BUSINESS PLAN
A business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals, the reasons they are believed attainable, and the plan for reaching those goals. It may also contain background information about the organization or team attempting to reach those goals.

How does the company plan to manage its' operations as it grows? 8. Who will run the company and what makes them qualified to do so? 9. What are the risks and threats confronting the business, and what can be done to mitigate them? 10. What are the company's capital and resource requirements? 11. What are the company's historical and projected financial statements?
