OBJECTIVES To understand various attitudes of employees towards the job. To provide suggestions for reducing the rate of absenteeism. To examine the relationship between absenteeism and attitudinal difference of employees in Nagarjuna. To identify the reason for absenteeism and how it affect the absenteeism in other employees. To determine the absenteeism of employees affect the work life of other employees in Nagarjuna.

Questionnaire and Brochure Secondary Data : Reference book, Magazine, Internet, Official website Data Collected : 50 production staff is selected by convenience sampling method TOOLS USED Annova, regression, t-test, correlation this are the main statistical tools used. SPSS is the software used.
