ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

WORK PROFILE: My training during the period of one month was very useful and informative. I was working under creative designer for various brands. My trainer was Mr.Antony sunil. Main role of my job was on branding and advertising for a client and ensuring that the new branding and advertising fits in with the clients requirements and the image used to promote for their company or product. I was given a role to initiate and stimulate ideas for brands and ads. When working for major brands I had to co ordinate with the creative head suggesting ideas and giving concepts for various ads.after the creative headbfinalizes my concept and idea I should proceed with my illustration and rough diagrams of the idea.i had to go and report to my head who further makes some suggestion.later when one concept is finalised I will start working in software adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The primarily responsibility of an art director is to choose the visual elements used in the advertisement or commercial. The most difficult task that art directors and those who work on the creative side of advertisement face is to transform concept into words and pictures and how to bring in the entire idea. I also had developed projects by giving ideas on the selection of colours and other elements.
