Conclusion
The percentage of the female aspirants is on the lower side as compared to male aspirants is because of reasons like travelling issues and family issues like taking care of the home and also marriage being a reason where female aspirants have left the training. Parents have observed change or improvement in their child's behavior after completing their training. Aspirants don't stay in a job provided by Kotak for more than a year. Nature of job provided after training mostly (81.48%) was temporary but aspirants preferred a permanent job.

Recommendations to the KEF

Provide training in such field where there is a possibility of getting office jobs rather than jobs in malls as that being one of the major reasons for aspirants to leave or not take up the job especially among female aspirants. Girls normally find it difficult to convince their families to continue with training & job. They should be assisted in this regard and some counseling should be provided. Changes with regards to the questionnaire. Trainings like knitting, stitching, cooking Driving & Mobile repair must be started The feedback for training was very positive where most of the candidates liked it. The only area of concern was lack of assistance after the training process.
