PROBLEM IN FOOD DIGESTION

INDIGESTION SYMPTOM

CAUSES OF INDIGESTION
Indigestion is a common problem. The following can be the cause of indigestion:
Taking of heavy and oily meal in much quantity consumption of stale, (Eva M et al., 2005). Rotten and contaminated food substances Eating in hurry without proper mastication of food are the main cause of Indigestion.

Some more causes of Indigestion are:

THE IMPACT OF DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS HOW THEY AFFECT THE BODY

Low Production of Hydrochloric Acid
Over time, continued abuse of the digestive system, especially emotional stress and a diet high in animal products can decrease the bodys ability to produce HCI leading to incomplete digestion and assimilation of food and leaving us vulnerable to infection.

Lowered Enzyme Production

The result of not having enough of these(Protease, Lipase and Amylase) enzymes available even with a healthy diet is that the food

cannot be broken down and the nutrients extracted leading to deficiencies and toxicity forcing the digestive system to move undigested food through tract (Castillo et al., 2003). the digestive

Imbalanced Intestinal Ph
Poor Pancreatic functioning can lead to insufficiencies in HCl or buffers and lead to a too acid or too alkaline pH an incomplete digestion.

HOW TO AVOID MOST COMMON DIGESTION PROBLEMS?

Smart Food Choices For Healthy Digestion:Fiber-rich foods such as whole grain bread, brown rice and vegetables. Raw foods have naturally occurring plant enzymes that assist your body in digestion, so avoid overcooked or processed fruits and vegetables, because enzymes are easily destroyed.

Exercise: Yoga postures to improve the digestion. Trampoline jumping to clean the lymph and strengthen the internal organs.

CONCLUSION
Based on literature that the search, I can food conclude problem in

digestion is occur because of our self (eating style). The bad habit of consuming of food, inadequate nutrient intake and other factors can cause and give impact to our food digestion.

RECOMENDATION
Although certain digestion problems are incurable and may require a special dietary regimen for life, most types of common digestive disorders can be eased simply by changing our eating habits, as certain conditions are aggravated by certain types of food. However, if our digestion problem is severe or does not respond to an improved diet after more than a week, talk to our doctor to get the right way to solve the problem.
