Place a body wrap sheet under your client and ask her to lie on her side.

Making contact Place both of your hands on your clients abdomen and ask her to breathe deeply. This will help her to relax more effectively. Gentle rocking movements Place one hand on the solar plexus and the other hand below her knee. Gently rock your client back and forth. Stretching Lift up your clients arm (slightly bent) and then stretch her Trapezius muscle. Gently move the clients arm back down to the massage bed, with small swinging movements.

Temples and scalp Apply circular movements to the temples and scalp.

Knead the Trapezius muscles, arms and forearms. Massage around the elbow in circular motions. Knead the palm of your clients hand, using your knuckles. Smooth in between her fingers. Finish by applying smoothing strokes up and across the back.

Bend and then straighten out the clients leg. Repeat these same 5 steps on the right leg.

Rapidly mix together 900ml of mask powder with 900ml of lukewarm water and immediately apply it to your clients body.

Cover your client in the body wrap sheet and bed sheet.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

2 options: 30 minutes = repeat each step twice / 50 minutes = repeat each step 4 times

Hold your clients heels in the palm of each hand and squeeze with your fingers. Release the pressure.

Apply pressure to the top of the left foot. Massage the arch of the foot with the ball of your thumb.

Make figure of 8 patterns with one hand, along the left leg.

Repeat these same 4 steps on the right leg. Ask your client to turn over onto her back. Begin the massage with circular movements over the Trapezius muscle. Place your hands on each side of the clients spine and stroke downwards to the lower back. Apply pressure to the small of the back. Then, move your hands upwards, stretching the sides as you work.

Place both hands on the leg and make figure of 8 patterns. Starting behind the knee, smooth along the clients leg with your forearms.

Massage the leg in circular movements with the palm of your hands. Finish by kneading the buttocks.

Perform rippling wave-like movements around the navel, with your hands in the form of a triangle.

Perform effleurage movements over the abdomen, working down with both hands.

Place one hand on top of the other and smooth from the chest area to the sides, from the sides to the hips and from the hips to the abdomen (fingers spread apart).

Apply pressure to both shoulders simultaneously, pushing down towards the massage table. Release the pressure. Once again, apply pressure to the shoulders pushing down towards the clients feet, with alternating hands.

Spread your fingers and glide your hands down along the spine, enveloping the hips. Work back up to the top, crossing your hands in the middle of the back.

Place one hand on top of the other and work down the back, using snake-like movements.

With one hand on top of the other, make figure of 8 patterns over the back.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

Leave on for 20 minutes. Remove the peel-off mask and rinse your client with lukewarm water.

Apply the skincare product that is best adapted to your clients skin.

Apply stretching movements, using your hands and forearms, from the middle of the back up to the neck and then down to the lower back. In the middle, pull each side diagonally.

Smooth down the spine, with your fingers in the form of a V. Tap back up the spine with your knuckles.

Smooth out across the back from the spine, using the sides of each hand.

Bend and straighten the clients feet, and then cross them, one over the other at the toes.

Make figure of 8 patterns with one hand, along the left leg.

Place both hands on the leg and make figure of 8 patterns. Starting behind the knee, smooth along the clients leg with your forearms.

Massage the leg, using circular movements, with the palm of your hands.

Smooth up the back of the neck, one hand after the other.

Cup your hands and perform circular massage movements over your clients head and temples.

Run your fingers through your clients hair.
