aim of any educational institution is to provide the best education and training to build the character. An education system will be the best one when principal and teachers are highly qualified

To review the level of conflict in teaching profession To identify the reason of conflict among teachers and between teachers and principle To review the effect of conflict on an educational institution and its administration. To determine the effect of conflict on the students.

Method of research
Survey method is used Three questionnaires were prepared that is for principal, teachers and students. Population
Students, teachers and principals were taken as population

To analyze the data, percentage technique was used

Conflict among teachers


Division among teachers is the outcome of a conflict among them This division brings about two categories i.e.
Idealist
Playing lead role in organization

Conformists
responsive to request and direction from higher authority

Conflict among coordinators and teachers


Coordinators are involved in essential decision making process Teachers by the management are excluded from the decision making process This difference leads to conflict between the teachers and a coordinator

Conclusion
On the basis of findings following conclusions have been drawn which are the main reasons of conflict Principals and teachers are not punctual Principals as well as teachers have the habit of flattery Usually Principal have autocratic and unkind behavior with teachers Principal take no interest in the preparation of timetable

There is a lack of commitment of teachers to their profession Both Principals and teachers try to avoid fulfilling their duties honestly Principals should teacher to solve their professional problems Principals must have strong decision power The teachers deal unfairly in examination

Recommendation
Principals should provide extra and essential facilities for teachers and students in order to maintain the good name of her institution Principals should try to avoid themselves from political or religious conflict Principals should have the knowledge of teaching methods and techniques Principals must involve teacher in school matters in preparing time table and solving school problems
