EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION NO.

2012/03 KRIBHCO, is looking for dynamic, committed experience and result oriented professionals, who can achieve desired goals of the society and are interested in taking up challenging assignments in their respective fields. The details of vacancies are as follows:-

( 1) Dy.Manager (Mktg.)/Asstt.Manager (Mktg.) :


No. of vacancies: 03 Pay Scale: Rs.32900-58000/Rs.30500-54500/Qualification: B.Sc. (Ag) with minimum 60% marks, as basic qualification. However, preference will be given to the candidates having B.Sc.(Ag) with MBA (Full time)/PGDBM (Marketing/Agri. Marketing) / Ph.D in Plant Breeding & Genetics. PGDBM should be of 2 yrs full time course recognized as MBA by UGC / AICTE. Experience : Minimum 20 years post-qualification experience shall be considered for Gr. G1 in the pay scale of Rs. 30,500-54,500/- and persons having 24 years shall be considered in Grade G in the pay scale of. Rs.32,900-58,000/-. Age Limit: Not more than 40 years for Gr. G1 and 45 years for Gr. G ( as on 1 st April, 2012 Job Specifications:
The incumbent is expected to take care of customer feedback, laws relating to hybrid seeds, technical advice to customers, coordinations of marketing activities in a set of two-three important states. Besides Hybrid seeds, the incumbents may be asked to give advice and guidance on seeds business as a whole. He will also be doing advance planning and assessment of demand of hybrid seed crop/variety wise keeping the market size into consideration of the state and ensure timely submission to the corporate office, Monitoring the sales, availability, dispatches to the destinations, timely submission of DIs to M/S NSPLs state In charge and act as a nodal person to interact with M/s NSPL and other trading partners of KRIBHCO. In addition he will be responsible to Plan and organizing the promotional/ publicity programmes for the awareness/popularization of Hybrid Seeds, and new products with a focus to build brand image and improve the market share. To prepare literature, complimentary items, arrangement of publicity van etc

(2) Marketing Management Trainees:


No. of vacancies: 02 Qualification: B.Sc. (Ag) with minimum 65% marks, as basic qualification with MBA (Full time) /PGDBM (Marketing/Agri.Marketing), PGDBM should be of 2 yrs full time recognized as MBA by UGC / AICTE. Age Limit: Not more than 27 as on 1st April, 2012.

Training Period: One year. Stipend : MMTs will be paid salary of Grade G2 i.e. Basic Pay of Rs. 22,000/- plus DA and other allowances per month in the pay scale of Rs. 22,000 46,500 during training period. Bond: MMTs will have to execute a surety bond amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/- to serve KRIBHCO for three years after training in case belong to General category. For SC/ST candidates, the amount of bond shall be Rs.50,000/-.

Job Profile: The incumbents are proposed to be absorbed in G-2 grade after successful completion of training period. During the training period they will be posted at Central Marketing Office/ State Marketing Offices and will be given on job training in one or multiple marketing activities of KRIBHCO (Distribution, Logistics, Port operations, Public Relations, Cooperative Relations, Fertilizer Monitoring system, Mobile fertilizers monitoring system, SAP applications and Farm Advisory Services Etc.). After successful completion of training period and absorption in KRIBHCO they will be required to work in field /Area Offices/State offices/Central Marketing office of KRIBHCO or its allied organizations as per the requirements.

(3) MARKETING TRAINEE :


KRIBHCO invites application from Agricultural Graduates (B.Sc. Agriculture - four year degree course from the reputed Agricultural Universities / Government Agricultural Colleges) for its marketing activities in the area of its operation, who will be engaged as Marketing Trainee for a period of one year. Experience: Minimum two years post qualification experience with reputed companies for marketing of chemical fertilizers/hybrid seeds/pesticides/bio-fertilizers etc. Age Limit: maximum 25 years as on 01.04.2012.

1. On successful completion of training period they will be absorbed in the services of KRIBHCO in L grade of Rs.12900-22200 and will be put on probation for a period of six months. 2. Stipend: During training period of one year, Marketing Trainees will be paid a stipend of Rs.12900/- i.e. minimum of basic pay of L grade in which they will be absorbed on successful completion of training. 3. Bond: Marketing Trainee shall be required to execute and furnish a bond amounting to Rs.40,000/- to serve KRIBHCO for a minimum period of three years after successful completion of training and absorption in KRIBHCO. Marketing Trainee after successful completion of training will be pasted as Incharge of designated territory reporting to senior field officials/Area Manager to perform the following activities: 1. Thorough understanding of market potential of his territory and Business Plan. 2. Ensure proper distribution and achieve sales and collection of Societys products as per targets in the designated territory (District/Districts). 3. Proper handling and safe upkeep of material and maintain MIS. 4. Undertake promotional and publicity activities for strengthening the brand image for existing products and creating brand awareness for new products. 5. Develop rapport with the Cooperative Societies and dealers for developing and maintaining customer relationship, loyalty and satisfaction. 6. Any other activities related to marketing.

(4) SEED PROCESS PLANT OPERATOR (TRAINEE) :


KRIBHCO invites application from Diploma Holders in Mechanical Engineering / ITI in Mechanical Trade who will be engaged as KRIBHCO Trainee for a period of two years. The recruitment of KRIBHCO Trainees shall be made on following criteria: i. ii. iii. iv. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI in Mechanical Trade Age: Not more than 23 years Period of Training: Two years On successful completion of training, they may be absorbed in Grade Q in the pay Scale of Rs.5400-9300 (for Diploma holders) and Grade R in the pay Scale of Rs.3900-6700 (for ITI) and will be on probation for six months v. Stipend: a) A Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering shall be paid stipend of Rs.5400/- during the first year of training period at the minimum of basic pay of Grade Q, i.e. the grade in which he shall be absorbed after successful completion of training. In subsequent year of training, the stipend amount will be enhanced by Rs.500/- per month. b) An ITI in Mechanical Trade shall be paid stipend of Rs.3900/- during the first year of training period at the minimum of basic pay of Grade R, i.e. the grade in which he shall be absorbed after successful completion of training. In subsequent year of training, the stipend amount will be enhanced by Rs.500/- per month. c) Bond for KRIBHCO Trainees: The KRIBHCO Trainee shall be required to execute and furnish a Bond amounting to Rs.40,000/- to serve KRIBHCO for a minimum period three years after absorption in the service of KRIBHCO. On successful completion of training period of two years as KRIBHCO Trainee Diploma holders will be absorbed in Q Grade of Rs. 5400-9300 as Technician and ITI will be absorbed as Seed Plant Operator in R Grade of Rs.3900-6700.

Job Profile After successful completion of 2 years training as KRIBHCO Trainee, they will be absorbed in the services of KRIBHCO and their Job profile would include functioning and overall maintenance of the Plant and Machinery which includes V.B. Elevator, Surge Bin, Pre-Cleaner, Seed Grader, Specific Gravity Separator, Seed Treater etc. It also includes the operation, maintenance of DG Set, Electric Weighing Machines. Bag closure, electronic moisture meter, air compressor, electronic control panels, exhaust fans, industrial lights etc. Plant Operator will be responsible for the annual maintenance of the plant and machinery which will be carried out at the end of the each season. He should be present at the seed processing unit during the course of processing and attend the functioning of the unit during the break down even during odd hours.

Material Management Trainee :

MBA (Material Management)/2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Material Management recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE. Preference shall be given to candidates having qualification of BE with MBA in Material Management. Age Limit Period of Training Stipend : : : Not more than 27 years One year During the training period Material Management Trainee will be paid salary at the minimum of basic pay of Rs.22,000/- plus DA and other allowances in G2 grade in the pay scale of Rs.22,000-46,500/- i.e. the grade in which he shall be absorbed after successful completion of training. MMT shall be required to execute and furnish a Bond amounting to Rs. two lakhs to serve KRIBHCO for three years, in case he belongs to General Category. For SC / ST candidates the amount of bond shall be Rs.50,000/-.
