Sleeping Sleep for a long time, the brain reboots in the time you are sleeping. A sound sleep of 8 hours will reduce stress for a large extent. Less sleep causes intellectual inabilities, less patience levels and are preys of depressions and stress Eating food that you like People start eating junk food when they are stressed unaware of the fact that it drains off nutrients from their body. Ideal way to over come stress is to eat healthy food Always do things that you enjoy. When you are totally engrossed in any activity, you wont find any room for stressful thoughts. Also, get involved in physical activities. Physical activities include organizing or decorating your house, playing with the dog, cooking etc. These activities will help you drop your worries and keep a mental balance.
