Yidindji is
1. The first and original inhabitants of Yidindji tribal lands. 2. Tribal people that are Sovereign having dominion over their lands and resources.
Judicial system
Did Yidindji have a tribal justice system? If so what were the laws that they agreed upon? How did they agree upon a law? How many laws did they have? Does anyone know the Yidindji tribal laws? How were the laws applied to tribal people?
Yidindji Lores
This is the only established lore on Yidindji tribal lands. These lores have been on Yidindji lands for tens of thousands of years.

Register- To check in with the clerk of court before a judicial proceeding Record- Information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that, having been stored in an electronic or other medium, is retrievable in perceivable form.
Yidindji Records
Would Yidindji need to register something or would they merely need to record it on Yidindji books. Could Yidindji then issue things such as title deeds?
Licences
Licence- A permission, usually revocable, to commit some act that would otherwise be unlawful, a licence is an authority to do a particular act, or series of acts, upon anothers land, without possessing any estate therein
Whos land is it? If it is Yidindji tribal lands would tribal people need a licence to do any act?
Driving or travelling
Did Yidindji tribal people ever have a licence to travel before? Whose jurisdiction does this person come under?
If it is Yidindji lands (real property) then Yidindji tribal people would not be doing anything unlawful.
Because citizens of the State or Australia are on someone elses land (estate) then the citizens of the State or Australia would require a licence.
There are many others such as fishing, recreational wildlife, logging etc just to name a few. It is all because the citizen of the State or Australia is on someone elses land.
Authority to do something
Would it not only need to be an authority to do something. Yidindji need to be responsible to ensure that the Yidindji tribal people are capable to do something such as driving etc because of the inherent hazards associated with such activities. This might include symbols on the reverse of the Yidindji ID card
Firearms
Do Yidindji tribal people require a licence for a firearm? Did Yidindji tribal people ever have a licence or other requirement to possess hunting tools such as a spear or sword etc?
Passports
If the Yidindji tribal people are not citizens of Australia then would they need an Australian passport to travel overseas? Could they get an Australian passport?
Yidindji passports
Could Yidindji issue a passport of its own? Yes What would be required? Do sovereigns require a passport? No
Did Yidindji ever charge rates on their lands? Are the rates the rent fee for allowing the citizen of Queensland or Australia to reside on Yidindji tribal lands? (similar to a licence fee)
What about the Australians (black or white) that have purchased what they thought were pieces of land, but are in reality only pieces of paper? What would happen to them? What would happen to the banks if they have lent money on these pieces of paper?
Health
Did Yidindji tribal people have tribal remedies for diseases etc? How were the remedies applied? Does anyone remember these remedies? What about modern day health measures? How does a Yidindji tribal man get remedy from the modern day health system?
Example of negotiations
How could you get health services if you cannot use the money of the State? If the hospital is on Yidindji tribal lands, then Yidindji can do a deal with the Hospital. The hospital could stay there and keep operating the way it has for years but as part of that deal Yidindji tribal people get the best of health for free as part payment for what has happened over the last 150 years
Electricity
What about electricity, how do Yidindji tribal people get electricity if they cannot use money of the system? There is various generation and distribution equipment on Yidindji tribal lands without consent - but as part of the negotiations Ergon Energy could stay and supply electricity to Yidindji tribal people for free as part payment for what has happened over the past 150 years.

If the State cannot prove that it got lawful possession of the lands then the lands most certainly were stolen or at the least obtained unlawfully. Negotiations are required with the State to allow the Yidindji tribal people to have dominion of their lands and allow the State to exist on Yidindji lands.
