Share khan has a good reputation in the minds of the investors as integral service provider and offering a large variety of the services. Its highly competitive manpower, latest technology, comprehensive infrastructure, and total customer focus has positioned it to as emerging giant. response of investors towards share market is not so satisfactory because they dont have adequate knowledge about share market.

Investors want proper, fair and timely guidance for various investments because it is their hard earned money and safety of the investment is the major issue.

The basic objective of Shares is to provide a diversified portfolio so as to reduce the risk in investments at a lower cost.
It is unfortunate that the fund managers are not taking due care for minimizing the risk and are in a race to post higher and higher returns during the phase of bull-run. Poor performance, poor servicing to clients are the two major risk factors identified in the survey. Lack of proper guidance to investors because sometimes firms focus only on their brokerage rather than wealth maximization of the investors.
