VP Recruitment Contd
Favorite Part As tedious as it can be, I really enjoy answering PNM emails. It's amazing to get a response from a student or her parent and know that there nerves have melted away because I was able to adequately answer their question. Skills I was able to improve upon in this position: I didn't really know how organized I was and what a good event planner and coordinator I was until I really had to be. It was a skill that I'm really glad I had and was able to build on in this position. Least Favorite Part People that don't email back---on all levels. Typically I give deadlines when I need things back from someone and getting an answer a week and a half after I needed it isn't exactly desirable.

Depends on what one is willing to put into it. There are mediations and Judicial Board hearings that the VP Standards must schedule in a time frame that everyone involved can meet and attend Favorite part Holding a position that deals with rules and safety for our Greek community members. Least favorite part Sometimes hard when a chapter or an individual does not hold themselves to a higher standard and gets turned in for whatever reason; It can be difficult to hold chapters accountable
