Notice of Obligation for Bond particulars concerning the following Servants

To the attention of ________________________________________________________________ This Notice is in regards to yet ANOTHER illegal warrant concerning Court File Number 35900-1. I operate under Inherent God given Birth Rights since May of 2010. Each and every person involved in the attempt to re-execute this illegal warrant is in FACT breaking law. Multiple warnings of Private individual status have been served to the Courtenay Law Courts, the Deputy of the Attorney General, the Comox Valley and Campbell River RCMP Detachment, The Minister of Public Safety, the Minister of Justice, the privately owned Crown Corporation Prosecutors, Robert L. Gibson, Marsha Down, Timothy Morgan, Jill Vivian, A. MacDonald and Brian D. Jones as well as the Jody Jackson and Gerry Dean from the Courtenay Community Corrections services. A single warning has been given to RCMP Corporal Scott Rene concerning fraudulent nature of warrant # 2012-88 as a result of our phone conversation. The Crown has failed to provide the original charge so as to settle the matter and failed to produce and provide the presumed contract between this private individual and the privately owned Crown Corporation. ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS insisting on damaging me further through pursuing this matter stand under fraud and as a result will face the removal of personal assets by way of Commercial Liens. I called the Courtenay Court Services Clerk at 250-334-1115 on Wednesday the 27th of June 2012 to deal with this new warrant issued on or about the 13th day of June 2012. I asked for the date of warrant issue and the name of the Justice who signed the warrant The clerk did not comply with giving me this simple information blocking due process of law handed the phone over to some guywho blatantly refused to divulge the necessary information concerning this matter. I asked for the name of the Justice who had signed the warrant and the date of issue and the name of man I was speaking to yet he refused to disclose his name, obstructed justice and was unnecessarily rude about his refusal to disclose pertinent information concerning due process of law. I will be questioning Robert L. Gibson about his motives on the 4th of July 2012 concerning his insistence on continuation of damaging a private individual as well as the ridiculous ongoing tax fraud and his support of Genocide through ongoing law breaking choices. Robyn CRISANTI from The LAW SOCIETY and Caroline NEVIN from the Canadian BAR ASSOCIATION will be obtaining Commercial Liens onto personal property for failure to prevent further damages caused by local outlaw Public Servants. I demand that the illegal warrant be cancelled so as to avoid lose of homes cars cottages boats and other assets.
