I. How to generate a PCD file

Access to function " 10.12 generate and View PMC/PCD"

Double click on PDS 10.12 generate and view PMC/PCD, you get the following screen.

1. Click on Run Query and the list of the piping classes appears

2. Select the piping classes

3. Click on Create PMC/PCD to generate the PCD file in Marian.

Note: You have the possibility to generate all the PCD files by clicking on Select All (High.Rev)

Note: Create a PCD will take few minutes for a spec.

At the end of the process, if you click on the tab Generation Infos , you can check the status of the "Last Run" date issue.

Generate the PCD file

1. Select the spec

2. Click on the button ASCII

3. Click on YES to create and download the file

4. Save the PMC zip file on your PC

5. Open the PCD file from this file

6. You obtain the PCD file

II. How to generate a PDS RDB files

Access to function "10.10 Project-wide Lists"

Double click on PDS 10.10 Project-wide Lists, you get the following screen.

Generation of the SDD file:

1. Click on Code field.

2. Click on LOV

3. Select SDD_IDENT

4. Click the button Start Proc to generate the file.

1. Check on SDD on Available Lists Box.

3. Then click the button Write to File to generate the ASCII file

4. Click on YES to create and download the file

5. Save the SDD file on your PC

6. You obtain the SDD file

Generation of the SDL file:

Select SDL_STANDARD_IDENT Select SDL in Available Lists

Note: Before generate SDL file, SDD file must be generated

Generation of the BOLT file :

Select BOLT_STANDARD_MM Write BOLT in Custom List field

Generation of the SMDL file :

Select SMDL Write SMDL in Custom List field

Generation of the PDS implied table file:

Select IMP_MAT (IMP) Write IMP in Custom List field

Generation of C145 code list :

Select C145_STANDARD Write C145 in Custom List field

The files are automatically generated with the PCD file when you generate the PCD file.
