Package 1 (6 days, 5 nights): $520

A non-refundable amount of $250 is applicable upon application, with the

remaining balance to be paid at least 7 days prior to the Convention (Thursday
January 29, 2009)

Package 2 (2 days, 3 nights): $300 (*see below)

Price includes: accommodation for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights,
weekend activities, Convention showbag, Convention Ball ticket, 2 meals per
day, most transfers

A non-refundable amount of $150 is applicable upon application, with the

remaining balance to be paid at least 7 days prior to the Convention (Thursday
January 29, 2009)

the Convention

*Package 2 is for those people who wish to attend only the weekend activities of
the Convention, beginning from Friday night and ending on Monday morning,
after the Convention Ball. Accommodation is included for Friday, Saturday and
Sunday nights; the activities included are all those on Saturday and Sunday as
per the itinerary, as well as for Friday night. The cost for this package is inclusive
of all of these, however, should you wish to have a shorter stay (for example,
from Saturday morning to Monday morning, or from Friday night to Sunday
morning), please send us an email at activities@nugas.org.au so that we can
arrange a different price for you.
