Taxes: Prices are inclusive of all taxes where and if applicable and subject to change with the change in duty structure from the Government. Commissioning of Service: With in 10 working days after receiving confirmed order with advance payment. Force Majeure: Standard Force Majeure clauses apply to these terms and condition. Mode of Payment: Method of Payment either by Cross Cheque or by Bank Draft in the name of Fiberlink Pvt Ltd. Payment: 50% advance payment at the time of purchase order.
