ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The main purpose that banks have been serving since their inception is keeping our money safe for us. While keeping our money safe, they also let us earn a certain amount of interest on the money deposited with them. We all know about internet banking and most of us use it quite often as well, but few of us actually understand about the history of internet banking and how it all came out. Knowing the history of internet banking can be incredibly useful, especially since it will allow us to have more respect for the little things that we take for granted.

Security problems
Online banking relies on a networked environment.

Network access can be performed through a combination of devices (PC, telephone, interactive TV equipment, card devices with embedded computer chips, ...)
Connections are completed primarily through telephone lines, cable systems, in some instances even wireless tech. All these systems improve efficiency, speed and access but also present some privacy and security issues.

Internet communication is much like anonymous postcards, which are answered by anonymous recipients.

FUTURE SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENTS

The new online banking experience allows you to customize your experience to display the information that is the most important to you. You are now able to choose widgets to display the accounts and transaction information that you would like to view. Set up widgets to pay bills, view account balances and transaction history on specific accounts or make transfers all from the home page within online banking.
