Column 1 Recommendation and Suggestion 1.

The panel members excluded the chemical analysis and added environmental factors like sewage disposal, excreta disposal and hygienic practices of the residents in the study. 2. The panel members suggested the researchers to make a KAP survey and a questionnaire. 3. The panel members suggested the researchers to use their spot map in a more useful one. 4. The panel members suggested to consider all the water sources of the residents especially those used for drinking purposes. 5. The panel members suggested that the researchers should rather use the stratified random sampling technique. 6. The panel members suggested that the researchers should include exclusion criteria among those who are susceptible of diarrhea.

Column 2 Locale Errors 1. The panel members thought that it would be less expensive if chemical analysis will be removed. They also thought that there may be other factors which can affect the potability of water in the barangay. 2. Without the KAP survey and questionnaire, the researcher won't be able to cover the other factors which may aid in the occurrence of diarrhea in the barangay. 3. The researchers used their spot map only as a guide for locating the respondents. 4. The researchers did not include water sources such as NAWASA. 5. The researchers simply placed random sampling technique on their proposal, so to make the sampling procedure more organized the panel members suggested a more suitable one. 6. The researchers did not consider a specific age bracket in determining who are susceptible among the population.

Column 3 Corrective action 1. The researchers made the necessary changes and limited the environmental factors into three parts namely, Solid Waste Management, Sewage and Sewerage Management and Excreta Management and also included the hygienic practices of the residents. 2. The researchers made a KAP survey and improved their questionnaire. 3. The researchers will use the spot map not only to locate the respondents of the study but also to classify each household to the degree of acquisition of diarrheal cases. 4. The researchers have visited the barangay and barangay health records showed that most households use NAWASA as their drinking source. No household uses pump well. Only few uses deep well but not for drinking purposes. The researchers have limited their study on NAWASA and deep well sources. 5. The researchers accepted the suggestion and planned to use the technique in conducting the study. 6. The researchers considered only children aging from 1 to 5 years old as the susceptible population.
