Small Group Activity 5 to 6 members in a group. Identify problems in their work area. Problems are solved through 7 steps. Presentation to the management.
Suggestions
Rs.10/- coupon is given once the suggestion is accepted. After implementation, gift coupon worth Rs.100/to Rs.200/- based on category. Every month gift articles are given in the presence of all employees by our Director.

Kitchen is being maintained by the spouse of our employees.. 25% of the vegetables are given to those maintaining the garden on free of cost. Balance will be given to other employees on nominal cost.

1.Pre-medical test for new comers. 2.Medical Examination to chrome plating operators (Including contract employees) once in 15 days by Rotary Hospital Doctor. 3.Medical examination by Simpson Doctor once in a month for 20 operators and lecture on health related topics.
