Water is the necessity of our daily life, its so important for us that we need clean, safe and sanitary water every day, and usually theres a more strict inspection standard in the more advanced country. It contains a lot of various kinds of chemical goods such as potassium, magnesium and calcium, which are healthy to our body.

To remove suspended matter from the water. Activated Carbon Filter To remove Colour, Odor and Smell from the water. To Remove Oil & Grease from the raw water. To control the BOD & COD in the raw water. Antiscalant Dosing System To prevent scale deposition from desalting element, by means of Antiscalant Dosing in raw water. Ultraviolet Disinfection System To remove biological impurities from the raw water. Micron Filtration To remove micron particles from the raw water.

To create osmotic pressure in raw water. Desalination System by Reverse Osmosis Membrane Element. To desalt the raw water i.e. to reduce total dissolve solids. Ion Controlling System To adjust the minerals contains in the Process water by means of mixing of raw water in the desalted Treated water, Due to proportionate mixing Required quantity of raw water, we can mix to get required Quantity of ions from the raw water to desalted water. Storage of Treated Water To remove back pressure in R. O. Membrane elements. Fine Polishing Filtration To filter water from 2 micron to 0.2 micron rating & achieve the crystal clear filtered mineral water.

Application:Removal for Turbidity, Suspended, Colour, Odour, Organic Impurities

Pretreatment Include Chlorination, Raw Water Pump, Pressure Sand Filter (PSF), SMBS, Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) with piping, Valves & Instruments in S.S. 316.

Filters made out from 3 mm Thick S.S. Sheets with 4 mm Dishend and 8 mm Body Flange with tested pressure of 8 Kg/Cm2 with Piping and Valves. Shantanu Rai

Mineral Adding System

Application :For enhancement Taste

R.O.Product water has very less TDS value which is not good in Taste. The Water gets bitter and to enhance the taste GIECL providing the Mineral Adding system or Blending system. The Stirrer will mix the physical mineral in to the Mixing tank and Dosing pump will dose the Mineral to R.O. Product water before Ozonation with TDS Controller.

Post Treatment: - U.V.System & Ozonation

Application: - Bacteria, Virus & Self Life System Supplied with Ultra Violet System followed by Ozonation System. S.S. 316 Micro Polished U.V.System will remove the Micro Biological Growth after R.O.System. U.V.Treated water will pass through the Ozonation system which Include S.S. 316 ReCirculation Tank with Pump Ozonator will produce the Ozone gas from Free Atmosphere, Dry air or PSA Oxygen generator Ozone gas will inject with Ventury System mounted on Tank with Re-Circulation Tank and Pump. Continuous Re-circulation will provide the ozone concentration to the Product water before Bottling. A typical 4 6 ppm Ozone saturation will takes place before bottling the water which will assure for Long Self life of Product. Shantanu Rai
