Creativity :

Refers to developing an original product, service or idea that makes a socially recognized contribution. Its a part of non programmed decisions

Innovation :

To introduce something new. Innovator can bring in or introduce something new or as new, such as a product or service to the market. Also, alters or makes changes to an established product/ service.

Constructive controversy
Any situation in which team members directly debate their different opinions regarding a problem in a way that minimizes socio emotional conflict.

Electronic brainstorming

A structured team decision making process whereby several people individually generate ideas via the computer software that posts each participants ideas or opinions anonymously.

Delphi Technique

A structured team decision making process of systematically pooling the collective knowledge of experts on a particular subject to make decisions , predict the future or identify opposing views.

Nominal Group Tech

A structured team decision making process where by members independently write down ideas describe and clarify them to the group and then independently rank or vote on them.
