Main objective

The prime objective is to enhance the brand image by the expert hands and get the ruling position in the targeted market.

Changing the perception of the people regarding the brand.

Secondary objectives

Repositioning the brand as a premium brand in the audiences mind. Increasing visibility in premium salon and parlors to get in the minds of the elite class. Influencing the influencer to influence the consumers.

We search and gathered data about almost 1000 parlors and saloons.

Criteria selection

We categories these saloons and parlors into A & B categories by evaluating different segments(Decors, ambience, Hair wash area and location) and scoring in the window of 10 pnts . the parlors and the saloons got 8 and above are categorized in A category and between 6 and below 8 are in the B category. Less then 6 are eliminated from the list. so selected 69 parlors and 43 saloons as our brand partners. located in Dhaka 56 parlor and salon is 39 and ouside 17 parlors and 4 saloons.

Agrremnent signing

Agreement with the selected parlors and saloons has been signed and they become the brand partners.

On-boarding meeting

Brand briefing by the brand managers to the partners. Dinner with the brand managers Complimentary gift hampers for the partners

Saloon and parlors visiting Staff info gathering: we collected details of the staffs (liketheir skills, their birthdays and anniversaries etc.) as a motivational perspective. Brand briefing: giving the staffs about the product, brand so that they can share or the pass the info to their customers.

Sales: we provide our brand partners some specific products( Sunsilk shampoo and conditioner for parlors and all clear shampoo for the saloons) in good deals which is much less then the market price.

Branding check: our supervisors do visits the venues everyday to check the branding activities are going properly or not. And if not then we analyze the problem why it is not working properly find the solution and do the change as needed. Staff gifting: to motivate the parlor and saloon staffs we seldom give them gift hampers.

Co-promotions: for this we provide free hair wash and testing product pack(mini sunsilk shampoo pack) providing. We offer a free hair wash in the persona Adams if anyone take the service worth BDT1500 etc.

Training: we arrange an training session for the A category partners(any 3 staff) with Ramani Fernando all the way from Srilanka. For the B category partners we arrange the traing session in the Persona Training cntere.

Weekly report: We are updated with every week report by the supervisors with all the details about the Product delivery Merchandise report Visit details Branding activities Parlor visits and so on.

Product Display: We ensure while giving the service the product must be in front of the customers eyes.
