Plot

The plot of our trailer is based around a murder mystery. Women are being Kidnapped by an unknown source and this one detective is trying to uncover the mystery. One woman has managed to escape her abductor although could she have been in on it all along? The innocent appearance of the woman fools everyone and even causes the detective to fall for her. Later to find out she has been helping her abductor to kidnap others all along. The woman realises her cover is blown and in her attempt to kill the detective the detective has to kill her.

Noir Conventions

Smoke from cigarette and gloomy setting. In black and white with high contrast levels. Voice over American accent. Femme Fatale and detective. Costumes. Shadows.

Soundtrack
We will be creating the sound track through a range of different sounds. The sound track will be used to build up tension and to build the atmosphere of the trailer. At the beginning it will start off slow and calm with the voice over. As the action build it will get slightly more intense towards the end. On the last shot of the trailer there will be no music just the loud shot of a gun.

Voice Over Script

A case for one man Robert Grey. A case so intricate he doesnt know what he's getting himself into. The abduction of one woman. A woman who could lead him to love. But could her innocence be his downfall?
