Executive Summary

This project is based on the financial analysis of Ranko Freeze Corporation which is a trading firm dealing in refrigeration and air conditioner accessories. The main objective of the project is to have some knowledge about the financial analysis of a firm whose sole purpose is to buy and sell goods with an aim of earning profits. Under the head Company Profile, the project report includes description about the companys history as well as present working condition plus the number of products it deals in regarding its industry. The Research Methodology used in the report is secondary research. The financial statements of the company are used to evaluate its operating condition

Objectives of the study

The main objectives of the study are as follows:

To get a brief overview of the companys working. To conduct study on financial aspects of the Company. To find out the challenges for financial growth. To analyze the working capital of Ranko Freeze Corporation and give suggestions based on the analysis and research. To identify, understand and interpret the problems and put forward suggestions.

Research Methodology
As this type of study or the business was studied for the first time, secondary research is applied while conducting the financial analysis. The inputs from this study will give a more detailed discretion as to what factors need to be studied for a better understanding of the financial stability and to enhance operational ability of the organization.

The major parts of a research methodology are: Research method- Through secondary data - study, observation, experimentation. Analysis plan (MS- Excel has been used for analysis of the data.) In this research project undertaken, Ranko Freeze Corporations financial statements and annual reports for the last three years

Limitations
1) It was impossible for me to collect some data because of the

confidential issue. I had to depend on the data of the head office.

2) As I am an intern, it was not possible for me to prepare the report as I intended due to time shortness. 3) As Ranko Freeze Corporation is sort of an unstructured company when it comes to systematic and electronic working, I was made

available only three years data on this company.

4) Mediocre online presence of the company.
