up in the data set. In other words, if we had the descriptor for "dancing elephant" show up in the data, its emotional summation for immediacy-of-impact would be 0213 which links to the lexicon at the word/aspect set whose first representation is "curiosity". Then if in another part of the data, the descriptor for "hairless minks" appeared, it would also have an immediacy-of-impact value which linked over to the 'curiosity' set within the lexicon. And so on. As each new, separate data set sums up to 'curiosity', we add another level of value to a counter for that aspect. At some point the repeated, summed sets which link to 'curiosity' will rise to a significant percentage of the activity within the entity as a whole. At that point, 'curiosity' is elevated to the next level of impact, or 'short term' which is 3/three weeks out to about 3/three months. Further, at that time, the various descriptors which all are linked to 'curiosity' via their sums, are added to the entity as supporting aspects/attributes to 'curiosity'. And, as if that is not tediously complex enough, just as in the human universe, emotional waves can gather into long-term affecting trends by sheer weight of numbers. Again, just as in the human universe, emotion is *the* instigator for action. So within our modelspace the whole of entity is movement is driven by the complexity of the continually changing emotional sums which are plotted against our more-or-less screwy ideas of how long those emotions persist within time. This is how short term values, repeated often enough, grow to be long term affecting trends within the modelspace. In previous ALTA report sections we have discussed the meta data layer of 'secrets revealed' and how that layer was seen merging with 'aggression' to form a new, larger, more dominating meta data layer of 'conflict' as the modelspace is progressed past the August 31, 2006 point. Now we have more confirming descriptors for that view showing up within the Populace/USofA entity within the short term and immediacy values. These sets are also contributing to the 'conflict' meta data layer participation base within the entity. Basically this means that the populace within the USofA is now beginning to experience the emotional precursors to the conflict(s) shown developing from June/July onward within the chart below.

Terra - Ninety East Rises, One Mountain Down

As a rule we do not post geographic references. The reason has to do with the many tens of millions of place names that come up in each ALTA report data gathering run. How are we to obtain levels of "significance" relative to the emotional values we obtain from other words? While it is true that place names are evocative, and thus do have emotional values, such emotions as these names may bring to the surface are not easily quantifiable. So as a rule, we are reluctant to provide place names for any of the emotive forecasting that arises in these reports. Of course, we occasionally screw up and do reference such places. This is one of those times. We have had a consistent emergence of repetitions of '90 E' or 'ninety east'. These have come up together as well as being held as separate, but linked values within the data set. The sheer number of references has given us pause and led to this decision. We get millions of place name labels, which we are at great pains to filter out during the processing, therefore, when some do get through, we get our curiosity piqued and will play around with the references. We have done so this time. The conclusion that has come up is that relative to the repeated references for 'new lands' rising we have a potential location. This idea of 'new lands' or a 'new island' has been consistently seen this last year, but its initial appearance was seen some three to four years back. We also have other Terra entity references which go to the idea of a 'global coastal' affecting event, and other, related references which go to the 'southern indian ocean'. Then, the planet has actually provided a huge pointer to the region by the Sumatran earthquake and tsunami, so forecasting future changes in the region is not as wild a guess as it may seem. Therefore, with the caveat that next to timing, our place-name associations are the weakest of our data sets, we offer the idea that the "Ninety-East Ridge" as is detailed in the map to be found at this LINK-TO-MAP is the site of at least one of the 'new land' events that our modelspace is forecasting. At the site above, if one moves the mouse over the near vertical ridge line south of India, a small informational popup appears in which the "enigmatic" nature of the ridge at 90E is described. Basically the popup is saying that science *doesn't* have a clear understanding as to what the nature of the ridge is, nor why it is located there. We are postulating that the "plasma expansion model" for planetary formation may be operating, and if so, the recent bulging of the earth at the equator, as well as the rise in great earthquakes, and other, observable phenomena are precursors to a rapid expansion of the planet itself. While rarely discussed, and on the far bleeding edge of universe science, the plasma expansion model says that the 'energy to matter equation occurs constantly. The energy from the universal center, as plasmatic waves, travels to the center of each galaxy, and from there, to the center of each planetary body {of sufficient size} where it emerges from the very core of the planet as matter as per Einstein, et al. As the plasma energy emerges into the core of the planet and coverts to matter, there necessarily is an increase in size of the planetary body....' which, since the new matter is appearing at the edge of the plasma to core boundary of the planet {ed note: no iron/nickel core for earth, magnetic field is generated by the plasma} causes the planet to expand occasionally. While not advocating the plasma expansion model, we do note that as a theory it has all the bases covered, and would certainly have caused continental shifts, including the crustal movements which have Hapgood et al arguing for "pole shift". Further, the plasma expansion model also provides the required energy levels for the 'continental drift' or 'plate tectonic' theories, which absent its input have never demonstrated where this energy for the plate movement originates. However, disregarding the plasma expansion model, we still are finding data within our modelspace which shows that two, separate instances of 'new lands' will be manifesting over the course of the long-termemotive sums, which is between zero days, and 19/nineteen months in extent. And within this last section of processing we have repeated references to '90 east' showing up relative to the location of one of the two new land events. So we are offering this location on the "for what it it worth" basis. The data is also reasonably clear that the 'impact/effect creates/generates waves', and that these waves are seen as 'affecting/altering' all coastal areas of the planet. Within that section of the Terra entity, the data suggests that the 'rise/uplifting {of the} new lands/islands causes/creates waves/flow {which} goes round {the} globe/planet 7/seven times in 4/four days'. Further, the cross links go to two differing types of impacts of these waves. The first we have examined is the Terra entity, and its description for 'coasts scrubbed' and 'contours changed'. The second arises from the cross links to the two populace entities, and

the Markets entity. In this latter case, the 'waves' are seen as causing a 'reeling/staggering {of the} mind trying/grasping {to accept the} new shape/contour of earth'. In the first case, the language sets contain references to the new shape of the continents, new levels of ocean waters, new currents, and the destruction and loss of all the old ports, harbors, deltas, and other coastal infrastructure. In the case of the second, we have the same language appearing at the aspect set level, but within its supporting aspect/attributes we find that the populace entities, and the markets entities are seemingly painting a picture of a completely new economic world. Both of these sets of links are describing a level of impact not easily conceived, and one which would be discarded as a horrid fantasy had not the earth already experienced significant planetary changes as seen in the Sumatran earthquake, and the Pakistani earthquake, and the Katrina/Hurricane disasters. So, given that it has been a really rough year for earth events, it makes the idea of the 'two new lands' seem somehow less unreal, in spite of the magnitude of potential impact being forecast. This last point needs to be reinforced. At this juncture in our processing the area for the 'two new lands' contains emotional levels suggestive of something perhaps 100/one hundred times as impacting as all three of these previous disasters. The data is clearly stating casualty levels to exceed 30 millions globally. Of course, the caveat of numbers and decimal points not necessarily coming through our processing accurately is always to be held in the mind. We had said that '13/thirteen' millions would be 'living on the road' as a result of the 'city going back into the mud from which its bricks were made', which was our lexicon pointer to the NOLA/Katrina disaster. In fact, it was 1.3/one-point-three million who were 'living on the road'. So in this case, it was a decimal point issue. We may again be examining that same sort of artifact of our processing in that numbers can be, and frequently are, misleading within our modelspace. There is a need to reinforce that the modelspace, Terra entity has been suggesting since late last year that yet one more 'mountain of people', aka a 'city' will go down this year. As we have the issues of a potential for new lands and the subsequent impact on shore lines, this would likely be a logical result for some lowlying cities. We have no geographic references worth mentioning at this time. However we do note the continued accretion of values to the set, so the circumstances, at least within modelspace, are reinforcing the idea that such a catastrophe is still pending. Silver - Shift Happens, Twice One of the movements that an entity can make through modelspace is determined by a key value which we term the entity's "primacy" value. This is a value, determined by careful summation of all of its aspect values, which has a potential range of 0/zero to 168/one-hundred-sixty-eight. As with much of our work, we started at zero and expanded out as the data forced a re-think about possible ranges. Basically we are inventing as we go along so many of the scales and ranges and identified values are refined over time. In the case of the "primacy value", this range represents the aggregate emotional tone of the entity. One could also think of this value as its current "emotional vibration rate". A good example can be visualized as the general state of a group which is being pressured by outside events, such as say the Enron company in the last days as circumstances brought out information which impacted all the employees and stockholders during its unfolding. In this example the primary state followed a predictable pattern of denial and rejection of the information, then assessment/acceptance, followed by anger. Noting that not all persons involved went through the same emotive timing, and that each would have had some personal variant on the general grief process, if one could have modeled Enron at the time, its progression through an emotive summation modelspace such as ours, would have yielded a series of jerky movements through various primacy state changes. Such shifts in primacy states are points at which very long lasting, and deeply impacting events/circumstances occur. It was changes in primacy states of various sub entities which allowed us to forecast the two cities/mountains-of-people which would be lost in 2005, along with the shift into and out of the emotional tension building period (July - December 3 2005), and the description of the current emotional tension release period. As we have many entities within the modelspace, and some so large they have sub set/sub entities, the number of lexical changes at any point is large, however primary state value shifts are, within that context, relatively infrequent. Therefore we have a tendency to pay attention to them. Such a primary state shift is now occurring within the Silver entity. Bearing in mind that the Silver entity is a proxy for very precious commodities with a focus on the precious metals of silver, gold, and the platinum group metals, we note that the shift of primary state value within this entity is actually composed of two steps which will take 4/four months to unfold.

The first of the shifts underway is from a primary aspect sum of 121 down to 28. A very large jump in our range under any conditions, and as the range increases in emotive potential the closer one gets to zero, this is a very large change for the potential-to-engender-an-emotional-response for the Silver entity. One way to conceive this value is to consider the number as representing the capability for the entity to evoke an emotional reaction in a group of people. In that sense the summation value represents the conjunction of two components of an emotional reaction, that is, the level of emotional response, and the size of the group involved. So within our scale, the closer an primary value gets to zero, the larger the emotional response involved, and the larger the group affected. The processing to determine the values is carefully constructed such that a large group response at the ho-hum-couldn't-care-less level would generate a value near that of a smaller group with a very high emotions on the subject. Make sense? Clear as mud? In the consideration of the Silver entity, we have two of the primary state value shifts to interpret. The first is underway now, and represents the continuation of the alteration of consciousness within the two populace entities, though the largest impact is within the Populace/USofA entity. This entity, through cross links, contributes to the shift in attitude which is actually visible within the recent run-up in prices for both the precious metals and the energy components of the commodities baskets. As noted elsewhere within this section, 'food' in many forms is surfacing as one of the 3/three elements which appear to be involved within the current primary state shift for the Silver entity. That is to say that the data is indicating that very soon the whole of the markets will be further involved within a new paradigm in which 'silver/gold/pgm' and 'food/grains' will be part of a 3/three way 'balancing act' with 'energy'. Two of the legs are now in place and the movements within the modelspace suggest that 'food' as a globally traded commodity will soon rush in to complete the grouping. As that occurs, the first of the primary state value shifts completes. This *appears* to be well underway during the last days of February, however we are noting this as a continuing/strengthening trend, rather than a single sort of trade-able event, as well as noting that the granularity of our modelspace is not very exact. Returning to the Silver entity as a whole, and without considering the cross links, the data set still indicates a primary value shift, in two stages though not as steep in either without the Populace/USofA and GlobalPop cross links. That this shift is still seen without the cross links is indicative of a change of a very fundamental nature. It suggests that the primary value shift will be of some long lasting effects, and at this point the long term values extend beyond the effective range of the modelspace. As the shift happens, the Silver entity is acquiring a level of emotional intensity it did not previously possess. Further, that intensity is spreading to a much larger group than had previously been the case. At the first point of shifting, we have the lexical supporting aspect/attributes going to exactly that point. The images derived read as 'acquisitiveness/desire radiates {out from} faces {on the} street/boulevard', and further that 'wallowing {in} material possessions sudden/suddenly empty/hollow, new/recent assets cross/connect/entangle safety'. This first level of support is itself supported by spreading layers of lexical sets going to the idea of 'acquisition sought/desired', and 'trembling {with} desire', as well as the more obtuse 'required like/comparison fish require water'. This last is also easily translated at the secondary level as 'being submerged in desire' or 'overwhelmed with cravings' at the tertiary level. These new levels of intensity are very heavily cross linked, seem to involve several levels of cross linking over to our Press entity, and while accruing currently are most visible after February 6th. Diverting for a moment from the immediate future of February, and following the Silver entity on its trip through modelspace into the second of the primary state shifts, we see that by the end of May the shift happens again, this time down to 18/eighteen. As may be expected, this shift further increases both the intensity, and the depth of populace impact. However, this particular shift is not without its issues. First among the problems is that just as the second shift is getting underway, a meta data wave of 'encounter with scarcity' seems to collide with much of the modelspace. As the modelspace is progressed through Spring and into Summer, the 'encounter with scarcity' meta data layer begins to make itself felt. The entities within the modelspace are suggesting that 'encounter with scarcity', which can also be interpreted as 'restricted movement' begins to manifest, it will be felt in a very large number of areas. The meta data layer has participatory cross links in most entities, and seems to

weigh very heavily on our Silver entity, the Populace/USofA, GlobalPop, and Markets in that order based on the total sum of participating cross links. In that the Silver entity also contains 'food' aspect/attribute set in all 'trade/commodity' forms by that time, this aspect should also be considered one of the essential elements to the entities total emotional sum value. Further, the 'encounter with scarcity' found both as a meta data layer and as distinctly held aspect/attribute sets within the various entities itself grows significantly just about the same time that the Silver entity undergoes the second shift in primary state value. So one interpretation which could reasonably be offered is that during the late Spring, and moving as a trend into Summer, some level of 'restricted movement' on commodities is coincident to a very large increase in demand intensity. This creates our bespoke aspect/attributes of 'frustration', and 'bewalled/enclosed-by-barriers/restricted-ability-to-access'. In both cases, the primary state values are changing at nearly the same rates even without the participation of the encounter with scarcity meta data layer. We are interpreting this to mean that the general level of 'desire' will/would exist in spite of any restrictions on ability to satisfy that desire. Even within the data set itself, the aspects/attributes go to the idea that the 'desire for union/possession' is 'constantly growing' and 'vigorous'. Of course the above should be viewed against the developing background of political instability at all levels. Not a good time. Yes, there is clearly a potential for the increase in the value of precious metals, but in a relative fashion it may be meaningless given the risks of the times, and that the modelspace is forecasting, via the meta data layer, of a very serious 'restricted movement' of both the globally traded commodities, and thus, the markets in which these are traded. Oil - Elephant Squats on Fern A very ill-fitting part of our work is the immersion in a crafted modelspace which frequently is only about negativity, and 'bad sheeit'. While it could be totally depressing we are able to over come that tendency with the comforting thoughts that most frequently we are wrong, at least in that we err on the side of the most extreme cases, therefore it is usually not quite so bad as we had forecast. Hopefully the current processing as regards to 'energy, oil/petroleum complex, fuels' {ed note: excludes petroleum for products such as plastics} is also in the vein of a 'too extreme' view of the developing circumstances. It will come as no shock, given current geopolitical huffery, puffery, and all manner of contention, when we forecast that the meta data layer of 'restricted movement' will come and sit on the global energy industry as an elephant might sit on a fern. And as a logical extension, it would be natural to imagine that the 'restricted movements' of 'energy/oil' would naturally, and almost instantly restrict the movements of most other commodities. This is precisely what is being forecast by our modelspace. The 'manifestation {of the} cause {of } long-standing/enduring fears {is/does} occur'. Our modelspace is showing that during the 'creation of the new context' which is placed at or about the beginning of Spring, or March 21-23, will involve the 'obliteration/destruction {of the} past/old paradigm'. Further within the 'energy, oil' sub set of Markets, and all its cross links to other entities/areas, the data is suggesting that the 'infrastructure/frame {of the} fields/platforms/beds {is} ripped/pulled apart'. Also the aspect/attribute sets show that bespoke 'evil' is responsible, and that the result will be a 'lack of cohesion/linkages/connections' such that 'friends are not reachable', and that 'allies can not be contacted'. There are a number of cross links from the Markets, sub set 'energy/oil', and the Populace/USofA, sub set 'energy, personal use, petroleum/oil' over to the Bushista entity. Then, almost as a wave might build in response to pushing against the shoreline, a number of cross links originating within the Bushista entity form which terminate within the Populace/USofA. Many of these terminations are under various headings for 'energy'. These cross links are intriguing, and could be interpreted as suggesting that the Bush administration, faced with a crisis involving 'energy restriction' and 'absolute cut-off/cessation', will make exactly the *wrong* moves in response. The data suggests {ed note: pretty much confirmed by past BushAdmin greatest hits} that the administration will 'bring {a} harm/wound {to the} flesh {of the} people/populace'. It goes further within some of the aspect/attribute sets including the cross links in that the 'restricted movement {of} oil causes/induces {the} summit/peak {of} destructiveness' which has supporting aspect/attributes of 'brings wounds to self/entity'. These and other supporting data suggest that the tensions

of the international crises in Summer will have their immediate proximate causes manifest during the 'creation of a new context' event/circumstances of very late March. In the terminating cross links of the Populace/USofA, two distinct results arise from the Bushista response to the 'restricted movement'. The first is that the 'oil/energy movement/infrastructure' is seen as being 'totally destroyed', or as it is also found in the aspect/attribute images 'damaged beyond redemption'. Second, but not necessarily any less impacting, the Populace/USofA entity is suggesting that the 'skin of the populace is flayed/burned/eroded'. Again, repetitiously, we note that we deal in archetypes within these reports, and nothing is more archtypical than human body part references, so we pay close attention when these surface. Much of the language found both in the aspect/attribute sets, and the cross links around the 'oil/energy' subject show a distinct, very visible change emerging from the 'creation of a new context' {ed note: discussion on this below}. This context is necessary for, or rather provides support for the emergence of the new meta data layer of 'conflict' which as we have noted is fully in place on August 31, 2006. Much of the language involved within the various layers now, within the immediacy value sets, have continuation threads of longer term emotive values which are participatory within the 'conflict' meta data layer formation. Basically a cautionary note to observe the change of context in Spring, as it will maturing in flavor in very late Summer. And that flavor will dominate the global stew through to May of 2007. We need to note that much of the 'context creation' language is cross linked to the Terra entity. And further that the Terra entity is gaining a great deal of values, both in sheer numbers, and in intensity of impact values around the sub set of 'crust'. This, along with the specifics suggesting to our warped minds that 'two new lands' will emerge, could be combined with the idea of 'destruction of the infrastructure/past framework' for the oil industry. If so, one could then imagine a situation in which a global coastal affecting event damaged much of the human ability to traffic in oil, or many other commodities. Further such a coastal impacting earth event, as demonstrated by the mini-event of the Katrina and sisters hurricanes can and could damage the huge investment in coastally located 'frames/platforms' from which much of the globes' oil is extracted. Should such a thing occur, it would make sense that a new context of international power relationships would emerge. Oil exporting from sea ports may be damaged globally. Ramifications would/could scale to the level of destruction language that we are finding within our modelspace. This is of course but one possible interpretation of disaster which would fit the scale/scheme of things showing. And just as obviously, nuclear war within the oil regions would also satisfy the levels we are finding of disruption, and degradation. As would dozens of other possible, and far less deadly, scenarios. Knowing that our data and modelspace is skewed toward the extreme and the negative, while the suggestion is for a very manifest destruction, it need not be as dire as our current processing suggests. We view this as a necessary defect which arises from the granularity of the emotional gradient we have built over time. In other words, perhaps there should be a range of 0/zero to 1000/one thousand in our primary state values rather than the more narrow one in place now. Being a work in progress we are dependent on the tools of the moment, but recognize the limitations under which they were created and operate.

Creation of Context In our work we have seen one other 'context creation period' arise. The forecast of this first 'context creation' was posted on George Ure's site, Urban Survival in early July, 2001. At that time we were intent on describing the 'tipping point' which our data suggested was coming within 90/ninety days or before September 15, 2001. We were not focused on the subsequent 'new context' which emerged past that 'tipping point'. We now have a clear signal from the modelspace that a 'new context' is coming, however, so far there are no indications of a 'tipping point'. We must note that the lack of tipping point indicators may well be a side effect of the many changes in the code base and modelspace processing over the intervening years. While it would be a very interesting experiment to see if we could produce test data to provoke a tipping point now, we simply do not have the time to pursue that tests, nor the diverse paths that success or failure would produce. Events are moving so fast in manifest reality that we are hard pressed to stay ahead of the snowballing chain of circumstances we call life.

So, while being aware that there are no tipping point conditions showing {ed note: tipping point = all entities clustering around a very small aspect/attribute set}, we nonetheless see within the shifts of modelspace that a 'new context' emerges in Spring, and settles in for the long haul of several years. This 'new context' is in place prior to, and as near as we can tell, is independent of the change in meta data layers. They are undoubtedly related, but the relationships are not at all clear, so we go on to those areas less like dense mud. One of the clearest of the aspect/attribute sets which emerge from the 'new context' is that of a 'shift/change' in 'personal responsibility'. Now while not seeming as dramatic as 'restricted movement of energy supplies' or sudden catastrophic global climate change, this area of 'change of relationship' is arguably made more powerful by the 'restricted movement', and 'encounter with scarcity'. Within the new context whose creation circumstances are yet undefined within our model, we note that 'all things {in} all ways' are to be affected. The various aspects suggest that the new context is the 'realization/fruition' of 'existent sins/behaviors'. Further that the 'relationships {of/to} self {will} destroy/fragment/disintegrate officialdom'. This is merely one of the characteristics which will emerge from the 'new context'. Other immediate impacts are suggested by the many and diverse supporting sets of aspect/attributes headed by 'rebellion/revolution/rejection' which appear within many of the entities and grow rapidly post Spring equinox. It appears that the modelspace is indicating, via the language that we see at various minor meta data layers, and within various entities, as well as demonstrating by the movements of the entities individually, and collectively, that the significance of the 'context creation' will be as, or more, profound as the new context which emerged globally following September 11, 2001. What is *not* shown at this point is what may be the the proximate, material cause or agent of this creation of context. Nor do we have *any* reason to suggest that 'terrorism' is involved. As may be noted in reading the original posting at Urban Survival, we did not at that time, have a 'terrorism' aspect within our lexicon. Therefore we did not use that word, though we did use 'new form of weapon', and the conjunction of 'military-accident', and other words which are now part of the 'terrorism' lexicon descriptor base. At this point, our 'creation of context' is not referencing those words enough to be meaningful {ed note: see conclusion}. Further, the absence of a clearly dominant aspect suggests that just as we had not defined 'terrorism' within the lexicon of July of 2001, we likely do not have the definition of the proximate cause of the new context within our descriptor set. But, without regard as to being able to effectively label the 'context creation', we still are easily able to discern its immediate and long term impact on the entities as they are progressed through the modelspace. The long term impact of this 'context creation' seems to supplant much of the language which was emergent post-9/11. The suggestion is that the various wars-0f-aggression, and the language which supports them are undergoing a very extreme shift during the early months of the new context, and will 'cement their relationships' over the traumatic period from August 31 onward as the new meta data layer of 'conflict' solidifies. Conclusion ALTA 406: Too much of a thing is not good This part 6 is the last of the ALTA 406 series. Thank you for your participation in this effort. Our apologies for the irregularity of this run. As we are preparing the lexicon and servers for our next run, ALTA 806, in which we will seek to process the immediacy values for greater clarity of the Spring equinox, and August 31 time frames, we will be tuning the lexicon, and the acquisition spyders to seek for descriptors indicative of 'terrorism' as an aspect. We need to be mindful that in the case of our work, too much verbiage found for a subject is not a good thing. It is true that the larger the mass associated with a particular descriptor, the more potential we have for discerning subtle linguistic predictors, but conversely, the volume of words also imposes processing time constraints which frequently mean a plethora of data must be abandoned as it would be 'too old' by the time we could get around to examination and interpretation of it. Therefore a strong possibility exists that the

volume of hits for the 'terrorism' descriptor would really preclude any meaningful interpretation in a timely fashion. And so it goes. But, naturally, we will try. Our previous ALTA reports detailing some of the aspects of the current release period seem to be reasonably accurate, and therefore give us an increased confidence in the ALTA 406 series. We expect that tumultuous and disturbing times are soon to impact pretty-much globally. Much of the proffered 'restricted movement', and 'encounter with scarcity' are shown as only months away. Since these have been repeatedly within the data set for the past year, we are expecting a large and visible, emotional impact. We do not have long to wait. If correct, events/circumstances which will emerge between January 28, and February 8 will set the tone that will be revisited later in Summer. We will be emailing invitations to the ALTA 806 series on Sunday, after completion of some negotiations.
