Terra - Obstructions, Alterations, Seeds

The data processing continues to provide growth in the supporting sets for the forecast [global coastal phenomena] which has been temporally associated with a 5/five months span likely beginning sometime after mid May. That forecasts for the [global coastal phenomena] language which had been pegged as beginning to appear in early 2009 were met when the [west antarctic ice sheet (WAIS)] articles appeared in the global mediastream seemingly provides validation for focusing on this linguistic set. The many references to the [antarctic] in our data sets, coming as they do at the archetypical level, and their continuing growth in supporting layers suggests that the [global coastal phenomena] is still 'on' or pending. The accruing aspect/attribute sets for the [antarctic] as well as the [global coastal phenomena] sets include aspect/attributes for [movement (under) mountains] or [movement (at the base of) mountains], which is interpreted as a [magma movement]. Further the [mountains] contain significant support within the [undersea/sub oceanic] sub sets, as well as having very large numbers of geographic references to [antarctica]. These sets further supported by the active aspect set of [pulsing/pulsating] which begins to

appear in the Terra entity, [antarctica] sub sets as modelspace is progressed through late Spring (about mid May). These [pulsating] supporting sets are specifically in support of the [movement under mountains]. The [pulsating] sub set continues to gain support as modelspace is progressed through to near the end of October (slightly over 5/five months). As the [pulsating] sub sets first appear in late Spring, the sets are supported by aspect/attributes including [broken crust], and [lightning storms], and [thunder], and [ground noises/sounds], as well as [new lands growth], and [rising barriers (to ocean flows)], and [shifting trenches] among others of similar nature. These sets appear to describe an incident of [crustal movement] which sets off a [lightning storm] near [antarctica]. The [lightning storm] is further associated at its supporting layers with the [movement under mountains], and the [movement of mountains] themselves. Several years ago, perhaps as early as 2004, the data sets within the Terra entity began to include larger numbers of sets containing references to [antarctica]. As these became permanent features of the Terra entity, the supporting sets began to be internally linked over to the [new lands] sub set which itself had only begun showing perhaps a year earlier. Now the data sets are indicating that the long forecast [new lands] will be part of the [global coastal phenomena]. Note that this is not specifically forecasting any new islands or continents, and is *very* likely only referencing [new lands] which will be [under seas] for now. The data sets are detailed enough to forecast a [volcanic eruption], or series of such, in the area between Tierra del Fuego (archetypically Patagonia), and [antarctica]. The growth in the supporting sets over these last few years had indicated that the [new lands/new land bridge] would act as a [barrier] to [under seas currents] and would, over the course of only a few months, [alter/transform] the [prevailing global weather pattern]. In these previous forecasts of the [new lands under the oceans near antarctica] there was not specifically a 5/five months span indicated, however the data now seems to be indicating [weather pattern changes] of a global nature that would fit within a [5/five month] time frame. These [weather pattern] changes have been seen in previous ALTA series, and include both [ocean currents] and [atmospheric currents] being so [altered] as to [transform] the whole of the [planetary weather systems], at least as known in recent centuries. Within the [weather patterns] sub set, specifically the [alterations] sub set, the [ocean currents] sub set arises first, and then after an interval of perhaps as long as a [month], the first of the [jet stream/atmosphere currents] sets start to accrue. Thereafter both

sets gain supporting values more or less apace through to the end of the [5/five months span]. After that, the [alterations], and [transformation] of [previous weather patterns] set continues to grow through the rest of 2009, and all of 2010, but at a more sedate pace than in the Summer/Fall of 2009. Within the higher level set of the [global coastal phenomena] the supporting set for [crust broken open] continues to build supporting sets. Many of these are associated directly or tangentially through internal cross links to the [antarctica] sub set. However, a number of primary supporting sets for the [crust broken open] are *not* so associated, and refer, potentially, to simi liar sorts of [crustal ruptures] elsewhere on the planet. Slightly under 65/sixty-five percent of the accruing sets with geographic references in these primary supporting areas for [crust broken open] have those geographic references bounded by the tropics. The rest are largely associated with the [pacific rim] with a slight preponderance for the [northern boundary layer] of the [pacific rim] which includes [far eastern siberia], and the [southern regions] of [alaska]. There are some supporting references for [seed lands] which are geographically linked to the [southern ocean] which in its turn has supporting layers for [90/ninety east]. The [seed lands] are further described as being [undersea], but somehow a [problem] for humans. Supported by [navigation], this may be referencing a [new problem] in [undersea navigation] in the region of the Indian Ocean. The supporting layers of the [new lands] for the [global coastal phenomena] are further supported by aspect/attribute sets which form explicit references to [mobile lower plate]. This in turn has support for [rising mobile lower plate] as a [cause] of the [pushing of waters] against the [fixed upper plate] which is described by the supporting aspect/attribute sets as causing the [looks of disbelief] from humans during the first of the [occurrences] which will, in toto, form the [global coastal phenomena]. The [rising lower plate] is described as [lifting] the [waters] into [new positions]. The [new positions] for the [waters] are supported by aspect/attributes under the descriptor of [food supplies]. The data sets accruing in this supporting chain are not only referencing [fish] as a [food supply], but also [land based agriculture]. In both sets the temporal indicators are coming in at [half generation] or [10/ten years] time frames. The accrual patterns are pointing toward a [10/ten year impact] on the [food supplies] of a number of regions on the planet

due to *just* the [oceanic impacts/influences] on the [coasts]. This does not include any of the many references to [food supplies] impacts as a result of the pending [dramatic changes in weather patterns]. There are other indications of impacts from the [coastal rising of the lower plate] that will include [transportation], and [storage facilities] which are described as being of [no value]. There are some [visibility] sums which suggest that imagery of the [global coastal phenomena] will include early video of [peering downward] upon the [altered storage areas/regions]. That this language shows up is indicative of some probably very dramatic imagery which will dominate 'news' coverage within the global mediastream for a period of some days. The [global coastal phenomena] derives extensive support from the [winds] sub set at a primary level, and the [visibility] of this sub set is such that the probability of the [winds] being *the* most reported component is very high. The [damages] sub sets contain longer term values under the [coastal rising of the lower plate] sub set indicating that the [water] changes will be felt further out into the future, but the [visibility] values are not as high for the [oceanic] sub set of impacts as the [winds] sub set. Jumping from the [antarctic] sub set to the other pole, the data sets are showing growth around the [arctic] for this Summer/2009 in which the primary support layers are dominated by [danger] which curiously has its primary support coming from an aspect/attribute set labeled as [big dipper]. This specifically *is* referencing the astronomic label for the constellation of the same name. This association at the primary support layer does not go any further in the sense that there are few to no detail sets of aspect/attributes to suggest why the [big dipper] should be supporting the [arctic danger] sub set. As to the other supporting layers, the recent data processing has added several instances of support for [rough], or [jagged edge] relating to [ice growth/melt], and these aspect/attribute sets are supported by [smoothness], or [glassine/glass-like] as the descriptors more applicable to later in Summer. The whole of the set for the [arctic] suggests that [danger] will come from the [new patterns of ice development/melt], and further that these [new melt patterns] will be [visible] and [discussed] within the global mediastream as the situation in the [arctic] unfolds over late Spring and through Summer of this year.

The bulk of the detail aspect/attribute sets in support of the [arctic] sub set are centered around [vigorous/energetic movements]. These are described as [beginning very low/deep], and then [energetically rising]. Further there are sub sets going to the idea of [limitations] which will [impose/induce] a certain level of [frustration] on humanity, especially [officialdom], as the data sets are describing a situation in which there is [little/to nothing] that [can be done] by humans about the developing circumstances. This area of [summer problems for the arctic] is extensively cross linked over to the GlobalPop and the Populace/USofA entities. There are indications that the [arctic dangers/problems] over the Summer of 2009 will act as a catalyst for [separation] or [splitting] of the [populace]. This [splitting] is centered around the [frustrations] being experienced by [officialdom]. The effect of the [separation] will be to create a [distinct] sub group of the [global populace] which is [propelled] to [persevere] in their [new attitude] of [sovereignty]. This sub group of the [global populace] will include a similar sub group within the [populace usofa]. This separation over the [arctic unfolding from jagged to glassine] is described as [hardening] the [resolve] of the [persevering group], but more importantly, the existence of this sub group of the populace is now propelled into [visibility] by the emerging [arctic] circumstances. The [visibility] of the sub groups' existence is indicated to itself act as a catalyst for [awakening] of more individuals from within the larger, denser populace. The idea coming across is that the [danger] coming from the [arctic conditions] will act as a clear temporal marker for some small, but still significant part of the populace such that their actions and [cohesiveness] will highlight the divisions within the populace at large over solar system changes. The cross links to the Populace/USofA entity are indicating that the [arctic circumstances of Summer 2009] will precipitate a number of very [visible] changes within the [power loving] sub set of the [populace/usofa]. The data sets are pointing towards a rising [visibility] of the [aristocracy (here in the usofa)], and their pending [encounter] with [frustration] as they attempt to [dominate] by virtue of [power]. This sub set has attached longer term values indicating that the [arctic conditions] and the [frustrations] specifically caused by these conditions within the [political elite/power people] of the [populace/usofa] will have very lasting impacts, and further will be a proximate cause for [class strife/contention] within the [populace/usofa]. Further, the [pressures] being [demonstrated] by [officialdom] will bring [visibility] to the [lack of power] of the [political elite]. This same

set of circumstances will also divide the [populace/usofa] such that the [majority] is left [quivering/shaking] after [exposure] to the developing [new reality] of life here on planet earth. The [arctic conditions] are being described as an emotional [shock] which will produce a very large burst of [visibility] to the [bogslife (beyond old government shit BOGS-life)] groups. The data sets are indicating via cross links that the very poor conditions facing the [populace] will be in stark contrast to the [successes] of the [bogslife groups]. This is indicated to plant the [seed of awakening] in large numbers of the [populace] which later in 2010 will form the core for the [planetary populace movement] which is a sub set of the [global social disruptions], of which [revolution], and [insurrection] are smaller sub sets. The Terra entity, sub set [sun/sol/solar system] is always heavily cross linked over to the SpaceGoatFarts entity as so much of [officially denied information] relates to the [sun], and the [solar system]. These cross links are growing, and the combination of the data sets within the Terra entity and the SpaceGoatFarts entity suggest that [sun issues] will present themselves this Summer. Further the [visibility] sums are such that the [solar system changes] will have a very long run in the global mediastream as the [changes] are perceived, and discussed. These [sun changes] include sets going to [food supplies] impacts, specifically relating to the [inappropriate flowering], and the [weather changes] here on earth. There are other sub sets indicating that the [officialdom] will start [spewing lies/false information] about the [solar system changes] at levels not previously seen from about mid Summer onward. The [spew of disinformation] is under the influence of the [duality] meta data layer and has as its opposition, the language which is indicated to come from the [whistleblowers] and [disgruntled former employees] of many of the [government groups] that will no longer be able to be [funded].

GlobalPop - Bastille Redux, Rude Pie Boys

Within the larger sub set of [global social disruption], of which [revolution] is a sub set, there has been very large growth in supporting sub sets that contain geographic references to [britain], and [france]. In the growing, geographically associated sub sets for both countries, the core elements provide support for the continuing growth of the [revolution] meta data layer as well as the larger, [global social disruption] sub set. Note that both of these sub sets are supporting precursor sets to the development of the social trend

that we have labeled as the [planetary populace movement]. The growth in supporting sets linked to both [france], and [britain] are from the immediacy and shorter term value sets though there are significantly large numbers of longer term value sets both in the impact/duration and emotional reaction areas which implies that a very tumultuous 2009 will produce very long term changes for these countries. Taking the sub set for France first, we note that there are is a cluster of shorter term values which appear as the GlobalPop entity is progressed along with modelspace through Spring. The data clusters in support of [rebellion/revolution] begin to show in early May, about the 6th or so, and continue to grow robustly through to the end of July. The data sets bring along detail layers of aspect/attribute sets that include [riots], and [forceful response (from officialdom)], as well as [rebellion] {ed note: in the sense of a more planned, goal oriented activity than mere rioting as vent for emotions}, and [social volatility]. There are further sub sets which bring along detail layers of aspect/attribute suggesting that [events] which are [outside the system (exogenic)], will [intrude] and [alter] the [projected/planned course/path]. These [exogenic events] are indicated to [trigger/induce] a [swelling] of the [radicalized/disenfranchised] portion of the [populace] that in turn will [produce fear] in the [officialdom/TPTB] such that [over reactions/too harsh measures] will be [unleashed]. The totality of the [french populace experience (of Summer of 2009)] will be such that the [majority] of the [populace] will be [unpleasantly affected]. First the data suggests that [economic events] including an [unraveling of lies] will [severely curtail] the [french economy], and then several [overseas/foreign] providers of [necessary goods], including [foods] will be [found/discovered] to be [providing tainted product]. There is some data to suggest that a [scandal] will erupt which will involve [foods] and [wastes/sewage]. This, though striking at a core populace value of a [clean food supply], will be but a small component of the overall pressures on the [civil order] in France over the Summer of Hell/2009. The data sets have the largest accumulation of supporting values for [revolution/rebellion/civil disorder] from June 12th through to July 25th. Within the accretion patterns for this time are also a number of [events] associated sets which suggest that the [exogenic] and therefore 'unforeseen' [events] will produce [violent upheavals] not only in the [populace] and its [perception of civil responsibilities/relationships], but also in the [government]. data sets *could* be indicating that the combination of pressures both economic and civil will cause the [government] to fall. These supporting sets would have that [collapse of governmental authority] be predicated on the [eruption] of [public displeasure/rioting] over an [incident] of [over reaction/extreme force] coming from the [government]. There are some, probably less-than-reliable geographic links for the areas around [rouen], and the whole of the [normandy] region as being the [unexpected source] or [central core] of the [eruptions] of [civil disobedience]. The data sets indicate a [resurgence] of [popularism] with the Bastille holiday, and thereafter the primary emotional descriptor for the mood of those with a [vested interest] in the [government] will be [agitation]. The [agitation] descriptor set is supported by both [frustration], and [fear]. The general tone of the [intergovernmental communications] as regards the [populace] this Summer of 2009 can be generally characterized as [merde, et merde encore]. The [french populace reaction] to the combined social pressures of Spring and Summer is indicated by the longer term sets to have [profound] impacts on the [government]. There are some sub sets in support of [transformation] of the [operational structures] for [french government] in 2009 from mid Summer through to early November. The [transformation] sub set also includes indicators that [weather/climate] will participate in [transformative upheavals] in the [populace perception] over Spring/Summer of 2009. This influence of [climate change] should not be discounted. The data sets indicate that the [french populace] will [exhibit] a [resonance] that will be a key component of the [planetary populace movement] as it begins its growth into the consciousness of the global populace in ernest beginning around October 24th. There are smaller supporting sets indicating that the [climate change intrusions] will be most acutely felt in the [western farming regions], and the [french alps]. While the emotional sums suggest [local disruptions], there are indicators that several [soul points] or [deep felt attachments] for the [populace] as a whole will be so impacted by the [climate] as to provoke a sense of [national mourning (for what was lost)]. There are also indicators that several new [national personalities] will emerge from the [unexpected terra/climate intrusions] on the national stage. There are supporting sets indicating that at the center of the [mourning] will be [vegetation] so this may be indicating that a [national park/forest] or other [national garden] will be involved.

While the more dramatic accretion patterns of the recent processing for the GlobalPop entity favor the [french] and their [encounters/experience] over Summer 2009, they will not be alone in the [merde storm] of [social order disruption]. The [british] associated data sets have a different pattern of accrual that suggests that they [greater britain] will face 3/three distinct [episodes] of [instability] this year. The first of these periods is almost upon us and derives from the immediacy value sets. This period is roughly from the equinox on March 20th, perhaps a day earlier, through to April 5th. This period will be the first of the 3/three which will manifest as [reversals (of) fortune] hit the [government]. While all 3/three periods are impacting of the [british government], the March to April episode is indicated to be the smaller of the 3/three. Almost able to viewed as practice for the later episodes, the MarchApril spate of [bad news] for the [british government] will include several seemingly [small events] that are described as [growing (into) monumental/epic proportions] over the rest of Spring and Summer. While the March/April [bad news week] will prove to have the longer lasting effects of the 3/three episodes this year, the other 2/two are showing as far more dramatic in their manifestation. The second of the [british bad news periods] is indicated to begin about September 13th, and run out to October 26th which is a turning point from emotional tension release language into building emotional tension language. This period has primary supporting values including aspect/attributes of [revolution], [violence], [rebellion], [price structure volatility (currency woes?)], [open expressions of rebellion], and outbreaks of [violent insurrection]. The data sets are indicating that the [extreme measures] forecast to come from the [government] to [put down rebellion] will be [experienced] so deeply throughout the [british populace] that a [generation] will be [scarred]. Further there are data sets going to the idea of [ex-patriot british citizens] being also impacted to the point of [supporting insurrection]. There are also strong supporting sets for a [change in governmental leadership] that will occur directly as a result of the [brutality] of the [suppression episode]. Further this period will set up the conditions for the next of the 3/three stress points on [british national identity/social order] in that [corruptions] will be [revealed] at the end of this time that in turn propagate a [new understanding] among the [populace]. This [new understanding] is indicated to have very serious consequences for the [religions/churches], the [monarchy], and the [government] over the remainder of 2009 and into 2010.

Following a short respite, mostly induced by [inclement climate], the [british social disruption] ramps up again in very late November, say around the 28th on a course that will persist through to February of 2010. This last episode of this year may be more accurately described as merely 'round two' of the [confrontation] started in late September, but the language also provides enough difference in supporting sets that this time also has its own emotional flavor, thus differentiating the 2/two episodes. From the governmental/politician perspective, 2009 will be rough from June onward with an elevation or bubble of problems lasting through to October. From December 2009 through to at least Spring of 2010, the [political structures] of [greater britain] will be [enmeshed/embroiled] in [stressful], and [tension filled] interactions with the [residents] of the country. These [tensions] and [stresses] are indicated to be [visible] in their descriptions within the British press as the [greatest threat to nation status ever]. Hmmm. And of course we note previous ALTA forecasts that a catalytic spark will arise from a [pie bakers' club/guild], likely in the [north] of the country. In the first week of November, the [greater britain populace] sub set of GlobalPop, along with the [french populace] sub set joins with the Populace/USofA in the anticipation of [rapidly building stresses], and [international consternation]. The events of this first week in November are indicated to have a very profound, and long lasting effect on the whole of the [global populace] while the unfolding situation causes [sudden reversals], and [unexpected emotional upheavals] within the [lives and careers] of several [heads of state (titular rulers/politicians)] including [g. brown], and [b. obama]. In the case of [g. brown], the whole of the Fall and Winter, right through to January will be extremely [pivotal], as well as [gut busting stressful]. In the [greater britain] sub sets are linguistic structures that *may* be describing a [damning crisis] in which the [government] of [greater britain] will be [forced to choose] between the [welfare/existence] of the [populace], and the [preservation of the 'rights' of the nobility]. Hmmm. It will be interesting to watch this decision made.

Markets - Be'twiched, Vege's, Hasty pudding,

The [implosion] of the [debt based derivatives], which begins in mid March and progresses through to at least mid August, provides much of the pressures indicated to cause a [disruption] in the

[functioning] of the [governance (global)] of the [anglo/american, debt-currency based empire]. This [disruption], and [dysfunction] will grow over Spring and into Summer such that the [unemployment] problems will escalate to the level of [reductions in force (lay-offs)] will occur at all levels of [government] including many of the [deep shadow government support groups]. It will be from these groups that a [wave] of [whistleblowers/truth tellers] will emerge from Summer through the rest of the year. These [whistleblowers/disgruntled former employees] are shown to have a profound effect on developing social trends over the rest of 2009 and 2010. The data accretion patterns suggest that from October 26th or so, the [emotional tension levels] globally start to escalate. These are indicated to be especially acute rises of tension here in the [anglo/american bilderberger empire]. These tensions have supporting detail layers indicating that the [administration (of the) usofa] will have to [respond] to [international problems] as well as [internal social contract disruptions] that will crystallize into a [crises group] around November 5th and persist through the rest of 2009. The [international pressures] have supporting sets for a [traveling] of many of the [power elite] here within the [USofA] to foreign places. The data sets from the Markets entity shows that the [derivatives nightmare] of mid March/Spring will be the proximate cause for the [foreign travel] of the [american political aristocracy] in Fall. Returning to the latest processing of the immediacy values for a moment, the Markets entity is about to enter a new, [heightened level] of [surreality] as it begins to express [extremes of duality] over Spring. The immediacy values sets are pointing to the [implosion] or [rapid deflation] of the whole of the [derivatives bubble] by way of the [crumbling] of some very very significant [wealth empires]. The [wealth empire] is a descriptor set for the [aggregation of wealth] into a 'branded' monetary empire. There are a number of these globally, and they include [billionaires] of all kinds including those who [own/manage] the [sovereign wealth funds]. The data sets are accruing in patterns that suggest that a very key [constituency] of such a [wealth empire] will be [exposed] to [derivatives implosion] and that this [implosion] will carry [dire consequences] for the whole of the [derivatives scam business] . These [dire consequences] have high [visibility] sums and seem to be indicating that the planetary populace will be [enraptured] over [spring] as the [derivatives nightmare] unfolds. There are aspect/attributes within the set describing the [face twitches] that the [general populace] will develop in response to [economic

news], so [devastating] will be the situation of the [depression] settling on the global economy and the [regular human]. Supporting sets include the bespoke aspect/attribute set of [greed] that itself is supported by [excessive/extremes], and other primary supporting sets going to the idea of [so extreme as to signal the end of a cycle], and alternatively provides an interpretation of [greed so blatant and extreme that no person will thereafter offer any aid]. This last is also supported by longer term values pointing to [international lawsuits], and [international confrontation (over the greed)]. The accretion patterns seem to be suggesting that the [paper debt system/currency system/derivatives scam system problems] of Spring will be *the* catalyst for the [acceleration of decline/coagulation] of Fall and beyond. Further the implications are that the [political elite] of the [populace/usofa], including the [bilderberger contingent/rulers] will be [leaving the country] in Fall. This is not to say that they will be fleeing, but rather that the [crises] will be so acute as to [demand attendance] of the [most elevated among the politicians]. There are supporting sets in the detail layer suggesting that the [crises] merge so rapidly as to [cause] a [dinner (of elites) to be abandoned]. The [extremes of duality] sub sets are filled with support from aspect/attribute sets suggesting that the [markets] will be but half of an expression of [duality] within the whole of the [populace]. It is this [derivatives/abstraction deflation] that is forecast as the beginning of the [last exhale] of the whole of the planetary [paper debt system]. As the data sets continue to grow in support of the [dollar death] meme, and its attendant consequences for the concept of [corporate global control (aka globalism)], there exists a growing 'seed' (pun intended) of sub sets within the GlobalPop, and Populace/USofA, *and* the Markets entity in which the [bogslife (beyond old gov't shit (life)] movements begin to nurture their way toward [success]. While noting that the [main stream media] and the [corporate controlled press] *will* be [compelled] to use the [bogslife] or SOC (self organizing collective) groups as the [poster child (for) economic recovery], the data sets also are quite clear that the [press/mainstream media] will just not 'get it', and will miss most of the points being made in their own reporting. The [bogslife] and SOC groups will start to show in late Spring and gain [visibility] throughout Summer and Fall. An emotional driver of some significance for the [reporting] as indicated by cross links to the Press entity, will be the [intensity] of the [political pressure] within the USofA specifically, though not exclusively, to [find good news]. The data sets continue to deliver [monumental/epic] as a descriptor of the times. These references extend this period from the [transformation] effect of 2009 through to the [gnosis] of 2013. The [epic] changes taking place now are indicated to [leave/drop/overtake] the [experts] in [markets], and [officialdom] who have not yet modeled [end states]. As an expression of both the [duality] and [secrets revealed], the data sets are growing under yet another extensive bundle of cross links from the Press entity which go to the idea of [revealing] of the [sun's potential dangers] to [humans/life here on terra]. This [exposure] {ed note:universe pun intended no doubt} of the [dangers] of the [sun], both in 2009 and beyond is indicted to be accompanied by a [demonstration] of the [potential for harm]. This last is very likely a reference to the [uv/ultra-violet light storms] forecast by the SpaceGoatFarts entity in previous ALTA series. These [uv storms/episodes] are indicated to [cause plants to sweat] such that their [life functions] are [impaired/placed at risk]. Bucky Fuller was a true genius. He was an erudite visionary with a keen talent for observation and an exceptional mind for reaching conclusions. Bucky's work led me to some of the concepts, based around discernable design patterns, which are at the core of these reports. In the 1920's and 1930's Bucky's observation led him to the conclusion that an 'invisible hand' rules the affairs of humans on planet earth, and further he was speaking of mundane power groups and not an ephemeral god. His observations led him to many of the same conclusions now being advanced by such researchers as Michael Tsarion, Richard Hoagland, Jim Marrs which go to the point that an [other] form of consciousness is/has influenced the [elite/powers that be] who continue to rule over humans via their secret societies, albeit in far less secrecy than existed in Bucky's life. Bucky noted that the [elite/TPTB] were [emotionally fixated] and [driven by compulsions] around the [preservation of bloodlines], and that it was observable, even in the 1940's and 1950's, that TPTB, aka 'the invisible hand', had a HUGE *something* that was driving their agenda. He further noted that many of their actions through the 1960's *seemed* to be 'sharply focused by fear'. It was his conclusion that the 'fear' component observable in the actions of the 'invisible hand' was NOT based on losing power, but rather on some form of 'great and looming catastrophe' that seemingly placed their whole 'raison d'existence', i.e. their bloodlines, at risk. Much of Bucky's observational data base that led to the conclusion of the existence of the 'invisible hand' came as a result of a survey of planetary resources that he conducted over a number of years. In his search into numbers, and disposition and use of the totality of resources available to humans here on earth, he noted some anomalies which were only explainable by the presence of the 'invisible hand' with an internal "stave off destruction agenda". Bucky noted that he reached this conclusion reluctantly. We note that TPTB and all forms of [officialdom] continue to ignore the genius of Bucky. Hmmm...wonder why?

Following Bucky's lead, we can also note that within our data, there exist anomalies that are only explainable by certain distasteful conclusions. First we begin with an observation that 'information overload leads to pattern discovery'. This premise is based on the idea that too much minutia leads humans to sort of 'glaze over' with information overload, and further that at the precise time that the eyes cross, and go glazed, the patterns behind the data reveals itself. It is at that time that the mind has a 'woo-woo moment', turning completely around on itself in wonderment at the new layers of meaning revealed by the patterns exposed in how the data appears. In prolog programming, this is expressed as a 'hard stop' following a 'red cut' predicate, which is triggered by a set of conditions that are fulfilled. In going through the immediacy data sets we have had several 'hard stop' moments which have revealed some interesting data patterns. Many of these emerging patterns are coming from the Markets entity taken in conjunction with TPTB entity. The conclusions being reached are related to the bespoke 'unwillingness' of TPTB to explain where the 'missing hundreds of billions (perhaps trillions)' of dollars are going in the 'bailout frenzy'. The conclusions continue to be supported with each new utterance of refusal to provide such information to the 'authorities' involved, *and* the total lack of any retaliatory response by those same 'authorities'. Our distasteful conclusions are further supported by data elements from wide variety of sources that have a prima facia component of being apparently anomalous to the detail level, yet that become very revealing at larger, meta data levels. The unfortunate conclusions can be considered as a related set. The TPTB believe the shit is about to hit the fan. The TPTB are using the 'bail out frenzy' to siphon off trillions of dollars now, in very egregiously arrogant fashion as they think that there will be *NO* retribution for their actions....because, in their opinion, 'time is short', or [time is running out] (from the TPTB entity). The TPTB, as expressed by their militaries, are of the opinion that within a very short period of time, a solar system enveloping catastrophe will engulf earth. catastrophe] will produce a great 'die off' of life here on earth, and further that this 'die off' will include a very significant portion of humanity, perhaps as much as 95/ninety-five percent of the population alive on the planet at the time of the 'occurrence'. The TPTB are using the siphoned off monies in a acquisition blitz as they recognize both that the currency/banking/paper debt system is failing, and further that the catastrophic events affecting our solar system are in the short term future. The TPTB have been working over the last century implementing ever increasing segments of their plans for the catastrophic times, and now have perhaps as much as 99/ninety-nine percent of their 'core requirements' staged. The TPTB plan to allow the destruction to the human race to occur without interference in order to reduce the populace and to solidify their control after the catastrophe. The TPTB plan to survive the catastrophe, more or less intact, and with stored resources for use on 'the other side'. The TPTB are of the opinion that their long awaited catastrophe is within 1/one to 4/four years out. Perhaps as long as 5/five years at the far edge of the range. Much of their 'internal chatter' relates to the period between the ending of the Aztec calendar on October 11, 2011, and the end of the Mayan long count on December 21, 2012. Though there are some references to dates going out into early 2014. And some rather ominous early dates that begin near the end of 2009. The ALTA 1309 series will continue to track this TPTB manifesting trend as we go forward. We expect that the trend will not only continue, it will increase. We Further suspect very rapid levels of increase are due over the short term (next 3/three months). The data accretion patterns show every indication of a major shift developing over 2009, that will be a component of the larger [populace paradigm shift] forecast in previous ALTA series. This shift, if we are correct, will bring more confirmation to [visibility] to the aware observer over Spring and Summer that TPTB indeed are now operating as 'short timers'.
