Wheat Weeds
There are several grass and broadleaf weeds that must be controlled for good

plant growth and seed yields.

Some weeds can contaminate the seed at harvest time for processing purposes. These include wild garlic and wild onion. If they are not controlled with herbicides the crop could be ruined.

Control measure

: Treat seed tubers in mercuric chloride solution, or 2 borax solution. Also, carefully store seed tubers, and rotate seed-bed.
