3. Religious teachings
Being a good leader also requires definiteness of decision. While the Vedas teaches men and women are equal in status and dignity, never-the-less says headship is to be exercised by the husband. The Vedas makes it clear submission is a voluntary decision on the wife's part, and a man has no right to enforce his authority on his wifethis is not the religious way.

4. Personal reasons
Female are more sensitive than male. So when she is in role of leader it is very necessary that person life wont effect on decision. On other hand man are strong from outside but their decision are many time take in under the personal grudge. Misconception about beheviour and belief.
Conclusion
People do not listen to or take direction from women as comfortably as from men. Women who promote themselves and their abilities reap disapproval. Women require more external validation than do men in some contexts. A changed social structure changes the reactions. Both gender have lots of potentiality of successful leadership.
