1. The motor vehicle theft in Malaysia from 1980 2010. INTRODUCTION : The theory of vehicle theft in Malaysia is just easy. The theft vehicle to be sold as genuine parts used and are becoming more common. Among the main factors that contribute to the occurrence of such situation is the high demand from the market. Many car owners, especially the old cars and the car that the warranty had been expired, rarely willing to buy the capital of new genuine parts that are too expensive and it was sometimes placed at an unreasonable price. So a more economical way is to buy the used parts pure components cheaper. That's where the occurrence of high demand from the market, which then opens space for

workshops, car parts suppliers and car thieves to commit it in such of things. Buyers not only cheated when buying stolen goods, and even cheated buying a new genuine parts, but it is the genuine parts that had been used. ESSAY : The graph given shown the statistic of motor vehicle theft in Malaysia from year 1980 2010. From year 1980, it shown that the crimes had been increased by years. The increasing number of thief happens in the great consecutive years of country development, as people may afford to own a vehicle, but they were desperate in getting easy money and by doing the crimes, they can cover up their increasing living cost. There were obviously increased number of vehicle theft in year 2000 to 2005 as it shown nearly 660,000 number of vehicle lost being reported. Motorcycle theft being reportedly higher than the private car theft, years by years. It is due to the development of the automotive industry in Malaysia and people were being reckless about automotive safety in everywhere they were going. This were happening because by 20 years back, people in Malaysia seems unaware with the vehicle theft and criminality. They did not have an awareness about motor vehicle safety. This mind setting will opens up the criminal minds of the desperate people. This safety issues should be a good concern in every people. Not only for the vehicle, but for all our properties and belongings. The graph shown that in every years, there are some major increasing on vehicles theft to motorcycles and all vehicles. For private car theft, after year 200, there a little bit of decreasing in criminal reports. Entering the years on 2005, private car theft were growing slower, rather than motorcycles and other vehicle. We can state that this things happens because the car owners are becoming more concern about car safety. They had learn to protect their own private cars. Some of the theft prevention are by using the steering locks, sensory alarms, park the vehicles on bright place and full with people and always make sure that do not showing up expensive items and gadgets in vehicles, such as the GPS and subwoofer, as it may attract the thieves to break the car and steal the components. Maybe it is time for us as a motor vehicle owner to be more careful, as it our car may be the next target of car thieves, then will end up on the shelves, store shops that selling the car parts. 2. Persuasive essay to urge people in neighborhood to protest against the set up of the factory. INTRODUCTION : Malaysia had becoming a fast growing industrial state in the world. As it taking up the lanes, many major industry in the world taking its place in our country such as the mining and heavy industry. The mining industry nowadays are the major concern in health and environmental issues, not only in Malaysia but all over the world. Mining industry providing good potential in industry as the mining product such as gold and copper are in good economic condition. But despite all its beneficial in economy, the mining industry will be leaving the bad traces such as noise pollution, air pollution and dangerous land. ESSAY : As a concern neighborhood, I would love to share about my point of view of environmental awareness in our residence. As we know, Taman Wangsa Ukay is located at the center of Ulu Kelang, the fast growing community nowadays. We can mention that Taman Wangsa Ukay is a littering free zone that gives mean free from rubbish and pollution. People lives here in a serenity as this place is quiet and free from pollution. Located strategically nearby with Zoo Negara, the saved rainforest and people are enjoying their leisure time at the nearby park in Zoo Negara. The rumors of one of the famous copper mining factory will be set up at the nearby neighborhood are spread up very fast. This factory will be fully developed by the major industrial company in Malaysia. Melewar Industrial Group, are famous with its mining economical potential and always successful in developing new concept of factory at the new places in Malaysia. But did they aware about our health concern? Or did they just think about money that they can make then leaving all the craps in our residency? I am a high committee of residence here, had meet a few of residence of Taman Wangsa Ukay to ask about their point of view about this factory setting up. Most of the people here objecting this factory setting up. Three of the old residence said that since 1989 they live here, Taman Wangsa Ukay are pollution free place to leave. Without any factory, or industrial estate, we live here peacefully until now, June 2012, this rumours are taking its place. To the new residencies, dont you feel it is not obligated to allow this factory setting up? Dont we have our concern about our community here? So I am urging the young residence in Taman Wangsa Ukay to protest against the factory setting up. We should have unite as we are the youth that can make change to our community, to become a better place to live. We can say that this mining factory setting up

is not suitable at Taman Wangsa Ukay. We can suggest for another mining place to the industrial company. And definitely, our residency is totally not a suitable area for any industrial projects. (481 words) REFERENCES : List of environmental issues,

3. Plagiarism has become an issue of growing concern across universities in Malaysia and internationally. Discuss. INTRODUCTION : Plagiarism can be defined as in modern dictionaries as the wrongful appropriation, close imitation, or purloining and publication of another author's language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions, and the representation of them as one's own original work. What exactly is plagiarism? DBP (Dewan Bahasa Pustaka) defined it is a catch plagiarism by words or words of another, and use it as their own work. This plagiarism has become a cancer in the learning field. These issues was taking up around the year 1990 was very embarrassing educational institutions. As in another definition, the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work. The modern concept of plagiarism as immoral and originality as an ideal emerged in Europe only in the 18th century, particularly with the Romantic movement, while in the previous centuries authors and artists were encouraged to copy the masters as closely as possible and avoid unnecessary invention. ESSAYS : It had been vastly populated and major problems in such academic world and intellectuality sectors. According to Wikipedia, plagiarism is more on the grounds of moral offence. Though plagiarism in some contexts is considered theft or stealing, it does not exist in a legal sense. "Plagiarism" is not mentioned in any current statute,

either criminal or civil. Some cases may be treated as unfair competition or a violation of the doctrine of moral rights. In the academic world, plagiarism by students is a very serious offense that can result in punishments such as a failing grade on the particular assignment (it is typically at the high school level) or for the course (typically at the college or university level). For cases of repeated plagiarism, or for cases in which a student commits severe plagiarism (for example submitting a copied piece of writing as original work), a student may be suspended or expelled. In many universities, academic degrees or awards may be revoked as a penalty for plagiarism. A plagiarism tariff has been devised for UK higher education institutions in an attempt to encourage some standardization. I am very agree that the issue of plagiarism, especially in colleges and universities are often regarded as purely academic offense. Most people think it is not an offense under the law or with simple language, not a crime. This notion is actually totally wrong. In Malaysia, they are involved in the plagiarism can be subject to disciplinary action including expulsion, but plagiaristic forfeiture eligibility can be convicted as an offender under the Copyright Act, 1987. They are just simply practicing 'copy paste' method, without any effort of citation in those copied passages. This occurs when a student is in the center dryness of idea and no motivation had been given. This happens because some higher educational students in most universities and colleges lack of the intention to make an effort in creating new information. Before this, an academic reference book or journal become a reference to complete the assignments given by the lecturers, but they had switched to the internet to get information and resources to complete their homework. Because of this new style of learning, they are intended to do the plagiarism. Despite this issues that occurs in major universities and colleges around the world, I am totally disagree if these issues been neglected. As an intellectual works can be called as intellectual properties all of the items being copied in any sources should have its citation. This will made a remarks about who was the author or people said. Furthermore, many students have poor time management and planning skills. Some students are just procrastinators, while others do not understand the hours required to develop a good research paper, and they run out of time as the due date looms. Thus, they are most tempted to copy a paper when time is short and they have not yet started the assignment. In this cases, time management is very important. To solve this problems, students should realize that their work need to be planned properly. If they having enough time to create their own ideas, the plagiarism will not be happens anymore. Our newly developed nursery, Smarties Kids Nursery, located at the heart of Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras is a new concept of modern nursery. This concept can sure becoming an attraction for the modern parents nowadays. We are adapting a new smart kids concept, developed by the Montessory Theory. According to this theory, the kids, as well as toddler until the age of 1 year, are encouraged to learn by playing and self learning. This nursery will not only taking care the children, we also focusing on kids mental, physical and cognitive development. This reason is based on the kids physical development. Physical development is divided into two parts, fine motor skills and gross motor. Fine motor skills are important to all children from 1 month to their fine motor skills maturity at about 4 to 6 years. Fine motor skills are important because they are the beginning to the children to learn to hold stationery and try scribbling and finally learn to write. Starting at age 1 year the child has begun holding large crayons for

scribbling on the left and right (Rohani Abdullah, 2001). Some children are awkward movement of her hand and a problem to copy something (Kulop Robiah Hamzah, 1997). This means that if a child still did not mastered the fine motor skills efficiently, they are likely could not write well. In this nursery, we are focusing on fine motor skils development, as well as gross motor skills. So the parents will not have to worry about their kids early education as they can be ready for the upcoming challenge in primary school education. As well as educational excellence here, we are not neglecting the kids basic needs, such as recreational and charity. We made up our yearly plan by listing some upcoming events annually. Our facilities are nearly complete for children development. In this nursery, we are integrating some major therapy in our educational plan. These theraphy consisting : 1. Play therapy 2. Sand therapy 3. Music therapy 4. Snoozelen therapy Therapy in Malaysia is not a new things. In the context of education, therapy can be defined as a method to assist the individual to move, responding to an activity or specific skills. In the early education for kids and toddler, therapy plays a big role in developing children mental cognitive potential. To ensure that these therapy successful, we have providing many equipment and facilities suiting the needs. For this snoozelen therapy, it is functional as relaxer for the aggressive children. This therapy being conducted in a small room equipped with music therapy, and play therapy basic equipment.

By these specialities, all parents may not regret by sending their children here. We ensure that all of the kids will enjoy their day with all the activities provided.
