Meta Arts - Fearscience

The forecast language for the [global coastal phenomena] continues to emerge in the mainstream press as is illustrated by this article over at the BBC. It is interesting to note their 'disclaimer' that forms the whole of the very short third paragraph, to whit: The projections did not include the potential impact of polar melting and ice breaking off, they added. So the language employed in the first paragraph which states that: The global sea level looks set to rise far higher than forecast because of changes in the polar ice-sheets, a team of researchers has suggested. does *not* include any impact of polar melting and ice breaking off....yet the first paragraph clearly states that the worrisome part of the 'far higher' rise in ocean levels is due to 'polar ice-sheet changes'. While this begs the question of just how bad are these writers at BBC that they can't hold a coherent thread together for 3/three paragraphs, it also naggingly prods toward the more domain oriented interrogatory of 'what are the changes in the polar ice sheet if they do not include melt or going walk about?....

Noting that the article does not address that question, and that the rest of the words are entirely related to describing scary effects, the reader is left with no hard information at all, merely the [fear] and [confusion] that is carried by the majority of the article. While the aware observer can question, and rightly so, the actual purpose behind such 'science' articles, the point of primary concern for us at the moment is the appearance of the language itself, and just where it is manifesting. Our data, for a number of years now, has been pointing toward our [global coastal phenomena] and the language around this concept to be appearing in early 2009. When we first started picking up the [global coastal phenomena] sub sets we were unable to separate the appearance of the language from that of the event. Then, over the course of 2008, the accretion patterns started to indicate that the language would appearing first, most notably in the [winter] prior to the March equinox. Then as the accretion patterns continued to diverge and increase in complexity around this context, it began to appear that a separation of perhaps 3/three months would exist between a particular temporal marker related to the [fear] inherent in the [global coastal phenomena] language, and then the manifestation of at least some part of that bespoke [fear] and its descriptor set. This implied that the appearance of the temporal marker *might* provide a short term warning period of perhaps as long as 3/three months before the emergence of the physical impacts of the [global coastal phenomena]. At this point we need to acknowledge that the complexity is (naturally) way larger than our little monkey minds had anticipated. The temporal marker, as a instance, has *partially* appeared. The language that had been anticipated has NOT shown up in its entirety, and therefore some complications of projections arise. If the language anticipated as the temporal marker takes a month (or longer, or less) to 'fill out', from where do we start our timing? The beginning of the appearance? or its end? Don't know the answer to that yet. Noting that we should not be surprised, what with [duality] running rampant through the data, that the complexities within the situation become greater as we examine any of the levels. Our [global coastal phenomena] sub set now includes supporting layers of some size, and emotional numeric values, for [coastal weather patterns], and even further, [weather patterns] in a more

general sense. The data sets are now including [extreme] and [severe] as primary support for [change] as it applies to [global coastal weather patterns]. These [patterns] are apparently a part of the [global coastal phenomena] indicating that the complexity of the experience will not be as limited as we had imagined. Humans will likely *not* be able to take picnic baskets up into the hills to watch the [global coastal phenomena] unfold. Not only is the [weather] indicated to be very [severe] and [changeable/unstable], but the process of the [phenomena] is, as is indicated by the longer term values involved, expected to last nearly a decade. The appearance of the spate of [non informational 'science' articles] about the [potential harm] from [sea/ocean level] rise makes us ponder the idea that TPTB are 'up to something' with the [global coastal phenomena] language. The speculation as to 'what' may be afoot is enough to drive Igor crazy. In our discussions, I insist in reminding all involved that 'reality happens' in the sense that the [oceans] are indeed behaving oddly, as is the whole of the planet biosphere based on the last 50/fifty plus years of experience. Thus no matter what strange social-emotional engineering *may* be going on in the little plots and plans of TPTB, the reality of [interplanetary changes] precludes omni-humanity being 'lucky' an the whole of the context being an 'illusion' of TPTB just to continue their power addictions. Not that TPTB aren't riding on the emotional wake of the actual changes. Not that TPTB are above using emerging interplanetary catastrophic changes to enhance their 'rush' of power during the few short days (relatively) remaining before Emergence, yep, that is correct....Emergence with a capital E. We are pondering that descriptor set as our label for 2011. So, where do the truly paranoid take refuge? We can and likely are wrong about the [global coastal phenomena] in the sense that it will likely NOT manifest as we can imagine. Yes.....there is the nasty spooky part about about being able to forecast several years in advance the actual month that the first of the language would appear, but that could be just a lucky guess. Even if it is not merely happenstance and fortuitous coincidence, the [global coastal phenomena] language within our data sets are pointing to complexity that belittles our imagination. As an instance, [ocean level rises] are likely to take years, even after the giant waves (up to 100/one hundred feet (33 meters)) appear in the local environs to where the ice sheets fail in Antarctica, it may take as much as 50/fifty years for the whole of the planetary oceanic body to reflect the impact on global water levels. So whew....most of us have

dodged a real problem there, and likely we will *know* it is coming and so can/could prepare. The real problem *may* be, as described in the data sets within this context of the [global coastal phenomena], that the more immediate and devastating effects will not come from the oceans per se, but rather from rapid changes in both wind patterns, and volcanic activity. The wind patterns of the planet are dependant upon the complex interactions of spin, oceanic currents (also affected by spin), and energies from space, both heat, and electric in nature. It there are any changes in oceanic current flows at the major hemispheric level (think Gulf Stream, or Japan Current), then the patterns of the flows of the jet streams will be (or are) affected. Recent weather globally would *seem* to be indicating that this component is indicating that the [global coastal phenomena] is already underway, and impacting humans. Not only are strange patterns of extreme weather showing up in both hemispheres, but within previous established patterns, the amounts of [precipitation] are exceeding all previous records, either for too much or waaaaaaay too little of it. Basically, if you have rain/precipitation in these past few months, you have way too much. And if you don't have any, you don't have any at all. The discussions of the 'super saturated wet seasons' and even the 'flipping' of the dry and wet seasons are all over the internet. Weather at the local level has become a primary concern and has reached dominating levels within our archetypes. Much of our forecast language from the Terra entity interpretations for this period has shown up with reports of exceptional numbers of [flooding] and [mudslides] incidents in which humans were derailed from normal activities into [isolation], and even [shortages]. Patterns continue to support the idea that this general [strangely located severe weather patterns] will dominate much of the 2009 reports on [weather], and further that we can continue to expect [mounting/growing shortages] as a result of these as well as other factors. As we discovered with the forecast [boat grounding], it was an archetypic theme, and not a single instance. The [global coastal phenomena] is also a theme, and not an instance. It is now becoming a little clearer that the [global coastal phenomena] will include several 'layers' of expression as it manifests. The planet has already experienced the [freak coastal wave] part of the phenomena, and over this last season has begun to become aquatinted with the

[global coastal weather pattern changes] manifestation. It *appears* that so far each layer of impact will appear separately, then combine with previous layers within the totality of the [phenomena]. This is to say that we can expect, extremely heavy precipitation pattern changes along coastal areas, then separately, extremely severe storms, especially out-of-season storms, that will include extremely heavy precipitation (at levels not recorded before), then perhaps, extra-seasonal temperatures will manifest. Then the extremes of temperatures are combined in a storm which includes extremely heavy precipitation. As a note, the 'extremely heavy precipitation' means 'setting absolute records'. Levels not recorded previously. And each episode will be more extreme than the preceding occurrence. And there are a number of components of the whole of the process of the unfolding of the [global coastal phenomena] yet waiting to be introduced. Note now that the [volcano] component can be seen manifesting, and that since [volcanic activity] is a geologic expression level, we can expect that the [volcanoes] layer to the whole of the [global coastal phenomena] will take a really really long time to mature, though their impacts are already being felt globally.

Meta Data - The BIG Stink

The SpaceGoatFarts entity is where all the 'officially denied', and 'unknowns' contexts are collected as a whole. While there are [ufo] sub sets in other entities, the complete collection of the context (now over 200 thousand descriptors) is within the SpaceGoatFarts entity. As an instance, think of anything related to UFO's from shadow gov't to secret meetings to abductions to cow mutilations to......and it is in SGF's. Whereas only a very small fraction of UFO stuff is within the Populace/USofA entity, and it is really only there to carry links back over to the SGF's, there are hundreds of times more contexts related to the [usofa shadow government, nasa, nsa, bilderberger's, et al] in SpaceGoatFarts. Not only space based stuff, but also all other forms of 'unknown' phenomena including trolls, pixies, and elves.... as well as the 'officially denied' stuff such as chemtrails and morgellons fiber conditions/syndrome.

Make sense? Hope that is an adequate explanation. Where did the SpaceGoatFarts label originate? Well, I was sitting around with Igor noodling (thought experiments) about the Giant Mutant Space Goat phenomena, and determined that in space, the Space Goats *must* travel by Newton's second law, we thus deduced that they propel themselves with their farts.....

Markets - Murky Metals, Jonesing Jitters, Rigor, Gray shades of black

[Gold/silver] - rises after May, say around the 14th or so, relative to the totality of global currencies. Ok, satisfied? Well, of course it cannot be that simple. Reality is complex, and the manifestation of it relative to [gold and silver] is about to become down right [murky]. While explicitly finding [rising prices] as a sub set in support of [gold/silver/precious metals], this is purely a [spring 2009] associated sub set, *and* apparently relies on [markets] being more or less what they are at this moment. The data suggests that [rising prices] of [gold/silver] in any [currency] or [all currencies] over Spring and Summer will be merely the lead into a very [confusion filled Fall] as the [markets] and the [ability to trade (precious metals et al via paper proxy)] will be [fading] if there at all. The *whole* of the [controlling impulse] from TPTB is indicated to be [concerned with] or [fretting over] the [gold/silver] 'issue' and the indications are that for at least the next 2/two years, the [control/power people] will be attempting to [assert control] over many parts of manifesting circumstances, but with a special emphasis on [gold/silver]. The accretion patterns are quite clear that the [popular perception] of [gold and silver] *as was sold by TPTB* over these last 2/two decades as being [archaic relics] will completely disappear over 2009 to be replaced with the idea of [gold/silver] as the [new wealth] for the [new paradigm]. Further there are many supporting sets indicating that the bulk of this [populace perception change] will occur over Spring and Summer of 2009. HOWEVER, please note that the very [success] of [gold/silver] in [replacing paper debt] is indicated to bring about all manner of problems. These will range from [attempts] to [tax (the gold/silver physical market) out of existence], to [direct governmental attempts] to ['capture' gold/silver] at the point of [exchange]. level intrusions, especially over late Summer, and early Fall, and especially relating to [transfers] or [shipping] of [goods]. There are further sets in support of the [pharmaceutical industry supplies shortages] impacting the [gold/silver markets]. Such impacts are most likely to occur in mid to late Summer. How these will manifest is not yet clear, though the links between the [gold/silver trading markets] and the [pharmaceutical industry] and its [supplies shortages] is very evident when viewing the intersections of the 2/two data sets. The data set intersections between the Markets entity and the [social order] and [political structure] sub sets of the Populace/USofA entity continue to gain support for the [coagulation] of the [currency] and the [government] to begin in Summer, and then in turn to [propel] the [rigor mortis] of the [social contract] in Fall and Winter. The data set intersections (a' la fuzzy set logic) provide a view such that as modelspace is progressed through the rest of 2009, an unfolding of events leads to the [fold up/collapse/internal shuddering] of the [market place/currency exchange], however this is but a component of the much larger [social order collapse] within the [populace/usofa]. The [social order collapse] has a special emphasis on the [relationship] between the [populace/usofa] and the [government] and the [officialdom (not government, but higher such as Council on Foreign Relations, and other Bilderberger minion levels)]. The intersection of these sets are reinforcing of the [turmoil] already discussed for the [global populace] in Part Zero. The [british], and [french] 'troubles' provide a set of cross links that indicate that the [american populace] as well as those in [europe] will be [agitated] by the [unfolding] of the [coagulation] over the rest of Winter and in Spring up through to mid May. From mid May onward the emotional tones involved as well as the intensity sums rise dramatically. The data sets indicate that it is the [experience] of the [populace/usofa] living through the [markets] and [economic/fiscal coagulation] over Summer that leads directly to the [criticism] and [censure] of the [administration (notably Summers/Geitner)] in late October. This is indicated to be a good temporal marker for the sudden changes for the worse that will manifest in both the [markets] and the [populace to gov't relationship] in very early November. The Fall crises will dominate November and December of 2009, as well as come back to [revisit/haunt] the [obama

administration] in April of 2010 as the [discussions/arguments] within the [officialdom] suddenly [break-out] into the open. The resulting [statement/shock] from the [populace/usofa] as well as the [global populace] to a smaller degree will then bring about the [unhinging] or [decoupling] of the [masses] from the [officialdom agenda]. So, as the [summer season] officially begins in late May for the [american populace], the [economic woes/disease] will accelerate rapidly into a [recognizable] state of [mortification (walking dead)], and this indicated to provide the [emotional shock (to the core) of the system] that will precipitate the next 6/six months of [degradation/coagulation]. The [coagulation] word is interesting as the context includes the idea of [shrinkage], and [curling inward on one's self], and [contraction] as well as many other words that are also associated in other sets with [deflation]. Primarily supporting the concept of [draining] or [letting out of air (from balloon)], the newly arriving support sets for the [coagulation] also include a range of sets indicating that [hyperinflation] will hit *specific* commodities within the [global markets]. These will *not* include anything, any abstraction of a thing, or any touted thing which is [debt based], no matter how hard the [minions of TPTB] try to [sell] the idea of [debt]. The [hyperinflation] supporting aspect/attribute shows up with [foods/food supplies] as well as [food preservation supplies], and [food preparation supplies]. Over late Summer it also becomes associated with [medicines], especially [antibiotics], and [pain relievers], as well as many categories of [imported pharmaceuticals]. There is a gradual association between [gold/silver] and [hyperinflation], but the relationship is very complex, and includes the [restructuring] of the entire system of [value establishment], and [metals exchange]. The [hyperinflation] context also touches sets that include [specialty goods] of all kinds including [armaments], and [energy producing devices] and [fuels]. The Markets entity, by way of the cross links to the Populace/USofA and the GlobalPop entities, is indicating that as Summer of 2009 fades into Fall, the existence of [gray/black markets] will become an [officialdom] concern. Growing in direct response to the degradation of the [paper debt based economy], the [black/gray markets] will provide some areas for [hyperinflation] of non [food], [energy], [drugs] commodities, including [clothing], and [tools]. However, within the crumbling 'developed' world markets the data sets are describing a period when [resurrected/recovered hand tools (from in country manufacture)]

will be worth many times the remaining value of [cheap imports]. It will be this trend that will prompt the rebuilding of local, small scale tool production facilities.

GlobalPop - Warlords, Clean SOC's, Vanishings, Cults, Dis'ed & Piss'd

The Summer of Hell causes a rapid change in several [drugs] related areas. The data sets are indicating that both at the [corporate pharmaceutical] level, as well as the [proscribed/forbidden plants/herbs/drugs] levels, the changes to reach the [global populace] this year will be staggering relative to the last 100/one hundred years of [plant embargoes]. Much of this is seemingly related to the much larger, [planetary social contract breakdown]. While the more [extreme] range of the [social contract disruption/breakdown] will be seen at the heart of the [american/anglo/bilderberger empire], the data sets within the GlobalPop are indicating a more [general], and [planet encompassing] expression of the [dissatisfaction] with the [old social order]. The current rise in [narco terrorism/violence] globally is more of a reaction to the [power vacuum] being created as the [american empire/dollar dissolves], and has little to do with the developing [transformation] of the [global social contract]. Rather the upcoming [narco wars], however brief they may be, should be seen not as the [opposition] of the 2/two forces on either side of [transformation], e.g. the [old patriarchal social order], versus the [new self-organizing-collective social order]. Rather these [narco wars] at a global level are actually representative of the last of the Piscean Age [patriarchal organizations] fighting to dominate the last days of the [old social matrix]. These [narco wars], specifically in South America, and in SouthEast Asia are forecast to continue as the last [vestige] of the [old (piscean/schooling/en-masse-socialorder) days/time] even after the [crumbling] of the [mega state (the american empire)]. However, as the [american empire] fades out, so do the [american/bilderberger state imposed (globally) restrictions on behavior] and [plant crops]. As the [transformation] meta data layer, and the [duality] meta data layers are indicating, the [change in plants/crops] will [alter the (power) structure (of the) globe]. These sub sets, accrued as modelspace is progressed over Summer, and through the rest of 2009, have longer term values associated which go to the [5/five generation (approximately 105/onehundred-and-five year)] level of impact. meta data layer is indicating that even while the last of the old style patriarchal/hierarchical organizations (of which both drug and political empires are excellent examples) fight for the last of the [power resources], there will be a growing seed of the new social order manifesting. The aspect/attribute sets accreting to the GlobalPop entity as modelspace is progressed through Spring and just slightly into Summer are indicating that the [visibility] of the [self organizing collective] will increase within the [global mediastream]. As noted in the last ALTA series, the [press] will be so desperate for [good news], that they will seek out any [success], and the majority of instances that they locate will be of the [self organizing collective]. Curiously they will feature these [success stories] all through Summer and into Fall, apparently unaware of the [mental impact] that these [thought changing] examples will have on their audience. That the [global media] will be featuring the [replacement] for the [current social matrix] *may* be taken as an example of just how unaware the corporatacracy is of the operation of universe at levels beyond dollars. The data sets continue to grow for [disappearances], with an increasing frequency of [reporting] of such over Summer from mid May onward. A number of the [disappearances], are also indicated to be [occurring] in Summer, but will not surface in the [press] or [reports] elsewhere until the [breakout] or [separation] of the [government employees] in November and December of this year. This period in modelspace shows an increase in [whistleblowers] in very late Fall as a temporal echo to the late Summer [whistleblowers] meme. Further we have several indicators within the Summer, then Fall echo wave that a combination of [evangelical angst], likely over some [horrific/terrible] level of [financial calamity] and a [new age (teevee) personality scandal] will be a very good temporal marker for the [flare up] of the [international crises] which will be only a week out from the appearance of the combination of the 2/two [cult scandal] memes in [mainstream media]. There are supporting aspect/attribute sets which link the [evangelical cult] and its [scandal] to [NASA] by way of the [usfoa air force]. This will not come out immediately, but only emerge later as a certain [hardness/rigidity of position] is revealed in early 2010. Social [warfare] is indicated to [erupt] due to [disrespect] of the [workers] in a particular [industry] which has associations with

[glass] in the [industrial] sense. This is the beginning of the [active] phase of the [social revolution]. This [act of disrespect] is temporally associated with November 2009, *and* with February of 2010. It may be that the [act] itself takes place in November, but the [eruption of emotional tensions] does not occur until February. This linguistic structure is at a very high level of archetype and seeming is referring to omni humanity here on Terra rather than any specific geopolitical or religious/ethnic sub group. A very large problem then exists in reconciling the specifics of the [disrespect to workers] which could, would or will occur in such a way as to get pretty much the whole of the planetary working humans riled up. Nonetheless, the data suggests that this is the pending case.

SpaceGoatFarts - Full Fart, Range of Pain, The List, Erosion, Discontinuity

The SpaceGoatFarts entity now has a fully populated context for [2012] as a representation of the archetypes within the [cosmic catastrophe up ends the planet] idea. Again it needs to be noted that certain analysis of manifesting reality reveals support for a conclusion that TPTB (ThePowersThatBe) are and have been shifting resources around the planet in preparation for a pan-solar system change of such magnitude as to likely produce catastrophe for life here on earth. The trail of the evidence is found at the [visible] level of planetary resources analysis, and as such is a very limited view of what the actually real [invisible hand] or [illuminati/secret societies] are doing. If we examine the [2012] context within the SpaceGoatFarts entity, the data reveals that there is a range of possibilities that is being covered. At the minimum end of the range is the often stated, often reinforced, and *plausible* explanation that [officialdom] *expects* the probability of damage from a [solar maximum event]. This [solar maximum event] is a restatement of the NASA (and other officialdom voiced) statements that the current [solar cycle] will be [50/fifty percent] more [violent] than past cycles, and that it has some level of probability of producing an [earth striking CME (coronal mass ejection)]. The TPTB, especially via their reporters and NASA 'scientists', have repeatedly stated that the effects of an earth striking CME would include satellite destruction as well as

having the potential to physically damage electrical devices here on earth. These electrical devices include the generation, and distribution of power. Further, the NASA spokespeople *have* taken some repeated effort to note that the northern hemisphere will be sun facing when/if this CME hit occurs. So within the [2012] context are repeated references to the [diaspora] which has been forecast for years within our ALTA reports. How could a CME striking earth create a [diaspora]? After all it is not like a hurricane or other large weather event in which people are actually 'wind born' to new places. We can easily predict some consequences for a CME striking earth and producing damage to the electrical distribution system *and* the communications (and other) satellites on the way in. This scenario revolves around the massive level of damage to distribution of electricity (to say nothing of generation capability) and the inability to obtain spare parts in anything like a timely manner due to the near obliteration of the modern communications systems. So not only have nations, and perhaps entire continents gone dark, but we also face the problem of not being able to even begin to obtain spare parts due to the inability to communicate. Of course, there is the other aspect of the whole problem in that much of the distribution system cannot be replace without building new factories as there is not a major industry capable of replacing millions of destroyed transformers, and other electrical distribution equipment. Thus, any area of the planet, that, due to local climate conditions, depends on electricity to make it habitable for humans, would have to be abandoned as the estimated *BEST POSSIBLE* replacement time for the electrical distribution system here in the USofA alone is 18/eighteen months. So, just to repeat the point, even at the lowest possible level of expected pan-solar system catastrophe, any areas requiring electricity will be abandoned. And a [diaspora] would be initiated as a result. Also note that some such areas may not be obvious, yes such places as the American SouthWest will become uninhabitable due to both greatly increasing heat levels, as well as lack of electricity for air conditioning/cooling, but also be aware that areas such as [netherlands/holland] will have severe problems with rising ocean levels, severe storms, *just* as they loose power for pumps and other electrically operated flooding mitigation devices. And many great cities will become real low population centers as most leave when the ability to pump water in, and sewage out, fails. To say nothing of all those stairs without lifts/elevators. Other non obvious concerns will also include flooding, and sudden loss of

transportation as [locks] and [lifts] in the maritime sense also lose the ability to operate. At the other end of the range of the possibilities of the [2012] context as indicated by the TPTB actions, and expressions (including such strangeness as the Georgia guide stones, and other illuminitus writings), every one dies. Well...not everyone, just every one except the TPTB and their select few minions. This end of the range has TPTB (and companions) escaping the [doom/pan-solarsystem-catastrophe] by being [ensconced] in [deep underground shelters] during the [several years] that it will take for the [2012] context to manifest. The supporting evidence for this end of the range includes the inherent assumptions manifest in the Svalbard Global Seed Vault in its design, placement, and stated objectives. In addition the archetypes for the Svalbard word itself includes [edge of cold], or [coast of cold]. These are further reinforced by the coloquial usages of the more ancient meaning of Svalbard as [ice beard]. There are further indications that TPTB have more invested in Svalbard than *merely* the 'doomsday seed vault'. The supporting evidence for this includes the many [shadow government] operations on the archipelago ostensibly owned by [nasa], and [noaa], and the [united nations]. As was discussed in ALTA reports of several years ago, the whole of the [2012] context is going to rocket to the top of the global consciousness, with the lift off occurring in 2009, and orbit being reached in 2010. UNLIKE the Y2K issue, which was, from the perspective of someone in the industry working loooong hours to rework code, a real threat, but at least addressable by human ingenuity, the [2012] context is indicated by the SpaceGoatFarts emotional sums as [driving] or [propelling] large segments of the [global populace] into [frothing frenzy] and [foaming (at the mouth) craziness]. Apparently a significant [secrets revealed] meta data layer influence will provide real [fuel] for the [fireworks] within the [awakening populace] over late 2009, and into 2010. [IT/THE Occurrence/Melding]. This [list] description comes from a detail sub set of aspect/attributes that are cross linked extensively over to TPTB entity, as well as the Populace/USofA entity. The terminating sub sets would seem to indicate that the [leaking] or [revealing] of this [list] resonates at a very deep level with large numbers of [marginally awake] members of the [populace]. There are some indications that the proximate cause for the resonance with the [populace] has to do with the [list] being [revealed], and then subsequently [2/two] of the [list items] occur with a [visible] presence in a short term time frame {ed note: within 3/three months of each other}. In our own research, undertaken every time a change is made in the lexicon of contexts and entities, as it is 2012 affected, we frequently run into contact with data streams that come back to Freemasonry, especially the levels above the 3/third degree, and those connected to the Scottish Rites. Further as we trace back in history seeking linguistic clues for inclusion within the developing contexts and entities, around this subject of 2012, and within the sub set of [climate change], we frequently encounter data streams leading back to Dr. Isaac Asimov. We note to the skeptics who think of Asimov as a writer of science fiction that in the 1950's he predicted conditions we now encounter in areas from the [climate] to [science]. As an instance Asimov predicted that it would take until 2004 (from his perspective in the 1950's) before DNA research would [unlock the secrets] and produce the [biological revolution] wherein humans could "create DNA for any purpose conceivable". It was also Asimov who noted that [catastrophic climate change], including that [associated with polar slips], is characterized best by [oscillation between extremes], and [catastrophic changes in precipitation patterns]. In his specific case taken as a general warning of the conditions likely to be caused or initiated by [catastrophic changes in precipitation patterns], Asimov cited first and foremost the [erosion] of [glacial stability] on a [planetary scale]. There is also a concurrent [erosion] thread within both the Populace/USofA entity and the SpaceGoatFarts entity that relates to [citizen confidence/alliance] to the [governmental control structure]. The idea is that as each new set of lies from [officialdom] is exposed, the populace places less and less confidence in the next [officialdom communications] encountered. Eventually, this situation develops into the [active distrust phase] in which the [citizen] is [isolated], and [confused] to the point that not only is [trust] in [government/officialdom] eroded into nothing, but so is [trust] and [acceptance] of the whole of the [social order]. This is the point that the SpaceGoatFarts entity suggests has been reached by the [american populace]. That is to say, that the [populace] has reached a point of [general distrust levels] such that *any* [disappointment] with any outcome of the new [administration] plans will produce a reaction seemingly out of proportion to the actual manifestation. These coiled emotions have been held at bay by the willing suspension prompted by all the [change] language during the election, however the advancement of modelspace indicates that the [suspension] of the [disinformation discontinuity] will be over around October 26th, and thereafter a new phase of the citizen to government relationship will unfold. The [erosion] of [trust in officialdom] is a very core aspect/attribute set within the [2012] sub set within the SpaceGoatFarts entity. And this [erosion] is indicated to be [exacerbated] and [greatly increased] over Summer especially around several sub sets of the [contact] meme. The [contact] meme is growing in aspect/attribute sets around the [duality] meta data layer. Both the [disgruntled former employee whistleblowers] and the [outpouring of disinformation] are indicated for later in Summer. As a part of the continuing stressors on the [social order] at a global level, but with a special emphasis on the [populace/usofa], the [contact] meme sub set is indicating that [secrets revealed] will increase [personal tensions] to [visible] levels. These are indicated to come out as [attacks] on [officialdom] with a specific focus of [space] and [aliens/contact] meme. These [attacks] described may be a larger thread similar to the [ship grounding] meme that we picked up and reported on in previous ALTA reports. At the time of the interpretation the conclusion was that it was a single, important grounding, and as reality manifested it was many, many ship groundings globally. This meme of [attacks on officialdom over lies] has similar characteristics and so maybe expressing a general running theme in the news for a period. Also gaining support from the distant [alien wars] sub set are the [2/two travelers/liberators/thieves] aspect/attribute set which has been tracking the apparent [theft] or [liberation] of an [alien device] from a [clandestine laboratory/vault]. The [alien device] is associated within the data sets with an [ancient (perhaps millions of years old) space/time ship], and is, or was, regarded as something of a [useless curiosity] prior to its [removal]. The data sets now suggest that more of the [authorities (in the) know] are involved in the search for the [2/two companions], and that there has been an [incident] that the [authorities] would prefer *not* be discussed in the main stream (or any) media. There are indications of a [special scrubbing squad] being formed to remove or [overlay] any real information that may make it out into the wild. Nonetheless, there are also forecast [leaks] or [hints] about this particular drama which first hit our data about mid Summer (mid to late July), and then grow steadily, albeit slowly, in [visibility] values through Fall. There is also continuing growth in the supporting layers for a Summer timed incident of [accidental use] of the [device] which will create a [newness] within the [innocent by standing life (of all kinds of species down to plants and insects)]. Hmmm. Gotta make sure to have popcorn around. Sounds just like a good grade B sci-fi flick where the radiation creates creatures of strange sizes and shapes to come gobble up the hapless humans. Still though, sarcasm notwithstanding, the data continues to support the idea that the [hunt] for the [2/two thieves (as they will be labeled by the corporate/captive press)] will become [visible] slowly over late Summer. However, I doubt very much that any real information about 'what' was stolen will be allowed to escape. It would not be surprising, as an example, to hear the [thieves] have stolen nu-clar material....hmmmm. Good cover story, eh?

perception changes for those so afflicted with this enhanced level of vision for the 'stuff' of universe supporting all of us exactly the way that water supports fishes. Usually oblivious to the nature of reality, the sudden shift into pattern recognition brings with it an increased appreciation for the richness of experience. While the newly discovered textural layers of universe are captivating, they are also incredibly revealing of the levels of complexity in the whole of the structured experience we call life. Ian Lungold captures a perspective on the complexity increase in his essay on The Game of Loss and Lack which specifically is taken as support for the concept of [self sacrifice], but also convey levels of description about how universe operates. And the complexity involved. And most key, the consciousness involved. We note that writers of all stripes and dogmas within the esoteric traditions globally, and throughout time have all reached the same conclusion, expertly expressed below by Robert Anton Wilson. "This is archetypical. We shall see, as we advance, that the peculiar entities in charge of the hypothetical Cosmic Coincidence Control Center (CCCC) pay special attention to those who pay attention to them." In our words here at HPH, the more sync winks (synchronistic meaningful coincidence) you notice, the more sync winks there are to notice. Make sense? While some may think this to be a mere case of 'sensitization', there is much more involved. It is as though the shift into the new state of complexity consciousness triggers a light on some cosmic control panel which begins the initiation. The process from there is a gradual revealing through continuous exposure/testing of the newly complexity aware consciousness. With each new success, yet more intriguing, and more complex tests are offered. Lest we forget it was the enlargement of vision that allows individual consciousness to change focus from datum all the way out to design patterns that produces the ability within the aware observer to recognize sync winks as, or shortly after they occur. As this is the real universe involved, not only does the quickening consciousness of the newly aware individual trigger the lights at CCCC, but it also adds to the aggregation of the total mass of aware

And as is frequently noted in reverse in the themes of major illuminatus financed films such as Highlander, and The One (with Jet Li - superior wu shu action in that movie by the way), as each new consciousness is *added* to the collective of universe aware beings, the total potential of the aware consciousness increases disproportionately, *and* (perhaps most importantly) it makes it that much easier for more of the unaware, unawakened consciousness to 'cross the great river'. Lest we forget it was the enlargement of vision that allows the individual to perceive universe speaking. Usually this is a sudden event, triggered by a strange thought relative to the appearance in reality of some personally significant, but likely trivial to start, experience. For some people it is the recognition of the appearance of patterns of numbers in their life. The feeling of mystery encountered, which is to say that the hair on the back of the neck decides to stand up seemingly trying to take the skin with it, is a good clue as well. For some individuals, universe first offers numbers, then steps the increasing awareness of that consciousness into greater complexity of symbolic understandings. For some it may take years of being pelted by numbers before the aha! moment occurs. For others it happens in youth. Though Patanjali in the Science of Yoga sutras' discusses this aspect of karma and its impact on our current and future lives, the issue of aware consciousness is not linear, but is universal, and seemingly outside of time, therefore the 'realization breakthrough' is, itself, part of a larger pattern of greater consciousness awareness at higher levels. Make sense? Clear as blackberry pie at midnight in a power outage? Well, basically, universe is fractally organized at several levels within its structure, and at each level, larger aggregations continue to expand the patterns observable at lower levels of granularity. There, glad that cleared that up. So each adds to the total, and makes the total more 'attractive' or 'more oblivious' to the totality of the unaware such that it becomes increasingly easier for the next consciousness become aware, and the cycle continues. Universe speaks volumes, and increases its capacity as you 'learn the language'. Language, as we maintain here at HPH ain't what it used to be....which is why discovering language or meaningful communications in sync winks from universe again points the aware consciousness back to the fractal nature of reality at all levels, *and* prompts the search for the next level of awareness.

As radical linguists, we develop tools to aid in our search for the sync winks and their multitextural layers of meaning. A good tool is the small notebook and pen. We jot down our sync winks with such information as may be appropriate at the moment. No rigidity here, and consistency of expression is not what is being sought. Rather we use this as a mind training tool, rather than a log per se. The mere act of writing down the sync wink shifts the awareness of it to a whole new level within the functioning of the brain. It transfers more emotional energy to the discovery, and makes the likelihood of it becoming a longer term memory greater. Even if the material written down is never reviewed and the book is cast aside when full. The radical linguistics experiment is to harmonize the individual with the fractal nature of universe and thus invite its participation as well. The mere act of maintaining such a sync wink log (we use small pocket sized nautical logs) is what is the tool. Not the log itself. We are working a meta-physical radical linguistic experiment here. So we note the sync winks in our log as they occur, and this mere act causes the 'light' in the 'control panel' at universe central to grow a bit brighter, which brings more universe energy its way, and thus back to the radical linguistic experiment we have underway. That in turn brings more communications from universe, which induces more understanding, and the positive feed back loop continues. As an example we offer the increasing complexity of recent crop circles as well as their embodiment of larger, more fractally packaged levels of knowledge. By the way, the less aware scientists have termed the ability of the aware consciousness to listen through sync winks as [opportunity science], and they hope to exploit this as a competitive edge tool. Hmmm... don't quite have the concept there it seems. So, the admonition is still pertinent, perhaps more so these days than ever in history of omnihumanity... ----Hard pause---- scary thought, but far more true than we have any ability to recognize...these are incredible, perhaps never occurred this way in the millions of years of history before us, times.
