Database

Advantage of DBMS
The integration and sharing of data files

Disadvantage of DBMS

hardware resources needed. People responsible for the DBMS will need to develop specialized technical skills. Hence additional training costs will be incurred. Security measures must be implemented to prevent unauthorised access for important data. Query language and application generators are expensive.
