Established in 1976, the Foundation is the social engagement wing of Anand Automotive Limited Activities of the organisation are mainly spread in towns and cities, which have the presence of Anand manufacturing units Gurgaon (H.O.), Rewari, Parwanoo (H.P.), Nashik, Dewas (M.P.) are SNSFs main locations, along with some activity based presence down south in Bangalore, Chennai and Dharwad Mission: Mobilize Public-Private-People Partnerships to work towards sustainable development of marginalised sections - particularly women, by following a rights based and empowerment approach, in the fields of Education, Health, Natural Resource Management, Livelihoods and Governance. Annual Coverage: A population of 3 lacs Donations are 100% Tax Exempt as per Section 35 AC , IT Act, 1961

Data shows that 66% of the girls accessing SNSFs vocational training in Gurgaon in 2009, have discontinued education after 10th class. 33% are pursuing studies beyond 10th.
2. Therefore, opening opportunities for young girls and women to see them through varied levels of skills development, coaching for admission into technical vocational courses and taking them beyond to facilitate opportunities in technologically sophisticated employment sectors now opened up in India, are SNSFs current focus.
3. SNSFs micro-credit programmes target poor women and other vulnerable groups. These programmes share modicum evidence to demonstrate their role in reducing poverty levels by encouraging women to develop enterprises. 4. Expansion of economic and social opportunities for women, reduce disparities, and result in greater participation in decision making in the home, further reflected in their participation in the democratic process of their immediate neighborhood. 5. A balancing of the push to accelerate economic growth through employability is matched by efforts towards life-style changes. Proposed training activities are designed to demonstrate enhanced human well being.
