Prior to the turn of the emotional tension values, there was much discussion here at HPH about 'if a trigger event', and 'if so, then what'. Further the speculation ran toward 'will *it* be *all* economic?' as the data had seemed to indicate, or would the Terra intrusion appear to 'kick off the turn'? Well, we now are privy to the way the turn has manifested. The 'dollar death' driver for events, showing in the ALTA reports since Summer of 2006, has indeed started. As the inappropriately named FOMC made its decision to support the paper shills on Wall Street and thus to stand up for 'globalism', the 'dollar death' began in ernest. Prior to the Federal Reserve and Illuminati Bank announcement it was not possible to assign a value to the [survival/thrive] meme within the [usofa dollar] sub set within Markets. As conditions have manifested, it appears that the value, or probability judged by emotional associations for the [usofa dollar] to [survive] with its present, emotionally defined context intact, has been determined to be 3/three percent (and apparently falling as new data arrives). We determine these 'odds' by subtracting the negative summations within that sub set from the positive summations and then expressing the delta in relative percent weight from within that data set. Clear as old crankcase oil? Soooo... what this has done to the discussions with Igor has been to elevate the question to 'how will it play out?'. The consensus here is that the 72/seventy-two days of growing tensions within the charts will be largely driven by [economic] issues as the [dollar dies]. We must bear in mind that though there are, so far, very little macro level effects within the economy of the planet, the action of the Fed banksters instantly reduced the perceived 'wealth' of billions of humans who individually or collectively held dollars as their 'wealth store'. That was our emotional turn. As the populace of the planet became aware of the change made by the banksters in support of their cronies and homies, the emotional 'souring' began. The 'limping' of the [global economy] will now drive, and preface almost all other 'events or circumstances' occurring over these next few months (until November 22/23 by current modelspace movements). If there is an earthquake, expect the global mediastream to now pronounce just how such an event will impact things 'economic'. If there is a prominent death, also how does the deceased contribute to the economic woes surfacing. Of course, the MSP (main stream propagandists) will be selling the counter view, and pushing the sunny side of the street view, but nonetheless, even what they don't say will reveal the bias toward interpreting all things in an economic/dollar framework. Bear in mind it took only about 2/two months for the economy of Argentina to collapse once their bond markets reached the same stage as we now have exhibiting in the USofA markets. Of course, our collapse *will* take longer. Of a necessity when so much of the paper debt activity is global, and considering how large are some of the markets, it can be expected that several months will be required for a thorough going collapse. Not years however, as emotionally driven memes, like large boulders, gather momentum and finish their movements all in a rush.

The current scenario planning here at HPH is that the building emotional tension period up to the next release is the 'wall of worry' that will collect in our global consciousness as the dollar death builds to higher and higher levels of visibility. Then, having reached a very high peak of emotional tensions *just* as the holidays (here in usofa) approach, the release of the emotions will begin and the planet will go into the 'grief' time. These releasing emotions will be driven by the previous 72/seventy-two days of building emotional tensions (which we are living through at this point...now day 4 and counting). We, and many others suffering awareness around the planet, are expecting really [hard times] ahead. As we live in a power (as distinct from energy) polluted world, we expect the ThePowersThatBe (TPTB) to try to manipulate emerging emotions toward their advantage. We further expect that the humans, as is their tendency, will express out some of the emotional tensions into other, non-economic areas as various differing circumstances appear. The unenlightened human, bearing the curse of 'unawareness' will be walking around with [shoulders up], and lots of tensions just itching to jump out of that skin. Being unaware, these humans will feel the building tensions, but will not be able to adequately judge the appropriateness of any given release based on the 'cause' of the moment. Therefore they are to be treated with some caution over these next few months, especially as time progresses us all toward December when the emotional loads are expected to be greatest, and discretion/consciousness at its lowest levels.

The recent 'heckling/confrontation/assault' on A. Greenspan at a speech on September 21, about his part in the [beggaring of the world] begins our 'accountability' meme manifestations. We are taking the position that A. Greenspan is now a member of the press in that his role is no longer as Chairman of the banksters, but rather as a published 'pundit/propagandist', and as such he now falls into our broader [press/media] sub set where [personalities] push positions. And as such the confrontation between protestors and A. Greenspan at his 'exhibition/press conference' on the 21st is a leading edge of the 'assaults' on the 'press/pundits' which has been in the ALTA reports since late in 2006. It has shown up on this side of the emotional turn and that is validating some of the projections in previous ALTA reports as well as lining up as a key temporal marker. In this same vein, the recent lawsuit by Dan Rather against CBS for specifically kowtowing to the White House/corporatist masters has validated both the [lawsuit] meme, and the [splits/divisions] within TPTB forecast for this time. Given these as temporal markers, the confidence level in other projections for this period now rises significantly. We are expecting that this building period will be filled with change of state in a number of areas globally, but that due to the global pre-occupation with the [dollar death], there will be little opportunity for any release level language around these changes until much later when *all* the release language starts to bust out. As such, these changes will *not* be fully absorbed/integrated by humans during this time and in their turn will contribute even more tensions as time progresses towards Winter. We need to also note that 'as predicted' there is a [mind set] alteration/change underway and it is relative to the [terra] entity level of

concerns. We had interpreted the data, several ALTA reports ago, as indicating a 'change in perception' at the populace level, with specific focus on the [populace/usofa]. This has occurred/is occurring, but not as we had interpreted as it is now [visible] *because* of the TPTB, and not *in spite* of them. Our interpretation did not allow for the TPTB to be the 'instigator' of the [press push/propaganda campaign]. Taking the actuality as it manifest as our guide we can now restructure our cross links interpretation. Those vague lexical clues hidden in 'origination' and 'termination' points within the cross links are now a bit less vague. Without regard to our error of 'causalities', the forecast 'mind set change' *is* underway, and the emotional tensions building during this period are/will be significantly affected as the populace digests the messages being spooned into the collective mind. Markets - Dollar Corpse Stinks As expected the [dollar near-death-experience (NDE)] has taken the next step with the actions of the Federal Reserve FOMC committee. Having decided to placate their friends in the paper debt business, the Fed has probably assured the completion of the NDE process into actual [dollar death]. While the notational value of paper debt will soar over these next 68+ days, the longer term data is pointing to a [reckoning/settlement] which will begin in late November, and continue in a rush through the [holiday season] here in the [usofa]. The [December degradation] of the [total economic situation/circumstances] will come as a [shock] to many of the sheeple/[populace] who have kept their [faith] in [government/officialdom]. As a result, not only will [revolution] affecting [government] rise over the course of Winter, but also the data is pointing to a large [revolution] against [officialdom (in) churches]. The data sets are heavily cross linked and are pointing to a period in which the [religion] of a member of TPTB [elite in training] {ed note: refers to new people in Councilfor-foreign-relations, or one of several other 'think tanks' which are 'indoctrination centers' for the elite}, will be [tainted] by the [priests/chaplins/rabbis] who are [seniors] in the TPTB, and whom will be found to be [flesh consumers]. Hmmm. Don't want to be going there before breakfast. The picture being presented by the data is that a [high level church official] will yet-once-again be 'discovered' to be a rampaging hypocrite, but this time the [exposure] showing under the [secrets revealed] meta data layer, will be first [forced] on a [newly selected] individual who the data shows as being [repulsed] to the point of [speaking out]. The [visibility] of the [revulsion speech] will be such that the [global mediastream] will very heavily participate, mostly as [agents] of the TPTB, but in the very near term after the crisis/exposure has come out, the [media] turns as the [populace resonates] with the [revulsion], and the [witness (to the) depravation] is [validated/vindicated]. Further the Markets entity cross links are showing that the [crisis of the flesh (consumption)] within the [church] is just beginning as the last of the [underpinning] of the [usofa dollar] is [fading]. Much of this new [drama (around) dollar death] is showing for late November and early December. However, this will not be the only drama during the building tension period. October 9 through to 29th show up in modelspace associated with [energy shifts/spikes/flares]. In addition, the supporting aspect/attributes for [flares] includes [flare-up/spurts/flaming-out]. This in its turn is supported by [reduction] as the primary aspect. The idea coming across is that between the 9th and the 29th of October, the global [energy] situation will involve many [unexpected/unforeseen] [spikes] relative to [prices]. While the data sets do confirm that continuing [dollar sickness] is part of the cause, there are indicators for other 'issues' to arise as well. As noted in the GlobalPop discussion, the cross links between [china] and the [energy] sub sets within Markets entity terminate in [china steps out 1000/one-thousand miles]. The implication in the expansion of the [chinese umbrella] and the [dollar disease] is that here in the USofA, that [energy costs] will be [severe] this Winter and into Spring of 2008. There are Terra entity cross links going to [reductions] in [capacity] which will be [blown off ] in the [wind storms] this Winter which further exacerbate the situation, but the [Fall energy spike] really is the herald for [Winter energy crisis]. There are cross links over to the Bushista entity suggesting that [high level officialdom] will attempt to [pressure] Canada, however the data sets are indicating that, for once, the [neighbors to the north] will stand their ground and [refuse coercion/threats]. The [high level officialdom] trips are indicated to be in very late Fall and early Winter. Again, the Bush diplomacy style ends up making the conditions worse.

SpaceGoatFarts - Master Plan 9...from earth? It bears restatement that this whole entity is a proxy for [materia incognita] or [things unknown]. Mostly this is [space] focused, but if we had strange anomalies from the middle of the earth which met the 2/two criteria of [being officially denied] and [lacking scientific explanation/inquiry], then such contexts would be within SpaceGoatFarts along with all the other [unknown] and [officially denied] thingeys of universe. Within the SpaceGoatFarts entity, the [energies from space] are apparently manifesting with a vengeance, and these may well include the previously discussed [jewel in stone] from space. In the same context area as these we now note that the long term data sets are pointing to a [january] manifestation of a [decay exhibition]. The interpretation could also be a [decay instance/circumstances]. In all cases the supporting layers are pointing to [doctors] and [uncomfortable feelings/emotions/sensations] which are being felt by [increasing numbers/growing size] of the [populace]. The implications are for a [wave] of [doctor consultations] due to SpaceGoatFarts in January. There are *no* indications that this January projection is related to the current Peru 'meteorite' incident. To all our examinations, this appears to be an 'unrelated' and 'separate' incident if those terms can be applied to anything within the same universe. The [symptoms] which will be reported on the global mediastream include [fatigue/run_down], and [falling/separating (into/to) pieces]. The [visibility] factor on this is high so the indications are that it will gain some traction within the daily planetary video feeds. We have no clearly distinct geographic references at this point. Hmmm. Still though, starting to read like a 'zombies from space contamination' movie script. Probably this is *not* a good sign.

As the SpaceGoatFart entity progresses along with modelspace through the last of Fall and into Winter, it sets us up for the January occurrences by presenting the image of [3/three] [incidents/occurrences] of [blood letting/removal] which will precede the [decay exhibition/showing] incidents of late December/early January. These incidents have distinct and numerous cross links over to the expected populace entities, but rather oddly are heavily cross linked to Markets entity as well. Some of the imagery in the Markets termination sections suggests that [dollar/currency chaos] will [inhibit effective response] to the [decay exhibition]. There are internally held sections of the SpaceGoatFarts entity which go to the idea of [wealth] or the lack thereof which will play a key role in developing events of the Winter release period. Also within the Winter release period, the SpaceGoatFart entity is suggesting that a [global/planet wide] [plan] will be [presented/developed/disclosed] which is termed the [master plan] within the interpretation of the lexicon presented. This [master plan] is described as being [presented] as [good news], though we must wait for details to determine this ourselves. Other descriptors show this as a [plan (to) regenerate (the) run down/decayed] and which [demands dedication/devotion]. This area is cross linked over to the TPTB entity where it terminates in the [church/officially sanctioned, religions] sub set. Again a note that this sub set within the TPTB entity is dominated by [revolution] over the course of Winter 2007/2008, and within [revolution], a primary supporting emotional driver is [decay (of) emotional bonds]. A last note on this area has to do with a SpaceGoatFarts entity directly held lexical set in which the cross links dominate, and the interpretation is that a [high official (will be) indicted]. This *may* be a [church] official. Hard to say at this point. As the Winter progresses, the data set is indicating that the [decay exhibition] will present a [mixing up/stirring/agitation] of [fortunes]. This will apparently manifest as a [snarling/entangling/degrading_progress] of some [fancied/illusionary reconciliation/restructuring]. It will be the [degradation of the reconciliation myth] which precedes the [presentation of the master plan]. Much of the longer term data sets within the SpaceGoatFart entity are under the aspect/attributes of [worry], and [angry]. This last is separated from [anger] which might arise over [injustice], and instead what we have presented within modelspace now is the [angry] state that arises from [frustration], and/or as a [reaction to fear]. These 2/two aspect sets contain details pointing to a [rebellious/angry populace] which is [cursing (the) father(s) (for the) situation], and then has to cope with [decay exhibition]. There are deeper levels of support which indicate that [censorship/information_denial] will be at the [center] of the [decay exhibition]. It is possible that a larger over view would take the forecast as meaning that a wave of doctor's visits will emerge from some form of unknown (at the time, as well as now) agent which presents itself as [strange sensations] as symptoms. The details do not provide further descriptions at this point. Further, there will somehow be a tie to the [elite] involved, likely through the issue of [censorship]. Further, that the concurrent [dollar death throes] will be exacerbating circumstances which do much to prevent an effective and timely response. The good news in the modelspace is that an [individual] described as [self sacrificing] and with [will/will power] will [cut off (the) balls] of the [elite] to [provide relief] for the [populace]...hmmm, strange imagery. Further examination shows that this [individual of self sacrifice] is also willing to [sacrifice (the) powerful few/elite] to [progress (their/her/his) vision]. The important descriptor set goes to the idea that the [vision] of this individual includes the [correct response] to the [decay exhibition].

GlobalPop - Chinese Umbrella, Luna Sparkles, Islamabad Shuffle As should be expected, the modelspace is indicating that [large] or [covering] or [encompassing] geopolitical changes will be [manifesting] this Fall and Winter. The data sets are forecasting that the [dollar death], and the [illness] within the Bushista entity will prompt various [power shifts] globally. The GlobalPop entity is indicating that [regional] change will emerge within [africa], with a special focus on the [indian ocean] coastal region. The entity is also showing that the [chinese power structure] will also be [manifesting change] both [internally] and in the world at large. The [chinese umbrella] is showing as [stepping] its extent [outward]. This likely will include the more or less [peaceful] [absorption] of Taiwan, though the real change of [status] will be focused in the [middle earth]. This aspect label requires a bit of definition. The descriptor [middle earth] is the core Chinese archetype label for their country, and more importantly its position relative to 'heaven and earth'. Further the term [middle earth] is also used within the language as a very large context label for the [history of the chin peoples]. In the case of the modelspace now, there are 2/two distinct uses involved; not only as a label for [greater china], but also as a discrete boundary marker for those countries from [tropic of cancer to tropic of capricorn]. This last is the use being shown as the [chinese umbrella opens] over Fall and Winter. In other words we can expect very significant increases in [visibility] involving [china] relative to the [middle east, pan asia, central america, and india]. These changes, as well as those within China itself, will alter the track of human affairs over the next year. The GlobalPop entity is still focusing a large amount of the data sets under the [power structure/status_quo/system] within [china] as a point of [change]. The [internal struggles] are showing as becoming more [visible] as the [conflict] within the [power structure] starts to [consume] more [resources]. The data set is indicating that a [point/locus/focus] of the [conflict] has to do with [space]. This last includes very extensive links over to the SpaceGoatFart entity where the termination points are mostly under the [officially denied] side of that entity. Further there are repeated, directly held values at the center of the [internal conflicts] sections of the [china] sub set which hold the aspect/attribute of [moon/luna]. These sets are also holding values indicating that [preparations] are being made within the [power structures] for [open conflict] [over/on the moon]. Curiously there are huge levels of cross links from this [china goes to moon] sub set and the SpaceGoatFarts entity. The current interpretation, which as an aside scares Igor into a fit of mustache chewing, is that [china goes

to the moon, discovers some SpaceGoats living there, and gets plenty pissed, and goes to war with them]....whew. The [china in space] meme takes off with seriousness late in Winter, and forms a weighted wedge of growing significance as the release period comes to a close and the Spring 2008 building period begins. This meme is developing within the longer term value set, and includes summations pointing toward continuing growth so we will expect more details to appear in future shorter term value sets. Nonetheless, the data is indicating even now that the [chinese lunar adventures] will [draw compatriots/fellow travelers] from throughout all of humanity, and further that this [focal point/flexation time] will be [dread] and explicitly bespoke [horrible] to the TPTB. Hmmm. What have they to hide? As the modelspace is progressed into [Winter], the aspect/attribute sets for [pakistan] are indicating that [turmoil] will [increase] and that the meta data layer aspect of [revolution] will [incite the populace/land]. The [shuffle] of [alignments] within the [pakistan nation] will be quite [visible] by late in October, and certain lexical clues to the [reshaping/structure] of the [post revolution pakistan] will begin to emerge in November. It is during this time that the cross links between this area and both Bushista and TPTB entities indicate that the [crisis] in Pakistan will emerge with [sudden visibility] as the [government] tries to [face down] the [revolutionary forces] while being [prodded/shoved] by TPTB on the outside. This area is also heavily cross linked to the [turmoil] in Iraq as the Bush war of aggression begins to [fail] to the point that [civil war] has emerged as an [undisputed fact]. The timing clues on this are suggesting that it will be a very bad October which produces an absolute [hell] of November for the Bushies as [degradation] and [open sores] turn into [cancerous rot]. Populace/USofA - Long illness cure, Zombie VP, Toasted Priests, Rain nourished yogini, NewRev There is an old saying that 'a long illness makes the patient a good doctor'. In the case of the Populace/USofA entity this Winter will be the point of [maximum sickness] which will also, presuming survival of the patient, be the [tipping point (for) cure/revolution]. The data sets are pointing to the [Winter] as a point of the [threshold] of [suffering] having been [crossed]. This area is participatory within the [revolution] meta data layer. The indications are that the [officials] of [concern/issue/focus] are shown as [in hiding/behind promontories]. This last can also be interpreted as [standing behind monuments] which is yet another way of saying [using emotional-patriotism as a manipulation tool]. By the time the Winter solstice is reached, the Populace/USofA is suggesting that a [quota/belly_full] of [death/destruction, and mayhem, and violence] in Bush's Iraq war will have been reached. The [dire consequences] of the [war actions/behaviors] over [Fall] will have [sickened] the [populace] to the point that December brings [open/frontal acts of rebellion]. As these are shown as being [harshly received/treated], the [populace] is indicated to be [radicalized/forced underground/circumspect]....and the [revolution] meme takes off. Triggered by the events in Iraq/Afghanistan in [Fall], but also [pressured] by the [continued/growing degradation] of the [global economy], the Populace/USofA entity is pointing to [harsh words] which will be [shouted out (in session) within government halls] and a subsequent [battle] with [bullies/police] over [speech]. It is this [battle over speech] which grows within [chambers] that the data set indicates will actually be a bespoke [ignition point] for the subsequent [open/bloody revolution] here in the [usofa]. Much of the Iraq focused data is pointing to a [ramp up/escalation] of [power struggles] and the [collapse of order/government] over this period of building emotional tensions. The linguistic imagery suggests that by [December] of this year, it will be clear that [usofa] no longer 'controls' anything in the way of the [war circumstances]. The data is also indicating that [December] can be used as a temporal marker for the [defeat of Bush] in Iraq. There after the longer term data suggests nearly another year of [chaos/violence/destruction] before any stability is found in the area. ZombieVP1: The data accrual patterns are indicating that the Populace/USofA finds itself saddled with the [vp who will not die] after a series of [health incidents] appear [visibly] this Fall. This [zombie vp] is showing as a huge point of [constipation] of [social movement]. This [coagulation/constipation] of [change] will be [perceived] by the Populace/USofA in a manner not previously understood when a [visible] incident takes place in which the [zombie vp] uses [violent words/actions] to [humble] the Bushies. This last is deliberately chosen as the data set is pointing to the whole of the [clan/self_proclaimed_dynasty] of the Bush's which will be the [target of zombie vp vitriol]. According to the data set, the universe will be playing with the [zombie vp] as this will all occur as the result of yet another [open microphone] occurrence. In this case, there are [death] associations for the [hapless] individuals involved with the [open microphone mistake]. ZombieVP2: An alternate interpretation of the same data set would go to the idea that the [vp] does have [health crises] and does not [die], but also does not [recover] going into a coma [zombie like state] instead. Then the [violent words] from the [vp] would surface as a result of the [not dead but not active] state-of-being and would be some [past words] which will return to [threaten the Bushies]. In this case, several cross links would make more sense, in that the [congress] associations, and their cross links *could*, under these circumstances, be presenting the idea that [vp in coma] *must* be replaced, and that Bushies are [transfixed] as the [fear] is lifted from [congress] and [impeachment proceedings] begin *while* Bush is trying to get a new [vp] organized. In both ZombieVP1, and ZombieVP2, the [revolution] meme is very active within the Populace/USofA. In ZombieVP2, the [congress], as indicated by the huge numbers of cross links to the TPTB entity, is desperately trying to [stave off/hold off] the [revolution] meme, and

does so by taking very [rapid action] in the [midst] of bespoke [panic] in the [bush dynasty]. In ZombieVP1, the bespoke [fear] of [vp as president] causes a [fatal delay], and the [congress] *also* succumbs to [revolution] within the larger [turmoil] of [collapsing social order]. A very sizable percentage of the [collapsing/changing social order] meme is participating within the [dollar death] context. The [economic pressures] are showing as being [severe] with [crashing personal incomes] and [roaring chaos] in [currency markets]. This [uncertainty] will make for a very interesting [deflated holidays] this Fall and Winter. THE primary driver of emotional trends within the Populace/USofA entity over the next 3/three months is the [economic concerns] meme. As the [usofa economy] continues to [crumble/flake_off], the bespoke [anxiety] of the [populace] rises. This [rise] in [personal financial condition] meme is very supportive of the meta data layer aspect of [revolution], *just* as the fascistic elements begin a [open/visible] attempt to [exert authority]. This [push for dominance] includes several [priests/brahmins] who will participate on the [officialdom] side of [demands for obedience/subservience (to) officialdom]. The data suggests that this will *not* be a wise move on the part of the [religious ceo/chief-operating-officers] and that this [misjudgment] of the [relationships] and the [motivations] of the [populace] will be [felt] in several key [economic] ways by early Spring, 2008. The data sets point to [destruction (of the) past/historical associations] between [priests] and [officialdom] as a very large emotional release element near the end of the Winter release period. The [unleashing/revealing/exposing] of the [flesh bonds/shackles] between the [corporatism priests/evangelicals] and [officialdom] is showing as being bespoke [bad/foul/ill] for [religion] as we know it today here in the USofA. The data set is pointing to at least 1/one instance of [burning evangelicals] or as we like to label it, [toasting priests]. In the data set this temporal marker is bound up with the [bloody revolution] meme, but is still separated enough for us to determine that [visible] [priest toasting] will emerge to mark the [alteration/change] in the relationship between the [populace] and the [priests (of/by the) elite]. As a part of the [burning priests/evangelicals] meme, and its marking as the [destruction of religion] within the Populace/USofA, there are the aspects/attributes sets first seen over a year ago in previous ALTA reports in which a [female personality] from [south america], most likely [amazonia/brazilia], will become [visible] as her [spirit points/methods] rise to prominence within the [populace] of [north america]. This [female personality] has been noted for a very long time, and has consistently maintained a steady, sure growth of emotive values with each of the subsequent ALTA reports. Her [presence] is noted as [photographing/viewing/video_rendering] in an [odd/unusual /extraordinary manner] and so she should be quite [visible] when hitting the global mediastream. Will she have a halo? or glow-inthe-dark? We don't have those forms of details, though the data sets do indicate that she will be reported in India as being a [yogi] in possession of the [siddhis] and will be highly regarded on the sub-continent, though many in the [brahmin business] will [rail] at she being a [she/female]. As an aside, her mere existence will cause some serious changes to occur within the [islamic] religion, as well as severely stress out the [israel] government. Within the [israel/zion] sub set, there are repeated references to the [foundation] which will [fail] about this time, which, given the [public/visible] circumstances of the [words] which come from [officialdom] and [proceed] the event, are seemingly [retaliation] from [god]. Further there are indications that TPTB will be experiencing bespoke [fright] at several levels within the [elite] as their [personal power(s)] begin to [fail]. As a temporal marker for this occurrence the cross links to TPTB entity are indicating that several *very* prominent deaths will occur in a [visible/noticeable cluster] and that this [cluster] will be very [astrologically significant]. The pointers for this are emerging from the longer term values sets forecasting for late Spring (May/June) of 2008. As a last note on details, there are repeated associations between this [female yogini] and the [rains]. Much of the [rain] language is supported by [nourishing/nurturing] and [long times/decades]. The [female personality] will be [definitely bound/described] in the global mediastream with [rain] such that she will be experienced as [wearing an (aspect) of rain]. Hmmm. In the expressions supporting the [revolution] aspect/attribute sets directly held by the Populace/USofA entity, the aspect with the largest summation on its own is [economic], and it is supported by so many layers indicting [collapse/degradation/destruction] as to defy total examination. The primary pressures in Fall will related to bespoke [fear (of the) economic future], while those in Winter will be within the release language of the [worst fears realized]. As the [revolution] emerges into the [visible] component of [populace, usofa] daily life, there will be several ramifications pointed to by the deeper descriptor sets. In some of these detail level contexts we find that incidents will reach [visibility] which some how are expressing archetype relationships or events. As an example, there will be a [spoilt fishing trip/expedition] as a [high ranking official] {ed note: may be retired official} is placed [in conflict] or [confronted] by [populace/tribe/mob/crowd] while [fishing from a platform/(flat bottomed boat?)]. This confrontation will somehow be temporally significant as it appears to mark the boundary between the [rebellion] meme expressed, and the super set of [revolution]. In this case the data is indicating this as the [first] of the [manifestations/emergence] of [bloody revolution] here in the USofA. The [high ranking official] is described in such a way as to portray someone intimately involved with [corporate enslavement] of the [populace]. The result of the [conflict/confrontation] will not be described in this report. Suffice it to say that the aware observer *will* remember this brief discussion when the circumstances manifest, and will understand the reluctance to go further in the description. This detail incident also marks the point at which [visible] and bespoke [fear] takes hold of the [dim ones/illuminati/elite] on a global basis. Expect at that point to see 'private security' armies openly supporting the various warlords in the 'developed world'. Thereafter, and into late Spring of 2008 (about May 30), there will be a period of [visible] and global mediastream described 'escalating' and 'targeted' [attacks] which will produce increasing numbers of [innocent dead] in many of the capitals of current [paper debt financially supported countries]. These [attacks] are described in some detail if at a higher level of concepts within the data, and expressed in modelspace, they show up as a 'flurry' of blips within the display which grow and cluster towards the end of Spring, 2008. Apparently at that time, some major shift in strategy in the global expression of [revolution] lowers the number of incidents of [dead innocent witnesses], and thereafter a new phase of [revolution] is expressed here on terra. The expression of the [new revolution(ary) strategy/manifestation] appearing in late Spring of 2008 *is* significant. The longer term data sets are showing a very high emotional crescendo during a series of release steps/plateaus which are indicative of an effort by the [dim ones/elites] to [placate/sooth] the situation relative to the global populace. There are indication that a large scale release of [dread/feared information] during the middle days of the Winter release period has seriously altered the [balance of power] specifically by [removing/losing/eliminating (the) hidden faces (of the) elite/power]. It is this release of [information/details] on the [power elite] which becomes the pivotal point that seemingly [sparks] the [wave of assassinations] and subsequent [unveiling/revealing] of the [private armies]. It is also this same [suite/bundle] of [information] which will, after [fermenting/ripening] will [alter (the) balance of power]. This

[shift/alteration] is *not* trivial, and will thereafter be able to be a very effective temporal marker between the [previous ages] and the [new days]. This is a very emotionally weighted archetype signaling a time in which there is, within collective human memory, a [different feel] between [what was before] and [what is now]. This is an archetype which may be vaguely hinted at by previous such instances. As an example, the global conflict known as World War 2, marked a distinct period in which there was the 'before', and the 'after'. Such a time is coming again. We are now in the 'before' of it all. In this case we are not referencing a 'world at war' as that is apparently already in existence, promoted by, and sold by the [elites, banksters, hidden hand/illuminati/dim_ones]. Rather what this marker appears to be separating is the formation of a [global populace] which is [at war (with the) self proclaimed masters of the world]. This [new revolution] gains much of its emotional strength from those who [come through the suffering times/hard times] into which, time and universe have now moved us all. Conclusion: Part Four - Shifts of Populace, Guerillas in the Marsh, Currency Bull Rides The data sets in total, that is, the immediacy values, the shorter term values, and the longer term value sets, are all containing directly held sub sets within the populace entities for [movement/displacement] which we have labeled 'diaspora'. Both our label and the data are implying that actual, physical movement of populations will occur. Further there are now new layers appearing in which several more interpretations/contexts of [movement] and [displacement] relative to the [populace] of the planet are rising. These additional contexts are being integrated into the interpretation as expansions of the developing meme. This may turn out to be yet another meta data level as thing progress along, but at the moment it seems to be *only* expanding the contexts around the [diaspora] meme to include [personal transformations], and [personal perceptions], as well as [spiritual growth/expansion], and [expansion of consciousness/awareness]. There are a number of separated areas within the populace entities which are all addressing differing contexts of the same aspects, which is to say, related to [alteration of perception]. This aspect is replete with [spiritual] associations including many of the [hard] spiritual sciences practiced by humans. The general tone of the area is arguing for a global [awakening] or [heightening] of [awareness/consciousness]. This movement towards [internal changes of universe perception], especially when combined with the [dollar death] meme, *and* the rise of [secrets revealed] within the [officialdom, organized religion/religious corporations], presses for a very dimming view of the future of [church] of any form which exists as a [money flow/stream/source]. There are repeated rises in the emotional summations for the [death of religion] meme supporting aspect/attribute sets beginning this Fall, but becoming quite visible in the global mediastream in 2008 as Spring begins. The data is pointing to a number of instances in which [awareness] is [consumed/internalized] by [defective understandings] and that these [partial awakenings] will produce a [rage wave] which sees its expression in [rage against (those) who hide/hid (the) reality/truth]. The images are of [burnt priests] and [sacked church repositories]. There are a number of instances of data pointing to an early incident at the [library (of the) sorcerers/witches/materia_transformers]. We are taking this as a pointer to the Vatican as the other descriptors of [underground] and [battles in tombs/tunnels] also fit. Within the whole of the populace entities the [transformation] meta data layer is rising. It is seen in most of the sub sets, and is gaining its own internal supporting sub sets as well as rising emotional summation values as an extracted context. This is indicating that the [transformation] meme will begin to express at all levels as the Fall moves into the Winter release. It is during the release periods that the [expression of differences (with the recent past)] most usually surfaces. The BIG transformation is apparently into a world without a [functioning] or [cohesive] [usofa dollar]. An inference bound to rise to consciousness is that 'if the dollar dies, what happens to the fed banksters, and the whole of the financial/power structure based on them?'. Of course this is everyone's first thought, but thereafter the data is indicating that the [personal] issues will begin to [manifest transformation] in daily life planet wide. As an element of both the [transformation] meta data layer, and the [revolution] meta data layer, the data sets are indicating that [guerilla(s)] will [gather (in the) swamps/marshes] of the planet. This is a distinct sub set within the populace entities, and goes toward the formation of the supporting layers for our emerging NewPop/FuturePop entity over the course of this next year. The interpretation is that the sum total of [pressures/changes] besetting humans, from 'dollar death' to 'biospheric degradation', to 'hard spiritual progress', to 'decay exhibition' will push the [self organizing collectives] into very high [visibility] over these next 3/three seasons. In a very robustly populated details sub set, the data points to the [emergence/manifestation (into) visibility] of the [marsh peoples/aquatic tribes] globally. This is what we call a 'situational label' here at HPH, and is used until we can get a better handle on the descriptors which continue to build into these sub sets. The idea coming across now is self-organizing collectives that develop, and 'relocate' {ed note: participating in the diaspora} to [marshes/wetlands/coastal areas]. These [marsh peoples] are shown as forming the [base population] from which several of the [new categories] of FuturePop emerge such as the [scavengers/boat peoples]. Unfortunately for them, the TPTB will be able to target the [marsh peoples] as a part of their [desperate] attempts to [retain control] over the global power structure alterations. They will [hunt guerillas] in these [marshes], and as a consequence, the [marsh collectives] will be [impacted by assault/attacks]. The data sets are also pointing to the 'attacks against the marsh peoples' as being pretty much a 'one shot' idea, as the [retaliation] is the [destruction (by) fueled implosion] of a [huge/gigantic] [underground city]. It was/will be [inhabited] at the time. This area is also linked into the SpaceGoatFart entity, and contains very large [secrets revealed] participation as well. A real stew of cross links. It promises to be a very exciting time, this next long [revolution] build period of Late Winter 2008 through to just past the Autumn equinox 2008. Unlike emotional release bubbles such as 911 and Katrina, building periods, such as the planet of humans is now traversing, begin at/with a certain emotional summation, and rise in tensions from there. Sooo....as this building period begins with the Fed banksters initiating the period with yet-another-attempt-at-global-manipulation, it can be imagined that the [road traveled] over these next, short few months will be both steep and deeply felt. It should be noted that the last bubbles initiated by the Fed banksters had led to the point where over 870/eight-hundred-seventy *TRILLION* dollars in notional "value" was created within the "derivatives industry". This is against an actual global gross production of every-damn-thing being valued at 16/sixteen trillion dollars. So where is all that supposed 'wealth' represented by the derivatives to go? We are dealing with a closed system within global 'economics', and until we can trade with other

planets/dimensions/species, we are trapped in having to consume our own debt. So yet a single (near as we can tell) 'hole' or 'opportunity' for a bubble yet exists, and the Fed banksters have apparently seized on this point as their 'out'. This is the 'currency market/industry'. So the last bubble before the cascading debt default mountain crushes us all, is money itself. We look to a brief period of hyper inflation and wild currency swings/rides over these next months up to about December 8, 2007. Well, the planet of humans (and other fellow occupants), is now into its next phase of emotional movement, here's to hoping that we can equate 'movement' with 'development'. ### We expect to have Part Five in the series posted by next Saturday, September 29...just in time for the [october shakes] both Markets, and Terra.
