SUMMARY I summarize my topic as Teaching is a form of interpersonal influence aimed at changing the behavior potential of another person and learning is learning is change in the individual following upon changes in his environment. Theories of Teaching they are classical theory, humanrelation theory, modern theory of organization and theories of learning are classical conditioning, opera ant conditioning. And there is relation between teaching and learning process. John Dewey defined an aim implies an orderly activity, one in which the order consists in the progressive completion of a process. So in simple terms an aim is a foreseen end that gives direction to the activity. Then function of educations are Function forward individual, function toward society, towards nation and we have educational objectives in three types those are General, intermediate and specific objectives and domains of educational objectives are cognitive domain, psychomotor domain, affective domain.
CONCLUSION
Teaching and learning process is very important for every teacher and learner. So it will be helpful for teachers and students who have included in teaching learning process
