KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Catherine Monique Dazo , of legal age, Filipino Citizen with residence and postal address at #34 Sampaguita St. St. Michael Homes Pandayan, Meycauayan, Bulacan. Do hereby name and appoint and constitute Michelle Rivera also of legal age, Filipino citizen, with postal address at Barangay 186 Zone 16 Barracks II Tala Caloocan City, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT , to do and perform any and all acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To be my representative and to enter into any contract for the development, marketing ,sale, transfer and conveyance for the real estate property as described herein: Five hectares vacant lot situated in Barangay Hulo, Marilao, Bulacan, Philippines. Adjacent to the lot of Golden Silver Subdivision and across the towns chapel. Eight kilometres away from the back area of Nazarenus Hospital covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 108734452. 2. To allow my agent to decide on all her terms to design the model house, the streets and the main gate with guardhouse. Allocate space for the erection of a 300 square meter multipurpose club house. And a basketball court and a swimming pool adjacent to the land dedicated for the administration building. 3. T o make, sign, seal, execute and deliver all contracts, deeds, documents, agreements and other writings of whatever nature or kind with any and all third persons, concerns or entities upon such terms and conditions acceptable to my Attorney- in-Fact in connection with the development plans, marketing strategy and sale and transfer of the above-described property. 4. To allow my agent to represent and act in behalf of my name in contracts with regard on the marketing of the units/houses. In such, giving my agent discretion to choose the company who will supply the necessary materials in order to execute the plans of the proposed subdivision.

5. That my agent shall be excluded to mortgage said property at any given time. Unless it is my own volition to mortgage such and has expressly given her authority to do so. 6. To represent me in all inquiries, dealings and transactions with The Registry of Deeds, the appropriate municipality, government and any and all government agencies and instrumentalities, including all private entities, in connection with the transfer and release in my name of a valid transfer certificate of title to the above-mentioned real estate property in case of sale to any individual or corporation. 7. T o hold on my behalf the transfer certificate of title to the abovementioned property, including any and all documents, deeds, papers and contracts pertaining thereto. 8. To settle any account or reckoning whatsoever, such as but without limitation to government taxes, fees, charges or assessments.

9. That my agent shall receive from me a monthly salary of twenty thousand pesos starting at the time this agency is constituted up to the stated period which it shall expire.

10. The prices per unit/house shall be the same as of on the price I have listed in the contract and no modification or discount shall be available to anyone without my knowledge and consent.

11. That my agent shall act and perform only to the scope of authority I have given her. In case my agent acts on her own name, I will have no right against any person whom she will have contracted, neither I shall be liable for them in any case. 12. Generally, to do and perform any and all acts which may be necessary, required or may be beneficial for the faithful execution of the foregoing authority.

This Power of Attorney shall remain in effect until February 14 2018
