Quality Policy
A unique combination of big companys
34
If you compare Jai brand electric motor with other national brand, or compare Jai pump with western regions leading pump brand; you will notice they look similar, their quality and engineering standards also match but there is a significant price benefit in buying Jai product. And that is the biggest advantage of dealing with Big Companys quality assurance with small companys cost advantage! Large scale manufacturing, similar to any organized sector player, with cost effective use of resources and not-so-costly systems allows us to keep our prices under control. At the same time our big company attitude ensures that there is no adverse effect on product quality. Then why shall anybody spent unnecessarily on costly brands There are some small scale industries which sometimes deliver quality, accidentally. But Jai Electrical Industry is big enough to ensure quality by engineering design, manufacturing systems and well laid-out quality controls. Thats why each Jai product is sure to perform excellently. Whether its a Motor or a Pump, Jai product has all the winning combinations, including quality raw material and precision engineering. You can see the Quality Commitment certificate on next page in this section. We give in writing, that the qualities of all Jai products are assured. For this we always use best of the raw materials, adhere to certified manufacturing practices and attach proper importance to quality control systems.

A firm's strengths are its resources and capabilities that can be used as a basis for developing a competitive advantage. Examples of such strengths include:
patents strong brand names good reputation among customers cost advantages from proprietary know-how exclusive access to high grade natural resources favorable access to distribution networks
STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES
Opportunities S-O strategies W-O strategies Threats S-T strategies

In some cases, a weakness may be the flip side of a strength. Take the case in which a firm has a large amount of manufacturing capacity. While this capacity may be considered a strength that competitors do not share, it also may be a considered a weakness if the large investment in manufacturing capacity prevents the firm from reacting quickly to changes in the strategic environment.
