Dear Partner, It is our endeavor at Viom Networks to work on defined processes based on transparency with our esteemed partners. It is been noted by us recently that few of our partners have engaged in rendering Services or supplies of goods without a formal Purchase Orders (PO)/Work order. This is happening more frequently in services related areas of Electrification works/Civil/Electrical/O&M/ Out of Scope work etc. This leads to delays in payment of bills and creates lot of disputes. We solicit your support to ensure that with immediate effect No Product supplies or Services should be rendered at any of the Viom locations based on verbal or mail communications until a formal Purchase Order for the required activity (i.e products / services) is released. We have also instructed all our Employees at all locations that they must plan the internal paper work & issue PO well in advance before taking services or products. In case you are currently doing work without PO, we would request you to email your Statement of Work/supplies (as per format enclosed) done without PO by 05th December 2011 to Circle SCM Head(list enclosed) with copy at corporate.scm@viomnetworks.com for regularizing the same. Please note this is one time activity only and after this notice, we shall not be able to accommodate any such requests in future and Viom will not be liable to pay any vendor who is found to execute work without Purchase Order.
