Small Group Activity 5 to 6 members in a group. Identify problems in their work area. Problems are solved through 7 steps. Presentation to the management.

Suggestions

Kitchen Garden
Kitchen is being maintained by the spouse of our employees.. 25% of the vegetables are given to those maintaining the garden on free of cost. Balance will be given to other employees on nominal cost.
