o The leadership needs to realize the need of change, a sense of urgency (asking questions on what does God have new for us) o Build unity between the pastoral staff and the key people of the church o Explain the vision, strategy and change process to the majority o Help the vision take shape. Implement the vision and strategy. Give direction. o Give the vision roots. Embed the vision in the ethos of the organization. Teach routine. o Establish lasting change values in the hearts of people.
