- Shift Risk to Private Operator - C o u l d Yi e l d $ 5 0 0 k - $ 1 M M i n A n n u a l L e a s e Payment for 194 spaces on levels A and B* - Parking Facility would need to accommodate a Parking Operator with a cost of $1 - $2MM to strengthen Level A, provide ramps to Level A, new mechanical, etc.

* Further study of this potential revenue would be needed should DCPL move forward with this option.
