Whereas undersigned being authorised officer of IDBI BANK under Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security interest (SARFAESt) Ac!. 2002 & in exercise of powers conferred under section 13 (12) read with reievant rules, of Security Interest (Enforcement) Ruies, 2002 issued Demand Notice, calling upon the Borrowers to repay the amount mentioned in the notices within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said respective notice. Terms & Conditions:' 1. The property can be inspected on June 06,2012 between 12.00 noonto4.00 p.m. 2. The intending Biddersshouid obtain formats (Form-1 & Form -2) from our office at the address mentioned above and bid should be submitted in the same formats only on dale and venue mentioned above. The fomiats are also availabie on our website ywJdMbank.,.com 3. The bidders should submit intention to bid by duly filing Form -1 along with self attested copy of his identity card mentioned on the form. Besides, the bidder also has to submit EMD with Form-1. Quotation has to be submitted by filing Form-2 in sealed/closed envelope. 4. EMD amount which is 10% of Reserve price should be paid vide Bank Demand Draft or Pay Order drawn favoring IDBI Bank Limited & Payable at Mumbai. EMD amount is refundabie to unsuccessful bidders; howeverany claim of interest for time taken in refund will not be admissible. 5.
