He started his own business in India, Mumbai. He set up a company of selling fire extinguishers. The name of the company is FIRE PROTECTION PVT LTD. Nikhil had his best friend who was named as Mr. Jay. Jay was a good performer in his previous company where used to make good sales and earn more profit, so Nikhil planned to hire his best buddy and the performer (Jay) in his own company. Jay had total 4 years of experience which includes2

So Nikhil meets Jay in order to get him in his business, who is 27 yrs old. Nikhil asks Jay to join the company and then Jay accepts the offer immediately since he was given a good hike by 40,000 Rs.
Jay joined the company as a Sales representative and he was given a training which costs Rs 3 Lacs. The training was scheduled as follows2 weeks he was asked to read the catalogue of the company. 2 weeks he was asked to visit Umargaon (Gujarat). NIKHIL

Jennifer

After completion of his training Nikhil asked his Secretary who was named as Jennifer, she was 25 yrs old. Nikhil asked Jay to meet Jennifer for his last training session which was for next 10 weeks in which Jennifer has to sale the products for 9 weeks and on 10th Week Jay was asked to sale the product. Jay was rude with the customers and he couldnt perform well by seeing his performance Jennifer told JayArent you worried about the life of the people? Then Jay replies back to Jennifer by sayingArent you a Devil !!!!!!! The very next day Jennifer reports to her Boss(Mr. Nikhil Patel) by saying that Mr. Jay needs a Re-training.

Being in the place of Nikhil we as a group gave a thought that instead off firing Mr. Jay from the organization, he should be given a Re-training on the product selling program, Because if Mr. jay would be fired then the company would face the loss of 3 Lacs which was spent on his training.

So below are the points which would be considered as a solutionHe

would be given training on Soft skills, marketing skills since he was rude to the customers and the entire training will not be repeated since he doesnt require training in other areas again.
In A

this way company can save some of the amount towards the Retraining. probation period can be defined of 3 months and then his performance would be evaluated.
There In

will be an incentive programs which would be offered to him once he starts performing or exceeds target.

case if he exceeds target there would be additional free gifts which would include watches, Free outings, Lcds and other appliances.
Since

he is experienced and he was the performer in his previous company, we would conclude by saying that we would retain him and give another chance to perform and show his skills.
