Training
Griffin Security Services Private Limited has its own training centre. We consider training as the backbone of our services. A fully trained training team comprising of ex-defense officers impart training to our personnel. Duration of basic training is of one week. Subsequently, refresher courses are conducted for updating the security personnel from time to time. The contents of the basic course are as follows :

Housekeeping and provision of specialized manpower is one of our core business areas, our senior management too have had experience in handling facility services as part of multinational security facilities, including experience in training the facilities staff in India as well as overseas. Housekeeping: This includes all kinds of premises like offices, rest rooms, public areas, floor buffing, glass cleaning, faade washing, graffiti removal, carpet shampooing. Corporate Services: We undertake services for provision and management of specialized manpower like secretarial staff, receptionists, computer operators, telephone operators, office assistants, supervisors, CCTV Operators, Carpenters, Electricians, plumbers, and the likes. Maintenance Services: We undertake maintenance services to include engineering services, preventive maintenance, air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical services, carpentry and masonry work and maintenance of lawns and gardens

Emergency Procedures
We understand that not everything can be foreseen . No one hopes for a problem, but it is always good to be prepared for them. This is what we provide for our clients : the peace of mind that comes from knowing that trained professionals are prepared to step forward when their assistance is needed. Our guards can step up to fulfill any security procedures that you have in place. Likewise, a security plan can be developed to deal with various emergencies: medical, fire, theft or any other emergency.

Deployment of Security personnel. Reporting of arrival/departure of Guards. Taking care of guarding duties and arranging relief in case of guard falling sick or not being in a position to report for duty. Recording of complaints from the clients, taking remedial action and keeping own management informed of these. Handling incidents like fire, bomb threat, medical injuries etc. Controlling operational supervision by the supervisors/field officers in the field.

Vigilance
We perform full employment verification and provide superior training to all employees before they join the ranks of Griffin Security Services Private Limited. We select only those who are committed to upholding our company's values. Additionally, our guards are drilled in fire safety as a first line of defense to the safety of person and property. We recruit extensively from ex servicemen and security personnel. New recruits are given basic training, with advanced training and refresher courses for our experienced guards.
