The amount paid over on settlement was calculated in accordance with the attached settlement adjustment sheet. All the monies necessary to effect settlement were made available by your mortgagee. All documents of title received on completion were handed to your mortgagee which will now lodge those documents at Department of Lands Land and Property Information NSW for registration into your name as owner. When the documents have been registered they will be retained by your mortgagee as security until such time as your liability to the mortgagee has been repaid. All the monies necessary to effect settlement were made available by yourself. All documents of title received by us on completion have been lodged at Department of Lands Land and Property Information NSW for registration into your name as owner. When the documents have been registered and returned to us we will forward a copy of the title deed to you for your records and will retain the original in safe custody pending your further instructions. All documents of title received on completion were handed to your mortgagee which will now lodge those documents at Department of Lands Land and Property Information NSW for registration into your name as owner. When the documents have been registered they will be retained by your mortgagee as security until such time as your liability to the mortgagee has been repaid. We would now invite your attention to the settlement statement from which you will note that council rates on the property for the current rating year amounted to .
